"Some bandages would be very nice.. thank you" she said while he took out his wand.
She looked down at her knee, even though it was just a scrape she hated the sight. "Ewwwwwww..." she couldn't help but saying out loud.
"You two are very nice, thank you for helping me... even though I kind of popped in." she said while slowly lifting her body up onto the seat, trying to keep her knee straight.

But when Oakey mentioned bandages, she turned to dig through her messanger bag. “I’ve got some,” she said as she watched her floor buddy bandage the girl up. Helping the girl get into a seat, Em popped back into the corridor and dragged in her trunk. “Here, prop your leg up on this.” She said, patting the top of her old trunk.
At the girl’s comment, Emmaleigh laughed. “Your very welcome.” Pointing to the boy across from them, “You wanna know how we met? I tripped, and Oakey fell right on top of me. Very awkward, but your in good company.”
Oakey let off a laugh as Em reminisced on their comical encounter. "You're among friends then." He joked. He stood and helped the girl up from the floor. He looked at the girls owl and was glad it was caged, he may let Charmer out for a bit, let his cat stretch some. "Mauve!" said aloud as he had just realized why the Owl's name was what it was. "I get it" He sat in silence for a while starring at the purple owl until he realized what he had forgotten to ask. "Oh umm...I'm Oakey by the way." He reached his hand out to shake the new nameless clumsy girls.

Laura would tell Oakey about the kiss when she knew he was in a good mood otherwise he might storm off or worse dump her and she didn't want that to happen, she wished Lana was about but she hadn't seen her lately.
It wasn't to long that he knew she'd show up. Which was good, he wanted her here so that he could tell her about the girl he spent all Summer Vacation with that wasn't her.
The peck on the check didn't help him any, as it just brought him right back to Felicity kissing his check at the end of July. "Hiya Fe...Laura" Oakey quickly corrected himself again as he shook the images of the beautiful blonde from his mind. "It was interesting. How about yours"
Maxwell took a seat with his cat, Tiberius in an empty compartment. He was petting his purring cat. He knew that He and Ariana weren't going to last much longer now that Justin and Ronnie weren't together...he hated this, girl issues, every term it was the same. Only now he also didn't have his mother to turn to, but he was determined to make this year better.
That was the first time she had said - it made the prominent part hiding inside his chest feel warm. It was just this feeling which Nathan couldn't shake. It was nice knowing they were on the same page and he wasn't deluding himself.
At sixteen year old, he shouldn't be rejoicing on the fact that they were best friends. But he was. Silently but yes. "Does that give me special privileges then?" he asked, grinning. He can be sleazy and get away with it?
He couldn't help but give her a look, which included: the raise of his brow and small smirk. She was calling it 'the request' after all. He knew why.
"She is a friend .." he told her. "Ravenclaw. Quite shy, blushes a lot." That Addy did. "I didn't know what to think of it .. she asked me and I couldn't say no .. she was really curious to know how the technicalities of kissing worked,"
Yes.
"You've already got that," Or so, Delphinia figured. She didn't tell just anyone, everything. Which is what she did with Nathan. She also didn't let other people touch her - to take her hand, or anything else. Nor did she introduce just anyone to the remaining members of her family. Nils, and Artemis. Soon, maybe, she would get around to introducing him to the DeVilles.. but for now.. back to the present. "But even that can be case-by-case if you push it," By the look she gave him, and the tone of her light voice, Delphi was clearly teasing.
Delphi ignored his look. Completely brushed it off, because she was not being silly or childish. She wasn't! She simply had no desire to start picturing this little scene in her head, no matter how close she was to Nathan. That was something she had managed to avoid thus far.
"Oh." Ravenclaw. That meant, chances were, Delphi had seen her around before. She really hadn't meant for him to start telling her about the girl - Delphi didn't really want to know about her, who she was or anything. There was no curiosity there, whatsoever. But she wasn't going to stop him, either. "She likes you." Delphinia repeated, when he had finished. Neither happy nor bothered by her own words. It was as if she were talking about a book, or the weather. "But the question is.. do you feel anything?" Back. Feel anything back, toward the kiss or toward the girl. No, Delphi wasn't sure why she was asking. It wasn't something she had intended on. It just came out, and it was a little late to take it back.

All she'd done was notice her brother out there signaling her, so he'd been the one paying attention. All she'd been paying attention to was the chocolate, but they'd gotten onto the train on time anyhow. "Maybe the house elves at Hogwarts can give you ideas. They make lots of other yummy stuff. Or maybe they could make coffee for us," she suggested. If they asked nicely. Most of the house elves she'd seen at Hogwarts seemed willing to help if they respected them, and that might mean more assistants for more experiments. Once they got access to the kitchens, and she let his attempt at avoiding an argument about rules stand. There wasn't any reason to continue it just because she could. It wasn't like when she'd had Abby run into her in Diagon Alley and she'd just stood up for herself. Well, that and gotten amused by how weird the other girl had been over a little water and two seconds of standing on the sidewalk. Now she had other things to focus on. Namely the truffles, and getting way too hyper with Patrick. Nobody else was in the compartment anyway.
A flicker of jealousy had crossed her expression as he'd managed to lift his trunk up way easier than she'd done with hers, but it had vanished by the time he'd noticed her hand out for more truffles. "I need to get my other stuff from you again too. Prob'ly before we get to Hogsmeade, so it can get in my trunk," she replied, trying to decide how many more chocolates she wanted right now. Even as he'd continued the conversation about the healer and the boy she'd been with, which got a shrug from her as he'd sat down as well. Accio jumping up on the seat next to him and nudging his side with his head. There were better things to concentrate on than her c at annoying her friend for pets or sitting down herself. How many truffles have I had so far? Two, then three, then two more... so seven?, she wondered to herself, finally deciding to take three more. As far as she knew, that made it ten, even though she was planning on eating way more before the train ride was done. They had at least a couple hours at least, so that was lots of time, and she'd started to hand the box back when someone else had suddenly appeared in their compartment. Someone bearing more candy, and eyeing the box that was still in her hand. "Hi!," she said brightly. "Want some homemade chocolate truffles?" Okay. She hadn't wanted to share with the boy who'd been with the healer, but this one was different. This one had other candy, which meant maybe he'd be a good third person for the experiment. Patrick had to have more truffles anyway.
Mentioning the house elves possibly helping them with the chocolate had definitely made Patrick intrigued since he was curious if they would have done that, they certainly were talented with the number of meals they were capable of cooking. He hadn't wanted to make them do more work since Hogwarts was a big school and they had done enough already. It made him wonder if he should have helped out. "If they made coffee for us, it would probably be some good coffee. Better than the muggle stuff, which could make a really good chocolate." He wasn't about to focus on that when there were plenty of other things that could have been dealt with more immediately rather than having to wait. Quickly taking another piece of chocolate before the top tray had disappeared, he moved the plastic piece that had protected the next layer of chocolate and ended up taking another few truffles before eating them all at once; that was a major rush of sugar and he could feel himself start to get a little hyper which just made him want to run around in circles. Sure that would have been a waste of a sugar rush but he definitely hadn't wanted to sit still. "Oh I can get that to you immediately when we get to Hogwarts, I've got another bag that I could give you for now and just set more chocolate into it than I had originally promised you." There wasn't a point in keeping everything that he had had to himself and if it meant that it was going to be gone faster than it was intended to then oh well.
As soon as he felt something poking at him, he looked down to notice his friend's cat nudging him; what was up with that? Definitely odd. He wasn't going to question it since the notice of another guy who looked about his age standing outside the compartment with candy, he wasn't so interested in the candy as finding out who the kid was and if there was any relation to the healer. "I've got more than enough, it's better than what you could buy on the train. Except for chocolate frogs." He was still going to try to figure out how to make them but later on.
Nathan couldn't help but laugh at her response. So he wasn't allowed to use the 'best friend' card for everything. Nope. It was back to normal then. Back to feeling light and good.
But of course not.
Nathan didn't quite realize that.
Her statement threw him off guard. Delphie thought, Addy liked him? But .. "You think so?" he asked, puzzled - eyes on the ceiling. Addy liked him? .. She did blush around him a lot. No doubt ..
And then came the mega question. Nathan hadn't even come out of the shock of 'Addy liking him' bit, when Delphie threw in something else for him to be puzzled with. How did he feel? "I don't know .." he said, his catch phrase for confusing situations. "It .. had started out awkwardly .. and then .. well kissing is nice," he said, rambling a bit - staring at the ceiling like he was talking to it. " .. but before I could think of anything, I was being hit by a bagel. Her father came," he informed Delphi. "The main thing though .. you really think she likes me?"

Jake smiled, mostly to himself, and pulled his trunk into the compartment. He took a seat between Penelope and Anya, turning slightly toward Anya and opening his mouth to ask her the question -
...Then James walked in.
Jake sighed and leaned back against the bench, leaning his head against the wall. He gave James a small wave and a forced smile. It wasn't that he didn't like him, but he just... didn't like him. Sorta. Kinda.
Then they were all settled, and Jake was pretty sure he could ask Anya. But then Alice sat on him.
"Hey, Ali," he said, unable to keep himself from smiling. He couldn't help it. The girl was adorable. She might've reminded him of his sister. Maybe.
"Are we all set?" He asked the compartment in general. He didn't want any interruptions when he asked Anya to be his girlfriend. This was important. and he didn't want to have to deal with dramatic silences or distractions.
It wasn't to long that he knew she'd show up. Which was good, he wanted her here so that he could tell her about the girl he spent all Summer Vacation with that wasn't her.

Laura was wondering who this Fe was but she had something important to say to him. "Oakey I..eh I..eh." Laura sighed. "I sort of..." Laura didn't know how this would go down. "I... Well this guy kissed me but I didn't stop him." Laura could feel the tears coming down her face. "I am sorry Oakey." Laura had betrayed his trust. "I really am sorry." Laura looked at Oakey hoping he would say something.

Well. This was awkward.
Only Anya actually answered his question. James did not know how he felt about that. He looked at Alice and smiled. "I'm fine, Alice" he lied. He wasn't okay. Family problems the last few days of summer had really depressed him. He sighed and ran a hand through his curly hair.
He looked up at Penelope, who was stroking her cat. It was a pretty cat. "You're cat's really pretty, Penelope" he smiled, trying to force on a conversation so his voice didn't get hoarse from disuse.
And......did James not like him? It didn't seem like it.

All Mika had heard when she was walking down the hall was that someone was planning on making chocolate frogs better. Whoever thought they needed to be worked on - well, they were right. She'd been smacked, slapped, and hit by one two many as she tried to devour the little devils that they just didn't seem fun anymore.
Stepping into the compartment boldly without even asking wether or not it was even aloud. She just smiled and walked over to the blond boy who was super duper AMAZINGLY pretty, shoved her hand out to him and boldly half-spoke half yelled her name to him.
"Hi! I'm Amelia but you can call me Mika" she smiled. Sure she'd seen this chocolate guy at the train station but she hadn't known he was a WIZARD! EEP.
She was jumping for joy - but only on the inside of course.

" .. but before I could think of anything, I was being hit by a bagel. Her father came," he informed Delphi. "The main thing though .. you really think she likes me?"
Delphi nodded, if only lightly. Yes, she did. Delphi herself may not be one of those googly-eyed, Witch Weekly magazine reading, lip-gloss wearing, hair-flipper girls who gushed over just about any boy they came in contact with, but she was still a girl and she still knew girl things, too.
He didn't know. In some sense, that said it all, and it said nothing at the same time. Delphinia knew what 'I don't know' meant when Nathan used it. But it wasn't enough right now to sort her own confusion - Yes, hers had returned, too. Only in a different way, if that were possible. And he was staring at the ceiling, as he spoke, causing something to stir in Delphi - the urge to get up and pounce on him returned, despite the change in the air - which was.. almost tense, but not quite. This time, she reacted to it. Slowly getting up from her seat and creeping toward him, Delphi jumped on his legs and simply perched there.
Though her action was entirely playful, but the smile had long since vanished from her face. She had caught every word, and was going over how to respond in her head. In the end, she decided fewer words would be better, and really responding would be avoided. "He.. hit you with a bagel." Never mind that. Delphi's voice lowered considerably, looking at Nathan in all seriousness. "Yeah.. I do." She sort of leaned back a bit, giving him room. Her hands pressed into the seat behind her ankles to hold herself from falling on his feet.

Faye was scared. She was tiny, under weight and terrified to be on the Hogwarts Express. This was her first year. She had older siblings that started at Hogwarts before her to give her advice and what to do, or where to go, or who to avoid.
She was so nervous, she had been shaking all day, hoping that she wouldn't ever have to actually board the train. When the time finally came she sat in a compartment by herself and tried to curl up into a ball so small that no one would notice her. At least, she hoped. She had such a sweaky little voice that no one would probably hear her anyway.
She tucked her fly away hair behind her ear again, so had a habit of playing with it to begin with and kept and ever watchful eye on the door, seeing if anyone was going to come in.
]Oakey let off a laugh as Em reminisced on their comical encounter. "You're among friends then." He joked. He stood and helped the girl up from the floor. Looking back at the girl's bird she had to ask. "So, why is your bird purple?" Because, that was a little odd. She had never seen a owl that wasn't brownish, blackish, greyish or whitei-sh. The redhead was just getting ready to introduce herself when another girl wandered in. Two birds, one stone right? "I'm Emmaleigh."she said smiling at the girl. And then it got awkward with new girl. Kisses and drama? no thanks.

And of course he was going to join them. Probably only because Anya was present though, as far as Penelope could tell.
Then James arrived too. Penelope gave him a small wave and simply shrugged at his question about how they all were, letting Anya do the talking. It was just better that way. The second year had decided to just mind her own business for now, focusing on petting her cat, who was curled on her lap and staring at all the compartment's occupants as if waiting for them to do something entertaining.

Mellow.
She set her own pet, Frank, on her shoulder and gently stroked him between the eyes. He burbled at everyone in the compartment and then settled down for a nice nap. Alice gently slipped him into the overhead compartment, where he could rest peacefully on her trunk.
And then took a good look at the people she was surrounded by.
Penelope looked sad. And withdrawn. Was James.. sad as well? The third year couldn't tell. Anya looked excited and flustered. And Jake looked nervous. And fidgety. What was with everyone today? They were all being odd. Hmph. Did this have something to do with the almost-boyfriend thing Anya had told her about? "Are you all okay?" Alice didn't think so. Huh. Whatever. She turned back to Penelope and stared at the cat again. "His name is.. is Spot, right?" She had mentioned that at the Quidditch match. Quidditch.. she missed that almost as much as the food..
And now she was hungry. Drat.

...would have been what Anya thought if she were capable of thought at the moment. Which, she wasn't. All she was capable of was using all her will power not to reach over and just grab Jake's hand. Maybe she should have just agreed to be with him when he asked yesterday? Did she really have to be asked in person?
But now that Alice did mention it.... She got to thinking. She glanced around the compartment. Maybe everyone was just... sleepy? She wasn't though. She fiddled with the bracelet on her wrist for a second. She was pretty wide awake.
And impatient.

Heh. She probably should have slept more last night. She was being weird.
All set?"Completely." Anya said a little too quickly to Jake.

Ari took just a few of the worms and stuck one in her mouth. Yummm!
"Ariella? That's a pretty name." Ella said with a smile, looking from the girl to her owl and back again. "Ari it is. You can call me Ells if you'd like. Everyone does." Well except for the professors. They usually called her Ms. Bishop or something. The third year then grinned as the younger girl accepted the gummy worms. "I love them too, the green ones are my favorite!" Mhm. Cause they were super delicious. "So are you a first year then?" The blonde asked, removing a couple gummy worms from her bag to eat. "I was really excited my first year...I can't believe now I'm going back for my third." It was kinda crazy how quickly time went by.

What? It's not like she's going around pinching people in the cheek, right? She's still normal.
"Nice to meet you too, Cassia" Juliet remembered when she was that small too. Now, she just grows taller. Hopefully she won't be a giant. Now, that would be weird.
You excited about the new term?
Juliet nodded to her. She's not only excited but she could no longer wait. She had been constantly flailing inside her mind even though she has this calm expression. Her mind is just blowing of excitement. She's that excited for Hogwarts.
Just when she's about to ask Cassia if she was a first year, assuming that she is.... maybe not. She then asked her about her year. "I'm transferring to Hogwarts. Fourth year" she smiled. "How about you?" First year? Second year? Transferring? Ohhh, this is so exciting.
Haiiii, still meat-eater
Was the next thing Juliet hears. Tiffany! They just met over the platform earlier. Juliet was been meaning to sit with her in a compartment however, she sort of just handled her stuffs probably(?). Anyhow, she's back here again. She patted the empty seat next to her. Waving to Tiffany and smiling, it's funny how she put the meat-eater into this. That's funny.
"Chocolate lover" she giggled.

A transfer, so Juliet was practically new. Cassia wondered how was it to be new but not a firstie? It was absolutely different because Juliet had an idea of school and spent a couple of years at another one. Which probably made her miss her friends there. Though, Juliet wasn't the first transfer student Cassia had met. She already met another transfer in Diagon Alley. Why were people transferring to Hogwarts? Probably because things were going on. Or the second year assumed that.
"I'm a second year," Cassia answered proudly as if it was some achievement she had accomplished. "And welcome to Hogwarts!" She said grinning at Juliet. Might as well Cassia act as a friendly host and let the girl feel at home. "I'm sure you're going to love the castle," Cassia said encouragingly. She leaned forward resting her elbows on her knees. "There are so much cool places there!" Cassia told Juliet enthusiastically and trying her best not to squeak because she was remembering all the fun places she had longed to spend time around.
And as she was acting like a tour guide someone joined their compartment.
Cassia glanced up at the new comer who introduced herself as Tiffany, "Hi Tiffany. I'm Cassia" She grinned at the girl. It was nice to meet new people. She looked it seemed that the two girls new each other. "Are you a transfer too?" She asked Tiffany. Could it be that the two girls transferred from the same school. Because that would be really nice. Of course she could be wrong the girls could have met at Diagon Alley or any other place.
Tiffany took the seat next to Juliet as she has instructed as she realized that the girl considered her as a chocolate lover in return of calling her as meat eater. She smirked a bit. "That's me,"she replied in a cheerful tone. "Kinda love that name." she finished, followed by a few chuckles. That's true, it's not too bad to be called as chocolate lover because that's what she is. Maybe someday she could introduce herself to others as, chocolate lover, Tiffany Pevensie then. Haha.
THe lioness glanced over the little girl sitting across them. Hmm, Cassia. She looks so adorable, maybe because of her young age but after all she is that kind of child who makes people want to take her back home. "Nice to meet you too Cassia,"she beamed. Are you a transfer too? Why would the girl ask this question? Does Tiffany look like she is a transfer? "No. I'm a fourth year, Gryffindor."she gave a small nod as she put her arms around Juliet's shoulder. "Same as this beauty, who is a planned-to-be Slytherin."what she meant was them being in the same year, not the same house. She placed toffee on her knees as she began to brush her soft fur. "Why do you think that I'm a transfer though?"she asked curiously. She just wanted to know.
Blink. Tiffany knew that Juliet was a transfer, that means she was new to school which meant the same but there was one question stirring up her mind. "So do you have to take that boat ride to school like how the firsties do?"she asked, turning to Juliet. "Since you're new."

James and Anya were making small talk and.. Penelope was sitting all by herself, stroking a cat. She looked sad. Penelope always looked sad but whatever. She squashed herself in between Jake and Penelope. half-sitting on Jake's lap, and turned to her fellow Gryffindor. "Your cat is pretty."
Drat.

He looked up at Penelope, who was stroking her cat. It was a pretty cat. "You're cat's really pretty, Penelope" he smiled, trying to force on a conversation so his voice didn't get hoarse from disuse.
And......did James not like him? It didn't seem like it.
*sigh* Oh well.

...would have been what Anya thought if she were capable of thought at the moment.
"I've got gummy bears..." she said fiddling with the bag at her feet. She tossed a few unopened bag to the center of the room. Happy hunger games.
Heh. She probably should have slept more last night. She was being weird.
All set?"Completely." Anya said a little too quickly to Jake.
Penelope didn't pay much further attention to anyone else until she heard Alice mention "your cat". And since she seemed to be the only one with a cat in this compartment, it was obviously directed at her. Spot noticed this too and purred her approval. "Thanks," Penelope answered, only glancing up when she heard Alice's pet Frank. Spot noticed the toad too, and her eyes were now focused solely on him, flicking her tail playfully.
Penelope then ignored the "are you all okay?" question, keeping an eye on Spot to make sure she didn't try to attack Frank or anything. But since the toad had seemed to have decided to take a nap, the cat lost interest and simply curled up in her owner's lap once more. That was when it seemed Alice was addressing Penelope once more. "Her name," she corrected. "But yeah. Spot."
A second question went ignored by Penelope, this time from Jake, and she turned her attention to James when he also commented that he thought her cat was pretty. "Thanks," she said, and this time she even managed the faintest of smiles, if briefly. Because apparently, if two people thought that something related to her was pretty, it somehow made her feel a tiny bit better. Not much, but a little.
It probably wouldn't last though. Because those gummy bears were ignored as well.

Logan was so absorbed in the chocolate truffles that it took him a moment to realize that he was being talked to.
Oh. Right.
He offered the boy and girl a smile and nodded his head before stepping inside. "Thank you. I'm Logan." Since they were going to be sitting together for at least some of the train ride, it made sense to introduce himself to them.
Taking a seat across from the girl, he started to look around a little. "So have you guys been going to Hogwarts for a while? Or are you new? He couldn't help but notice that the girl was pretty; it seemed that everyone that was going to Hogwarts was attractive.
His thoughts were interrupted by a strange girl who walked right up to the other boy and introduced herself to him. Okay then, that was odd. Logan shook his head and then turned to look out the window.
