Minerva smiled at Belle, "I think it's great your prefect this year. Congrats on that by the way. I was so happy when I heard. Has it been a hard adjustment?" Minerva figured it probably was all that responsibility now, but she knew her friend could do a great job. Then she beamed as the older girl said she would come to the sleep over, "Oh that's great, I was afraid the older girls might think it was weird or something." Minerva smiled shyly at this comment, but she wasn't sure at what age you started not really having sleep overs.
Minerva then perked up when she heard the sound of movies, "Movies, I didn't even think about movies.. That's a great idea, movies are a wonderful thing at sleepovers. Plus we do have the radio for music as well." Then she frowned a bit, "But no scary ones, I don't want to scare the first years." or herself Minerva hated scary movies. She then thought of an idea, "I bet we could get some board games from muggle studies, we could ask the professor." She looked at Ella and Belle to see what they thought of that idea. She loved that the older student wanted to help plan as well. This was going to be an epic sleepover.

When Minnie asked Belle how she felt about being prefect, Belle gave an honest answer. "Well i think it is has been a different experience. There is a lot of responsibility on your shoulders but you also get some special privileges on the side." Belle said with a wink. "Plus i giggle when people think they are in trouble, their fearful face is priceless but i usually tell them they aren't in trouble." Belle shrugged as it was no big deal.
Belle was glad she was doing something productive with her group of hufflepuff girls. "I am sure people will love the idea, i mean it is a nice get together and it will help people learn each other's names and get acquainted." When Minnie mentioned scary movies, Belle assured her that she did not have any scary movies. "Oh no no, i could never watch scary movies before bed. That was scare the living day lights out of me." Belle said with a half hearted laugh. "I have some fairy tale movies such as Mulan, Beauty and the Beast, Little Mermaid and other ones i can not recall. But if you guys love action movies i have some too." Belle smiled. "Oh yeah ask the muggle studies teacher if we can borrow some board games. I think that is an excellent idea." Belle said jumping up and down in front of the fireplace.

Minerva laughed she could only picture the other students faces, "Oh hehe, well if they are slytherin you wouldn't have to tell them they aren't in trouble even if they were not just to see them freak a bit.." Minerva giggled, "I'm just kidding, I'm just kidding." she didn't want anyone to think she was mean, it just sounded funny.

Minerva felt better knowing there wasn't any scary movies coming to the sleepover she wouldn't be able to sleep for weeks if she watched one. Then her smile got even bigger, "I love the little Mermaid, it's one of my all time favorites. This is going to be so much fun." Minerva was having a hard time keeping her excitement in. She was ready to have it now even though she knew it was a few weeks away yet. Glad to see the board games sounded like a good idea Minerva made sure to make a mental note to stop by the professors office and ask about the game soon.

Ella smiled at Minnie, nodding her head. "Yeah, I'm really glad things are working out too." About time, yeah? The third year laughed softly at Minnie's next question, raising her eyebrows. "I'm not upset...I mean I was annoyed a bit, sure...but I think you helped in the end." So no hard feelings, honest.

Ella smiled at Belle, nodding her head. "Yeah! I love the smell of fireplaces! Reminds me of camping." She grinned at the warning to behave, knowing Belle was half-kidding. "Course we will! Promise!"

Oh! And Belle was going to come to the sleepover? That was awesome! And movies sounded like an awesome idea. "I love movies! That's brilliant!" And they could pick really great ones to watch, yeah? "The fairy tale ones sound brilliant. The Little Mermaid is my favorite!"

Minerva smiled, "I'm so excited you two are finally together. You are so cute. I know he was my first friend here at Hogwarts and has been one of my best friends since the beginning, but you are mine as well and you are a puff so if he even makes you sad you just tell me and I will put him in a nice dress for revenge. Especially not that we are learning those spells in transfiguration." yes she had threatened that one for ages and now good old Harvs would have to watch himself. "Well at least your Hogsmeade trip was better then mine." Minerva's face turned a small shade of red just thinking of the three broom sticks. That was just so embarrassing..

Minerva then was super happy that both girls were excited about the sleepover and they were both giving great ideas. She only wished Laura was out of detention and could be there planning as well since this was a shared thought between them and she was the one that got the permission for them to do it. She would be out soon and then Min could share all the fantastic ideas. It was just so exciting..

"Min," Damon shook his head, "Didn't you also think nothing would happen with me? Or with Maxwell?" He looked at her, "I don't think you give yourself enough credit." He nodded to her comment on Maxwell, "I haven't seen him with anyone besides Taylor, and that was just because I had to go to her house to find Rowan before they scolded me for being with Ariana because we're technically family as well and blah blah blah... Dad made things extremely awkward."

Damon nodded, "I know... I know, like Ari said, I worry to much and overthink almost everything, but it's a force of happen after everything's that happened and is happening..." He looked at Min, "Can I trust you not to tell Taylor something... Or Chelle, and to a lesser extint for me, Elizabeth and Nadea, seeing how you don't see them as much. Because it has to do with Anton..."

Minerva blushed and looked at her hands, "Well this time I really know, so it's not that big of a deal, plus I probably should just worry about my classes anyway. Boys.. well no offense, but boys are just to confusing.." Take her crush for instance she hadn't seen him much this term and she thought they were friends at least, but now she wasn't even sure with that. Then he spoke of Taylor and Maxwell, "Oh well I'm glad they have each other to hang out with, but yeah I think he has a new girl he is talking to. Taylor might be helping him with her since she is a Ravenclaw." Minerva didn't care she was over Maxwell, but she didn't really see why Maxwell would like this girl.

Minerva then shook her head, "Well I don't think you need to over think this. Just see how it goes. If you like each other great and I am happy for you. If it doesn't work out, then you gave it a go." she smiled at her friend knowing more breakups just meant more awkwardness between their little non existing group. Minerva then gave Damon an odd look, "Of course you can trust me, you have always been able to trust me." she felt a little taken back at the fact he thought maybe he couldn't trust her anymore. "What's going on?"

"Gee thanks," He said sarcastically with a small smile. Damon shook his head, "I highly doubt, Taylor's back to liking Maxwell again I guess," He rolled his eyes.

"I'm sure things'll work out this time... I really do like her Min." He got a small smile just thinking about her, "She's nothing like she led me to believe when we'd first met." Damon nodded. Seeing her odd look he sighed, "It's not that I can't trust you. It's just... Taylor, Chelle, Elizabeth, and Nadea can't know... Anton wiped their memory. They don't remember anything about the kidnapping and they're back to thinking he's amazing... And Dad, Jack, Max, and myself can't tell them without being killed. And he actually hit me with a cruciatus curse to prove his point to Ari that if she told anyone what it meant for me and possibly her..." He sighed, "And I know you probably still talk to Taylor, so... she just can't know, Min..."

Annabelle was glad that both of her puffs decided on the Little Mermaid for a movie to watch. Belle asked Minnie a question, "Minnie do you know what board game you had in mind to play just incase the teacher is wondering?"

Minerva laughed, "I'm sorry, but you know what I mean. You can't say girls aren't confusing as well." she didn't feel bad for saying it, because it was true. Boys were so complicated. You think they are your friends then you never see them, or you think they like you and then they are dating someone else. Yeah it was better that she just stopped thinking of boys for awhile, now to tell the part of her brain that carried her crush. Hmm that might be a bit harder. Her laughing stopped and she rolled her eyes as well, "Well whatever if they want to date more power to them." She shrugged it off.

Minerva then gave him a smile, "Well that's great Damon, I'm glad your happy." she couldn't help but give a little aww when he said he liked her. "That's wonderful, it's nice to know two of my friends are happy." she was very happy for them. Then she looked at him and shrugged, "Well I haven't been seeing much of Taylor lately, I don't know if she is avoiding me or if we just have been missing each other. So you don't have to worry about me talking to her that much, but you always know you can trust me and talk to me about anything." They had been close friends for a few years now of course Minerva always kept her word.

Minerva instantly gave a smile, "I was thinking we could see if she would let us borrow twister, clue, and maybe guess who. It thought those would be fun to play and then there would be a variety for girls to play if they had a preference. Maybe there are some games she would recommend that I'm not thinking about, it's been awhile since I've played muggle games." She tried to think about if there were other games that would be sleepover fun, "Oh I wonder if she would have mall madness, that was a fun one or even mouse trap." she smiled thinking of games she liked to play with her friends back home.

Belle instantly smiled and remembered she played those games back at home. "Yes i love all those games, especially twister is my favorite. I have actually played it with more than four people. It was quite interesting." Belle stood there gawp smacked when she heard mouse trap and mall madness. "Those are such old school games. I love it! I would so play them." Belle said and bounced up and down in excitement. "I think you are seeing my inner child come out." Belle said with a wide smile.

Damon chuckled, "You can be at times." He nodded in agreement to her statement, "Though you, I've always been able to have an easier time seeing what's going on in your head than I can with Taylor or Ari." He shrugged, "I could really care less what she does at this point, because she hates me for making a choice about Ariana..." He sighed, "I gave her the necklace, the one that pretty much means we're engaged to be engaged... I let that slip to Taylor and she practically spat out fire."

He nodded, "And both of us truly are," He smiled looking back their few moments together, "But she just... She seriously can't know, and I guess that's why I'd rather be safe than sorry..." Damon shook his head, "But, that's about it, Anton showed Ariana what would happen should she ever feel like telling people the truth by putting a cruciatus curse on me."

"Helllllooooo Badgers!"

The Friar came floating in through the area where the barrels were. Not that he needed to tap them being a ghost. Not that he could either. But he had it in mind that he should visit with his 'Puff's again. Last time he'd seen any of them they'd been arguing in the Entrance Hall.

But back in the common room they'd be working hard on homework, right?

Ella smiled at Minnie, nodding her head. "I know, Mins. Thanks! I um...I'm sure you won't have to put him in a dress or anything..." Though that would be SERIOUSLY funny if she did. The third year smiled mischievously, imagining it in her mind. Hehehe. As for Minnie having not such a great time in Hogsmeade, Ells raised her eyebrows. "What do you mean by that?"

And then Belle and Minnie were discussing board games for the sleepover and Ella got all bouncy, feeling quite excited about the whole thing. "Oh! And we'll have a pillow fight, yeah?" Cause honestly, what was a sleepover without a big pillow fight? Ohhhh! And another brilliant idea had just popped into her head. "Hey! What if we made a giant blanket fort for the sleepover?" GRIN. That would be wicked! They thought so too, yeah?

"He is my oldest friend here, so I have to protect him as well." She would not be happy if either got hurt, it was so hard being friends with couples. It never ended well. "Well.. I had fun.. Sutton and I hung out and that was fun, it was fun seeing everyone at the broomsticks, it was just a little.. well awkward." she that was the best work for it awkward. She felt her face turn red a bit.

Minerva enjoyed the fact that Belle seemed excited with her ideas for the games. "Oh I think it will be super comical if we can get a big group playing twister. I hope there is enough room in the fourth year dorms, I think there is though." She then couldn't help but laugh, "Oh good I thought I might be the only one that knew what Mall Madness was. I am hoping the professor might have it. I think it would be so fun to play, even though the credit cards might confuse students that have never done anything muggle." Minerva laughed at Belle's bouncing and did some of her own with excitement.
Minerva smiled at Ella, "A pillow fight sounds fun." she laughed, "Oh a fort, yes a fort sounds great. Let's do a fort, we can take all the blankets from beds to use." Yes that sounded like a great idea.

Minerva then looked up when she heard another voice, "Well Hello Friar, how are you doing today sir?" Minerva smiled as she saw him and wondered what he might be doing here. She hadn't really seen him in here the four years she had been at hogwarts. "Would you like to join us in our little sleep over planing?" she smiled knowing he probably would think they were weird or something.

Minerva blushed a little bit, "I don't know about that and if your correct I think I'm slipping at seeing things more clearly lately." she smiled and tried not to roll her eyes at her friend. Her friends always seemed to have more faith in her then she had in herself, but she took that as a good thing as well. Minerva then felt her mouth drop, "You gave that to Ariana? Not that I'm not happy for you, but you don't think your rushing things are you?" she didn't want her friends to get hurt nor be hurt, so she just wanted to make sure they were thinking things through. "I bet Taylor did spit fire.." she joked a bit, "She will be fine after awhile, and Taylor is a very pretty girl, she will soon find someone else and leave you two alone." She knew Taylor was pretty and that it wouldn't be hard for guys to fall for her. Minerva then shook her head, "Well it's a good thing you guys are back here where it's safe. So that you don't have to worry about dealing with problems outside of her." she smiled trying to be encouraging to her friend.

Before Belle could rely to Ella and Minnie, she noticed the Fat Friar. Belle jumped when he said Hello Badgers!. "Why hello there Fat Friar!" Belle smiled. "How are you doing today??"

Belle smiled at the pillow fight idea. "Yes i think that is an awesome idea to have a pillow fight. I haven't had one in years." Belle giggled. When Ella mentioned blankets, Belle's eyes widened at the great idea. "I love that idea! I love blanket forts!" Belle smiled. This is going to be a great sleepover after all.

Belle gave Minnie the reassurance that she knew what Mall Madness was. "Oh yeah well you know credit cards are an important tool in the muggle world. Ella do you know what credit cards are?" Belle asked curiously. "Would you play mall madness with us?"

Nate walked down from the boy's dorm to a wonderful welcome curtios of the Fat Friar. Nate waved to him and said "Good day Fat Friar! How have you been so far?" Then he lazily walked over to the couches with his guitar in his hand. He started to tune his guitar because there was about to be a party! WOOH WOOH! Nate just couldn't wait to see his younger cousin. he knew she would be coming, he just knew it. mainly because he hasn't seen her in the Coomon Room yet. Then again she could've gotten the answer to get in wrong, and be sprayed by vinegar. Then he was finally done tuning his guitar. So he started to play.

Half awake. Those two little words best described Juliette right now. She had slept in a little late this morning (although she wouldn't call 9:00 that late honestly) and now, feeling refreshed, she wanted something to do. She was walking down the girls dorm steps when she heard some faint music playing from the common room. Who played music at nine o clock in the morning? Wasn't there some kind of law against that? If there wasn't there should be. At least that was her opinion. She wasn't normally all fuddy duddy, but she had just litterally woken up like a minute ago. It was going to take some time for her to feel energized and participate in life as her normal self.

Stepping down from the last step, she walked over to a comfortable chair and sat in it, her transifguration book in her lap. She was doing horrible in that class and needed to do some studying or she could kiss good marks goodbye. Opening to the chapter they where on, she sa and read a long paragraph about transfiguration, her eyes threatening to clost on her many times. After about the seventh time she lost her place, she rolled her dark green eyes, closed the book with a definitive noise, and put it next to her.

And there's a ghost in the common room. Juliette saw this while looking around for something to do or someone to talk to. She supposed this was normal (at least for Hogwarts) but it was going to take a little time to get used to. Especially since the ghost didn't seem to make common visits.

Tap. Tap. Taptaptap.

Alec clambered through the barrel once it opened and hopped into the common room. An immediate grin spread across the young boy's face. This room... it was really, really awesome! And no one can enter this room, have a look around and not smile. You know... unless they were sad or angry or hated being a Hufflepuff.

But... no one could hate being a Hufflepuff. That was like... hating ice cream. Impossible.

Oh look! The Fat Friar was there! And people were talking to him! People like... Minnie! And Ells! And Belle! Alec GRINNED and started to make his way over. He could sit here for a while, yeah? The girls wouldn't mind, right? ... And Messy had better not walk in and make comments about his 'fangirls'. That would just be weird.

The fourteen year old sat down next to Minnie and grinned at the group. This was a really awesome group! "Hey Fat Friar!" GRIN! "Hey girls!" Who else... oh hey, Nate was here! And that Juliette girl. Alec waved at the two of them. Awesome!

"I am exceptionally well this evening, thank you all for asking." The Friar's chubby face beamed when he addressed all those who had responded to his entrance. They were all so cheerful. Lovely. This was why he liked this house so much. Hard workers too. Usually.

"Working hard, are we?" he asked, floating around and coming to rest behind the couple of kids planning something. "I did notice we're a little behind with the points." Yes, he coasted past the hourglasses occasionally. Although lately they made pitiful reading.




Sleep over?

Ahhh, so it wasn't homework they were doing after all. Maybe they'd do it at this 'sleep over' though. "I don't know how much help I'll be, my dear, but why not?!"

Belle was talking with the girls, when she heard the common room open. Belle turned around and she gasped and smiled when she saw Alec! Belle got up and went to go hug Alec . "Hey Alec, how are you doing?" Belle asked and invited him to sit down with all of them. "What have you been up to?"

"I know, Minnie. No worries." Ella said reassuringly, smiling at the older puff. The third year seriously didn't want to think about anything bad happening, she'd only just starting dating Harvey. It wasn't time to think about the bad stuff. "Sutton? I don't think I know Sutton yet..." Ella added thoughtfully, wondering who Sutton was. "Is she in your year, Minnie?" The blonde had never heard that name before so she was curious. When her older friend blushed, Ells smiled, amused. "Yeah...I get that. Seriously, I do." Ella was the queen of awkward so she COMPLETELY understood what Minnie had felt at the Three Broomsticks.

"Yeah?" Ella asked, bouncing a bit. "Good! I love pillow fights. I think I've been i one every term!" Giggle. And they were all brilliant! As for the fort..."Yeah...we can have everyone bring a blanket to the sleepover and use them for the fort!" BEAM.



"You haven't been in a pillow fight in years?" Ella asked, shocked. "Sheesh, Belle. It's definitely time you get into them again. They're quite fun!" Especially with friends! "Yeah, I love blanket forts too, I make them all the time for my little brother! We pretend we're camping." Which he loved to do, by the way. They even made s'mores in the fireplace!


The third year smiled when Alec walked over to them, waving at him. "Hey Hair Whipper!" BEAM. "We were just discussing pillow fights and blanket forts!" Just so he was filled in on the conversation and all. "We're planning a big sleepover in the girls dormitories. You guys should do one in the boys dormitories the same night or something." That way every one would be having fun!


Ella frowned at the Fat Friar when he mentioned being behind in points. "I saw that too." Meh. "We'll make up for it, though. We can earn the points back, I just know it." And she gave the ghost a reassuring smile, nodding her head confidently. She believed in the badgers.

"You are hopeless at some moments, Min." Damon chuckled and shook his head, "But yes, I did... And maybe so, but mine and Ariana's relationship has been moving extremely fast and on a jump of the thought, when we were at my house I gave it to her and explained what it meant." He smiled at the memory, "If she did it wasn't around me, and that would bring me to let you know. She actually remembers me fully now." He nodded, "And how I got her to remember me was actually showing her things that the two of us shared, seeing if they would jog anything." He sighed, "It worked to an extent, but it seems she only remembers the bad things, nothing good that happened to us." He sighed.

Minerva smiled at Ella, "Sutton is a third year actually. She is very very nice and I think you will get along with her very well. This is one of the biggest reasons I want to have this event. We don't know each other and that could be a huge positive if we did, then we could help each other more." Minerva thought about the study tables and the matches, as well as just the common room. The common room use to always be hopping and the last few terms it didn't seem like anyone liked to hang out there as much.

Looking at the Fat Friar she smiled, "Well we are trying to come up with ways to bring some house pride back and hope it will help get the positive back in the Hufflepuff house and in the end people will work harder to earn more points and just have fun together." she smiled at him, "If you would like to help you are more then welcome."

Minerva smiled at Belle, she was so glad others seemed as excited as she did about the sleepover. "Well I think this will be great and I had talked to Professor Hadley and she thinks it's a great idea if the boys would do one as well. So I just need to speak to one of them about taking the lead. Plus Sutton and I were talking to her about doing a get to know you gathering in the common room to kick it off. So then the boys and girls could do a little bring the house spirit back/ get to know your fellow puffs thing. After we did that we would split for our sleepovers." Yes Minerva had been planning with two different people these events, but bringing them together was all Hadley and she was a amazing for it.

Just as she was about to go on she heard a voice smiling she turned, "Just the person I needed to see." Well he was the first boy she saw and Minerva knew he was perfect for the job. "You know that little spell for changing pillows I told you I would look for?" yes that spell... she smiled at him, "Well I'm still looking for it, but now I need a little favor from you." She hoped he would be up for the challenge. "Some of the girls have been putting their heads together to come up with a good way to bring up house pride around here and for all of us just to get to know each other better. The plan that is coming about is to have a gathering in the common room with everyone as a get to know you celebration. After that celebration the girls are having a sleep over in the girls dorms. Professor Hadley thinks it would be a great idea if the boys did the same. What do you think?" she hoped he would like it and join in as the boy leader...



Minerva couldn't help but laugh, "I know I am.. don't worry I'm not blind to that fact." she teased. Then she couldn't help but smile, "Well as long as you and Ari are happy that's all that counts, well that and make sure your focusing on your school work as well." she joked, of course she was going to bring up school work, she wouldn't be Minerva if she didn't. Looking at him she shook her head, "Well at least she is remembering, things will come back and you two will be friends again. It takes time is all. You will see." she thought about Maxwell and if they could be friends, she hoped they would be.

Belle was happy she was going to have flash backs of pillow fights and blanket forts. Belle's eyes widened when she mentioned smores. "Omg i love smores! They are the best sweet treat ever." Belle said and she licked her lips at the thought of just the taste of the smores.

Belle nodded at Minnie saying that Professor Hadley liked the idea of boys having a sleepover. "Hm that is interesting idea, we shall see if the boys are up to it. I think i can find the other prefect and ask him about the sleepover idea."


Now Belle was waiting for another hufflepuff she found the other day. Some girl named Glenn said it was urgent and she needed to talk to her. She waited in one of the chairs and was looking at the entrance way waiting for her.
