OH!!!

Sophie walked faster than usual towards the Greenhouses. She was SUPER excited for Herbology this term and wanted to start the lessons as soon as possible!

"Good morning, professor Bentley!!" She greeted the witch happily. She looked around as the professor gestured towards the benches and went to take a seat. While her classmates didn't arrive, Sophie kicked her legs and kept on grinning.

YAY!

"Morning!" Zach flashed a look and a smile before the large tap hat he wore fell back over his eyes.

Zeke made his way to the Greenhouses for his first class. Okay, Herbology. Did he really have to bring a smile all the way here? Brrr.

He saw Professor Bentley and said in a low voice, "Good morning, Professor." Then he just proceeded to sit on one of the benches that she motioned to.

Herbology, herbology, herbology. Here we go.

Yay! Her first class was Herbology. She never really thought that much about Herbology but she would take it if it meant getting house points and she wanted Slytherin to win the House Cup as well so why not take Herbology? She actually didn't know much about Herbology so if she got easy things wrong then she would be excused.

"Good Morning, Professor!" she greeted her with a cheery smile on her face. She didn't know her name so she just stuck to Professor, but she looked nice. She took a nice looking seat near the professor.

Jade Skidmoore strutted her way through the entrance of the greenhouse. The first class of her seventh year was going to be...Herbology. She mentally shrugged at the thought, Herbology wasn't her worst or best; but hey, who knew, maybe she got better at it over the Summer?

The brunette watched as kids went to say good morning to the Professor and she couldn't help but feel as if she needed to do so as well. "Good Morning, Professor!" She said, giving a smile. She knew that if any of her friends were around or enemies, for that matter, would act surprised at her politeness. However, she felt sort of bad for the professor, she would have to hear about a hundred of 'good mornings' today. She eventually walked over to the benches and took a seat, awaiting for the first class of the year to begin.

First class! Finally!

After cheerfully making her way to the greenhouses, this time apparently to the fourth greenhouse, Nora entered and grinned at professor Bentley. Yes, she missed her few favourite professors, and Bentley was one of them. Hehe.

"Hello, professor!" Still grinning, the girl took a seat in the front row and placed her bag on her lap. She didn't take anything out of it, though. Not yet, at least, because she hoped they wouldn't have to take too many notes. It was the first class of the term, after all.

Kurumi sheepishly entered the greenhouse with her hair tied back in a ponytail and her bag slung over her shoulder. She felt a little better internally having told Professor Bentley about everything...but it made her almost hesitant about attending the lesson because of it. Still, Kurumi enjoyed Herbology and lessons and hard work were certainly one way of getting your mind off other things....so into the greenhouse she went with a somewhat forced smile on her face.

Kurumi smiled and nodded to each student already present, greeting each with a polite wave as she went - especially to the lions already present. The prefect came to a stop in front of Professor Bentley and she tugged at the strap of her bag absently. "Good day, professor," she said with a polite bow.

Greenhouse Four...interesting...

She still didn't exactly consider Herbology one of her better subjects, but Stella was oddly excited that it was her first class. She liked Professor Bentley, at least. The fact they were going to Greenhouse Four made her the slightest bit nervous, but at least it would be a distraction. She couldn't worry about exams or think about how much she missed Matt if she was trying not to get injured by plants. They did remind her of her mother, though, and the fact she was curious how her fireseed bush and her Norandola were doing after being here all summer.

She could ask about that after class, however. Right now she had other things to occupy herself, and she gave Professor Bentley a smile. "Bonjour, Professor Bentley," she said in greeting, since she knew the Herbology professor seemed to like her greeting her that way. At least, that had been the case last term and the term before. "How was your summer?," she added politely, picking a spot on one of the benches near the middle and sitting down.

First class was Herbology? Nope, Ira did not like this. Not really. But it was only because of Professor Bentley that Ira trudged towards the greenhouses, wondering what things they would be ding today. Hopefully nothing too difficult, considering it was just the start of term.

Ira walked in and greeted, "Good Morning Professor!" Then she added, "Hope your summer was good.."

Then she proceeded to the sit on one of the benches near the back, waiting for the lesson to start.

Sarah arrived early to the class. There were only half a dozen students in there. Herbology was a bright subject and she loved it, not more than Charms though.

"Morning Professor" she waved as she entered the class. Might be crowned the best professor in here. "Hope you enjoyed summer" she smiled.

Most of the places were empty and Sarah hated sitting alone. Alone meant, argh. I don't wanna know what it means! She spotted the guy she meant at the Common Room. She made way to his seat. "Hey" she smiled. "Do you mind if I?" she asked pointing the vacant seat next to him.

Sarah watched Kurumi enter. The lioness waved at all the people. Being a prefect, you'd have to do all that. Kurumi waved to her. Sarah smiled back. "Hi Kurumi, early bird to class" she said, "Would you like to sit with me?" she added.

Woohoo! Herbology! Her first lesson was Herbology! Which Lilly probably considered her favorite lesson, mostly because of the professor who taught it. She grinned as she walked down to the greenhouse. Hopefully it wouldn't be too hard, because it was the first lesson, and she was really tired. And maybe there was hope that the firsties wouldn't be so crazy.

"Good morning, Professor," Lilly smiled when she go to Greenhouse four. "Did you have a good holiday?" She could be friendly, but never a true Huffie. She lost her temper way too much and wasn't exactly loyal.

She went to sit in one of the back benches. "Hi Ira!" Lilly beamed, sitting down next to her friend. Guitar lessons for Ira soon. Very soon, hopefully. The music was ready, in her dorm. They could do it on the grounds somewhere, perhaps by the lake. Maybe not the duck pond, though. Unless the ducks could hum a tune. Hmm...

Amelia stalked towards the greenhouse, adjusting her headband as she did so. It was green and silver to match her robes and she was attempting to get it in the perfect position. Something that was much easier said than done when one did not have the advantage of a mirror.

Upon reaching the greenhouse Amelia took a moment to adjust her robes before putting a bright smile on her face and walking in.

"Good morning Professor Bentley. Did you have a good holidays?" she asked the slightly insane, in her opinion since the Professor made them deal with dangerous plants last year, but brilliant woman before dropping gracefully onto one of the benches.

Vickers trotted down towards the Greenhouses, excited that the first lesson of the term was starting. He crossed the threshold and nodded his head politely at the Herbologist "Good morning Professor Bentley" the Ravenclaw greeted her and made his way to a vacant seat.

Derrick made his way down to the Greenhouses for his first Herbology Lesson.''Good Morning Proffessor Bentley.''Derrick said grinning.He wanted to get to know the Professor seeing though she was Gryffindors Head of House.

The first lesson of the term.

Evelyn walked down to the Greenhouses, feeling rather excited. This was the first lesson of the term even if Herbology wasn't her favorite subject. She entered the classroom before she waved at Bentley and smiled. "Hello Professor."

The Prefect then made her way towards one of the seats in the middle and sat down, before she placed her bag on the table. She just hoped that the class was interesting enough.

OMG. His first class.

Theodore had his full uniform on, and was looking VERY smart. He had a bag slung over his shoulder, filled with classroom necessities. Oh yes, this boy was aiming to EXCEL. And the first lesson was Herbology.

Hmm...

He hadn't a CLUE what it was. But it would be an experience, to say the least!

Theodore entered the greenhouse and immediately spotted Sophie. He grabbed a seat on the bench next to her but didn't say a word. No, he needed to establish which professors were evil and which were nice first.

West had waited for Isidora aka Sid-even-though-she-preferred-old-lady-Dora in the Entrance hall, almost being patient about it, though had she not shown up when she did he'd probably have started climbing things. It was luck that she was as eager as him so they didn't dawdle to get to the greenhouses.

THEY WERE GOING TO MESS WITH KILLER PLANTS THAT ATE PEOPLE AND STUFF! Or so he hoped. Flesh eating trees would totally make his day!

He led the way in, only just restraining himself from RUNNING though that made him twitch every third or so step since it was so hard not to zooooom on in and climb everything in sight. West offered friendly waves at the cool people like his AWESOME!BUDDY Theodore, and then found a seat and gestured at Isidora to HURRY UP AND SIT DOWN OMG!

Oh and,

"Hi professor!" He didn't actually know her name? But oh well! And she didn't literally mean TAKE a seat, did she? Well if it was comfy maybe he would after class? Somehow. Rope some other firsties into seat carrying.

They WOULD need seating for his special project after all.

First lesson and it falls under Herbology.

Jonathan was taught well about herbology during his absence at Hogwarts last term. He's just hoping that he'll do a great job on this lecture today. He feared Herbology at time because he was afraid of getting dirt on his hands, not that they need to be since everyone uses gloves and Professor Bentley has a strict policy about the uniforms during her class.

Which is why Jonathan likes her.

Jonathan walked to the first herbology lesson and found himself sitting down on one corner. Professor Bentley was up early, seeing her gleeful face made Jonathan feel at ease with it. Seems like they'll be having a nice day today. Putting his bag on the side, Jonathan looked at the Professor "Good day, Professor. You look refreshed" Jonathan greeted. He's expecting her summer had been awesome, yes? He then took a seat after greeting her.

Herbology?

Well, actually this blonde guy didn't have any interest about plants, and herbology. But he was in fifth year, right? So, he need to study hard to face his OWL. He walked to the greenhouse while he still biting his apple. First apple for today. Yum.. After he finished eating his apple, then Gary entered the greenhouse, noticed that the Professor was already there. Did he late? He didn't hope so.

"Good day, Professor." he smiled, then he took a seat at the back. Nice place for him if he could be sleeping while he was bored.

Isidora had only been slightly winded by all the stairs she had to take JUST to reach the entrance hall. It was almost as bad as the hike up to her tower, though at least she knew some of the ways now and didn't get lost or distracted. The only thing that kept her going so fast was the fact that it was her FIRST lesson of the year and she didn't want to miss it OR be late AND she didn't want West to leave her cause she was being a slow poke.

West looked like he was going to explode when she finally did reach him and so it didn't even cross her mind to stop for a breather, just kept walking with him alllll the way to the greenhouses. She was starting to think Hogwarts felt the need to get her in shape or something.

"Professor, hii!" Dora waved eagerly at the woman and hopped into her seat beside West, feet dangling. They were happy to have a break. "That was a long walk." She spoke to West but her eyes had wandered elsewhere.

LOOK AT ALL THE PLANTS. She kinda wished this seat was a spinning one so she could look at them FASTER but all she could do was turn in her seat manually.

The first lesson of the term and Daichi was READY!

He was even more excited this year because he had his hero, Mr.Duckles back. As the Slytherin made his way towards the greenhouse he had his school bag not on his back, but on his stomach. Like carrying a baby around. Of course there was no baby but his plush duck's head, that he had finally gotten back after a whole year from his father, was sticking out of the opening from the bag. He was still a bit nervous on what others would think about the plushy and he hoped that Indy had taken Pink Ted with her as well...wait..why was he thinking about her..AGAIN?!

Daichi's eyes twinkled with excitment as he saw the other students sitting on the benches near the green house and before sitting down he walked up to the Professor to greet her. "Hai Professor Bentley~!" the fourth year bowed his head and the bag with Mr.Duckles in it lowered as well. "Had a nice summer , Professor?"

Zhenya bounded into Herbology, happy as a peach!

"Hi Professor Bentley!" she said happily, "how was your summer? I hope you and your garden soaked up some nice heat."

She went to find a seat somewhere in the middle and got ready for her first Herbology lesson as a third year!

Oh, how she disliked not being able to wear her heels! She just felt odd without them! Still, Emmanuelle forced a grin onto her face as she entered the greenhouse. Wouldn't do to be rude in her first class ever at Hogwarts. After all, the professor probably had a good reason to ask them not to wear heels. And speaking of the professor… "Good morning professor!"

Her greeting done, Emmanuelle walked over to a bench and sat, placing her backpack on the ground beside her and pulling out a notebook and pen. There. Now she already for class to begin.

Thea entered the Greenhouses, breathing in the familiar smell. And trying very hard not to make a face. She wasn't fond of Herbology, but she liked the professor.

'Hello, Professor!' Waving, she also flashed the professor a smile as she walked past to find a seat.
On her way to a seat, she also smiled and waved to a few more familiar faces. Once to a spare seat she sighed and sat down.
