Nevermind apparently. Hugs for another day then!

Monte nodded. Yup, he underSTOOD that! Highlights, but no on the green and the haircut. Monte LAUGHED though. "Goodness, no. You won't get rainbow hair unless you ask for it." he smiled. "I can do a blond for you. Natural? Or you going for a more platinum look?"

Sierra was still backed against the wall, her eyes wide with fear, with the man simply nodded and then carried on with conversation. Whew. So he wasn't going to hug her! She felt herself start to breath again, so she pushed herself off the wall and into an upright position. No rainbow hair? "Good. I don't want rainbow hair," she said, shaking her head. "My parents would ground me until graduation..."

She trailed off on that note. Right. She'd been in enough trouble lately. She didn't want to add anything to that pile. "No, no platinum blonde. Just normal blonde highlights," she added. This was really her first time getting anything done to her hair. She'd always just had regular haircuts in the past. No added color, though. "...and can I use this coupon?" she asked, presenting the 10% off coupon. If she could get this for a lesser price, why not use it?

He can't take nicknames and quite frankly, Johnny is not a good nickname. Louisa dared called him that once, fail.

So he was here to cut his hair and add red highlights? Or some parts of his hair? Jonathan was quite at awe, he never knew Daichi would love to color his hair and especially in red. Wait, "Why red?" nothing really. It's more of a curious answer. Ohhh, maybe his favorite color is red? Who knows? Jonathan faced the price list once more as he waited for someone to entertain him for his haircut. But then, Jonathan suddenly looked at the ground when Daichi asked him that question.

She promised me to make a cake and do someting with the duckies at the pond! Can you ask if it's still on, pleeease?

No. He is not going over the whole 'we broke up' speech. Too many people had asked already. Daichi was a close friend of his but, sorry. He didn't want to talk about it. After awhile of not answering Daichi, he lifted his gaze once more and turned to him, giving him a smile. Jonathan was good enough to pull a poker face. "I haven't seen her around too" well, technically he still sees her in class but he just needed a good reason, right? "She's busy with prefect stuffs" continuing with another big smile "Maybe you'll see her around." and his head turned back to the price list.
trimmed.

Daichi thought for a few seconds when Jonathan asked him that question. Why red? Why indeed. "Because...i want it?" that was actually the only and the most simple answer he could come up with. He liked it and thought it would look good with his black hair.

As the older Slytherin looked at the prices , Daichi completely missed his thinking and thought that maybe he had not heard him. Opening his mouth to ask him about Kurumi again he quickly closed it when Jonathan looked at him again.

"Oh! so she's busy with all that Prefect stuff! I get it now..." Being a Prefect must be hard work. "I'll ask her if i see her ..maybe i'll see her here at Hogsmeade!" That would be great right? "And if you see her before i did can you asked?" he didn't add the pleeease this time but had clasped his hands together and looked at the seventh year with a puppy kind of look.

He REALLY wanted that chocolate cake from Kurumi!

Oh, he wouldn't call himself a genius per say. Before he could respond however, ALL CHAOS BROKE LOOSE! Oops! Bending down to help the kid, Monte picked up the plushed duck and the wallet. SOMEONE...liked ducks. A lot.

"Wouldn't be interested in a duck design with your coloring, would you?" Monte JOKED, but he was also serious at the same time. He would, if the boy wanted it. He held the items out for the young lad to take back.

Daichi groaned as his stuff fell on the floor. He hoped the floor was clean and not filled with cut hair. He was about to bend down when the Blue man did the same. He stood there now, waiting for the man to pick up his plushy and wallet and as it was being handed to him... Daichi gasped.

He had gasped because...someone had touched Mr.Duckles without his permission! His eyes looked at the man as if he had just touch the most precious thing on the planet. And it was. "Eeeh...yeah...thank you.." Daichi answered and snatched the plushie out of the mans hands and held it back to his chest.

So there was a duck design? For a second, the boys eyes twinkled again as he looked at the items curiously. But what did he mean with, duck design? Was it a orange or yellow haircolor. His hair cut in the shape of a duck? Or the side shaved with a little duck art? WHAT?! :whaa:

It sounded cool to him but then he thought about his classmates and he could already picture the laughs and the pointing fingers. And for the first time in his life, Daichi said "No.." to a duck suggestion. SOMEONE CALL ST.MUNGO'S!

"I want my hair styled up a bit and the top a red color, please!" he said as he explained how he wanted his hairstyle. "Do you think that would suit me?" He was the expert right?

Nice, everyone seems to change their hair nowadays but at least Diachi didn't want some extreme makeovers like Jonathan did when he was in the fifth year. His mother changed his hair blonde and a little bit curly. Then he changed it back half the term. When he came back for the sixth year, it is once again blonde but this time, it's straight and better than the last time. Now? It is still blonde but the ends of his hair was brown. It kinda suits him. "Cool. I should wait for you, to see what it'll look like" and he's not going to accept 'no' for an answer. Jonathan really wanted to see how it'll turn up. Red highlights? That looked really awesome.

And as for the Kurumi topic, Jonathan just smiled at Daichi. Seems that the fourth year doesn't really have an idea about it. Jonathan nodded accordingly as he kept talking.

Taking out a light green cover, Monte wrapped it around the young man, and clasped it in the back before picking up a dark blue comb and pair of scissors. "Won't take long. We'll go a little at a time." See how short the boy wanted it. "If you can lean your head forward a little..."

Really, he wasn't going to ruin it, or he wasn't Monte Bossa!

Jonathan followed the blue man as he led the way for him and sat onto one of the comfy chairs. He looks really legit with his scissors and whatnot so yes, Jonathan is fully going to trust this blue haired and blue fashion man. He knows what he is doing and pretty much, confident with it.

Then Jonathan is covered in one of those green covers as the blue man finally readied his tools: scissors and combs. Of course, they were all in blue. Jonathan nodded his head as he said it won't take long.

It's now all up to him.

"I would suggest though..." He walked over to the shelves and pulled down two bottles. "If you do go with that type of hairstyle, to keep your hair long, and to not make the curls uniform." Was she following with what he was saying? "You'll still have the thick curl look, but not so much where it looks unnatural. Might have that slight natural messy look that a lot of people try to get."

Yes, Monte knew unnatural!

Pam smiled as Monte talked. She knew what he meant. She would need to find a curler though. She eagerly took the products, and looked them over. "These look perfect!" She said with a smile. "How much?" She didn't have a whole lot of money left, (she was still going off of the money her mom saved up). But she had enough. Hopefully. She was eager to get her new hairstyle going.

Monte GASPED!

"Dear girl, WHY?" he asked in shock, holding a hand to his chest. "You have such marvelous red hair as it is!" Dying it strawberry blonde? It should be illegal! He had to remind himself though that this was HIS shop. He could turn away any request if he wanted to.

Though he could see the strawberry blonde color on the girl. Could work out.

"Hello, Sir," Nora said with a BIG grin. "Yes!" He COULD help her, actually. "Can you make my hair curly? I mean... not curly curly," because she didn't want to end up with an... afro. :whaa: "Just wavy?"

OH?!

He did enjoy giving hair waves and curls. How could he turn down a request such as this? He couldnt'! "Of course, of course! I must say, it would look simply marvelous on you." Yup, Monte could picture her with wavy hair now. Simply marvelous!!

Though he gestured on over to the stations in the back. "Right this way."

He handed the coupon back to the girl. "Keep that in hand for me, alright? So I don't forget!"

And that wouldn't be good. NOPE! "Let's go up to one of the stations." Perhaps the nice orange one?

Listening to how the young man wanted his hair done, Monte SMILED and nodded. "Yes, I think that will suit you very well! You have very good taste in hairstyles, young sir!" Yup, Monte could already see it now. Just perfect! "Lets go on up to one of the stations."

Monte led the way. The yellow station.

OH! Styling! With RED highlights! Yes, he could do BOTH of those! "Well, there are just TONS of styles you can go for." He gestured on over to the stations behind the reception desk. Moving to one of the stations! "Curly or wavy hair is quite popular. Layers help a lot when going for those looks. Bangs have also made their comeback, though for you..."

Monte stopped next to a station and looked at her, patting the chair with one hand while rubbing his chin with the other. He was CONTEMPLATING stuff!

Ira giggled, just a bit. No why was he doing that? Like, thinking over her name? At least that was what it seemed to Ira. "Yep, Ira it is.." she smiled at him.

"Monte.. nice to meet you too!" she said, placing her hand in his, giving a handshake. What was up with all this formal greeting? she thought to herself. And she STILL felt pretty weird looking at Monte the blue man.

Curls seemed a good idea.. but nope, she didn't want them. At least, not too much. Layering? Yeah, that did seem good.. Oh well! Let Monte decided. After all, he knew and could understand what was more suitable for her right? She looked at him pondering over the styling. She went over and sat on the chair at the styling station as indicated by him. The styling station did look cool!

She said, "Just do what ever you think will look good, okay?"

Then she sat listening to the wizard rock music playing through the shop. And waiting for Monte to decided on something for her.

Oh gosh, Monte simply loved doing curls!

Well, waves, like the girl wanted, but all in all, it was the same thing. The other was just a bit more springy than the latter. "Alrighty! Time to give you some waves." Waaaaaaaves. He did a robot wave like motion with his arms. So fun!

Taking his wand out of his blue jacket, he accio'd a set of curlers as well as his very own hair spray formula, specific for curly hair to keep those locks springy all day long! His wife use it though. Not him. Well...maybe sometimes. "So...Ira." he started to say as the curlers levitated out of their container and started rolling themselves into the girl's hair as he sprayed the strands. "You're a Hogwarts student? Tell me...what is your favorite thing about your school?"

Especially the shoes!! "You're all set! I'll tell you what though, Jonathan." Monte set down the cover on the counter top. Will clean it later. "I'll take a few sickles off the pricing. A little trim isn't going for a full price."

A trim of the bangs wasn't so much anyway.

As Sierra got herself good and comfortable in the chair, she felt her stomach flip. She'd never had anything done to her hair before. She'd had simple haircuts, but even that had been done by magic. She'd never, ever had her hair dyed, and truth be told, this scared her more than the thought of becoming a Hufflepuff.

"Okay, just...let's just get this over with," she said, squeezing her eyes shut. "Sorry. I'm just nervous." ...and she wasn't going to open her eyes until it was all done. "You do know what you're doing right? You've done this before?" Trusting, she was not.

Waaaaaves! Yay!

As the Blue Man started doing his magic in her hair, he'd also asked her something, but... "It's Nora," she giggled. Well, Ira... Nora... he'd gotten two out of four letters. That was good. Now, back to his question. "Yes, I'm a fourth year." But... what was her favourite thing about her school? No one's actually asked her that before. "Everything... I think?" Well, maybe except for the flying lessons, being so terrified of heights and all.

That was true! Monte enjoyed trying new things!

Monte smiled. "Too right you are." TOO right. While the red looked splendid on her, if she wanted to try something new, who was Monte to stop her? "Well then, come on right up to one of the stations." Stawberry blonde it was then.

Phew, it seemed that Emmanuelle had escaped having to pled her case further. That was a relief! Following the man to one of the stations, she took a seat and waited for him to start. Meanwhile, though, she looked around for something to talk about. Because she figured that this was going to be a long process and would be awkward if she didn't say anything, right? Finally, she landed on something. "You have a very… colorful decor here."

Just a trim. Looking at the ends, there really wasn't much damage anyhow. "Just a trim." He grinned as he placed a BLUE cover around her, clipping it in the back. "Well lets go to the back then and wash your hair really quick, and then onto the trim!"

Hopefully repeating the word 'trim' would make her less nervous. He could sense it! :whaa:

"Yes. Just a trim." She emphasised the 'Just a trim' part. She had no need for her hair to be straightened, or dyed or - or made weirdly long.

She studied her reflection in the mirror for a second as the blue man placed the blue cover around her. Blue. This man seemed obsessed with the colour. It was kind of worrying...

She nodded. The trim. Yes. To be honest, she couldn't wait to get out of this weird beauty shop thing and get a drink at The Three Broomsticks.

Alright!

"Perfect!" he SMILED, setting down his comb and scissors on the counter top before unclasping the back of the cover, taking it off in such a way where the excess hair wouldn't get all over the lad's outfit. Especially the shoes!! "You're all set! I'll tell you what though, Jonathan." Monte set down the cover on the counter top. Will clean it later. "I'll take a few sickles off the pricing. A little trim isn't going for a full price."

A trim of the bangs wasn't so much anyway.

AWESOME!!!

A coupon and another discount for the trimming of the bangs. This is turning out to be a great day for Jonathan, that's for sure. See? This is why autumn is an awesome season, everyone should learn to like it despite the fact that it gets colder.

Jonathan stood up as soon as the cover was off him. He looked at the mirror and fixed his now trimmed bangs. Finally, it doesn't touch his eyes and he could get rid of those awful mannerism of his. "Thank you." for the discount and for the trimming the bangs. Jonathan smiled as he took out his wallet. "How much will I be paying you then?" mr. nice blue man.

Okay.

So...he's heard there was a salon at Hogsmeade. Kennedy was, at first, skeptical about the idea, but when he began seeing new hairdos and stuff he decided to come down and investigate it. He wrinkled his nose at the place's name. Simply Stylish. Didn't that sound a bit...feminine?

Why couldn't it be...Bob's Barber shop...

... something manly.

With one last sigh he stepped inside. It was...impressive, but what made him stay - besides his original plan - was the coupon. Well...how can he refuse a coupon? It was practically calling his name. So, with less hesitation he waited to be attended.

Plus, he really needed a haircut...you know to look nice for...yeah.

Wrapping an orange cover around the girl, Monte clasped it in the back.

OH? Monte chuckled. Chuckled! Not laughed. His chuckle was quieter than his laugh. "It's not a problem, dear girl." he smiled. Monte was a patient man. He lowered his voice as he leaned in a little. "And if it makes you feel any better, I've done this a thousand times." A maybe more!

Alright, maybe not that many times, but enough times to do this perfectly with his eyes closed. "I'll be right back, alright? I need to make the hair coloring." He pointed to an area not too far away where he headed to. It wasn't long before he had the coloring mixed, and a bunch of foil pieces to use. Placing them on a small tray he positioned next to the chair, Monte looked into the mirror to the girl. "Ready?"

"I will be recommending you to my friends!" She said happily. With a bounce in her step, she happily skipped out of the store with her brand new purchase.

Taking the four galleons, Monte smiled and nodded his head. "It's my pleasure." he said, giving a semi-bow. Oh! OH! She was going to recommend him to her friends! "Thank you very much!" This day was a very good day.

ooc: Oh, forgive me lol

Nora?

What did he say?

Monte paused for a moment before bursting out into a laughter. "Merlin me! Nora." he laughed and shook his head as he resumed spraying the locks of hair and adding in the curlers. "Nora is a wonderful name."

Monte listened as she answered his question, despite the little mix up with names. "Everything?" he repeated in amazement. "Alright. Is there a least favorite part of yours? There's got to be." He gave a joking serious expression to her through the mirror.

Halfway done with the curlers!

After the redhead made herself comfortable on the nice red-orange chair, Monte chuckled and wrapped a cover around her, clasping it in the back. "Thank you, thank you." he said, pulling a little tray over to the side so it could hold the hair coloring for him. "I tried. Some of the other hair salons I've been and worked at, they were too dull, you know?"

Sure, they had music and stuff, but this, THIS just said EXCITEMENT! "I'm going to get your hair coloring ready. I'll be right back." And right back he was! It didn't take long before her got the shade he needed, and then he was back, along with a few extra hair clips.

"Alright." he said, looking at her through the mirror reflection. "Ready?"

Monte smiled and waited for her to stand up before moving to the back stations with the large sinks. The one he chose though was quite PURPLE and quite SPARKLY. It just said 'FABULOUS' didn't it?

Monte thought so.

He waited for her to sit down. Just a quick wash.

So, then how much would the young man be paying? Monte moved over to his desk and calculated the cost with a giant calculator. Giant being an understatement. At least it was silent, right!? Or did the wizard rock music just drown out the noise?

"Your total is 15 sickles." Monte grinned as he turned back to Jonathan.

Monte SAW the young man walk in! Due to the fact that he was already looking that way, but nevertheless, anyone was welcome into his shop. Alright, almost anyone.

"Hello, sir!" he called over in carriage loads of a cheerful tone! Monte made his way over to the young man, a little bounce in his step. This was his TUUUUNE! Oh how he listened to this song in his younger days! "Looking for something specific today?"

Kennedy was carefully looking around when a cheerful tone caught his attention. A blue man had spoken to him it appeared. The Prefect took several more steps into the shop and wondered if he'd leave with colorful hair. Yikes! He wouldn't want that. At. All.

Switching his attention at the man's face instead of his head, Kennedy returned the greeting. "Hello, Sir." Though the background music was catchy. Not that he'd say anything about it. "Well, my hair is a tad too long," he said, straightening a curl that hung on his forehead all the way to his eyebrows. See. Too long. "So a trim would do...?" He wasn't sure. The only person he trusted with his hair was the barber back home and Selena. She cut it for him last year and had done a surprisingly good job.

Maybe Mr. Blue had a suggestion? Hmm?

As Mr Blue burst out into a laughter, so did Nora. She wasn't one to get mad if people got her name wrong; she rarely even got mad. She was always cheeful. Heh. And... oh? Nora was a wonderful name? "Thank you," she said, looking at her reflected form as her cheeks turned pink. Well, she sort of... hated her name, since it was so short and common. On the other hand, her middle name, Penelope... she liked that one, but no one really called her like that. Only when her mother got mad and used her full name, as if Nora needed a hint to figure out that she was mad at her.

Hmmm... a favourite thing... "I like the house elves! They make the best food. Especially the pudding and the cookies!" She loved anything that had to do with chocolate.

The girl couldn't help but grin when she noticed that a big part of her hair was all curly or wavy or whatever. Pretty!
