SPOILER!!: Door When the door is open, you will step into a room that has been charmed to match the theme of the room. Inside this room, no student is allowed to use magic. It is a completely Magic Free Fun Zone. Every few months (few weeks OOC), the theme of the room will change to something else. In the entrance, there is a movie concession stand. Behind the concession stand, is a huge red curtain that is pulled aside. Once you walked through the curtain, you enter a huge movie theatre. The theatre has specially charmed seats that are extra soft. SPOILER!!: Movie Theatre In the concession area is a long table full of various Muggle Movie treats. There is a popcorn machine with bags beside it that is busy popping new popcorn for the movies. Beside that is a stack of cups and a soft drink machine. Past that is a stack of Muggle Candy, including Nerds, Skittles, Milk Duds, Sour Patch Kids, Starbursts, Gummy Bears, Junior Mints, and Hot Tamales. This table has been charmed to refill everything automatically after you grab things of your choice. Your refills are endless but don't eat too much. Every week OOC a new movie will be shown in the theatre area. The new movie will be announced each week in this thread. All of the movies are school appropriate. Once you sit down, the muffliato charm will silence your conversations from those around you so have fun RPing throughout the movie without a worry that you are going to bother or interrupt the movie for others. NOTE: This is not a snogging/makeout room. Remember that Professor Cerulean will be dropping in throughout the movies so keep in mind that you are always being watched. Feel free to RP yourself grabbing goodies and watching the movie and talking and such. Have fun with this! Sarah wondered what was inside when she saw the big doors. She pushed through and was left flabbergasted with the sight. There was something eccentric about the place. She could smell the muggle-ish stuff. There was a stand and huge red curtain. Wait a minute! Movie? Sarah was the first one to have entered this world. Sarah spotted the professor. "Hello professor!" she went to her hurriedly. "Is something special today?" she enquired. She could see the rows of muggle delicacies. Hot popcorns, starbursts, serds, skittles, milk duds, and so on. Her mouth water. How she missed home and Katya! Sigh! |
Movies! ... or, wait. Muggle movies! Knowing that she missed those last term, Nora was more than anxious about this one. She wasn't familiar with those muggle stories, but she happened to hear about the Beauty and the Beast, although she had no idea what would happen. Going by the name, it had to be something pretty. Entering the room, Nora's eyes went sooo wide that they were almost as big as that screen. After throwing a look here and there, she took a seat... somewhere in the middle. Not in the back of the room, but not in the front either. She had juuust the best seat. As for the professor... was she there? All Nora knew was that she was too fascinated about the size of the screen that she didn't even notice the food. |

This was super dooper cool, Darwin thought to himself, making his way into the Magic Free Fun Zone. And Beauty and the Beast was supposed to be a good film - Emiline hated it, and that was enough review for him. He wasn't sure what it was about, though, only that it had come out YEARS ago and been re-released a MILLION times since then. He thought it might have even been released before his dad was born. And that was super dooper old. Going to the concessions stand, Darwin grabbed a few bags of sweets Sigh. |
Wowow, wasn't this a cool idea? Paulie remembered Louisa telling him about this magic-free movie theater thing last year, but he'd totally forgotten about it until now! The seventh year made his way on into the theater, and immediately he was met with the heavenly smell of incredibly buttery movie popcorn. Drooooool. Paulie made no hesitation to go grab a bag of popcorn, two boxes of junior mints (because WHO turns down a Junior Mint?!) and a Coca-Cola with a bendy straw to wash it all down. With his hands full of unhealthy goodies, he moved along and skimmed the theater for a good seat. |
Beauty and the Beast. It was one of Evelyn's all time favorite movies. She used to watch it all the time as a kid. With a huge smile on her face, she entered the room and POPCORN! She could smell popcorn. Yum. Oh, gosh. She felt like she was back at home, when she used to go to the theatre with her friends. She filled a bag filled with popcorn before she shifted the curtains to the side and entered the theatre. She took a seat in the back. WOOT. She couldn't wait for the movie to begin. |

Silvia walked into the room, glad to see that the movie theater theme had been brought back. She grabbed some popcorn and a drink and quickly made her way to a seat. She hadn't seen this movie in a very long time, and it was nice to have something fun and relaxing to do after a long day of classes. |

Violet walked into the grand doorway towards the movie that they were about to watch. A movie called Beauty and Beast sounded really interesting to her even though she never understood why muggles did such silly movies in the past with a monster falling in love with a ordinary mundane girl. She hoped it was worth her time to watch this movie since she had some studying to do, but hey, maybe she could make some new friends here. She spotted her friend Evangelina sitting beside a young boy that looked the same age as her. Violet went over with a big smile, relieved that she at least knew somebody here. "Hey Angie!" she then looked over at the boy beside her. "Hey! I'm Violet. Nice to meet ya eh?" |

Ella was beyond excited. Beauty and the Beast was one of her favorite movies and she couldn't believe that they were showing it here, at Hogwarts! The second year bounced into the theater holding her popcorn and looked around for an empty seat. She smiled as she looked around, happy that there were other Beauty and the Beast fans at this school. Maybe she could get to know a few? Spotting an empty seat, Ella sat down and placed her popcorn in her lap, shoving a small handful into her mouth. YUM! This was definitely the life. |
Ohh goody! Ronnie had never seen a muggle animated movie before, so this would be interesting! The red head skipped into the theater, and looked around for an open seat. She found one near the front and plopped down onto it, looking around for any familiar faces. She found herself beginning to bounce a bit in her seat, she was quite excited for this! She slipped her hand in her pocket to see if she had her jellybeans with her. Yup! Right there. Good. She wondered if she was allowed to have candy in the theater. That seemed alright...didn't it? |

Walking into the room was like walking straight into a scene from Presley's childhood. There were a few who knew what the movie was, and some who didn't even know what a TV was. But with her mother being a muggle, Beauty and the Beast had been Pres's second favorite childhood fairy-tale. She stepped over to the popcorn table and filled a plate with plenty. She didn't want to have to go back over for more. Then taking a seat in possibly the softest seats ever in a public theater she began watching avidly. They were at the part where the townspeople were singins about Belle being a "beauty but a funny girl" and Presley grinned. She would have to write to Leo about this. He'd hated this particular movie when they were kids. |

Another Muggle Free Fun Zone? Zhenya had loved attending these movies last year, and she was just as excited this year. She walked in and smelled the popcorn and went to grab a small box of it, with looooooooooots of butter. Her favourite! She had a big bottle of water, and what was fine by her. She took a seat in the back row, wanting to watch the movie alone... maybe. She settled into her seat, crossed her legs and started to eat. Looking around, she saw lots of people who must have loved these movie sessions just as much as she did. |
For Katherine <333 I have permission to pull Kurumi down here Selina had finally had enough. Ever since Kurumi and Jonathan had broken things off the sixth year prefect had only left the dorms for class and prefecting duties. Her best friend would not even leave the safety of her bed for breakfast or dinner, which automatically elected Selina as the person to go and fetch her friend food everyday. The problem with that system was that even when Selina brought food upstairs for Kurumi her friend rarely touched it. It was like she was in the deep relapses of her mind and the Kurumi Selina knew was trapped inside trying to find her way back to happiness. And Selina had finally had her breaking point with her best friend. It was not going to help Kurumi get any better if she continued to lay about and do something. She had to go through the motions of everyday life and pretend to be okay because eventually she would stop pretending. So after Selina returned to the dorms after her late lunch-early dinner snack, she was enflamed to see Kurumi still lying in the same spot where Selina had left her mere hours before. Without even asking her friend's permission she marched over to Kurumi's bed, pulled her best friend out from under the sheets, put on Kurumi's shoes, and started to drag her friend's limp body out of the dorms. What made the whole ordeal so much sadder was that Kurumi did not even fight Selina on her forceful removal from her bed. Kurumi needed something that would make her start living again. Not everything is life was so terrible that she had to stop ceasing to live it. When they finally arrived at their destination she sat Kurumi down in a seat and left her there for a moment to pick up snacks. Unlike the previous times Selina and Kurumi had gone to the cinema, Selina was not loading up on snacks for herself... They were all for Kurumi. Her best friend had barely eaten in days and she needed to get something in her system. Something that would make her body wake up a little to help her mind jump start. She returned to Kurumi's side when she collected what she needed and then plopped all of the snacks in Kurumi's lap. Seriously, Selina said, "Hey look at me. You eat these snacks, you watch this movie, and you start living again. My best friend is in there somewhere and I am just going to sit here until she decides to come out again, you hear? So eat and enjoy... And please... Say something.". Anything really would do. |
SPOILER!!: Selina <33 Kurumi had hardly registered that Selina had even come back to the dorm rooms after her routine....whatever meal of the day it was... nor had she registered her best friend throwing the covers off her. Thankfully, Kurumi had been in her school uniform for the most part - the blouse and skirt part anyway - or else Selina would have been dragging a pajama clad prefect through the castle. Not that Kurumi would have cared. She hardly put any effort into her appearance these days, and that included brushing her hair. So, right now she sort of resembled what Selina looked like towards the end of Potions. Once sitting down, Kurumi immediately pulled her legs close to her chest and hugged them tightly there. She didn't want to be here. She wanted to be back in bed hiding from the world. It hurt less that way. In bed she could feel numb and not have people looking at her. Not to mention that people were probably judging her...if they knew what had happened. Kurumi felt sick and the smell of the popcorn wasn't helping much. "Can I go now...." she asked meekly, her voice trailing off at the end just as the theater went dark and the screen showed the Disney logo. Guess that was a no. Kurumi felt a sharp pain in her chest as the movie began, obvious mentions of love in the narration striking a cord with the Gryffindor that made her clutch her chest and almost whimper. Of course, it had to be this sort of story. In her own twisted way, Kurumi could sort of identify with the Beast... who could ever learn to love a beast? Yeah, that was exactly how she felt right now because that WAS what she was. A monster. A monster that had hurt him so badly that he had cried...and he never cried. Anybody? Lilly LOVED these movies. They had all been amazing last year, and now one of her favourite muggle movies of all time was showing. It was warm in there after walking through the breezy grounds earlier. She couldn't help wondering whether she could cry now, after promising Ira not to cry at the start or end of the year. It was near the start, but most definitely not the very start, so she might be alright. But maybe later in the film, so it looked like she was a soppy girl who cried at movies. Lilly picked up a packet of starburst (one of her favourite muggle sweets) and sat down in one of the strangely soft seats. For a magic-free zone, there sure was a lot of magic, with more sweets appearing as they were taken and the seats being charmed with irrestable softness. Stil, the young Gryffindor didn't object. If only seats in the cinema at home had been that soft. Home. Not Rupert's rather-nice, perfect-for-a-treehouse house. Real home. With mum and dad and Violet and Rose. But that wasn't happening anytime soon. |

She eyed him before she popped another popcorn into her mouth. Wait, what? She was completely going to ignore the fact that he just called her Evie. ANYWAY. She finished chewing on the popcorn..just in case..before she laughed. "Don't worry. I'm fine. I don't think you have to do the Heimlich on me but..thanks for the concern." She smirked before she continued to eat her popcorn. Oh? So, he'd seen Beauty and the Beast before. "You like it?" She knew that everyone liked Disney movies but it was always polite to ask. |
For whoever wants it. ^____^ Magic Free Fun Zone. That had been fun last term too so Lewis had figured that he might as well come here again this term too. According to the notice board this one was different to the time he'd been here with Gwen earlier this year. There wouldn't be any board games. No, instead there would be animated movies. Beauty and the Beast. Whatever that was. But seeing as he didn't really have anything better to do and he could really use the distraction... The smell of popcorn immediately hit him the moment he stepped into the room but apart from that he couldn't make out too much of anything since the movie had apparently already started which meant that it was quite dark. He was just about to make his way over to a nearby seat so he wouldn't be in the way, Lewis just sort of froze in place when there was a lighter sequence in the movie, illuminating the room a little. Selina's red hair had caught his attention at first but the moment he recognized her, his eyes flickered to the seat next to hers. And there she was. Kurumi. Looking like she really didn't want to be here. Looking she didn't really want to be anywhere right now. She looked like she just wanted to become one with the chair she was sitting on and...disappear. Lewis swallowed hard upon seeing her like this and the urge to just walk over to where they were sitting was becoming more and more unbearable. But he shouldn't. Selina had said no. That he should wait for her to come to him. But still. This. The way she was now pulling her legs against her chest, it just, it broke his heart. It was terrible to see her like this. Still, he wasn't allowed to go over there. After a moment of being tempted to just walk out of the room again, he decided that he might as well watch the movie after all. It certainly looked...interesting. And that way he could keep an eye on Kurumi too. So as quickly as he could he made his way over to a vacant seat, a couple of rows behind Kurumi and Selina and took a seat. Trying to focus on the movie was quite hard seeing as his gaze repeatedly flicked over to where the two girls were sitting. Also, that movie? Yeah, it was about finding true love or something. Perfect timing. Yes. Perfect timing. Only not really. |
SPOILER!!: Kurumi <333 Selina watched Kurumi carefully out of the corner of her eye after she returned with the food. It seemed that when she was gone Kurumi finally registered where it was that she was and what Selina was making her do. Panic flooded Kurumi's face, but not the energetic panic of someone who was truly alert, it was more lethargic and comparable to the way Kurumi had been ever since her break up. Her just sitting there with nothing to do and virtually no expression made Selina want to shake her. This was not the Kurumi that was her best friend and if her best friend saw this empty shell of a person she would most likely yell at herself. Kurumi was stronger than this, this was the Adam Kurumi and she had grown stronger since then. Now it was like no progress had been made at all. She perked up when she heard Kurumi say something, but when it registered what her words were Selina shook her head no and coldly turned her face back to the screen. There was no way that Kurumi was going to leave now and Selina had to make a point that Kurumi was going to sit through the entire movie and try to return to at least a shinning moment of normalcy. "No," she replied quickly, "You can't leave." And that was that. Kurumi was not going to fight Selina on that verdict because, honestly, her best friend did not have the energy to do anything right now. Selina knew that Kurumi had no option but to just sit there. Luckily for Selina, she did not see the action that went along with Kurumi's request, or she might have been tempted to let her friend retreat. It was too late now though. The movie was starting and Selina always sat back a little when a movie started. Growing up not in the Muggle World seeing muggle movies for the first few minutes always frightened Selina. But then she eased into the movie when the pretty lady started to sing. As the movie slowly progressed, the redhead stole a glance over at her best friend and saw that she was sitting curled up in her seat. That made Selina's heart break. Not even outside of the dorms could Kurumi pull it together, not even for a small moment in time. Her best friend was so much worse than Selina had originally thought she was, there was a lot to be done before she recovered. And she hoped to Merlin that she did. SPOILER!!: on the screen |
SPOILER!!: Selina!!! Kurumi didn't even have to hear Selina's reply to know what her best friend was going to say. The redhead wouldn't have dragged Kurumi all the way down here just so that she could walk right back up to the dorms. Wishful thinking, perhaps. Although, Kurumi didn't do too much wishing these days. Her mind wandered, just for a moment, to the book club meeting where she had sat across from him and made brief eye contact with him. She had been wanting it for a while....but not what came next. He had ignore her. Ignore that she even existed. So that was how it was going to be then...he would go on pretending like she wasn't there, like she was under an invisibility cloak. At least he has seemed...normal. Acted as though he was. While it hurt to see that as well, Kurumi was glad that he was able to find some sort of life rhythm. At least he was able to get through his days...without her.... Kurumi really wasn't paying too much attention to the movie and had missed a rather large chunk of things until ... that Gaston guy took Belle's book and complained about there not being any pictures in it. Kurumi almost smiled, almost. It was faint, but there was something that tugged at the corners of her lips...until he tossed the book into the mud and then Kurumi gasped. First of all, books were not supposed to be tossed. Secondly, they were not supposed to be tossed in mud. And thirdly....Kurumi just didn't like the way the guy was puffing out his chest. Kurumi didn't shift her body position at all, but her head did lift just a little so that it wasn't resting on her knees now. She wasn't sure why, but she felt as though there was someone watching over her. Someone that wasn't her best friend who was clearly taking every opportunity to glance at her out of the corner of her eye. "I'm not going to make a run for it you know," she murmured in a slightly defeated tone. "I wouldn't be able to outrun you anyway." So, Selina could sit back and relax about that happening, right? Still...there was a familiar feeling behind whoever's gaze it was that had fallen on Kurumi and it made her relax a little. Kurumi sort of zoned out a bit more, partly missing the exchange between Belle and her father...but she didn't miss when that Gaston dude came back and tried to propose to Belle...again. SPOILER!!: on screen Her one hand was still clutching the necklace around her neck, but her other hand had idly reached into the buttered popcorn and popped a few into her mouth, chewing them slowly. "He sort of reminds me of Connor," Kurumi ALMOST laughed.There was an obvious hint of airiness to her voice, one that hadn't been there in over a month. |

Louisa *glomps* Jonathan saw that the Magic free Fun Zone finally opened for students to enjoy. Last 2 terms ago, it was also there but Jonathan barely even made it in. He doesn't exactly know what to do inside and besides he hasn't been into one of these movie places. He remembered Ayumi calling it theater or cinema or something like that. Or was it Ryu that said it? That conversation was long gone anyway. And so, he decided to give this one a try. Muggle Animated Movies. Beauty and the Beast. He heard Jeanne once talking about it but Jonathan wasn't too sure what the story was. He used to be stubborn to listen everytime he sees someone holding a book and does some story time with him. He has finally fixed that now, considering how he just randomly joined the book club meeting for no reason whatsoever at all. Waiting outside for Louisa. Jonathan checked his watch, she better not be late. Has the movie started yet or something? Come on Louisa, where are you? Jonathan feels super excited about this one too. |

Playing the tour-guide for Purebloods in theater felt like a lifetime career for her, last term Ellie "SO.. you see mister Johnny..." Louisa stopped for a second looking at him sideways, "Can I call you Johnny?" She already did that behind his back so the permission wasn't really significant to her anyways. "This is called cinema! I don't know if you've been to the theater last term but I'll just tell you everything I know already. I'll cut the boring-for-you interesting-for-me information that I read from books." Kudos for Louisa for being friendly today. This Prefect thing was rubbing off on her it seems. "We go through this door and on to the main hall where rows of seats.." They both had reached the theater by now and Louisa unhooked her arm from him to gesture around her, ".. exist. That giant screen far ahead is where the movie is going to be played. We need to get some snacks and some drinks before we sit down though... come on.." She grabbed his elbow and dragged him toward the corner where muggle and wizard junk food lied down. |

Louisa was just going on and on about all of the things. It feels like she was speaking in jibberish or something. Nonetheless, Jonathan was still at awe with it. His head moved from top to bottom and left to right. Simply amazed with it. And then once again he was suddenly swooped. He hasn't said anything to her for the whole five minutes and he was constantly just bounced from one place to another like a ball. Reaching the food and snacks area, Jonathan took a good look with all the fun snacks to enjoy. They seem to all look good so he glanced over to Louisa "Pick for me. Recommend me anything." he said trying to pick any type of candy. |
A magic free fun zone. Charlit liked the idea of a zone where they could have fun, without magic! It would be like a challenge, she pictured a giant obstical course faced with hidden creatures that they would need to deal with, without magic. She stepped into the room, OK, not exactly what she expected. She was captivated by the picture on the wall, it was like a drawing on a book only the people in the picture moved in and out really fast and even some of the candels and clocks moved! This was the coolest magic she had ever seen, oh but wait, it was a magic free zone... how do the muggles do it? "I don't get it!" she said. "How is this picture moving so fast?" |
Jezzabelle was running a little late but she slipped into the back row as quietly as possible. It was one of her favorite movies and she was a little sad she had missed a big chunk of the beginning but it was still in it's early phases. She pulled her self into a comfortable little ball in the seat and was thanking Merlin she was tiny. She hadn't made plans to come here with anyone just to come. She couldn't remember what happened earlier that day but whatever it was made her late. Every time she tried to remember she would come up blank and everything would be black. Oh, well. All she needed to do was lose herself into the lovely story of Belle and the Beast. She watched as Gaston tried to propose to Belle a second time and she just shook her head. Text Cut: NOT Johnny :D No nicknames? Bummer. She had to remember not to say Johnny in front of him now. Oh well, the earth won't stop spinning if it slipped once or twice. Louisa eyed him for a second when he was nonchalant about the snacks. Huh. "Okay." Really. Something was off with him... and no, she didn't mean the usual things that were off with him for the whole time she'd known him, this was like he was just there. Physically there. Louisa shrugged to herself and started grabbing all kinds of snacks, "There is a variety of snacks in here, I'll just grab most of the muggle ones since you already know and tasted the wizardy ones. Take this.." she shoved the bucket of snacks into his arms and started filling two popcorn bowls, "Popcorn is like a classic for watching a movie. If you consider the amount of butter or oil you use to make it, it can even be a light snack. We can't get you into the cinema without a popcorn bowl." The Ravenclaw held two bowls for each one of them and started going back to where the seats were. "Okay, so now we come down to choosing a seat for the movie..." which was starting already!! D: "Don't worry about missing the movie, by the way, I can give you a summary." She flashed him a reassuring smirk. Louisa made him stop at the top of the hall where all the seats stretched down before them. She started, "Your choice of seat depends on your goal of going to a movie." And nope, seeing the film wasn't the only goal. "If you're here to really watch the film, I prefer sitting somewhere in the middle row, center section. Not too close to the screen or you'll get motion sick or your eyes will keep flashing after you're done with the movie." The Ravenclaw started descending slowly in one of the aisles expecting Walking down a few more steps, Louisa didn't stop talking, "Since we're here for the movie let's try sitting in one of the--" she was saying as her eyes scanned the area and spotted "--OHH! Look KURUMI!" His girlfriend and her friend! Louisa beamed at the boy. "Did you know she was coming?" But why didn't he tell Louisa? And most importantly why didn't they wait for Kurumi to join them? "This is going to be fun!" She prodded Jonathan forward to get into the row that the Gryffindor Prefect and Selina occupied because he naturally would want to join his girlfriend and Louisa was totally fine with that GROUP MOVIE NIGHT! Yay! |
Daisy grinned, walking into the Magic Free Fun Zone. It'd been fun last year, muggle things to do and some awesome snacks, so she didn't want to miss this year. Grinning as she saw the familiar cinema format, Daisy wondered what the film would be. Whoever chose the films did have good choices, and the muggle films were funny, but they were weird. Feeling a little lonely, she grabbed some snacks and took an empty seat, smiling at all the happy chatter in the room. Where were her friends? |
She stared at the picture for longer, and began to realise that it was telling a story. The best part though, was when the people in this picture, began to sing. This was totally magical, the colors and dancing were something she had never seen before. She went to the snack table during the part when Gaston trying to propose to Bell a second time, will he ever get it? It's so obvious that Bell doesn't want to be with him! Back in her seat, she happily crunched on some popcorn while watching to see what happened next. |
SPOILER!!: OMG Louisa is just... Jonathan doesn't seem to eat a lot nowadays. Hus stomach would be lucky enough if he had a small meal a day which is not good considering his mother always and countless reminder of him to eat well while he's at Hogwarts. Nahh, the appetite just doesn't seem to be there like it used to be. Jonathan was a huge eater, he can beat a fat man when it comes to eating and he's not exaggerating at that fact. When people say he eats a lot, he does EATS a lot. He just managed to get these sorts of jelly thingy stuffs. Gummy bears, is it? Jonathan is not completely clueless with these things too. And then Louisa just started grabbing just about everything. It was just..... wow. He has been with some encounters with Louisa in the past but this? This was just different. She's too friendly to him, how is this happening? They usually would have their own fair share of funny OUCH! Jonathan was suddenly attacked by a huge bucket of snacks and felt that his stomach was punched. Of course, Jonathan reacted lightly to it. He frowned as he held the snacks in his hands "Seriously... are you trying to kill me before the movie?" he said still massaging the painful area in his stomach. That was a big blow, did she learned martial arts or something? Jonathan didn't hear half of what she explained because he was shocked with her just shoving the snacks to him. Nice one, Louisa. Snacks... popcorn... movie foods... yeah, he got it. Jonathan took a pack of peanuts while she was carrying two bowls of popcorn. He doesn't like peanuts but hey, maybe she might like it. Anyway, it's free right? Moving onto the chairs, Louisa was still TALKING. Were people paying attention to her? Was she too loud? Because Jonathan can hear her just nonstop. He narrowed his eyes looking at her with an evil grin on his face "This is why you're sorted under Ravenclaw" Jonathan knows that she knew a lot but she was talking too much that Jonathan couldn't take note to all of it. ALL of it. He was still keeping with her pace though. They choose seats according to their viewing pleasure, that's all their too it. And oh! Avoid sitting in front. Ignoring what she said next about the motives of some couples in the area, Jonathan just nodded like he did the whole time. He just learned something new as well....... LOUISA CAN TALK, alot. Not that it was a bad thing, it's just that, Jonathan and her had never see eye to eye that all of this just seems new to him. Suddenly though, Jonathan stopped walking when she mentioned her name. His head snapped directly at Louisa and didn't know what to say. He didn't react, not a smile not a nod. He just starred at Louisa though, with a blank expression on his face. It suddenly occurred to him... She doesn't know. Jonathan never told anyone yet about them breaking up. Not a single soul. She didn't even answer her questions, she didn't bother answering them at all. Gulp. No. No. No. Louisa, no. No. No. NO. She wanted to sit there????????? Jonathan's face just looked scared for no reason at all. No. Louisa, stop. NO. But she wasn't stopping. In fact, she dragged him as well. Jonathan was silently shaking his head but how can she Louisa see, it's kinda dark. Jonathan just somehow planted his feet firmly. That way Louisa can stop. What does he do? What does he say? "Uhmmm" he grabbed Louisa's arm and whispered to her "don't you think that area is full already?" Liar. It didn't look like the area was full. He just needed a good excuse not to sit there, however, he knows how stubborn Louisa is. Right now he is just hoping she wouldn't be stubborn enough to drag him even more. |

Indy was excited. Beauty and the beast was like her most favorite film ever, so to hear that the muggle studies professor was going to be playing it was going to be so much fun. Maybe a bit embarrassing for some, Indy knew most of the lyrics for all of the songs in the film, so it was going to be nice and fun. She'd also asked Daichi to come watch it with her, so it was going to be even more fun. Although she was now considering that maybe Daichi wouldn't want to watch Beauty and the Beast. It was a bit of a girly film. But then the slytherin had agreed to come with her, so that must have meant that he was wanting to come with her. That made her happy, and Indy didn't really understand why. But she put it down to the fact that she was excited to be seeing the movie. Now she just had to wait for Daichi to arrive. Indy wasn't lonely though, because she'd brought Pink Ted with her. Of course she was going to have brought him. He was her favorite teddy, and he was very much looking forward to seeing the film with her. Mmm. Maybe they could get some popcorn. That would be yummy. |

More lovey dovey stuff only the man in the movie seemed a little...full of himself. Anyway, he wasn't paying much attention because his eyes came to rest on Kurumi again and again until they just stayed there for a couple of minutes. This time he was absolutely certain that Kurumi was having some popcorn and it made the wave of anxiety he felt washing over him subside a little. It looked like she was doing a lot better. Or a little bit anyway. Selina was doing a really good job. Not that he had doubted that but you know. And then all of a sudden somebody was calling Kurumi's name. Loudly. Lewis turned in his seat quite suddenly to see who it was and his jaw literally dropped once he had. It was Louisa. And Jonathan. And now she was dragging the Slytherin over to where Kurumi and Selina were. Oh no. Oh no. Oh no. This was NOT good. At all. This would probably cause Kurumi to...well, this was bad. But luckily Jonathan had stopped them from actually going over to the two Gryffindors. That still didn't mean that Kurumi hadn't noticed them. A look of sheer panic plastered across his face when he turned back around, his eyes now on the two Gryffindors, Lewis was looking at Selina quite intently. She had to do something. Distract Kurumi somehow. He would do it but somehow he doubted that THAT would be such a good idea. All he could do was hope that Kurumi was too engrossed in the movie and hadn't noticed a thing and that Louisa would get the drift and keep her distance. |

SPOILER!!: So glad Sarah isn't crippled and a nod to Mr. Hufflepuff Prefect Ella saw Sarah and laughed. Yup, that was her first reaction. The two had had quite an interesting first meeting and Ella kind of loved that. Well except for the whole nearly offing Sarah thing. She waved and walked over to say hello. "Hey Sarah, I see you're fully functioning. Good to hear I did no permanent damage." Heh. "Have you seen this before?" She was curious as she didn't know too much about Sarah yet. The second year also noticed the Hufflepuff prefect and decided to greet him. She hadn't really ever spoken to the older boy but figured now was as good a time as any. "Hi Mr. Prefect, sir." She said, smiling shyly. She knew the boy was named Lewis, or so she had heard, but she felt like she owed him some kind of respectable greeting. |
Ooo, Ronnie was really enjoying the movie! It was the first time she ever saw one, and it sort of reminded her of the moving pictures all around Hogwarts and on Chocolate Frog cards. Except, it was a lot bigger. Yeah. A LOT bigger. As Ronnie continued watching the movie, she still felt a little lonely. She turned her head to look behind her for any familiar faces, popping some jellybeans into her mouth. |

SPOILER!!: Kurumi and the Intruders <33 For a moment, Selina was tempted to reach out and grab Kurumi to hold her in place. She knew that of the two of them Selina had the tools to keep Kurumi seated in the theatre the entire movie. There was a large chance that Kurumi might have kicked and screamed the entire time if she resisted, but Kurumi was not leaving that seat. A part of Selina almost welcomed Kurumi to try because there was no way that Kurumi was going to escape watching this movie and eating some type of food. Her best friend was starting to waste away- not eating for days at a time was starting to show in the creases of Kurumi's face. Even if all she did was eat a little bit of food it was better than nothing. Grief could not stop Kurumi from basic bodily functions, she would not allow that to happen on her watch. However, when Kurumi said that she was not going to leave, Selina nodded in agreement. That was good that the Gryffindor prefect was aware of the fact that she was not going to leave. But then she said that there was no way that Kurumi could have outrun Selina. Her blue eyes flickered to Kurumi's face. A small smile crept on the redhead's lips- that was almost a joke. For some reason Selina felt like throwing her hands up in the air to celebrate. Although it was miniscule Kurumi had just made progress. Maybe her best friend did not know it yet, but she was making a small joke. It was tiny and if one was not paying very close attention they might have missed it, but it was a very dry joke. Unintentional even, but it was a joke none the less. Selina wanted to stop the movie right then and there and crush her friend into a bone cracking hug. But the smallest of things needed to treated like normalcy. Kurumi needed to think it was normal to act in that manner. It would only help her in the long run. As the movie progressed Selina could not seem to swallow her smile that was now ever present on her face. She also did not miss, out of the corner of her eye, Kurumi munching on popcorn. They were making such wonderful progress. Who knew Disney could change lives? It was really a magic worker when real magic could not help? Perhaps Selina should invest in watching more Disney movies, she had only seen the few that had aired in school. It seemed like a wise idea to dedicate some time to these miracle workers of happiness because Kurumi already looked better. Another miracle occurred when Kurumi leaned over to Selina and made a blatant joke. She did not need to squint to see the joke this time around, Kurumi was serving out to see without any issues. It was, for a moment, just like old times. Kurumi was starting to come back, even if in small doses, but she would hold onto that for hope. Hope that Kurumi would get better. With a bright grin Selina said, "Yeah, sort of... he's definitely creepy enough to be Connor." Suddenly the movie took a turn toward the darker side. One moment the French people were singing pretty music and the next Belle's father was in prison by a hideous Beast. He was a MEANY! And THEN when Belle tried to save her father she was locked away to save the older man from his fate. It was decided... the Beast had NO HEART! SPOILER!!: on screen Then she was broken from her movie trance when she heard a loud name being called out across the theatre. Selina looked up to see the source of the voice who was calling out Kurumi's name. When she finally settled upon the speaker she saw that it was Louisa. Honestly, Selina liked Louisa, but now was not the time to bother Selina and Kurumi. She had just gotten Kurumi out of the dorms for the first time in days and she did not want to overload Kurumi with too much excitement too fast. Baby steps seemed like a very good and logical option. But then she nearly threw up when she saw who was walking across the theatre trailing behind Lousia. No doubt Kurumi had seen who it was as well. Merlin, how could she miss him? It was Jonathan and Selina could have attacked Louisa right then and there for opening up a wound so fresh for her best friend. Yeah, yeah she felt bad for Jonathan, but they were never close. He was just Kurumi's boyfriend and if this meeting hurt Kurumi in anyway or made her relapse the Gryffindor Captain was going to find other uses for her beater bat. So when Louisa asked if it was a best friend's night Selina nodded, "Yeah it is..." she paused, "Sorry... its just sort of us. Hope you understand, but its a tradition and all. But maybe we can meet up later, yeah?" Every word she uttered with said with an extremely serious face. She just hoped that Louisa understood that Selina was not in the mood to deal with other people at the moment. Her main priority was Kurumi. |

ALL of you <333 *wibbles* Kurumi almost giggled...almost, but the popcorn that was in her mouth sort of prevented her from doing so. She hadn't had popcorn in a long time, probably not since last term when her and Selina had gone to one of these things now that she thought about it. For a brief moment, Kurumi was glad that Selina had dragged her out of bed. Even if the song that the Connor-like character was singing right now was a bit alarming...and Kurumi did not find all that chest hair attractive at all. However, this moment of peace was soon gone....forgotten....the moment she turned around to see who had just called her name. It could have been pitch black and Kurumi could have still known that he was there. That his eyes were on her. Her hand gripped the necklace around her neck and Kurumi's posture became small again, as if she were trying to melt into the seat. "Jonathan..." she whispered, her tone a clear indication that her heart was once again breaking. Re-breaking as it were. She didn't even see Louisa was there, not until Selina had spoken that she registered that anyone else was there. The entire time her gaze was on Jonathan....and the tears were already beginning to form in her eyes again. Clutching the necklace more fiercely, Kurumi tore her eyes away from his to look anywhere but at him or else she really was just going to cry Her heart broke again, but for different reasons this time - although the pain was based on something that she had done, or not done as the case was this time. Her eyes locked with his longer than they probably should have before they slowly moved back to Jonathan and then to the floor. Now could she please just go? There was no way that the entertaining flatware was going to be able to distract her from what was happening right now....knowing that both of them were in here now... Kurumi was back in her shell again. The little glimmer of her that had come out a few moments earlier gone. |

The blonde guy decided to leave his seat for a while to get more drink. Perhaps he could get an extra large pepsi for himself. Gary back to his seat with an extra large size cup of pepsi for himself. He also brought a big bucket of salty popcorn and another cup of pepsi in smaller size. The blonde guy offered the pepsi to the girl beside him, Zhenya. |

SPOILER!!: LOUISA... *whaa* Jonathan made sure to give it all his might not to move a step more closer. What in Merlin's name is this girl thinking anyway? Now Jonathan feels like coming here in the first place is the worst idea ever. Jonathan was panicking inside. His eyes was glued to Louisa and then back to Kurumi. For that small moment, he just felt sad for no reason, being able to see her around school is fine. It wasn't trouble but the other half of it was just hurting, a lot. He couldn't see much of her though, he can only see her from the side. When he saw Kurumi's eyes moved to him, Jonathan switched to Louisa and pretended not to see her. For some reason it just felt hot or humid. And when she kept talking it only get worse, he needed to just grab her by the hand and move to a different spot right? But that would just make her confuse or worse, say more things. Jonathan glanced over to the seats, yeah, that was pretty much a stupid lie to begin with. They had space but but but.... "I mean... I c-couldn't... we... c-couldn't interrupt" he said trying to fix his words from anymore stutters. He held on to the bucket of goodies tight and his free hand was still gripping Louisa's arm and making sure that she's not taking more of those steps. He felt too preoccupied that even when she called him by that nickname, he didn't manage to react or want to react. He needed just one good excuse right? Something that might make her say 'okay, let's sit over here then' or something like that. Come on, Jonathan think.... When she mentioned about Kurumi being sad, Jonathan's thoughts just stopped. He starred down on the bucket of snacks he was holding. It was her mother at the time. She passed away during the summer and just..... WHY is it that Louisa doesn't know about these? Why she was upset that summer? They're friends right? Or so Jonathan thinks so... Then he slowly lift up his gaze and turned to Louisa "Louisa... stop." those were the only words he could utter. Tightening the grip in her arms Jonathan opened his mouth once more "...Please." he begged as he averted his gaze over to the popcorn this time. He'll tell her if she asks but he's pleading to just watch it in a different corner. "Let's watch somewhere you're comfortable with." he said forcing a smile onto his lips. And please.... say yes. Anywhere? |
Glenn crept into the theatre, closing the door gently behind herself. She fussed around with fixing her hair that was falling out of it's bun before she went to get a drink and some snacks. She'd watched this movie many times with her mother when she was little. She hadn't watched it for years - it would be good to watch it again. She filled up her cup with lemonade and grabbed a chocolate bar. She sat down in the front row on her own, sipping her drink as she watched the movie that she was aware she had been slightly late for. She slipped off her shoes, and snuggled into her seat. This movie reminded her of home. |

Selina & Kurumi too <33 Okay, so, Louisa was all happy and excited about the supposedly group movie night thing as Jonathan was tightening his grip on her arm from one side and Selina moving closer to them with this deadly-serious-I-will-break-your-face look on her face asking Louisa to move along, and from behind Selina Kurumi's whimpers stated that she was about to pass out any moment now. O___o "O. Kay." She said to Selina. "Err... I think Kurumi's about to faint, though." Just so the younger Gryffindor pay more attention to her. Text Cut: Johnny D: Louisa maneuvered herself so that she gave the girls her back and faced Jonathan... who was begging her now. BEGGING! D: Something was seriously wrong around here. Geez. Those three needed a dozen of cheering charm. "Let's go to the other side, then." She moved away from the Gryffindors, not scanning the crowd at all because if she met someone else, they might be Jonathan's sworn enemy or something. Drama was in the air alright already. Finding an empty row a couple of steps down, Louisa slipped into one of the seats and waited for Jonathan to follow suit. She couldn't really see the people seated in front of them or even behind them, that was good, no? She placed his popcorn bowl on his lap before taking a breath and craning her neck to check on the Gryffindor girls up there. "Huh. That was beyond awkward." Awkward wasn't even close, that was weird... bad... sad.. and very unexpected. She eyed Jonathan sideways. I didn't know you guys were... fighting, she thought. Because that was why he didn't acknowledge his girlfriend at all, right? Not even when Selina came to them acting like a bodyguard. She couldn't help but think that maybe perhaps the sadness in the train was related to this... and Lewis was holding her hand... well... Louisa's mind took adrift for a minute trying to come up with a logical explanation but she didn't voice anything out loud. Instead she just started popping some popcorn into her mouth. She wanted to ask Jonathan like a million question but considering the way he pleaded with her, Louisa's heart couldn't just agree to this. Like she was pretty concerned about Kurumi's unhappy spirit but the Prefect had Selina there "Do you want me to tell you about the movie?" she asked softly, trying to act like she wasn't really interested in what had just happened. |

SPOILER!!: LLLLLouisa Jonathan saw Selina coming towards Selina and talking to her. Jonathan wanted to say something or probably just say hello for the sake of greeting but with the situation right now, saying a greeting and forcing a smile may not be the best idea he could think of. So Jonathan just listened to her whisper, talk, or scold Louisa with it. Looking away and letting the two girls speak for awhile, he watched the movie. It was this brunette girl who is supposedly to marry this guy with the ponytail. Jonathan hadn't able to watch the story from start to now so he doesn't really get the whole story with all the singing and the dancing and all of these. The next glanced he did over to Louisa, she was suddenly finding them a spot to sit. He followed her over to where she's sitting and sat down beside her. Sigh. At least she didn't insist on sitting there, that was such a relief for him. Jonathan still looked stunned with all just happened. He kept quiet and stayed still on his comfy chair. He knows that Louisa has been eyeing him but he couldn't just tell her right now, yes? Jonathan gave a big sigh and his heart was just pounding, aching or whatever it is that it's doing. He couldn't even look at Kurumi everytime she looked at him. Is he really going to stand on that promise that he made to her? It was painful that he could no longer even just say hi. But that was it, isn't it? She pushed him away didn't she? She wanted to be separated from him, that was what she wanted right? Jonathan didn't have the appetite to eat anymore. Looking at the popcorn that Louisa put into his lap, he couldn't even eat it. Not even just one. So he turned his glance back to Louisa "You can have it if you want." he shrugged. "You seemed to like popcorn" yeah, she said it earlier about them being one of the most awesome snack during movies. Truth is, he just couldn't tell straightly to Louisa that he lost his appetite all of a sudden. Awkward? Jonathan looked down. If that was awkward to her then wait til she actually knows why it is awkward. Jonathan just crossed his arms and leaned back to watch the movie. He can see the graphics move, there are conversations held but Jonathan was just distracted. He couldn't even properly watch it anymore. He just felt uncomfortable with all of these for some reasons. Tilting his head over to Louisa, he once again forced a smile "Yeah... just... awkward" he just agreed with her instead. Cue more silence. Then suddenly Louisa offered to tell him the whole story. It was a nice gesture and especially coming from Louisa. The girl whom he could never agree with for most of the time and now is finally being nice to him. Was she sick? Just thinking of that had finally put a smile on his face "Sure. I seem to be lost anyway" |
Text Cut: Jonathan... SILENT heartbroken JonJon Whaaaa... "No! You should eat popcorn." She put the bowl back on his lap and gave him a scary playful look. "It won't be a complete cinema experience if you miss eating popcorn. Go on, just a few." She then flashed him a smile... just because he was so awkward-like and quiet today. People take care of their friends when they were like this, no? Even if those friends were only for arguing and disagreeing with. Awkward. Okay. She left it at that. Oh, right, MOVIE! Louisa glanced again at the Gryffindor girls, making sure Kurumi wasn't dead The Ravenclaw left Jonathan to watch, it didn't need much explaining at this point. She waited... and got bored seeing it for the hundredth time so her eyes pulled away from the screen and looked at the people sitting on the seats in front of them. She couldn't really see their faces since they were watching the movie too. Wait a minute.. there was this boy who was.. slightly slouched in his seat... the light flashing off the screen illuminated his hair a couple of times until Louisa recognized him. LEWIS! She knew him from his hair, yes, because she saw it nestled with chocolate frog and she kept thinking it was like dark sheep's fur ever since that moment. Not her type of guy hair but it was... unique. She smiled at the back of his head and made a mental note to say hi when this movie was over. They were now real friends ever since they fixed that plant's tooth. You don't get to get away with something like that in Bentley's classroom without getting closer to a person. Back to the movie... |
SPOILER!!: clueless Louisa Jonathan was startled when Louisa gave him his share of popcorn back. He couldn't really say no to it and he doesn't even know why. He starred at it for the whole 3 minutes... So this is popcorn. Where's the corn? And how does it pop exactly? Does it when you start chewing it and eating it? Louisa seemed to like it a lot so maybe there was something to this treat that fascinates her a lot. Jonathan just nodded rather than answering her. He's still not going to eat it though... not even a few. Jonathan was really not having the appetite to eat. Perhaps, later? As she started explaining to him the movie, Jonathan switched his glance over to the movie. He saw the brunette girl and her name is Belle. French for beautiful and because she is. Brunette girl that loves to read books, somehow stubborn when she was asked to eat in the castle?--- She minds her a lot of his best friend, Jeanne. Another smile was stuck on his face as he remembered her. She was gone but it was alright. Jonathan misses her already, so much. If only they were allowed to apparate from one school to another he definitely would. Then Jonathan eyed the beast in the castle... "Is that werewolf? Or an animagus?" Jonathan couldn't stop himself from asking that. He knew the creature owned the place but why was he in that form? Unless he is a) a werewolf, which is impossible because there are no full moon on the screen and plus werewolves tend to be very violent for no reason. OR b) an animagus, that must be it right, no??? Jonathan just looked even more confused with the story. But when Louisa wasn't able to answer right away, his looked at her. She seems to be eyeing someone in the room. Jonathan didn't bother looking at the same direction because obviously, the place is too dark and he doesn't really know who she is looking at. Instead he just waved his hand in front of Louisa's face "Who are you starring at?" wait, was she "Are you day dreaming?" she seemed to be dozing off. |
