Vlimia had a mouth full of Starbursts when her friend Cardigan came up! "Cardi!" Vlim tried to say, but it sounded more like "Gargee!" Covering her mouth, Vlimia swallowed quickly. "I'm done sampling these Muggle sweets, so sure I'll come with you. Popcorn is gross, by the way." She informed her friend. Seeing that Cardi was grabbing some of the sweets labeled Sour Patch Kids, Vlim got a few packets, just for good measure.

Laura was sitting in a lonely corner of the theatre. As she saw Minnie and Lyssie there, she moved to the empty seat next to them. She said 'Hiya!!,'




As she saw Harvey walk in, she smiled at him.



Laura looked around for other people she knew. It was then that she saw a gryffindor, probably second year, was sitting next to her. She smiled at the girl and said 'Holla! I'm Laura, second year'

Gwen smiled, glad she didn't have to sit in the theatre all alone.
"I'm Gwen," she said, "I'm in Hufflepuff. Have you ever been to the cinema before? I'm half-half, so I'm pretty familiar with them."

Ira felt someone staring at her. She looked around and saw girl about her own age probably seeing her... Laura. Ira replied, "Hi, I'm Ira. I too am a second year. But I don't recall seeing you.. Are you a new student here?" Because, even though Ira had trouble remembering names, she didn't forget faces.

Lilly stepped through the door. Wow. This was awsome. She grinned, getting some popcorn and taking a seat. Oooh! It was soft! Someone did a very good cushioning charm. And in here, she was not aloud to use any magic? That suited her fine. It was what she'd been doing all her life until about a year ago. She saw a few people she knew, but they all seemed to be in a conversation. Shouty Ravenclaw was here, but she wasn't shouting! Lion king. She'd seen this before...

"Maybe you can teach us Exploding Snap and then we can make you sit through Love Actually," Melanie joked, just as the lights flashed.

"I think that means the movie's going to start soon!" she said excitedly. "Know what that means?" She raised an eyebrow at her two friends. "POPCORN REFILLS!" she exclaimed, standing up from her seat. "Either of you two want a refill? I'm going up anyway, I can get it." She held out a hand toward them, inviting them to give her their buckets.

"Good to know.I will not try it,"Cardigan said with satisfaction.Since her parents weren't here,she didn't feel like freaking them out by eating fried bugs or something.Popcorn would kill them,seeing it was disgusting AND muggle.Even though they weren't bothered by muggles,they didn't want to convert to their ways.That would be plain atrocious to them!

This was the worst movie ever! How could Louisa invite her to something like this? Even though she never invited her, Ellie just drug her along. Though, it wasn't really Louisa's fault. It probably just slipped her mind. She heard Louisa clear her throat and start stuttering. Ellie blinked a lot and tried not to tear up. She hated crying.

Ellie's eyes were locked on the screen. The daddy lion was dead and the little lion cub was sad and crying and... *wibble* Grabbing all her junk food, Ellie stuffed it in her bag and grabbed her cup of soda. "It's okay, Louisa. I think I'm just going to... go to the library. " Ellie sniffled and stood up. "You can go study for OWLs now."

Keeping her head down, Ellie stepped past Louisa and out into the isle. She walked back up the stairs, but her vision was now blurry with the beginnings of tears. And then she ran into someone. Ellie recognized Mia immediately. "Oh. Hi, Mia." Ellie faked a smile and brushed hair out of her face while simultaneously wiping a tear from her cheek. Hopefully it was too dark in there to realize Ellie had just started crying. "I was actually about to... go." Ellie eyed the door. Sniffle.

Oakey thought it was cute to see Alyssa singing, but had she realized that she had almost spoiled the movie just now. Woah now crazy lady, don't go revealing all the movie to me. I've never seen it.

Thinking about it, Ness remembered the last time she had seen Trey. It was like she was in another world. She was all mopey and depressed then, she was probably even annoying company then, but now she had sort of recovered. She was different, she was happy and she was healthier too. She put on a smile, glad she had healed.

"Why do you say that?" she asked. What difference would it have made to Trey whether some pygmy puff liked him or not. It's not like he needed the puff ball to like him for any reason.

Raising a brow, Nessie turned to look at Trey and so that he was sort of frowning. She didn't understand why though? Didn't he think the movie was absolutely amazing like she did? It was unbelieveable! "Yeah, of course they do." she said answering he's question.

And the songs began...this made Nessie more happy. She loved all the music in the movie and she knew almost every single song off by heart. Without realizing it, she herself started to sing along with the lions, she couldn't really help herself. "Ohh..I just can't wait to be King." she sort of hummed as she sang and she wouldn't blame Mr. Head Boy if he laughed, because it was just a tiny bit funny.

Keefer laughed. "It's nice to meet you, Anya. I did in fact say I would help Alec with stuff, though I'm pretty sure I was a bit more descriptive at the time." He winked quickly.

Ah, someone familiar with the movie! Excellent. "I just love the epic part at the end when Scar and Simba are fighting, when it goes all slow-mo! Great music in the background really helps." He nodded. "What about you?"

..why was she stuffing her junk food in her bag? Louisa watched the older girl suspiciously. Not that she had to watch for long, Ellie was talking about leaving and she had already stood up. Louisa's mouth was open the whole time, shocked surprised by the sudden change of mood. Seriously? She was crying over a movie? A cartoon movie? "Ellie!" She whined.

She really didn't want to stay, going and studying ahead was what she'd been craving to do ever since the older girl grabbed her arm and forced brought her here. But.. now.. it was just... wrong to leave like this.

Louisa quickly got up and followed Ellie, who stopped to greet another girl. Louisa gave the new girl a neutral look before turning her eyes on Ellie, "What's the rush for, Ellie? What's wrong?" Also it was rude to just leave the girl you dragged down here so abruptly. Heh.

Alyssa was alarmed when Oakey called her a crazy lady. "I'm so sorry. I'll keep quiet now." she apologized to Oakey, as she sat closer to the other side of her seat and crawled up into the corner.

What? wait no, he didn't mean to sound so rude about it STUPID OAKEY! STUPID! I-uh-ah-I-I mean uh-that is- that I um...It sounds just like Hamlet the way you describe it. he tried to correct himself.

Hey, uh-ummm. What are you doing after the movie? He felt that Alyssa had earned his trust, that maybe she was great friend and that she deserved to know, maybe she could even help him get over his fear of bad luck and help to withhold it. Alyssa is smart after all.

Treyen was going to say what he'd thought, "Oh, he wouldn't be welcomed into the Common Room otherwise." Wink. That was almost a lie. Almost, because he'd never been in that situation before so he'll know which creature should be welcomed or not.

And...about the whole lions owning the land...er, he raised an eyebrow and chuckled softly. He had to remember this was a movie, after all, and Muggles were rather imaginative at this stuff. Not that Wizards weren't, but still. Talking animals? Odd.

Heeeey! Good for the lion that couldn't wait to be King, he reminded him of Simon. Clearly, Treyen didn't agree much with the responsibility of it all, in all honestly...but he only laughed softly when Nessie began some singing on her own.

The KING died. What kind of a kids' movie was this?! And why was Treyen thinking Scar acted kind of cool? Eh? He was the bad guy. Tsk. "This is a happy movie, right?" Nessie had seen it before.

Merlin's Beard! Ari realized once more how little she knew of the Muggle world. True, she had spent most of the previous summer in the Muggle world for the first time, but she had never been to the cinema or anything like that. How did films work anyway? Muggles were much smarter than they were given credit for.

Not knowing what to expect of it, Ari hesitated whether to take a seat or not, but she made up her mind when she spotted her favourite Hufflepuff. 'Hey you. Mind if I sit here?' she asked cheerfully, not really waiting for an answer before letting herself fall unceremoniously in the chair. 'I was wondering when I'd bump into you, it's been too long since we've seen each other.'

louise walked in, she saw a big room it was a movie theater, being muggle born, she had seen films before, she quickly took a hot dog and some popcorn. then she took a seat near the front

Wist Ebony walked into the classroom. Hmmm..this looked strange! Wist sat down and looked in a most interested way at the movie.

"Nice to meet you Gwen!"Cardigan said with a smile.Yay!!Another friend!!"No,"she said solemly when Gwen asked.Her parents NEVER let her go to these things called cinemas.She had to stay home all day and figure things out for herself.What a bore!

Selina was now fully engrossed in the moving picture film thing. First of all she had food that she could continually shovel in her mouth, which kept her occupied enough. Then there were the bright colors and the animals singing and talking. She wondered if Muggle animals really talked like this or if it was just something made for the movie. It was probably for the movie but it would be bloody amazing if it was real. Besides, she really had quite a fondness for Simba and his band of crazy animals friends and even the enemies.

Her blues eyes shifted slightly to Kurumi so she could still watch the film and see her friend. She pondered her question for a moment and then replied, "Well typically in prides there is only one male. The others, when they get old enough, are shuffled out of the pack. Maybe that was Scar's battle wound from being ushered from the pride? Then again Mufasa I don't think would do that. He's too awesome. That and his voice makes me want to curl up in a ball and nap." It was just the most relaxing and wonderful thing in the world. Very authoritative... kind of like Tate.

Just then she heard a cackling come from the rocks. Selina jumped in her seat and folded her legs up on her seat. They had to get out of there. SIMBA WAS GOING TO GET HURT. She could feel her pulse fasten. Honestly when Kurumi started to talk Selina completely and utterly tuned her out. SIMBA WAS IN TROUBLE.

When she finally tuned back into Kurumi her friend was talking about Gryffindor. Selina mulled it over for a bit and replied, "Yeah, kind of. Of course, none of these characters remotely remind me of you and I. Are we just not in this movie?"

Melanie smiled back at Autumn, took her popcorn bucket, and headed toward the snack table to get some refills.

She was almost at the end of the aisle when she bumped into a girl in Slytherin colors that was sitting further down their row. "Oh, sorry! I didn't see you there! It's quite dark in here." She smiled at the girl, noticing she was sitting all alone.

Amelia's eyes widened in surprised as she ran into Ellie who had tears in her eyes. "Ellie? What's wrong?" she asked in concern for her friend now. She'd never really seen Ellie cry before, and wondered what had happened during a Muggle movie. Surely that hadn't been what upset her?

Alyssa was afraid to say anything more about the movie, so when Oakey asked her another question, she quickly grabbed on to it."What am I doing after the movie? I don't think I have anything planned. Why do you want to do something together?"Alyssa asked him starting to blush.
