She glanced down at the empty box. "Hmm, I'll have my mom send some more. As for now. You satisfied, at least a little, until we get there?" she shivered and pulled her robes closer to her. She didn't understand how a coal train could be so cold.

"Yeah, I'm good," he said, smiling at her. "I wish someone else would come by. She didn't even introduce herself, she fell asleep too soon!" He was pointing to the girl to his left. "How long until we get there, do you think?"

"That's true. But we'll meet people soon." She got up, twirled and sat back down on the other side of the cabin. "Oh I hope we get there soon! I can't sit still!" She got up and started twirling again. After a little while she stopped and looked at him. "See!?"

Fallon beamed at her (hopefully) new friend. "Yes I'm a first year," she confirmed, plopping down into a seat after storing her trunk. "I'm Fallon, it's very nice to meet you Sarah. I'll be in Ravenclaw as well." She continued giddily.

She was all-a-titter with a combination of excitement and anxiousness. "It's all a bit nerve-wracking isn't it?"

"I, for one, could take a nap right now," he said, "in fact, I will!" He moved over and rested his head on Pam's shoulder and fell asleep.

ooc: I gotta go.

Pam wasn't shocked at all to find that as soon as Nate's head hit her shoulder, he was asleep. She patted his head, and looked out the window.

Alyssa thanked the prefect for helping Rose as she got up and left the compartment. "This is good", Alyssa thought to herself. "It's looks like everybody is getting along now and talking. Now I just wish that they started talking with me too. I bet if I snuck out, no one would even notice," Alyssa chuckled to herself.

"Rose, how are you feeling now? A little better now, I hope. I guess that most of you already know each other, but since I didn't get a chance to earlier, my name's Alyssa. Anyway, I know that you are busy catching up with each other, but I noticed as I was making my way back here, that everyone was changing into their dress robes. Do you think we should do the same too, especially before Julie really dozes off," she smiled sympathetically at Julie who was looking sleepy.

Annoying? Kurumi pouted her lower lip a bit. She hoped that it was annoying in the sense that it seemed long and he wished to be at Hogwarts already. Annoying was never a good thing, but annoyed because you were over excited was probably the best form of it. "We should be arriving soon," she coaxed gently, not really knowing just how much longer they had herself. She had found this trip to be rather annoying as well.

And then he was staring at her. Why?

Kurumi pulled some of her ebony hair in front of her face. To anyone, it would look like she was just trying to hide, but there were other reasons for the gesture.

Kurumi smiled. "It won't be much longer now before you are stepping foot in Hogwarts for the first time." She patted Salima on the shoulder, which was rather awkward, but she did it anyway. "I am a forth year in Gryffindor." She pushed some of her hair to the side to reveal her badge. "Also....I-I-I'm the female prefect."

"Ready as I'll ever be," she said timidly, trying to laugh how nervous she was away. "Gideon...you know how you said you were shy, preferred to kind of hang back in the shadows?" He hadn't used those exact words, but she had paraphrased just a bit. "W-W-Well, I used to be the same...but there was always something to make me stand out. A-A-And...this term...well...I...um..." She was fidgeting in her seat a bit. Why was it that she could discuss this with first years no problem? Even second and third years were easy. But, when it came to people her own age and older, she always got flustered. "I'm a prefect this term...I'm just afraid that I will let the lions down somehow."

Eyebrow was arched even more as Simon discussed not realizing that his bag had been opened. "Book's cannot jump out of your bag," she said, trying not to laugh too much at the image of a book with legs. Not even Care of Magical creatures had one like that.

"I am not sure that will not be necessary," she replied, holding up her hand while her other reached into her robe's pocket for her wand. "Accio Simon's books," she commanded with the proper flick of her wand. Several books began zooming around the compartment, where they had come from was beyond her, but there they were...zooming around...

'Well, that's good, I wouldn't want the wall to mess up my face!' Rose chuckled. 'Naughty wall...' Rose sighed. She heard the spell used, and took note of it to put in her spell book. She felt the blood come off of her face and hair, so she looked normal again! She mentally noted;
She sighed with relief and grinned. 'Thank you!' then she felt some bandages being applied. She listened to the Prefect explain. 'Don't worry, I knew it wasn't anything bad, I trust you. she smiled. She lifted her arms. 'I'm a mummy!' She giggled. She felt a lot better now. She knew she had stopped bleeding and felt mightily happy. 'Am I OK now? When can these bandages come off?' Rose asked cheerfully.

'I feel brilliant! I look normal again!' Rose chuckled

"Oh thank you wall, you great maker of pizza" Tyler said, crawling over his owl cage to the wall, he placed his hands on the wall. Either the amount of sugar he'd already ate was getting to him or his hyper activeness was returning, his felt at home, everybody was smiling even Rose and Nessie. This was good. "They are? I don't see any" Tyler said pulling his head from the wall for a few moments to look around for a prefect. "Meat tastes like chicken" he said, chicken wasn't a meat was it?

"Well, he is dumb, I mean really dumb, I let him out once and he was gone for almost a week, I think he couldn't find his way back... Or maybe he was just enjoying the air too much" Tyler said as he returned to his seat again looking into his owl cage. Domino gave an annoyed hoot and he knew if he went any closer he'd end up finger less.

He turned to Nessie "really? Because I just did, I'm kidding really, I couldn't help myself, somebody told me a dragon burnt your head off before you got sorted when I was in first year" he said.

"I'm Tyler" he said, looking up at the girl who he found out was called Alyssa. "I like ice cream, do you?" he asked, grinning.

Lauren made her way down the body of the train, dragging her way too heavy bags along with her. She'd always been the lightest of travellers, but her need for such a shocking amount of school supplies had resulted in a much heavier bag. Her dad had teased her for it and thinking of him now made a lump the size of a boulder lodge in her throat.

Saying goodbye to him on the platform was the hardest thing Lauren had ever done. For over fourteen years he had been her only companion. Her best friend. Her confidante. And now she would not be near him for three months! She wouldn't even see him on her birthday...

Sighing, Lauren resolved herself the the task of tracking down Orchid, the friend she had made at Diagon Alley and she could not help but rejoice when she spied her in one of the compartments.
Lauren waved through the glass of the compartment, and then pulled the door open, hoping it was okay, because Orchid was not alone.

"Hello!!Hello!!would any one like to sit with me???"Oops. Maybe she said that too loud. Oh well.

Rosalie laughed, "Same here, all the houses are great so it wont bother me which house, as long as I have friends! It feels so real now that were almost there. What houses do you be in?"

" Hi dear" Willaim kissed Witsy on the cheek. 'Are you ready to eat?" William asked Witsy. " I have been around the trian making a lot of new friends" William said to Witsy. " You and I will have lots of friends from this year until we both graduate" Willaim explained to Witsy. " Ah, you graduate before me" Willaim faked a sad face, but then smiled.

" Actually, you can meet my girlfriend right now"William told Olivia. " This is my girlfriend Witsy and this is our new friend, Olivia" William introduced both of them to each other. "Witsy is in her fourth year this term" William explained to Orchid.

Harvey and his new friends Minerva and Annabeth arrive back at their compartment and they sit down.
"That's better" says Harvey "We were standing up for quite a while, finally we sit and rest" Harvey says to Minerva

"Yes, it is nice to sit down." Minerva put her luggage down for safe keeping. Looking out the window she wondered where they might be. "So what are you most excited for this coming term?"

Rosalind walked into the compartment with her things. She stopped dead in the doorway and raised an eyebrow when she caught the tail end of their conversation. "Hey Josephine!" she said, waving to her and the person she was talking to. "What on earth are you guys talking about??"

Sophie walked onto the train and took a compartment with Ariella.

"Well I can't wait to do some magic and wand waving" Harvey says waving a wand-free arm and nearly punching Minerva "What are you looking forward to Minerva?" Harvey asks to take Minerva's mind off that near miss

As Minerva laughs to herself on almost being hit by Harvey's wand waving abilities. "Well I'm excited to learn how to ride a broom. Mom showed me a few spells, but yes learning more will be exciting, but right now I think the biggest thing I'm excited about as well as a little worried about is this house sorting thing. Which house do you think you will be in?"

"Oh yes the riding lessons, they will be cool" Harvey says keeping his arms to his side to avoid another near-miss "Mmmm... yes the house sorting. Well I don't know much about the houses being muggleborn, but I have heard that all who go to Slytherin end up going bad, so any house but that will suit me just fine. What about you, what house do you think you will be sorted into?" Harvey asks worried that he may be put into Slytherin, what if he went bad. But he can't go bad, there isn't a bad bone in his body.

Erin was just walking down the Middle Train corridor then spotted someone she met earlier and she knew all her life. He's from the same school she's got into in the REAL world. Well, better get down his compartment with his friends than stay at her overcrowded compartment. She just wanted a private conversation without others interfering her. She pushed slide the door carefully without bothering to knock.

"Hi there!" she called to everyone facing the two girls then turned to Harvey. "Hi Harvey, would you mind if I join in?" she asked.

Minerva thought for a second about her mom telling her about the houses. Plus noticing Harvey's face when he says Slytherin she says, "Mom told me that some have become bad, but that most that went bad did a long time ago and that Slytherin is just as good as any. Mom was the only one in her family that went to Hufflepuff so if I go there I would be happy. The rest of the family went to Gryffindor, but honestly I will be happy anywhere. Plus it doesn't matter where people are sorted they can still all be friends and hangout, right?" That made Minerva think, what if her and Harvey get into different houses. Will they be allowed to hang out or do you have to hang out and be with only your house..

'Wall o wall, what would we do without you! Still, I'm back to normal now!' Rose grinned nodding up at her bandages and lookking at the one on her nose. 'Best entrance to Hogwarts ever, head and nose bandaged!' Rose giggled. Rose rolled her eyes. 'Do you not see Ivory?' Rose laughed. 'Tastes like chicken? Alright, I'll pretend I know what chicken tastes like!' Rose beamed. 'Come on, we'd best get out robes on... I know how much you'd like to stay, but at least turn around so we can change!' Rose winked at Tyler. She took her robes out and waited for his answer. She wasn't gtting changed with him watching. No way.

"Hey Erin, no I don't mind. Er... Minerva you don't mind if Erin joins us do you?" Harvey asks Minerva




"Yes that is true" Harvey says "Yeah I am sure we can still hang out in between lessons, or in lessons if we take the same classes" Harvey only said this to cheer himself up as well as the girls, as he was scared what if they weren't in the same classes in school. What if they made new and better friends, they may ditch him, but they wouldn't they have all gotten pretty close on this train ride. "Well we will only be able to find out once we get there"
