Jerrod was still sitting in the compartment and he was for the first time in ages, honestly, smiling. It was almost worth to take a picture of him and put it on the front page of The Daily Prophet. He had actually met people who was nice towards him. Though he were unsure where they were. Jordan and Faina had gone away and Mickey who had been sleeping had just walked out of the compartment like a zombie or something a minute ago ,because he didn't notice that Jerrod sat there. Jerrod was used to not being seen so he didn't bother say anything to Mickey, maybe Mickey wanted some peace. I can't wait to get sorted and, hopefully.. and get friends.. .. for a change. He thought and he imagined himself having a lots of friends.

Pam saw that Nate had started playing angry birds. She quietly got up and started tapping the screen. "Does it help that I'm distracting you?" She said with a playful look in her eyes.

"No!" he yelled back, wrenching his ipod away from Pam's twiddling fingers. At least he had broken her half-sleep. "Get your own..."

"I have my own, but, alas, my mother wouldn't let me take it with me." She groaned and leaned up against the wall, looking at Nate. "I'm just trying to make you smile... no need to get feisty." She sighed and looked out the window.

Nate put his face to the window, glad to feel the cold on his cheek, and put his face very close to Pam's. "I'm sorry. I'm just tired and hungry, is all," he said softly, looking into her eyes, hoping she understood.

Jordan put his arm around Faina. Faina grinned, it felt so nice. "Don't flatter yourself, honey." Faina teased poking his stomach.

"Hey Mickey! Nothing much, what about you?" Faina said.

"Hey Jerrod!" Faina shouted, "We're all in the next compartment over!" Faina yelled from the other compartment.

"I'm back... Why is it taking so long to get there." Mickey whined sitting on the ground of the compartment. Her hair instead of the neat length it was a little while ago was a complete mess of uneven shortness that barely reached her shoulders.* Rubbing the back of her head as she yawned she just messed it up even more.* "I miss my jeans..." She mumbled leaning her head back on the sseat behind her.

Pam just about melted when he looked into her eyes. Blushing slightly she said, "Yea, I know. This train ride is long." She sighed pulled her legs to her chest, and rested her chin on her knees. She hugged her knees and just looked at Nate. The more she looked the more her face reddened. She looked down at her purple fingernails, trying to keep her blushing down.

"Meep!" Jordan laughed, as he rubbed his stomach. "Just because its true!"

"Hey Mickey!" Jordan smiled across at Mickey, "Where have you been?" he asked her.

OOC: Should I meet you all in the Back of the Train and then it saves people switching threads all the time.

Jerrod who was day-dreaming thought for a while that he had been called on in the dream.. Then he realised that it really was Faina shouting for him.
Jerrod took a moment to think.. Am I dreaming..? Is all this for real? Did I fell asleep as soon as I entered the compartment? Will I wake up any moment? Poor Jerrods head could barely handle all that thinking. He decided to pinch himself just in case. "Ouch!" He quietly said for himself as he pinched himself. He didn't wake up, It was for real!

Jerrod quickly took his stuff and walked over to the other comparment.
"H-Hello again, c-can I c-come in?" He nervously said. Jerrod quickly thought, What if I imagined the voice.. It wouldn't be the first time really..

"It always takes longer to get somewhere than it does to get back." Faina stated matter-of-factly. "I'm sure it won't be long!"

"No comment!" Faina laughed. "And someone doesn't like getting poked!" She jabbed her finger into his stomach, longer than just an average poke.


"Yeah come on in, Jerrod!" Faina yelled

Nate noticed her face turning red and could only smile, still looking at her eyes even though she was looking at her nails. Why is she blushing? I've known her my whole life. he thought. If there was one thing Nate didn't understand, it was the female mind.

Pam looked up just in time to see him smile. "There's that smile I love so much." She giggled. Looking back up at his eyes, she smiled aswell. "So what can I do to keep that smile there?" She asked.

"I miss the states." She mummbled before taking her pair of sissors out of her pack. "I really want to cut my hair again...." She said while pulling on a strand of her hair that was was longer than the others.

Jerrod jumped because of Faina yelling and he quickly seated.

"Not all girls are, it's just kinda in my blood, my mum is a Veela." Orchid said not wanting it to be a big deal, knowing that some people got all upset about it at times, but she thought she could trust her. "Do you think maybe you could show me how to control what color they become?" She asked before she giggled knowing perfectly well how cute they were. "Well, I'm sure your friends at Hogwarts are eager to have you back." Orchid said happily. "Oh, umm, well, New York in America for the first nine years of my life and after that it was this and that really, just moving around a lot and all so I was home schooled as well unless we stayed somewheres long enough that I could get into an actual school."

"oww!" Jordan complained before poking Faina back in the stomach. His hair was glowing with excitement.

But Nate couldn't talk. He just stammered his way through "Food."

"What is it with you and food? All you ever do is eat!" Pam poked Nate's stomach playfully. She then grabbed her bag, and started sifting through it. "All I have is candy. You can have some if you'd like." She said, pulling out her crystalised pineapple again.

"EEEEEPP" Faina laughed! "Stop! I'm ticklish!"

Assessing the situation, she quickly realized first things first, she wanted to get rid of all this blood since it was obviously bothering the young girl and that way if there were injuries she'd be able to see them more clearly.

"Tergeo." The incantation flowed easily from her lips and soon a light suction was applied to the blood, her wand neatly siphoning the body fluid off her face and hair. Humming under her breath as she moved around the girl and stood back with a satisfied smile when it seemed the spell had done its job. "There we go. Now..."

Bring up the tiny near empty bottle she'd been carrying around for probably more than a year now, she dabbed a bit on a cotton bandage and lightly applied it to the girl's head and then her nose. Feeling she should probably explain before the Gryffindor thought she was dowsing her with a strange chemical or something, the Ravenclaw prefect piped up. "Don't worry this isn't chloroform or anything," Chuckling slightly, she held up the tiny vial. "It's just some essence of dittany. Should heal it right up."

Even as she spoke, she watched Rose carefully. Theoretically, the already non-bleeding bump on the Gryffindor's head should reduce it's swelling with the application. That and her nose would most likely stop bleeding. If not well, she still had "Episkey" up her sleeve.

"Lovely!" Nate said, suddenly able to speak again. He sat back up and took the box of crystallized pineapple from Pam's hands and started eating ferociously. He did NOT want to be told off for 'spoiling his appetite' at this point. He felt like he could eat a hippogriff (even though he didn't entirely know what that was yet).

Pam laughed as Nate started eating her pineapple. The more she watched him eat, the harder she laughed. She took a few breaths to calm herself. "Sorry," She began, whiping her eyes. "I'm not laughing at you. You're such a funny person." She started playing with the spike in his hair.

Eamonn had gotten his things ready and put away, well he was still dragging his chest, his wand carefully put away in his things. He wanted to use it but he wasn't trained yet so of course it was dangerous. Heading towards the middle of the train he stopped when he spotted Emmaleigh. It was nice to have someone familiar there. "Emmaleigh! Do you uh mind if I join you?" He kind of invited himself in after all, moving in to sit down. He couldn't wait to get to Hogwarts.

He didn't mind this, she did it often after all. But Nate didn't want people (especially other Ravenclaw girls) to think they were a couple. No, no, no, he didn't want that. They were best friends, but in no way a couple! He couldn't talk with his mouth full (seeing as he had tried that earlier) so he just continued eating until he had emptied the box of pineapple.
