Cora twirled her curly brown hair nervously. She had managed to board the Hogwarts Express unnoticed, which wasn't a surprise to her. There were just so many people, no one would notice a very small shy girl slip by. Cora couldn't help but wish that some of the friends she made in Diagon Alley would be on the train. Mostly, Cora wished she could find a friendly face. As she looked around, she noticed that everyone had friends around.

Elliot, stilled fairly bored and anxious, finally found a familiar face! She was still a little down from the departing tone from her father, so she was frowning when she opened the compartment door.

"Cora!" she said cheerfully, a broad smile, which was very rare for it to not be a smirk, broke across her pale face!

Not more than a minute after Cora began to wish for a friendly face, one appeared, much to her surprise. "Hi, Elliot!" Cora said. "How are you?". After packing for days, and staying up late at night thinking about Hogwarts, Cora couldn't believe it was finally time.

"Oh cool, you guys went to the fair?!" Lana started to feel a bit of regret. "I wish I could've gone to the fair. It looked fun, but I didn't have the time to. How was it?" she asked starting to smile again.

Elliot sat down across from the girl, her blue eyes widened in anxiety. Blah. She still wasn't nervous...she just couldn't see what was ahead, and she didn't like it...at all. She kind of wished she had a pet or something to play with right now, for some reason. She did already miss her Moze(her crup) at home.

"Guess what?" she said, trying with all she could to keep her tone of excitement. She failed...miserably. If Elliot wasn't so uptight she would be jumping up and down for joy!

Rose didn't know any of the prefects but she did. She knew Trey and she sort of knew where the prefects compartment was. "I know a prefect." She said it in a little of a boastful voice even though she didn't mean too. "I could take you if you like?" She asked trying to be friendly again. She then heard Alyssa suggest to go. She didn't mind who went, but Ness kinda hoped she could go. She hadn't seen Trey in a long time and she wanted to see how the prefect was doing. "I don't mid going." She said to Alyssa. Rose's face was still pretty horific and the quicker it got sorted out the better.


Ness decided to leave it and let Alyssa go. Ness sat and watched as Alyssa left to go look for a prefect. She hoped Alyssa would bring Trey but the chances of that weren't big.

Tyler was always doing good, never a dull moment with him. He wasn't sensitive like her. He was almsot always cheerful. She didn't get why he hadn't said hello to Rose yet. Couldn't he see she was in the compartment? She looked at Rose and then back at Tyler. Maybe something had happened between the two.

"I'm better" she said choosing her words carefully. She wasn't great yet, but she was getting there and hopefully she would get there soon. She watched Tyler's owl a little nervous, because Aya was in the compartment too. Aya gave a little hoot but in a friendly sort of way. She was probably trying to make friends with Tyler's owl.

Ness watched as Alyssa came back in with a prefect following her. She then turned away and looked out the window again. She didn't exactly want to look at the blood on Rose's face.

" Yes, we will be long gone before Jr. starts HogWarts" William told Amelia." It will be still cool that the Starrs will have a legacy here" Willaim said to Amelia. "Do you want to hang with me at HogWarts?" William asked Amelia.

" It is ok, there is no rule dressing like you do at HogWarts" William told Wist." Actually, my girlfriend's name is Witsy" William said to Wist." The class that is the coolest is the one you will like this term and the rest of the terms" William explained to Wist.

" I am sorry you tripped but glad your ankle is ok" William told Orchid." Ok, I will let you handle your bag" William said to Orchid." Nice to meet you, too. Orchid" William smiled." Acrually, my friends call me William and there is a story behind my last name" William explained to Orchid.

" Yes, not going to the food cart is silly" Willaim agreed with Pam. " Oh, I know there is a big feast when we go back to HogWarts" William said to Pam."I am not only a second year,all of my family has gone to HogWarts" William explained to Pam." Do you swim?" William asked Pam.

'Hello' salima said 'Oh y-yeah I'm doing fine thanks' she tried to put on a brave face 'and you?'

Kurumi tried not to giggle. She wasn't laughing to be rude, quite the opposite really. She was laughing because so many of these first years were just like she had been. Nervous, mousy, trying to put on a brave face when they really felt like all you wanted to do was find the nearest compartment, lift up the seat cushion, climb under it, and hide until the ride was done.

"I'll tell you a secret," she whispered, leaning in just a bit. "It's alright to be nervous. I'd be worried if you weren't." She stood up straight again. "My name is Kurumi," she chirped with a slight bow at the waist. "What's your name?"

"I'm good thank-you. M-my name is Claudia, it's really nice to meet you. I could do with some company too. I'm nearly ready for Hogwarts, but I hope the classes aren't too hard...it's so scary. Where are you sitting?" Claudia said to William, happy to have spoken to someone.

'Hello, I'm Rose Deluise, Gryffindor. Yeah, had a slight disagreement... I was skipping and singing a song, as I felt so happy to be coming back, and I wasn't really paying attention, and I went BANG into a wall.' Rose said quietly. 'Yes, please, I have a feeling I don't look the best with all of this blood...' Rose chuckled painfully. She was going to smile. She didn't care if it hurt her, she was going to be a Gryffindor. 'Ooh, sorry, well, my nose, the top of my head and well, that's it. I think my head's stopped bleeding. Just my nose.' Rose clarified.

Annabeth joined Harvey at the window to see if the school was near, "I can't wait for the first glance at the school,"I wonder how big it is, I read that it is huge but I don't know if its right or its bigger!" she told him, "It will all be so new, I bet I'll get lost!"

"Snake venom?" Eeeep that did not sound nice. "Am I... supposed to know her?" Like... maybe she was famous or something? Nora felt extremely stupid that moment, because she didn't really know anything about... anything since she moved here.

But then... she (uhm... they forgot about the name part, didn't they?) took out sweeeeeets! Nora had plenty of them, but that was the moment she realized that they were all in her trunk, so she was really grateful. "Sure," she smiled. "What do you have there? And..." Maybe she shouldn't mention the disgusting bugs that Elijah liked so much, so she only shook her head. "Definitely not sweets for him."

"I'm Nora, by the way," the girl added with a tiny grin on her face.

Alexia was walking on the train corridor she saw a girl alone in the compartment, Alexi decided to knock at her compartment door and try to make friends with the girl, thinking that the girl was lonely. "Hi! Is someone else sitting here?" she said.

Josephine placed her hand in her forehead to make a military gesture "Roger!" she said between laughs "Okay! So, the things we need, gillyweed for the black lake..." she looked at Maxwell expectantly "What else?"

Now that Annabeth mentioned it Harvey knew there was a chance that HE would be getting lost regularly it scared him a little, huge? the schools he had been to so far hadn't been huge.
"Yeah I know I will get lost if it is as big as you are saying it is." Harvey says to Annabeth, he looks at her "Is there a picture in any of the books that we could perhaps look at? If not its ok I expect we should be getting near it soon."

Annabeth got out her books about Hogwarts, she flicked through them and found a picture, "Heres one," she said showing Harvey the book, "It does look very big, but we'll get to know it soon enough!"

An angry Jordan stormed down the corridor feeling like a freak show as so many people were asking him to do a metamorph 'trick'. He almost collided with the fourth year, "sorry," he mumbled, his purple eyes flashing.

"Wow it does look huge, none of my schools have been that big. If the school is that big I wonder how big the classrooms must" said Harvey "I am also bound to get lost" Harvey becomes nervous now more than before about entering a school of that size.

"No, we were just talking about the feast and how we are excited to finally be there, and all the good food that will be there. What about you are you excited for the welcome feast?" Rosalie asked while playing with her hair.

'H-Hello' Salima stammerd 'I-I'm Salima'

Kimalia was a little shocked that this girl didn't know the infamous Lafay. Maybe she was new? She covered her shock fairly well, with the only hint being the raise of her eyebrows over her smiling. "It's our Potions professor and head of Slytherin house, Professor Lafay." She then giggled. "Most people call her dragon lady, but I think there's good deep inside of her." No one in her eyes was truly evil. "After all, she threw a party after Slytherin won the Quidditch cup."

Picking out the sweets she happily repeated the types. "Bertie Bott's every flavor beans, Licorice wands, Sugar quills, Chocolate frogs," She got excited seeing one of her most favorites. "Oo, and Drooble's bubble gum." Hearing that her lizard did indeed not eat sweets, she then felt a strange feeling, of guilt? For the little lizard? Hmm, maybe warming up to new animals would be good for her exceeding knowledge?

"Pleasure to meet you Nora," Kimalia then held her hand out smiling. "I'm Kimalia." She felt good putting aside her stigma on exotic animals to talk with a down to earth girl. Outside she could almost hear the rustle and bustle of other students, firsties. "I dunno what year you're in, but I'm in my third, and it's still weird to know how excited the first years are when I was in their shoes not too long ago."

"We should be arriving soon I guess... But seriously I'm just excited for anything warm and yummy. I'm so hungry!" Scarlett exclaimed as her stomach made a noise encouraging her to eat soon. "Have a nice sleep Ariana?" Scarlett smiled at the girl who dosed off with the motion of the train. Thinking about Scarlett herself was also looking forward to sleeping in her new bed.

"It's nice to meet you," Kurumi said with another polite bow. "Forgive me if I am wrong, but are you a first year?" The girl certainly was nervous enough for about ten first years.
Kurumi felt someone brush her shoulder as they stormed down the corridors. Wasn't it a bit early for someone to be upset enough to go storming about? They had only been on the train for what, an hour?

Kurumi's head spun around to see who it was, only to find that her violet eyes were locked on a boy with matching ones. Her eyes widened a bit and she did all she could not to gasp - which really didn't work so well.

"I-I-I-It's alright," she stammered, bowing a few times. "Is everything...alright?" Her eyes were locked on his, unblinking, and not because she found them strange. On the contrary, she found them fascinating.

Tyler nodded "just better?" he said as he poked his finger through the owl cage stroking the owls beak in hope he wouldn't start he usual screeching. He realized after last time this wasn't good thing to do if he didn't want to get bitten. He looked up to see where the hooting noise was coming from "is that your owl?" he asked, he never knew Nessie to own an owl.

He eyes went astray around the compartment, he never paid much attention to who else was here when he got here, he noticed Rose and gave her a weak smile.
