As you enter the Hogwarts library, what appears to be a cozy nook in one corner of the main area appears most appealing to the Hogwarts student interested in his or her reading. Upon further inspection, you see that this comfy area is larger than it had seemed on first sight. Spread throughout the room are clusters of armchairs, surrounding magical reading lamps giving off different levels of light, all of which are appropriate for reading. These clusters are perfect for study groups or group projects.

Here and there are a few lone armchairs for the student who enjoys quiet solitary reading, and a number of sofas for any that would rather stretch out and put their feet up. Be sure not to muddy them up though!

A soft glow of light is present throughout the room, with more magical lamps in each possible reading space. Be sure not to make much noise and respect some students' wishes to read in quiet.

One last note, no food or drink in the reading lounge.

"Anything interesting going on with our friends that I haven't heard about yet?" he asked with a small yawn.

Ugh, baby pictures? What was it with girls and baby pictures. Merlin. "I'm sure that I was just as pink and wrinkly as you were," he teased, tickling her side lightly.

"Yeah, I know what you mean. I haven't even got a chance to try and settle any fights. I don't want to disappoint the Headmaster..."

He snickered. "You can wear whatever you feel comfortable in. My guardians usually wear muggle clothing most of the time anyway. I probably won't, but to each his own," he shrugged.

Cael thought she looked beautiful in anything she wore.

On one hand it makes her seem special, but on the other hand it's like saying to her 'you're smart?!' so, she's in a dilemma if to hate it or like it. "Well... Each person has their own secret right?" she said looking at the book Ness was holding.

Raven was sitting at the reading lounge, alone. So many books at her table. One of them which she read was about Animagi. She felt nice there. Enjoying herself in reading. But... suddenly she saw Ravenclaw students were kissing, she knew them. Cale and Jayden, Faina had ever introduced them to her...

*sigh*

"How... Silly." said her, she felt disgusting. So many first years were too adult, kissing each other? Grrr...

Yeah, Raven hated PDA. Public Distance of Affection. Especially if first year students. did it. No, she didn't jealous.

Now Jo got Ness thinking of what she could say. An unusual fact hmmm... "Well I play guitar." she thought it was probably the best thing she could tell Jo Jo as there wasn't anything else that was interesting about herself. She really did enjoy her guitar especially since it was her favorite colour purple. She just wished she could be a little more skilled at playing music on her guitar. "Maybe I could play for you sometime." She didn't mind if Jo Jo heard her play just as long as Jo wouldn't laugh.

The holiday? Oh Yeah the December holidays. Only now Ness clicked what Jo was talking about. "Yip, I am..I'm going to be staying in Diagon Alley for the holidays." she said with a grin as she thought of the place. She really did love to shop there. "How about you?" she asked with a smile.

Lana decided to visit the library to do some research on charms. She noticed there was a room in the corner and decided to take a peek in before she searched for books to read. The room was definitely bigger than she thought. Spread throughout the room were groups of students at some tables. And some students who were sitting by themselves. "You know what, I'm not sure. I came to do some research on charms. Animagi seems interesting. Are you able to pick what animal you become?" Lana didn't know much about Animagi. "Is 6th year when you can start it?"

Lana took a quick glance at Raven's outfit. Ahh, I love her jacket. By the way Raven, your outfit it soo cute!"

Joanna placed her bookmark at the page she was reading and closed the book silently. She thought that she would succeed at talking and reading at the same time, but it was far to difficult to concentrate on reading while talking. "The guitar?" the third year began saying "awesome." "Hmmmm..." Joe thought to herself, "I wouldn't mind that. Just as long as she's better than my cousin." Last year at the summer, Joanna bought him a classical guitar, and one month later he transfigured the guitar into a muggle music player, because he was so bad (how did he do that, she doesn't know).

Diagon Alley!? Lucky! Joanna missed that place, it was her first interaction with the Wizarding World in the UK, ohhhh... she'd do anything to visit that place in the winter. "Oh," she began, she didn't expect that question, "Well... I'm staying here, because I decided not to go visit my parents in Alaska, and I really don't want to see my cousin." Ughhh... He's annoying.
