Alyssa made her way down to the other end of the table.

Violet's mouth opened in shock. 'Wh-Wh-What!? You're dating STARR!? The prat from Gryffindor!? The one that left my sister crying for months!?' Violet gaped, asking all these questions in the same breath, just to make sure it was the right William she was talking about. If she could have gotten off of her seat at that moment, she would have. This just proved to her that the Human Race hadn't gotten better since her lock-up. Girls didn't date friends exes. If they find out it's an ex, a bad one at that, they break up with them. It was wrong not to.

Minerva wanted to just leave, but she had came down with Violet and Minerva's friend issues were not as big as Violets family issue so Minerva sat back down. She was being there for Violet. She could barely talk though from the hurt she was feeling. She looked at her plate not even hungry anymore. "Rose should be over in a second."

Rose trudged her way to the Puff's table, wondering what was wrong with Violet, before seeing and laughing hard. 'I'm sorry, Vi, I didn't mean to stick YOU down, it was gonna be for any Puff!' Rose snickered, wiping a tear of laughter from her eyes. She walked forward, kneeling in front of her gluey mass and taking a potion out from her pocket, and tipping it over the mass lightly, dissolving it, before standing up. 'There you are, Vi! Minerva looked at Violet. "Well at least your unstuck. If you want to go be with your sister you can. I know she ran off because I'm sitting here with you." Minerva could barely keep her emotions in check, but she would not show how hurt she was by her friends. Then she looked at Rose and thought well the ones she thought were friends.

And then she was alone. Like always. Everyone left her. Not just her Mum. Her eyes filled up with tears, and she dashed out of the hall, running for her dorm again.

Justin walked into the Great Hall hoping to find Amethyst. He sat down on the bench about halfway down the hall and began to fill his plate with roast beef and mashed potatoes and gravy. He also grabbed a few dinner rolls and started eating.
