Minerva shook her head. She knew she was, but she couldn't over come the pains she got every time she left. "I know, I know. I will get over it I promise. I'm fine." She decided to lie. She didn't need her friends to start worrying about her. They had their own lives to deal with and she put them through enough already. "So you playing in the big game." She decided to change the subject away from her.

" As a matter of fact I am. Thanks to you and Ame. " he smiled. " Promise me that you'll talk to me if you need to.... I don't want you thinking that you have to do this alone."

Minerva shook her head in agreement. She wouldn't tell Justin no, but she wasn't going to worry her friends either. She would be fine by the time they came back to school. She hoped.

She was pretty sure revenge wasn't violence, she may not have watched a lot of Supernatural because it scared her too much but from the amount that she had watched basically everything did what it did FOR REVENEGE, because they'd been killed in an unfair manner or something. Mary Poppins songs applied to everything, just like Doctor Who applied to everything, t'was obvious. Honestly, sometimes she thought she was the only one who understood this, even though it was so simple and obvious.

'IMMA BAMF' Salima yelled as she walked into the common rom, the out again.

Noooooo Amy cried, putting her hands over her ears SAMMY YOU NEED TO STOP SINGING! She cried, cringing away YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR VOICE! She pleaded, heading for a different track of Sammy-would-die-if-she-lost-her-voice. Because it was true. Sammy would be nothing without the loud bounciness. Pleeeeeeasee stooooooooooop she yelled, running away and hiding behind the yellow sofa

She didn't bother to consider why her enchanted egg had rolled of the arm of the chair, and towards the fireplace. All Arya could do was react, hoping up from her favorite chair and diving under the coffee table by the fireplace to get a hold of the metal egg.

The prefect frowned at the egg, looking it over for dents, then glanced over at the fireplace when she saw none. Oh, right. "If you were chilly, all you had to do was say so." Honestly, she was sure the thing was alive sometimes. Arya wormed her way out from under the table, cradling the egg against her chest as she made her way back to the chair.

Muffs twitched a bit, liking the heat emitted from her body, but not as much as she liked the fire. Arya fished around in her pocket until she found the egg's blue sweater and slipped it around the metal. And for extra measure, she tossed a hot air charm on both. That should keep the egg happy while she finished studying.

SHE WOULD LOSE HER VOICE?! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO "okay I'll shut up" she said quietly determined to be very quiet and save her voice. SHe would not talk, for the rest of the day. Just sit down and be quiet. That was possible, right? Maybe? Probably not. BUT SHE LIKED HER VOICE. A LOT. Too much really. BUT OH WELL.

Salima ran into the common room and put up signs and banners. Some of wich were saying "You tried your best" or "We're still supermagafoxyawsomehot!!!". She hung streamers from the celing, put butterbeer and sweets and food on the table, which included: Crisps, Bertie Botts Every Flavor Beans, Chocolate wands and frogs, peppermint frogs, liqouirce wands, Acid pops, Ton-Tongue Toffee, mint humbugs, sherbert lemons, Jelly slugs, pumpkin pasties ect. and Toothflossing Stringmints if anyone had finished (which she all brought from Honeydukes) she also brought out a cake and put writing on it saying "Hufflepuff's are still hot".

Violet walked back in and sighed. They had been close. Just not close enough...

Salima turned up the raido and started singing-

It took Sammy a few more seconds to shut up, but then she did. Thank gawd. Amy would of gotten all scary and shiz if she'd of had her ear drum shredded by awful singing. Thank Merlin Amy sighed, crawling out from her corner, and having her drums shattered anyway by a young person who she didn't know singing away. Admittedly about Puff pride, but still

Not only was Alyssa tired but she was also disappointed that they weren't able to beat Slytherin. She wasn't just disappointed for herself but more for Kita. This was her last year here in Hogwarts and she had do badly wanted to win this game as Captain of the team. As it is she was already beating herself for not catching the Snitch.

As Alyssa walked into the Common Room she realized that it had been
decorated with streamers and banners and they were chanting her cheer song. Her spirits lifted and she started to laugh and clap. All she needed now was to see Aaron and that would make her day a whole lot better.

'WHAT?!' Salima yelled 'C'mon! LETS PARTY! LOOK AT ALL THIS FOOD I LAYED OUT!' Salima turned the radio even higher and started singing 'SINGIN'

'HUFFLEPUFFS RULE! WE SING ROBBIE WILLIAMS!' she yelled, before humming to herself.
'We will, we will, rock you...' That was gonna be stuck in her head ALL day now...

Kita trudged along the corridor towards the common room, a million and one answers buzzing through her head. Reaching the barrels, she stopped. There, on the other side were the members of her house. They had probably come to see their great team in action and now... they had to come back here, realising that their Captain had let them down.

And then a nasty thought entered her head. How was Hadley going to react? She was the one who recruited Kita after all. Kita looked down at her badge, wanting nothing more than to rip it off and throw it somewhere. But... she wasn't going to do that. She was going to walk in there with pride!

Kita took out her wand, tapped the correct barrel and walked towards the common room.

.... HUH?!

Why was there a party going on? They didn't win! Kita couldn't help but smile though. This is exactly why she loved her house so much. They were still celebrating in the face of defeat.

Kita walked over towards Lyssie and sat down. She eyed the girl carefully. There were quite a few things she wanted to say but she couldn't find the words. So instead, she sat back and waited for the rest of her team to get here.

Keefer trudged through the entrance and was met by a party. What? We lost... why are they throwing a party?

He noticed Kita and could tell she had the same thoughts. Walking toward her, he clapped her on the back. "Looks like they still want you to go out with a bang!"

Violet turned and saw their captain! 'KITA! YOU DID AWESOME!' Violet yelled, bounding across the room, leaping over chairs and such. She may have had a tiny bit of Dr Pepper. She hugged Kita tightly, before letting go and laughing as she took another swig. Now she just needed Aaron. Then the part'd be complete.

Kita jumped slightly as someone clapped her on the back. Why was this person doing that? She didn't do anything... spectacular. No no.

Slightly confused, Kita looked up to see a boy. Keefer. She smiled at him before looking round at the celebration. "I think they do as well. Or they're just happy that we made it to the finals," she said, "After all, we haven't had much to celebrate this year." Nope. Or... did they? She didn't know. "Come sit," she said, moving down so Keefer can sit down.



And... now someone was yelling at her. Not in a bad way though. In that 'oh-i'm-excited-to-see-you' kind of way. That made Kita slightly happier.

She grinned at the approaching firstie. Merlin, they had so much energy in them! Or... this one was just hyper. "Thanks Violet!" she said, squeezing the girl back, "I'm sorry we didn't win but... we tried our best." Nod nod.

'You're welcome!' Violet beamed, nodding. 'We still did amazing, though, even if we didn't win! It's not the winning that counts, it's the taking part!' she said wisely, before bouncing slightly. Oooooooh, she loved Dr Peppeeeeeeer! Ach, it made her so HYPER!

Alyssa noticed Kita sitting next to her. There were so many things she wanted to say to her but right now she was all choked up and the words wouldn't come out. Plus she was confused about some other stuff. She hadn't seen Aaron at all after the Pep Rally. Was he avoiding her?
