The right corner of Damien's mouth slowly turned upward into a sideways smile. He enjoyed spending time with Ness; she had such a carefree way about her and an innocence Damien wished he could still posess. It seeemed the first year girl loved to be silly and enjoyed laughing any chance she could get. "I'd actually love to visit your owl," he replied regarding their discussion of pets. "I was thinking of finding one to bring with me next Term." He had no idea where to begin either, so hopefully whoever owned the Emporium would help him make the best choice. He wouldn't know what the poor bird would be used for since he had no one to send letters so -- so maybe just a little bit more company. Damien chuckled after the question about the O.W.L exams. "I'm not terribly worried," he said. "I've never really uhm -- cared too much about my magical future. I'll just walk in there, take the exams and see what happens." It was a careless sort of attitude, but that's how he worked. |

Ness deffinately didn't expect Damien to have the careless attitude. He was always studying wasn't he, or maybe he was just reading books. ness thought for a while trying to decide weather that book he always carried around was a studying book or a just a book. At the end of her own conclusion she decided it was probably just a normal book. "Oh! Im kinda the opposite!" Ness always used to freak and over study when it came to any tests. "So Um.. If you want we can go visit my owl, Aya now?" |
"Hey William! That is right I am leaving soon and I want to remember this place before I leave" Victoria told Jai. |

"I forgot that your sister was joining soon, do you think she will be in the same house as you?" Victoria asked her cousin. |

Damien smiled. "Of course you're the complete opposite of me," he said, laughing. "And that's a good thing. You shoudn't be like me. I'm probably the worst Probably not the nicest thing to say, but it was how he felt. Ness was this sweet girl who was a good student -- why would she chose to hang around a slacker like him? Guess she had plans to visit the Owlry. "I'd go with you," he said. "Never even been to the Owlry," he added. |
Maybe we should push it along some since end of term is soon? Text Cut: Starbreeze Sierra didn't make any idle comments about the first few things he'd said. She'd suddenly started to feel a little awkward about this while conversation. Not with talking to Eino, but with talking to Eino about singing out loud to another person. To him, specifically. The swim across the lake she could handle, but then singing to another person opened herself up to a vulnerability she wasn't comfortable with. "Okay," she finally said. It was either now or never, and she had to get this done if she wanted any sort of Defense Against the Dark Arts mark this year. "Let's just...get this over with." She rocked back on her heels once then came to a complete stop. "Ready? One--two--..." "...three!" She trailed off... Well, that was that. Was Eino going to sing now?You see us knock others down to succeed. OOC: Lyrics are to "Slytherin Pride," by Draco and the Malfoys. |
Should we post at the Owlery next? Quote:
Ness giggled a little too when Damien said that of course she was the oppososite, but as soon as he said it wasn't a good thing she stopped laughing. "What? No your not the worst, Never! How could you say that! Your the best brother WHAT? He'd never been to the Owlery that was a huge shock to Ness. She was so shocked that her mouth hung open for a little. Once she had recovered she said. "Okay Lets go then!". She then took Damiens arm and started pulling him to the Owlery. |

"I have a feeling that Amelia is going to be in Ravenclaw like your mum or she is going to be in Gryffindor like you and your dad" Victoria told William. |

"I think it is a tradition that the women in your family will be in Ravenclaw and the Men in Gryffindor, what do you think?" Victoria asked William. |

"Why do you think they will mess up the tradition?" Victoria asked her cousin and then said "I think the wedding is a few weeks away!" |

Why? Because she was happyyyyyyyy! Yet she felt like something was... missing. She needed to talk to someone. Anyone! And despite the fact that something was telling her that this is a bad idea, she couldn't help but feel like making a new friend. That's why, when her eyes rested on a young boy sitting by a tree drinking a juice, the brunette ended up skipping up to him. "Hi!" she said, |

SPOILER!!: Songstress of my heart~ Eino watched as Sierra sang. The whole moment was very awkward and comfortable for him, even though she was the one singing, but he would have to sing to her, too. When she was done, he applauded her. "Splendid! Absolutely splendid!" He cheering still clapping his hands. He wasn't lying, but then again there wasn't anything she could do that wouldn't be splendid to him. Now that she was done it meant that it was his turn to sing. Well, he didn't have to but he should. He thought of a song to sing, but he was so nervous he couldn't think of anything. After clearing his throat then gulping and clearing his throat again he finally thought of a song. He positioned himself in front of her and after blushing began. Feeding her flock near to the mountain side. The shepherds knew not, they knew not whither she was gone, But after her lover Amyntas hied, Up and down he wandered whilst she was missing; When he found her, O then they fell a-kissing. By the time he finished he was sweating and fidgeting. He was very careful not to say "Fair Sierra" instead of Phyllis and all his effort paid off. That would have made things even more embarrassing and awkward for the both of them. |

Except for the swimming, and she guessed maybe she and Eino could go for a swim next? She quietened down as he sang. Of course he'd sing about lovers. She didn't expect someone like Eino to sing something like "Slytherin Pride," after all. When he was done, she started to open her mouth to suggest swimming next, but then she closed it again. Was she supposed to tell him how great his song was, the same way he'd done for her? Ehh, well. She guessed he'd be less likely to swim with her, and she really needed a swimming partner, if she didn't. "Good job, Eino," she said, even giving him a smile. She glanced toward the lake. "I'm off to the lake now. I guess I'll try to get some swimming in for this assignment, too." She rocked back on her heels. "Erm, thanks again for doing the singing part with me." She turned and starting walking toward the little opening that lead to the lake. "You should come swimming with me." She gave him a smile and then disappeared down the little opening and toward the lake. |
