Alright so perhaps her cheeks went a bit pink at that comment. Ducking her head slightly so her bangs effectively hid her face for a second, Ivory gave a small laugh as they walked forward. "Thanks," Peering at him out of the corner of her eye, she continued with a smile. "I'l have to remember to wear leaves more often then." Blinking a bit at his question, the Ravenclaw prefect brought up a hand to scratch her head in thought. "Favorite subject...." Well that was quite a tough question. There were so many..."Well, if I had to choose one," she spoke up with a small shrug of her slim shoulders. "It'd have to be transfiguration." Great, now he probably thought she was a complete nerd. Looking up from the path, her eyes sought his with a smile. "What about you? What's yours?" |

Turning back to her when she answered the question,"Nice. I like that one but for me it's a toss up between Defense Against the Dark Arts and Potions. But for something that I'd really enjoy I'd have to say herbology." His ears went a little pink as he said,"You must think that's weird huh? Big guy like me prefer tending to screaming baby mandrakes and teething tentaculas instead of facing boggarts." Usually he told others Defense Against the Dark Arts but he's not sure why he told Ivory Herbology. |

Before he could help her up, the girl seemed to scramble onto her feet as if nothing had happened. "Are you alright there?" he asked, wondering if she had hurt herself when she slipped or whatever she happened to do. |

"I'm Nika by the way. Second year Lion." She said introducing herself to the boy. |
Tayla kept running. She ran to the Pathways from Gryffindor Tower. She ran until her sides hurt. Tayla slowed down and tried to catch her breath, leaning on a tree. She tried to remember the dream. She was playing Quidditch with Grandpa Ric. He was alive again. Then there was Grandma Guita, who was crying and saying something about the locket she gave Tayla and which Tayla always wore around her neck. "I'll know when it's time..." Tayla remembered her grandmother telling her in the dream. "I'll know when what is time?" Tayla held the locket in her hand. She and her friend Ari may have found a way to open it, but the charm was a difficult one to break. Tayla sighed and closed her eyes, trying to focus on Grandpa Ric being alive again, of him helping her learn Quidditch. It was a good thought. A tear fell from Tayla's eyes. Maybe that's why she felt so bad when she woke up. Not because of Grandma Guita and whatever she was saying about the locket, but because she, Tayla, missed Grandpa Ric so much. Tayla shook her head. No point in crying. He was gone. He wouldn't want her to waste time crying. "He'd want me to be on a broom," Tayla said to herself. She started running again, this time towards the Quidditch pitch. She had to fly. |

Was she? Nahhh. Probably not. "I'm fine. So where're you headed?" She asked. |

"Erm," she said, stalling perhaps as she was still trying to remember where she was going. OH! "I was just walking around really, no place else to go." She finished with a wide grin. Ahh satisfaction. |

"Nice to meet you, Millie," Zara smiled. Oohh, seventh year. "I'm Zara. Danielle Zara Griffiths," she grinned as she shook hands with Millie. Did she have to say she was a first year? It's probably obvious already right? Yeah it is. Ickle firsties. *groan* And she was a Gryffindor. She didn't need to say that too right? It was on her robes anyway. |

Yup. Millie was a little weird today. She'd been around Sammy too much. That was her problem. HER COUSIN. "Nice to meet you as well" she said with a smile. WELL NOW WHAT. "How are you liking Hogwarts?" WOO. Go Millie and your conversation improvisation. |

“I felt like it AND you deserved it.” Viola grinned. “Oh, You were being polite?” Viola asked, raising an eyebrow. Huh. He was annoyed. Woot. Viola liked annoying him. “There is no need to get so irritated. I was just teasing you, that's all." Pfft. "You’ve hurt my feelings now.” Viola said, trying really hard to control her laughter. “Well, I just wanted to give you a break!” They being friends and all. “If you want me to continue being a smartie..?” LOL. “You being nice is surprising.” Yep, it was. "I was just kidding.” She added, hastily. No matter how hard it was, she would try not to annoy him. Every minute. No. No. No. NOOOOOOOOOOOOO. Urgh! She couldn’t believe this was happening. “Well, I’ve not really thought about it.” This was bad. Terrible. She couldn’t sing to save her life. Anyway, she wasn’t going to sing in front of him and embarrass herself. Nope. Not going to happen. Pirates of New Zealand? What kind of a name was that? Huh. The muggle movies always had such funny names. “Is that actually a movie?” And, that sounds really stupid. Who would want to watch a pirate talk in a funny way. Not interested, thank you. “And, this movie is supposed to be popular?” Viola asked, surprised. If it was, she could only feel sorry for the muggles. How could they see such films? Weird. She had watched a lot of muggle movies over the summer. But, only the ones that had Hugh Dancy in it. Yep. Viola grinned. “Aw. You’re jealous. That’s sweet.” She didn’t add anything further. Nope. She didn’t want to make him any more uncomfortable than he already was. “You’re joking, right?” Viola snorted with laughter. Well.. ”Yep. We’re friends but THAT does not mean that we should be nice to each other all the time!” Viola couldn’t be nice and polite all the time. That’s impossible. Like, really hard. Just for the record, "You’re a good friend." Viola mumbled, conscious of the fact that she was inflating his already inflated ego. But, she wanted to say it. What? Where was Jamie? She came to an abrupt stop before turning around. Huh? What was he doing? She jogged towards him and asked, “You want to meditate right now?” Oh jeez. “Like, now? Don’t you want to complete the running first?" Bleh. Viola didn't want to meditate. At all. It was such a boring task. But, she had to do it, if she wanted to finish the stupid DADA assignment. |

It was the question all over again. Zara needed to count how many times people asked her that. What should she answer now? Fine? Great? Fun? Cool? Awesome? Nice? Good? "Hogwarts is.." Searching for a new word to answer, she can only manage, "Uhm. It's.." What word hasn't she used before? Uhhhhhh. "..great." Again, she answered great since she couldn't look for a better word. She's said that about four times already. Well, of course Hogwarts is great, right? Yeah. Right. |
SPOILER!!: Viola "Are you okay?" Jamie asked, noticing Viola looking a bit peaky and sweaty again. Did she need another sandwich? The Slytherin raised an eyebrow at her. Since when was she so happy to praise him? It was only moments ago that she said that he was uncool. Eh, whatever. "That would be just lovely." He said simply, not wanting to over exaggerate his happiness. Because that clearly annoyed her too much. OH, oh.... Jamie smirked, "what was that?" Didn't quite catch it! "Ouch." He said, making a face of utter sorrow. "I'm starting to think YOU were put in the wrong house, too!" What ever happened to Hufflepuffs being the nicest people on the planet? Jamie's perception of them was tarnished forever. Teasing, of course. He got that all the time. "What have I done?" He asked rather coldly. Honestly, girls were SO unreadable. Owwhhh, only a break? "How about we stay nice forever." Both of them, that is. "If I am ever mean to you again, I give you permission to hex me with a charm of your choice." As long as it wasn't unforgivable, of course. AND, only if he could do the same if she were mean. Oh, the fun that would bring. SMUG. Bwahahah, "well, you gotta do it sooner or later." HE just did it, so it was only fair for Viola to do it, too. Jamie stared at her expectantly, with a playful smile on his face. "Yes, it is a movie! And it is VERY popular. Got high ratings, it did." Yes, because he was that LAME to look. He got the impression that Viola wasn't impressed by the sounds of the movie. Well... there were plenty worse films in the muggle world for her to be worried about! Not 'Pirates of New Zealand'. "You know, the only rubbish films that muggles make, are the ones about sparkly vampires." Those were quite terrifying. "I JUST SAID I WEREN'T!" Why would he be jealous? Why, why, oh why? Jamie picked up the speed on his running, hoping that Viola wouldn't be able to catch up. And also, to run away from the current conversation. OH... so her vision of friendship was based around throwing insults everywhere? Jamie stared at her, bewildered. "What kind of friendships are YOU in, then?!" They can't be very happy ones, surely. Of course, nothing could prepare him for her next comment. It made him feel all fluffy inside. Daww. "Really, uhh? Thanks, Viola. You are, too." He scratched his head, and now felt all nervous and uncomfortable. Curse his pathetic antics! Jamie stopped meditating for a moment and looked up, frustratingly, at Viola. Why interrupt him, huh? "Why not? Might as well do as much as we can, and it will be a nice break from running." How much running had they done now? 6,000,000 miles? "...nah, we'll carry on with it later." Yes, meditating now would be clever. |

“What?” Viola came to a stop. She couldn’t believe that he actually said that. “Gosh, are you serious? You think I should have been in Slytherin?” She felt SO bad, that it hurt. She continued to run, feeling terrible. Horrible. Ugh, but why did it hurt her so much? “Nothing. You just hurt my feelings, that’s all.” She said, not looking at him. She almost felt like crying. Almost. “Oh, really?” That sounded like a good idea although she wasn’t sure that she would be able to be nice. “Great. And, that applies to me as well, right?” Viola grinned. She really wish it didn’t but anyway..it sounded like fun. Real fun. NOOOOOOOOOOOO! Why was he doing this to her? It was terrible. “You’re being mean, you know? Anyway, if you think I’m going to sing right now, you’re sadly mistaken. I’m like the worst singer ever and I’ve no intention of embarrassing myself.” Yep. That’s it. She said it. WOOT. LOL. He kept track of muggle movies? “You sound like-“ Ugh. The deal. She didn’t want to get hexed..at least, not right now. “Well, great.” Viola said, sounding disappointed. Anyway, she didn’t really watch movies that had pirates in it. How boring. Bleh. “Oh yeah. I watched some movie called Twilight?” Was that it? Anyway..”It was like bad. Really bad. Horrible, in fact. Okay. That’s it. “Right. It was a JOKE! Why are you taking it so seriously? And most importantly, why are you yelling? I’m not deaf, you know? Unless..” Viola grinned. “You really are jealous.” She knew she was making him mad. Smirk. He started running really fast. She caught up with soon enough, even though her legs were aching badly. “Will you just stop acting like a kid?" OOH! “People don’t have to be nice and polite to each other to be friends, you know. If they are, they're not really friends.” Awesome. She was proud of herself. "Well, thanks.” Viola blushed. Viola burst out laughing. “You’re the most hilarious guy on earth. You know that, right?” Viola sat down, cross legged and looked at him. “We are supposed to be meditating about a role model, I think..” Viola frowned. |
Text Cut: Ladies Sure, Evan did know ladies could create miracles, but not in football. At least, not against the talented people "You know a 'foul' means, right, from Quidditch? Well, we have that in football too. There're two colours of cards. A yellow card is for caution, like the traffic lights. It is shown when a player did a dangerous foul or blocked the chance of the opponent's goal, et cetera. A red card is either shown after the second yellow card or directly, depending on the offence of it. A red means you're out, and cannot return to game again. It also means at least one match-ban, unless the diciplinary committee decides to extend it." He paused to let them all sink in. He was talking a bit fast to start as soon as possible. It would have been great if he could watch a game with Bissy and show her all. But, he didn't think they could do that anytime soon. "Now, penalty is a kind of free-kick--free-kick is given when a player fouls the opponent--but it is done in the penalty area--" he showed the white lines he drew with his wand "--and it blocks the clear chance of goal. Well, if you're in that area every kind of negative action blocks your chances of scoring, so yeah, penalty is a serious thing. And, you use it from a spot maximum 7 metres far aya from the goal line, so it's 90% goal." Sure, it wasn't like there weren't any idiots who still managed to kick the ball out to the space, but that was why they were idiots. "Any more questions?" A friendly tone there, so that she would see she could ask questions, as long as they weren't stupid ones like 'OMG do you have the phone number of blah blah player?'. |
Text Cut: The nice couple ^_^ Bissy looked at Mina as she transfigured her ballet flats into trainers. Oh my! It was a good idea. The she snake had already worn her trainers so she didn’t need to do the same but she didn’t know how to do that. She said: “Wow! What’s the incantation for that, Mina? I may need it some time.” Then, she nodded approvingly at Mina’s words, smiling. Seeing Evan being very happy with himself while explaining the things she had asked, she felt a great relief. Yeah, that was very nice of him – explaining the rules with patience. All the things were a bit complex but they are not a big deal. She could sink them all in. She would get accustomed to all of them as she played. She looked at Evan with sparkling eyes and said: “Oh, nope! Not just a single one. I’ve understood them all, Cartwright. Thank you so much.” Then, she turned to Mina and said: “Well… So, let’s take our positions and start playing.” |
anyone? :) Georgiana decided to go to the pathways to sit down beside a tree and relax because the last thing she wanted to do was homeworks or studying. This place was nice and peaceful exactly what she needed, the girl spotted a big tree and leaned against it. Georgiana started to feel sleepy but she was aware of it and was not going to take a nap there, even though it was a great idea...but no. She closed her eyes and opened them again before falling asleep. Being there watching people passing by, bored her. So, she got up and started to walk aimlessly, looking at her surroundings, deep in thought and not paying attention to anything around her. |

Stryker smiled brightly as he lobbed a tennis ball into the air and watched as his new fluffy!puppy pounced and chased after it. So cute. Ohh wait. Something caught the puppy's eye and directed it's attention away from the green ball. People! Finally, something that had a shorter attention span than Chad. The puppy took off to greet passing people. Oh great. "Come back!" Kimber would KILL him if he lost the little guy. |

Then she turned her attention back to the puppy. "Come back puppyy. Wait for meee." She said as she hurried up to catch up with it. |
