"I have an idea," she whispered, conspiratorially. "If we can get him near a tree, under the branches or something then we can send a spell at the tree and make all the snow fall on him." she grinned; game tactics like this came naturally with a big family.

Helena smiled at Fallon, showing her that she was far from being mad at her or something. Eh, even if that snowball had hit her... it wouldn't have been the first one, and definitely not the last one. There was one crazy really fast Simon that seemed to make it impossible to be hit by a snowball.

Oooh good idea. She gave Aurora a nod in response.

Or... maybe they could all jump on him, then cover him with snow.

... or maybe not.

Fallon listened to Aurora's suggestion. It really was a pretty good one. She didn't think Simon would fall for it so easily though. "I know Simon...and that won't be too easy." The young Puff was crafty. Craftier than these girls probably realized.

"Yeah, I guessed that..." he seemed pretty good at snowball fights. "I was going to ask you for suggestions on that part..." She added.

Fallon thought about it for a moment. In truth, she didn't know how'd they'd get Simon to go under the tree branches. "The only thing I can think of is saying that we surrender." It would get him to come towards them and the trees. "Or we could just blast him with snow." Yeah. That would work. She'd already cheated once so she really didn't care right now.

Suggestions... hmmm.

"Maybe one of us could distract him," Helena said, whispering. "And the other two could get him and... then comes Aurora's plan." Or maybe it wasn't such a good idea.

"Are you saying that we should pretend to surrender?" Helena asked, grinning. That might work. Pretend, and then... a real snow war.

Hmmm, "Sure he wont be suspicious that we're surrendering? I suppose we could do that anyway and then if it doesn't work we could do the blasting with snow thing. What spell would that be?" She was only twelve after all.

"How about just levitating the snowballs, and then use Depulso to throw them at him?"

Helena looked at Fallon as well. They learned the banishing charm last term. Maybe she remembered.

Aurora thought for a second then nodded. "That could work, but surely that's a little too obviously cheating?" she said.

Simon was wondering what the Slytherin Girls were up to, did they think he was born yesterday, he wasn't going to go near them but with them under a tree, he decided he'd get them he slowly and very quietly moved to the try the were under and grabbed the branches and started to shake it, hoping the snow would hit them, he then quickly ran back away from the trees before they could use them. "Did I get you?"

Arabella-Marie had missed the qudditch game and said "Nah i was asleep in my dorm dont ask me why because i am usually at qudditch"

Aurora flattened herself against the trunk of the tree as soon as she heard the tree rustle. "Damn!" The snow fell right in front of her and she waited for it to settle before looking to check if the other's had been soaked. "Right, I think that magic might be the only way we can get him..." she said.

Fee smiled at the girl and the surprised but nice tone in her voice when she spotted her.The firstie was such a cute one,really."Heey Nessie",she smiled,"i am doing fine. How is Hogwarts treating you so far?"Your first year was always the most exctiting one.

"Not really no",Fee laughed,"he is like the best aspect in my life."retty much. Awwwww Willy thanked her for beign such a great friend?That was soo cute."Thank you for being such an amazing friend as well",the girl hugged her little firstie and smiled.He should definitely gain more confidence."I am sure you do amazing dont worry",the girl nodded,"and what are friends for?Of course i am talking to her."Fee couldnt stand seeing William sad...

Fallon listened to Helena's suggestion. It worked too. "The distraction plan might work as well..." It was another good suggestion. Fallon thought over her surrender tactic again. "I think it will work. It's worked in real battles...so why not a snow battle." It was a lame reason but it was the best she could come up with at the moment.

Fallon looked at Helena as she suggested Depulso. "That would work. And yes it would be obvious we're using magic, but I don't care if you guys don't." She'd already cheated using magic once so it wasn't that big of a deal.

...and then the snow was falling rather quickly on top of them. She saw the culprit named Simon who was violently shaking the tree. "Very funny Simon! And yes, you got us." It was kind of hard to miss them when you were shaking tree branches.

Fallon looked at Aurora and nodded. "I second that."

The blonde Malfoy ran down the pathways in her running gear. Yep, workout time even though if it was wicked cold right now. A lot of stuff had happened since she had seen Fee in September or was it October. Merlin's Beard, she missed her Glitter Girl. Emma certainly had a lot of news to tell her fake sister.

Nika's eyes opened widely as Heather answered. Her loss made Nika's sound like nothing. Besides Nika might have a chance of communicating with Emily some way or another, but Heather her sister was gone forever. She looked at Heather and opened her mouth to say something, but nothing came out. She wasn't sure exactly how to respond to the third year. Deciding that she looked stupid she opened her mouth again, but this time she made sure words came out. "I-I'm so sorry," Her response was a bit lame, but what else was she supposed to say.

If Heather wanted she could have Nika's sister. The little girl wasn't very happy with Nika at the moment so she would probably be willing to do the little trade. "I didn't lose someone like you did, but I have something that I can't seem to get over." She said slowly. "My best friend is leaving Hogwarts for good. She's moving." Nika told Heather to try and get it out of her head. Maybe it would work. "I know I should be happy for her because she wants this, but I can't be happy knowing that she won't be with me for any longer. I know I can keep in touch with her but letters just aren't the same." At this point she was just saying things to get them off of her mind. She didn't really care if she didn't even know Heather well.

"I ran off after she told me and I feel horrible. I just didn't want to have to face her." She took a deep breath before asking yet another question. "Do you have any advice? Should I go and talk to her?" Nika asked the third year lion in hopes that she knew what to do. Heather maybe only a year apart from Nika in age, but she was older and maybe she had some good advice.

" Hi, how are you?" Willaim asked Presley."Did you do all the DADA assignment?" Willaim asked Presley. ' I am doing the rolls, I swam and have danced with a lot of girls" William told Presley. " I am always available as a dance partner' Willaim said to Presley. " Noe if someone can teach me how to sing' William explained to Presley.

" I understand how you feel about Hugo" William told Fee. " Ok, amazing friend, I can handle it' Willaim said to Fee laughing. " Well, we will see at the end of the term if I am amazing in house points" William explained to Fee. " Thanks so much for talking to Emma" William smiled." Of course, I am upset with her, si I do not always talk to her" William sighed.

Heather smiled back at the girl and put a hand at her shoulder. She rarely does this especially to someone she just met, but she wanted to assure the girl there was no harm done. She just asked and she answered. "It's all right..." she said. "...no harm done."

and so she listened closely to Nika's problems about her friend, also named Emily as so was her sister-to-be, and she couldn't help but chuckle, still she suppressed it so Nika wouldn't notice; it was rude to laugh while someone rants.

and she was asked of advice. Heather was a bit off at advices. She was the one who usually asks, not the one asked. Still, it did not deter her intention to help Nika. "You should." she said, racking her brain for some sort of real answer. Wasn't this just like what she and Cass had when they were in first year? When Cass just recently found out about Emily? She had to go up and talk to her and tell her everything just to clear things up between them.

"Facing and Talking her is the only solution to that, Nika." she said softly. "it really helps to clear up any misunderstanding...and to let them know what you feel about that instead of jumping off away and leaving them to guess how you felt. It only makes them feel horrible as well...and besides...i really think it would be best...that you two get along now...and spend every minute that you can together before she leaves. It'll leave a lasting memory for the both of you."

"That's fine for me," Helena grinned. Eh, who cared if they were cheating in this kind of fights? And besides, they weren't going to hurt him. Probably only bury him in the snow... eventually.

AHHHH!

This Hufflepuff was getting on Helena's nerves.

As he shook the branches, Helena tried to avoid all the snow that was falling on them, but of course she couldn't avoid it all.

"So... cheating?" Helena asked, trying to think of some other useful spells. Her aim might be terrible, but at least she was good with spells. And Fallon was right. This whole surrending plan might actually work.

"I don't care either," she said, this time wondering what Simon was up to. He was one evil Hufflepuff.

Never one to be scrupulous about cheating Aurora nodded and started to pile up snowballs, "I suppose if we make a load of them this will be easier. And one of us could surrender and distract him maybe with a shield charm so no snowballs can hit them and the others can send the snowballs at him? I'll do the distracting if you want..."

"Oh well you deffinatley missed out!" said Ness giggling a little. she still couldn't get over how happy she was that Hufflepuff won.


"It's treating me good!" giggled Ness "Ive been pretty busy though, with all the lessons and homework!" She then remembered she still had quite a bit of homework to finish, but she would do it later, now she wanted to relax. She smiled at the slytherin then said. "How's your term been so far?"

Fallon looked at the two girls. They seemed to be in for her surrendering idea. She knew there was only one person that couldn't fake surrender. "I think making a lot of snow balls while someone fake surrenders is a great idea. I just can't be the one to fake surrender. Simon will know something is up..." Fallon was incredibly stubborn and didn't give up and Simon knew that. Her Puff friend was in for it.

Aurora nodded and continued to make snow balls, piling them up out of sight behind the tree. "Luckily he doesn't know me well enough to think it's odd. Shall I do it?" She looked to Helena as well, just checking that she didn't want desperately to surrender for some reason.

Arabella-Marie nodded and said "Yeah tell me about i am supposed to be playing ravenclaw soon and well i am being called home before the game because well i am needed urgently at home for some reason"

"If you want to, yes," Helena said, looking at Aurora.

"Shall we make a lot of snowballs, to be ready?" She asked, this time looking at Fallon. You know, they could prepare many snowballs, and when Aurora does her part, they'll just levitate all of them and... Simon should get used to the idea of losing a snow war. Hehe.
