Patroclus was worried, and when he was worried he ate! So it was not a stretch that he found himself in the Kitchens deep in the basements, after he had allowed his feet to take them where they wanted to go.... He was worried, because Prometheus was worried, and Prometheus never worried... The two brothers had been in constant contact via owl over the past few days, something was wrong they both felt it.... As an elf came running up towards him, Patroclus took in where he was and ordered the first thing that came to his mind, "I will just have a few sticks of celery.....make it more than a few..." It had to be one of his favourite vegetables, along with carrots, "Could you peel some carrots too, thanks" he grinned at the helpful little elf. Watching as his snack was prepared, he thought over and over about what was keeping them for contacting he and his brother, sure they had done this before, disappeared on a whirlwind of a trip, but Patroclus or Prometheus had always been with them.... But this time the boys had been left behind.... |
SPOILER!!: sorry for the late reply Jonathan only laughed when Feenella asked her what was his problem. It is really awkward to tell her he has an OCD behavior. It's not an appealing behavior perhaps? He shook his head and said "Don't worry... it's nothing" he smiled. Oh well, everything would always have a first time. This would be the first time that he can eat and share spoon with other people. He took the spoon after she ate and for awhile, he looked at it. He scooped the cake and swallowed all his might. Here goes nothing! He continued to eat the cake this time. Birthdays are always fun for Jonathan. He loves going to parties and enjoys most of the time. "October 13" he repeated. "June 10" he said his birthday. That's nice. He is getting to know her little by little. "Oh! October has arrived" so it seems. The leaves have already started fallen and the weather surely is cold nowadays. Probably when they can come to Hogsmeade then she might buy her a little present. That would be nice. Shopping time for Jonathan. Ugh! School. "Tell me about it" Jonathan cracked a smile when they were talking about Potions class. "I like it that the Professor is our Head." well it does have its own advantages. "We'll get used to her." Professor Lafay is quite strict but she cares about the students at Hogwarts, especially the Slytherins. |

Fee chuckled a little when Jonathan started to laugh, well no crumbs or whatever in her face then.Hehe, goood how would that have looked?!Not so sexy."Nothing are you sure?",she giggled," good then. But tell me if i have something on my face.Kay?Wouldnt be cool to run around like that all the time.Hehe. The Slytherin watched Jonathan as he looked at the spoon for a while. Was something wrong with it?Maybe he didnt want to eat from the same spoon as she did?!"I can get you a new spoon if you want to?",she asked smiling at him. After all they had just gotten to know eachother. But then he ate the cake with the same spoon and the blonde chuckled.Maybe he just wasnt used to it."You have a pretty good taste in cake",the girl beamed and nodded. "Ocotober 31th,Jonathan",the blonde chuckled.Oh glitter, she was turning 14 sooo soon it was scary. The girl was growing up way to fast and didnt know if she really wanted to."Means you turn 15 on June 10th?",she asked already thinking about a present. If they got to know eachother better, the Slytherin surely would find something nice.Yes,yes. Ohh yeees it was true at the end of this month the girl would have her birthday,on helloween. It was pretty cool to have birthday oin helloween.Hehe." yeeeess i am already thinking about how to celebrate",the third yeard told her new friend, now or later and mostly how. Birthdays were a lot of work but Fee loved parties. Aww Jonathan liked Lafay to be their head of house? He probably was the first Slytherin that had ever said something like that and it kinds surprised the girl a little." Lafay kinda scares everyone with her behaviour, but maybe she isnt as bad as she seems, she nodded, maybe its just rumours that you hear about her.You never knew after all. |

They were going to have an EXTREMELY busy summer..since that's when Destiny figured all this stuff was going to happen. Sure, there were the Christmas and Spring breaks, but they were far to short to do everything and she figured Mia would rather spend her time elsewhere. And with someone else. "You know what we should do?" she asked, lowering her voice and leaning in closer to her friend. Her ideas should not be heard by anyone else. They were far too awesome. "We should build the raft at your commune, right? Sail it all the way to the Serengeti. That's where the safari is." In case she didn't know. "And then when we get there, we stargaze!" It. Was. AWESOME! Most likely impossible, but awesome nonetheless. And it was almost as awesome as Mia sculpting a giraffe for her. Clapping her hands as well, just to clap, Destiny nodded her head enthusiastically. Of course she would let her sculpt her. Only.. "Will I be able to pose?" That was important. Destiny didn't even have time to see where the blob of potato landed before Mia started throwing fries at her. Giggling, she picked a fry up that landed on her lap and shoving it into her mouth, she stood from her stool. This was probably another reason the house elves didn't like her. She always ruined their kitchen. Grabbing the bowl of mashed potatoes as Mia grabbed a bowl of something, Destiny once again spooned a blob onto the spoon. Hehe. "You've got to ask yourself one question; 'Do I feel lucky?' Well, do ya, punk?" Too many moving pictures on the muggle box. |

Slipping into the kitchens from the Pear Portrait, she propped her elbows up on the countertop as she considered her choices. It was then that she noticed she wasn't alone. "Prefect Hudson," she greeted of the sixth year Gryffindor, as he was having one of the house elves prep some vegetables. "Ooh, veggies are good." Though it was only then that she took in his appearance and noticed he didn't seem like his normal self. Strange. "Is everything okay?" Fina blurted before she could help herself. |
mah boy tooooo! Quote:

And just when the Kitchen Snake entered the threshold he sees-- the Perfect Prefect that gave him his nick. With the Arithmancy Professor as his dinner date? Heh. "Hey Patroclus W'zup!" he greeted his buddy with a clap on his shoulder "Professor Hadley..." the Slytherin lad nodded his head in greeting to the Numbers guru then settled into a seat opposite them. It was then that he noticed that the Lion Prefect wasnt his usual chipper self, a far cry from the lad that gave them a lift to the Mediterranean. "You ok dude?" |
Quote:
"Sounds like a plan." Albeit a crazy one but that's what happened when Destiny and Mia got together. And she could totally see her friend fitting in really well at the commune. "Can we paint the raft purple?" A really bright purple so that they stood out, you know in case they got lost or something. And hopefully scare the sharks away. If they managed to pull it off it would be a miracle. Wow! Someone was excited about being sculpted. "Of course you can. Only...I'm not that good at doing people's heads yet." But there was a first for everything and maybe Destiny might be the one to inspire her. Mirroring Destiny's actions, Mia scooped up a dallop of yoghurt and got into position to fire. Until her friend quoted one of the most famous lines from a movie and she burst out laughing. "Well I would answer that but, you can't handle the truth!" And then she let fly with the yoghurt. |
K-Lee's mind was still on her transfer the next year. She didn't want to leave, no matter what her parents said. What she usually did when she was sad was eat, so she had absentmindedly found herself heading the kitchen. Walking in, she yawned and sat down in a seat that she was sure had no one sitting in it. She took a cookie from a plate a house elf had placed in front of her and slowly munched on it. Maybe someone would come to the kitchen she could talk to? |
Quote:
Aiden approaches the table. "Hello. Umm... May I?" she greets while glancing at an empty chair. |
Quote:
"Want any cookies?" She asked, holding the plate out to the girl. "Oh and I'm K-Lee Soler, third year." She added on a moment later, remembering to introduce herself. |
Quote:
"I'm Aiden. Aiden Heartnett, but you can call me Aiden or A.D. First year," she introduces herself as she munches a piece of cookies. |

And this was the reason Mia was her new BEST FRIEND. She didn't think any of her ideas were stupid, or crazy. Unlike Evelyn. Destiny could picture that EX-best friend of hers now. Saying that sailing in a raft from Mia's home to the Serengeti was impossible or how they were going to die. Pfft. It was a plan and a very good one at that. "A purple raft? Sure. Why not?" Purple was much better than pink at least. "And our flag. With our faces on it." That flag would scare the sharks away. Bwaha! Oh. Mia wasn't good with sculpting heads? Meh. Destiny didn't mind and she was pretty sure there were quite a few statues that were headless AND were put up in museums. Of course, those statues were missing MORE than their heads..like their clothes.. "Well. You know what all those old people say. Practice makes patience." That didn't sound right.. "Practice makes pancakes?" GAH! She didn't speak muggle! But she did speak food fight and it was SO on. Mia was going to get tatored. Watching as her friend got into position with her bowl, Destiny raised an eyebrow at what she said. Glancing over her shoulder for a moment like she expected someone to be there, she turned back to Mia. "You talkin' to me? You talkin' to ME?" Hehe. Before she even had a chance to continue with what she was saying, she was hit square in the face with..yoghurt! Flinging her spoonful of potatoes in her friend's direction in RETALIATION, Destiny quickly ducked for cover behind on of the counters. Yuck. Yoghurt! |
Forgive him, he is a worried wreck! SPOILER!!: Mrs 'Taught us we were Perfect' The LionLad's eyes had glazed over as he watch the elf prepare his shrubbery, he kept playing the situation over and over in his head; We apparated back as a family from Athens, I knew they were headed back to sail on to Istanbul, but that would have taken minimum a week......it had been three, Prometheus had heard nothing since the last letter which mention an altercation at -' His thoughts were torn back to reality as he hear the family voice of Professor Hadley adress him. "Hello Professor Hadley," He replied with a bright smile, his facade lasting but a few moments before the apparant worry returning, "Everything is fine..." he tried to grin again, but failed. "Have a nice Summer?" SPOILER!!: THE Kitchen-Snake! "Salander," he called in reply to his He- Snake friend, "I have seen you here since, you remember!" he laughed, his mind instantly trying to remember anything that had been said that could possible been his parents way of informing Salander on their trip of any further travel plans destined for post Greece, "Glad to be back?" It was all he could muster, bored pleasentries, he really just wanted to speak to his brother in person, he wanted to hear his voice. For the first time in a long time, Patroclus was afraid.... |

Carter laughed and hoped Marie didn't spot a slight tint of red. "That is not the point." he said still chuckling. "Oh. Believe me. I would have deserved it." he said referring to being punched. "In fact... it probably would have helped get rid of the potion." he said. Because... Patroclus begging him to remember Marie not Destiny had worked sooo well. He smiled when she said she'd changed in the past two years. "Well... being best friends with a Hufflepuff is something that I didn't expect to happen." he said. Not after the big rivalry with Kay anyway. He was actually kind of excited about getting to know her again. He missed the girls over the past two years. Lost in memories he took his last bite of ice cream. He smiled. Maybe this term would be nice, normal, and relatively sane. He then looked over to Marie. "So what do you think?" he asked. "You think we'll be able to be friends again?" She seemed skeptically before. But he thought the conversation was going rather well. And the fact that she actually showed up for a midnight snack had to mean something, right? |

She wasn't sure where to go on with the conversation, so just ate another cookie, trying not to fall asleep, or think about her transferring. |

But she also wasn't one to pry, terribly much, at least. "Everything in the kitchen is fine, you mean," she clarified, offering him one of her best comfort smiles. In Patroclus' head, she knew otherwise. That much was clear to her, even if she was no mind-reader. |
new timeline for Rae and Lexi! Meh... Fooooooooooood! Rae motioned for an elf to come over... "Err.. Chips... Salsa.... Butterbeer...... Find that please?" She may look like a girl but she still didn't have graceful manners like one. Rae felt so tired of walking in heels that she didn't even care anymore, she sat on the ground and stretched out her legs. Heels, what a work out! |
Quote:
Rae! Why are you in the floor like that? "There is a table right there, woman! Get up before you catch a cold on the floor!" she said through giggles as she went over to one of the refrigerators and started to rummage for turkey and cheese... and other sammich stuff. "Down here for a late snack?" she said over her shoulder as she piled her arms full of stuff and then turned back and dumped it on the table. "What else do I need for a sandwich? There is something... vital that I am missing..." she trailed off as she looked at the cold items on the table. HELP US RAE! |
crawling a bit to enter the kitchens, Heather was looking for a bit of a snack. Maybe there were some cookies? Chocolate chip cookies perhaps and she could ask for some milk as well. she looked around and noticed the kitchen was full of people now. She decided to sink in a wall; hey she was barely even noticed because she was small. Time to look for some milk and cookies now. hehehe. |

Destiny ALWAYS had the best ideas. "Yes! That would be awesome!" Who would be able to miss a purple raft, flying a huge flag with two brunette heads on it. Two pretty brunettes at that. "And we need to come up with a name for our raft." Because all boats had names. And nothing lame like 'The Sea Shanty' or 'Titanic.' Something that would reflect how awesome they were. Or perhaps how stupid. Mia could see them getting only a few miles off the Queensland coast, seeing how neither of them knew how to sail a boat or raft in their case but at least it would be fun. Mia snorted at Destiny's attempt at muggle talk. And who was she calling old? "Practice makes perfect." Shouldn't be hard for the girl to remember it was close to the word 'Prefect' after all and she was sure Destiny had no troubles in saying that word. But speaking of pancakes. "I feel like blueberry pancakes." But they would have to wait. There was a food fight taking place. For someone who didn't know how to talk muggle, she sure knew a lot of movie quotes. "I'll get you my pretty and your little rat too." Mia watched as her spoonful of yoghurt hit Destiny in the face and she was too busy laughing to notice the mashed potato flying her way until it caught her in the side of the head. She tilted her head to the side trying to get potato out of her ear. COWARD!! The Slytherin was hiding behind the counter. That was cheating. So Mia picked up her bowl of yoghurt and climbed up onto the counter and crawled over to where Destiny had disappeared to and peered over the edge, her bowl of yoghurt hovering right over her friend's head. "Say 'hello' to my little friend." |
Quote:
"Eh, yeah I guess so." She mumbled as the elf came back with the butter beer and a bowl of chips along with a bowl of salsa. *CRRRRUUUUNCH* " 'hor uh shhamich?" Translation: 'for a sandwich?' *gulp* "Bread, meat, cheese, mayo, mustard, all kinds of veggie things..... Stuff like that." Was that help? |
Quote:
Heheh. "Yes, for a sandwich," Lexi said with a furrowed brow as she kept looking at the items she had assembled there. .... "Damn... I forgot the bread I reckon. See. I would be lost without you here," she said as she bounced over to get the bread she wanted. The rye bread. Mhm. Bringing it back to the table she struggled with the twist tie thingy for a few moments and then gave up and plopped down on the bench. "Can you help me? The only reason I could make a sammich at your house is because I watched you do it... and everything was already there. I am not used to waiting on myself. I am here most of the time and if not... I am somewhere with an elf. HELP ME FIX MY SAMMICH BEFORE I STARVE RAE!" she said starting quietly and then ended loudly and dramatically. She even clutched her stomach and grimaced before flopping over sideways on the bench. NEED. FOOD. |
