Samira lightly fingered her dangling earrings and gave a soft but warm grin. Inwardly, she was slightly relieved that the older girl remembered her name. It would have been a bit embarrassing for both of them. "Yes," she confirmed in regards to her name. "I think we spoke briefly last term?"

Cass was nice enough, and Samira felt herself warming up to the girl already. A smile flickered across her face. "I've been doing really well, thanks for asking. And how are you?"

" No more worrying about me" Willaim told Fee. " HogeMeadw will be fun" William said to Fee. " Yes, it is for you to lookgood in and for Hugo to lookat you in delight" William teased Fee laughing." We nees to go swimming" Wiliam smiled.

"Oh, yes!" She exclaimed when she remembered her conversation with her when she was just a first year, how time flies "I remember. Wow, that was so long ago."

Cass then smiled once more "That's nice to know." Then she shrugged as she pushed her glasses off her eyes and up to her hair, serving as some sort of headband "Same. Things are going great."

Then she glanced around the area once more before returning her eyes towards the dark haired girl "It's just awesome in here, isn't it?"

Samira shared Cass's sentiments. It really has been a long time since first year. Wow. Samira wondered how it would feel when she was a seventh year...

She quickly pushed those thoughts from her mind, preferring to enjoy the present. She nodded empathetically at the next comment. "Definitely. Can you believe something like this even exists near Hogwarts? I'm surprised no one's found it before now..." Samira trailed off and stared out into the water. She watched as all the other students splashed in the water.

It looked cold. Honestly, Samira was in no mood to get in. But if Cass or someone else wanted to, perhaps she might too. But for now, it was just nice to stand around idly and have a nice chat. "What do you think of the term so far?" she asked, trying to strike up a conversation. "Those new Professors are..." stupid, incompetent, unworthy..."They're really something, aren't they?"

"I know!" Cass said, awe evident in her voice "It makes you wonder what other things are hidden around the school, doesn't it?" How were they able to hide this from everyone?? She then nodded, silently agreeing with her words, it would have been quite a feat for anyone if they ever found it without the clues that they had received during the whole clue hunt.

She then rolled her eyes at the mention of the present term and of course their new...professors. "Well, its been decent." She answered with a shrug "It isn't as fun as last term though, its all really boring right now." Then she scoffed at the mention of the new instructors. Some of them were fine, sane even, well, the ones that weren't hired by the Ministry were. "Oh yeah, they're just a riot, aren't they?" She said with a snort "Especially Shaw, I don't think I had ever gotten used to the shock of seeing him yield a chainsaw in front of the class." Then there was the incident where he stole her cat for Transfiguration class...Then there was also Lord Borr who was never around despite being their DADA professor, but was still managing on giving them all a piece of hell through his ridiculous homework. Of course they were learning how to defend themselves against dark magic by singing to a friend once a week. Brilliant. "The viking dude was a bit decent though." She continued when she remembered the man with the funny accent who had transfigured their clothes to one of a viking's. "Slightly insane perhaps, but aren't all of them?"

"Well you are a friend too," Hugo told Fee. He didn't think of her as just his girlfriend, she was one of his best friends too. "Play ukulele... I could use it right now, since we're on the beach..." Hugo winked. Ukulele was a very tropical instrument. Aw. That was really sweet. He kissed her on the cheek and whispered "I don't ever want to get rid of you."

"Well maybe it's just because I'm a scrawny little nerd," Hugo chuckled. "Stuff hurts more when you spend most of your time reading," he nodded. And playing Quidditch. He hadn't been hit by bludgers often, so his immune system never grew. A slight smirk appeared on Hugo's face. "I don't think I could handle that..." he said. "I barely survived the last week you were absent due to studying." But he felt good about this year. "Then again, my goal is at least an Exceeds Expectations for Ancient Runes, so I'll need my face in the books all week," he speculated. Hugo caught her smirk. "What? Divination is annoying, I don't even want to use my brain for it," he told Fee. "I'm dropping it next year," he said and grinned. He would sit through Ancient Runes, Muggle Studies and Care of Magical Creatures as electives, but please no Divination. Why did he choose to do it this year? No idea.

As Josh asked her where she'd been, Evelyn couldn't help but snicker quietly. She'd asked Marilyn the same question, and it seems that the girl wasn't going to be able to hide from it. Her answer was pretty general though. Actually...Evelyn hadn't heard that one. Traveling?

Her smile softened just a little though as she leaned against Josh. Happy, yes. Natural...yeeess. "Just meant to be I suppose." she grinned, glancing around to what else there was at this lagoon type place. Kinda warmer than she thought it'd be.

....ALRIGHT! She had to pry. "Which parts of Europe have you seen?"

Having somehow completed the task of hopping from lily pad to lily pad, Kurumi had been temporarily blinded when her vision suddenly returned to her and had had to stay on the bank for a few minutes as her eyes got readjusted to her surroundings. Once she had, she made her way down to the lagoon and simply stood there for a few moments taking everything in.

She had never been anywhere as beautiful as this and it nearly brought tears to her eyes. Not even giving it a second thought, Kurumi slipped off her school shoes and stuffed her socks into them and then practically threw them over her shoulders as she ran down to the water's edge and stuck her feet in its cool and crystal clear water. Kurumi looked down and saw several jagged rocks. Smiling to herself, Kurumi bent down and picked up one of them and tossed it in her hands before throwing it out onto the water in hopes that it would skip over the calm waters...which it didn't.

Kurumi giggled. Of course it wouldn't, not when it was all jagged and rough like that. Kurumi knelt down and picked up another and then took her wand out of her pocket. "Glisseo," she said as she pointed her wand at the rock and it immediately turned smooth and a little flatter.

Smiling wider, Kurumi flung the rock out over the lagoon and watched as it skipped three, four, five times before it submerged itself under the blue water.

She used to skip stones with her brothers at the river near her home. Who would have thought that she would be doing it now at an abandoned mermaid lagoon?

Slowly more students were filling up the place, Orlando made his way toward the tent - excited and suddenly feeling energized, even though his stomach was starting to make noises. IT NEEDED FOOD.

There were a lot of shorts in the bag, like a lot. With weird colors, weird pictures and just summer-y like. Grabbing one at random, he didn't notice it much until he had tossed away his robes and gotten into it. Orlando chuckled stupidly, seeing small owls of different colors on his shirt. Grabbing a shirt at random too - color, red - the boy put it on and made his way out.

It had been all COOL and stuff, until he noticed Ryden - who was calling out for him. Dressed in something, other than their school robes - Orlando realized he had never seen her like that.

Oh.

She looked happy.

And pretty.

And her lovely hair all rolled up like that.

Orlando liked it.

A small smile crept on his lips, without his knowledge as he for minute just stood their and watched her. She looked happy. It was a lovely sight. Realizing, she was looking out for him still - the boy brought himself back to the pretty Lagoon and walked upto her. "I am heree. I am here!" he announced before grabbing her hand and pulling her toward the water. "Let's go!"

Fallon was soon passed by Finn. Oh well. She really hadn't expected to win. She set her bag down near the edge of the lagoon. She jumped in the water. Once she resurfaced, she swam over to Finn.

"No...you totally won." She didn't care if she lost or not. It really wasn't that big of a deal.

Finlay smiled as she swam over to him. This was fun. The water was reaaally warm. It really was a perfect day? Ooh. He'd totally won? Awesome. Finn grinned. "Well...if you say so." Because he wasn't going to argue with that at all. "Maybe next time you'll win..." He mused with a smirk, before splashing her a little.

As he stood in the water, he glanced around. Everyone seemed to be enjoying there selves. It made him feel happy, because they'd spent a lot of time on this. The prefects totally rocked this year.

Samira mulled over what Cass said for a moment. What was there at Hogwarts that no one knew about? It really made you wonder. She was sure the Forbidden Forest had a whole bunch of things no one knew about. Not to mention creatures and plants and what not...but it was called the Forbidden Forest for a reason, and Samira had too much self preservation to go wandering in the forest like some idiot.

...Finally! Someone who understood the absurdity of the new "Professors". She stiffened at the mention of Shaw. "He really scares me," she said tersely. "I mean, a chainsaw? In class?" Some people would take that as a threat. She was surprised parents haven't came to complain yet, or at least pull their kids out of that class. Merlin knows the guy didn't really teach much anyways..."And when I try to ask a question and address him as 'Sir' or 'Professor'," the respectful and right way, "he yells at me and doesn't answer. It's so frustrating!" The Viking dude? Oh...the guy who couldn't even speak straight. "The Viking guy is OK, I guess. It's just annoying because with his accent, I can't understand what he's saying." Not to mention the random words he throws in using whatever language it is he speaks. It also didn't help that Samira was no good at the subject itself.

"But, um, Professor Hadley is really nice. I like her," even though she couldn't pass Arithmancy for her life.

Fallon just shook her head. Of course he won! Anyone with eyes could see that. "Maybe..." She had a feeling that would only happen if he let her win. Otherwise, she really didn't stand a chance.

Fallon looked around the lagoon. "You guys really did a great job. Everyone seems to be having a blast."

Finlay smiled, wading a bit further over to her, and resting his arms around her waist, smiling down at her. He would have to make sure he let her won some times, he figured it wouldn't be that cool if she lost all the time. "I know so." He mused with a grin. Because he was going to let her.

Oh. She liked it too. Finlay beamed, glancing around again. "I'm glad everyone's loving it.....makes it feel worth all the time." Because he'd spent a lot of the last year planning this. "It's a shame they won't be able to keep the lagoon here."

Fee stood there still with the coconut shell from the buffet in her hand as she spotted a really familar girl dipping her feet into the water.Smiling widely the blonde approached her best friend from behind.They hadnt talked in days,actually.That was sooo weird,the Slytherin was way too used to talking to Cassie everyday at least before they went to sleep.But gladly the studying time was over for a while now.

Getting rid of her shoes the third year sat next to the other blonde and dipped her feet into the water.Oh my glitter,this was totally amazing."Hey darling",she smiled happily and sipped on her coconut milk,"its beautiful here isnt it?"There was nothing Fee had ever seen that could compare to this.

"Its good that you feel okay again,Fee nodded happily,"i really cant wait to go to Hogsmeade.If you want we can go together."
They surely would have a lot of fun,as always.Hehe."Oh come ooon",the girl laughed,"i am always lookign good,even in winter."Of course it was nice to know you looked decent in a bikini,especially in summer."I am ready when you are",the Slytherin winked.



Fee couldnt help but smile at her boyfriend,he seriously was the most wonderful person ever."You know you are not just my boyfriend but my best friend",she nodded,"still i dont want you to miss out on anything your other friends do just because you feel like you have to be with me."She really loved spending time with him but he needed to stay up to date in social life too.Somehow the Slytherin really,really liked the image of Hugo playing Ukulele here at the lagoon,that would be quite nice."You need to play for me some time you know",the third year winked and smiled,"maybe we'll be allowed to come here more often after this."That would be really nice,it was such a great place.As the Slytherin felt the boy kiss her cheek a bright smile appeared on her face."Good",she simply whispered.The thought of having him by her side just made her feel calm.

A scrawny little nerd?Now that was totally understiminating his qualities."Maybe i am just a strong woman",the blonde wiggled her eyebrows,"but to your defense i gotta say you are an extremely handsome nerd."Oh come ooon,stuff hurted more when you were reading?Hugo couldnt be serious."Really?",the 14 year old laughed,"you know would be easy to hurt then too."Well,she read romance novels but at least one a week sooooo she read a lot.At least when it came to her standarts.And again a huuuge smile crept onto her lips as the ravenclaw's voice reached her ears."You know i cant handle being without you either",she said looking at him lovingly,"but i know how important it is for you to have good grades.What do you think about me putting a paper bag on my had so you dont have anything to look at and i can still help you with ancient runes?"That was probably the silliest idea the girl ever had,but for Hugo,she would do anything to be honest.Shaking her head Fee just laughed. Divination may not be the most useful subject but it wasnt as bad as Hugo made it to be."You are dropping it?",she asked a little surprised,"i guess i am not going to drop anything.Its not that bad really,maybe a bit silly but it can be fun too."Maybe it really had to do with her being a girl,would make sense

He nodded slowly, understanding now why she had reacted so badly. Then she added something that had startled him completely "But...I dont.. I mean..." he drew a breath trying to calm himself down. Was he really doing that? It was clear in his demeanor that he wasnt even aware "Lexi, I do accept you for all you are-- all the great things and not so great things, but I'm not trying to change you-- I mean... yeah sure I really appreciate that I can see that you're just generally easier to get along with now and that its an improvement-- and I thought thats a good thing you know? So I say how much I appreciate that. I didnt mean it to make you feel bad about yourself-- if anything I thought you'd feel good about it..." Now he was confused. How many more of his praises to her had the opposite effect? Should he just not say anything when he thought that its a good thing just to avoid the risk that she would take it as a bad thing? He tried to speak and closed his lips a few times, then just ended up whispering "I'm sorry", raising both her hands to his lips and kissing them. He never wanted to deal backhanded compliments to anybody who didnt deserve it, least of all someone as dear to him as Lexi.

He nodded again, closing his eyes as he clasped their hands together. "Luv.... I know, its my flaw and I accept that and I'm trying to work on it... " one of the reasons why he wanted a time turner. But he was also aware of the other larger flaw-- the green eyed monster, something he was now very painfully aware "... I'm trying to work on all of them... " he added squeezing her hands meaningfully as he looked into her eyes. He finally had a goal-- to be a better man, all for the woman that stood before him.

" You, myself, Witsy, Sherri and Hugo should all go to HogwMeade together" William told Fee. " I am glad I am ok again, too" William said to Fee. " I agree with you, but Hugo might get mad if I agree with you" William sighed. " hugo is nice, I am just teasing you" William laughed. " Ready to lose a swimming race with me?" Willaim asked Fee.

Lexi averted her eyes as he spoke... watching the water lap at their ankles now. Sighing heavily she bit her bottom lip nervously. "I'm insecure, Salander. I really am. Not that I would show that for the world to see... or even you if I can help it. I grew up being told I wasn't good enough. It took a toll on me. And... the fact that you think... or thought that I needed to change all of these things... Well it made me think -- it was a confirmation of those things I was told. That I wasn't good enough as the person I am. Perhaps Alexandra Kennedy is still who I am. The broken little girl that thought she was a boil on the bottom of society for all she had been shown." No one had ever really know that... no one ever really knew what Lexi's fears were. Why would she share things like that?

Sniffling slightly she still looked down as she spoke once more. "It's fine... they are simply my own issues at this point. Nothing you need worry yourself with." She was flawed, but she REALLY didn't like these things being pointed out to her. She was hyper aware of them already.

She closed her eyes as Sal kissed her hands. Opening them she looked up and half smiled. "I think you're perfect the way you are... just know that when you do something I react accordingly. Don't you get it now? I don't want you to change. I want you to be who you are. The person I fell in love with, Sal. The lovely, great, simply amazing person I fell in love with. That's all I need. That's all I want."

Cass nodded, her hand flying to her head to hold her shades in place, "Exactly! I swear, I don't even think they qualified as teachers! There she should be this rule about not traumatizing your teachers or something like that." Honestly, were all ministry-appointed instructors mental?

"Oh yes." Cass said with a smile as she conjured an image of Professor Hadley in her mind "Although I can't say I was pleased with her when she joked about me poisoning her with the apples I gave out during the start of term." Although she wasn't the only one. Professor Zookara even refused to eat one, she bet it was because of that muggle story Snow White. Hmph. At least her head of house took two.

Cass glanced up from the water when she heard another splash next to her and was surprised to find Fee there. "Hey to you too." She replied with a bright smile on her face. Merlin how she missed smiling...but as much as she missed smiling, she missed her bestie even more. They haven't seen each other in days, and when they did see each other, it was at the dorms and one would already be asleep. It sucked not being able to talk to her.

Then she looked back at the water and said "It is. I'm surprised nobody has ever found this place before. It seems impossible to hide."

"Ooh," Samira winced sympathetically, but she couldn't stop a small grin from tugging at her lips. "Yeah...having a teacher joke about you poisoning someone doesn't always leave the best impression." Snicker. "I tend to shy away from Arithmancy though. I'm completely hopeless at the subject." Even Nika, her sometimes clueless Muggleborn best friend was better at the subject than her! How did that happen?!

"I can't say I'm any good at Ancient Runes either," she paused. "And don't even get me started on Divination..." The girl couldn't see a dang thing other than fog in that blasted crystal ball if her life depended on it. She just didn't have--wait for it-- the inner eye. Whatever that was. "Love Bishop. Hate the subject." It always peeved her how she was completely disastrous at the subject, but other kids like Kurumi and Selena passed effortlessly. Hm...maybe she should pair up with one of them next class...?

He found himself titling his head, confused "Insecure?... " it didnt make sense to him, she was the most confident person he knew. As he continued to listen he started to understand, better now and more completely than ever before "Oh Lexi... " he whispered as he gingerly cupped her face with his hand. He longed to just lean in and give her a kiss and make her forget about her heartaches even for a little while, but he wasnt sure if he should go pressing his luck, wasnt he one of those heartaches not too long before?

He couldnt help the smile tug at the corner of his lips when she uttered her real name. He loved her real name, to him it felt more fitting to who she really was, how he really knew her, but he kept that to himself. If she was happy with her adopted name, then he was gonna be happy and supportive of her. Suddenly aware that he was smiling for no apparent reason he uttered "You're not a boil at the bottom of ... well you're not a boil period!" He really wanted to cover whoever said that with boils, but he had a feeling she had already dealt with them last summer.

Yes more secrets that should never be mentioned again...

He nodded his head "Yeah Lexi, I get it now..." cause and effect. Right he got it. But deep down he knew, as he had learned long ago, predicting Lexi's exact reaction was impossible, other than the fact that he tends to only remember effect after the blundering about the cause. But yeah he had a goal now right? He felt his face flush, both flattered and confused "I'm not all that great Lexi, I know that, but it sure feels great to hear you say it though..." he smiled finally. He knew, he needed to improve, he never begrudged what she said to him in the library, only that now, looking back, he had to strive harder.

He drew close to her, their hands entwined, pressing hers against his chest. "Would you... do you... take me back then?" he whispered closely, gazing imploring at her loveliness, begging her to end his suffering, one way or another.

Conan shook his head, "No you don't." He didn't understand. He was paying her a compliment about her hair. And she thought he had meant it had something in it. He could never really understand girls. They made no sense what so ever.

He wasn't even going to ask her if she liked his. Because well she didn't believe him. So it didn't matter. Girls didn't matter. They were icky and confusing. He would spend his time studying. He didn't need anything else at the moment.

"Do you want to get something to eat?" he offered.

Fallon smiled up at Finn. It was nice just getting a chance to hang out with him in this beautiful place. Fallon just shook her head. "It doesn't count if you let me win." She planted a quick kiss on his lips.

Fallon looked around again and frowned slightly. "It does." It hit her once more that that didn't matter to her. She wouldn't be here next term.

Oh. haha. Fallon really did know him, if she knew exactly what she was feeling. He smiled at her as she kissed him quickly. He liked kisses. Finlay liked kisses a lot. "Oh...you've got me." He laughed, before splashing a bit more water at her. He was glad they'd finally got some time to spend together. After today it'd be back to the studying, and that really sucked. Finn would be so glad when they could stop studying.

He didn't miss her frown, and he touched her lips gently with his finger. He smiled at her. He knew she was going to miss Hogwarts next year. "I promise you won't miss it that much. You'll still have me."

Selina looked up at him and smiled, "Sure..." She thought he was odd with all of his talk of hair and bunnies and such, but then again Selina was odd too. Everyone at Hogwarts was, it just came with the territory of being a Witch or Wizard.
