Helena didn't have the slightest idea what she was doing, wandering around the first floor. Just taking a walk, most probably. She'd do something from the usless list of tasks from Lord Borr, but she felt tired, after all those other assignments and everything.

But then... she suddenly heard a girl, apparently talking to herself. Or maybe an imaginary friend? Hmm. Helena made a few more steps towards her, and then noticed that she was talking to a portrait. There were some really nice people drawn there, you know?

But waaaait. The girl looked slightly familiar. Helena knew her... somehow.

Oooooh! It was the girl she met last summer, around Diagon Alley. Or... wasn't she? Nessie, if Helena remembered correctly. But anyway, maybe she didn't recognize Helena, so it would've been just awkward if she just walked over there and ask her about the weather her day. So she just stood there, looking at some portraits. Juuuust in case the girl did recognize her.

She was thinking of maybe running so it would stop embarressing her, but just as she was about to run with Puffles in her hands. She bashed into a girl and they both went falling to the ground. Ness now really embarressed slowly got up then helped the girl, which she remembered her name started with an H, but she couldn't remember what it was. Nessie then picked up Puffles and put him on her shoulder. "Oh Im so sorry!" she said her cheeks bright red."Are you okay?"

"Um.. I think wev'e met before?" said Ness hoping they had cause if they didn't she would probably sound like a wierdo."Well in any case. Im Renesmee, but you can call me Ness or Nessie!" The real reason why Ness introduced herslef was so that the girl would introduce herself back, cause Ness was terrible at remembering names.

See? There was already someone who was willing to learn a few spells. Helena didn't know many, just a few she'd been practicing last term in that same room. And she definitely missed headmaster Tate as a Defence Against the Dark Arts professor. He had never given them that kind of useless tasks. But then again, they didn't learn much, since everyone was talking about muggles last term. Buuuut anyway, practicing on their own seemed like a good idea.

Boring? Absolutely. "I'm surely not going to do the karate, swimming, running, front rolls, and some other pointless things," Helena said, pouting. Nope, definitely not doing those things. She didn't even care about the points.
