Polyjuiced as Lara Black She just managed to get past the threshold when she felt some force yanking her all the way back up the stairs and knock her back onto the ground, the resounding thud of a door slamming decidedly shut. What the?.... Drats and double drats. She picked herself up, dusting off her skirt and checking herself out for bruises. Well she supposed there was one place she could try to sneak past.... would that have a spell too? One way to find out heh.... |
Borr's homework - karate. XD Sierra had carefully chosen the time of day to complete this task. It was mid-afternoon, just after all her classes had ended for the day, and she knew none of the other second years would be in the dorm. She looked around just in case, and not seeing anyone, she stepped up to the floor-length mirror near her bed. So what now? She'd never done karate before. Wasn't this a Muggle way of defending yourself? She remembered two things, and two things only, about karate: it involved chopping, and it involved kicking. She could do that, ...yup. She raised her hands into a chopping motion and then turned around and around, facing all different directions, as she chopped through the air. *chop, chop, chop, chop, chop* When she was starting to get dizzy, she stopped and decided it was now time to kick. She kept her hands in the chopping position. All the pictures she'd seen of people doing karate had them with their hands in that position. She started kicking the air all around the room. Once, she almost kicked the floor-length mirror, but she dodged it just in time. *kick, kick, kick, kick, kick* Not really knowing anymore moves, and feeling idiotic as it was, she came to a stop. She looked around the room again, checking to make sure no one had come in while she'd been chopping and kicking. They hadn't, so she was safe. She brushed off her hands and then left the room. |
Jade shuffled into the Dorm glumly and flopped onto her bed. She still felt so out of place and was missing her family. Sighing she looked around the room to see if anyone was awake. |
Helena entered the dorm and took a deep breath as she noticed that it was deserted. Good. Just good, for what she was going to do. But before that... ... poof! She let herself fall on her bed, with her face buried in the soft and fluffy pillow. The term was almost over, and she couldn't believe it, but she still wanted to do a few things from that silly list of silly things to do from the (silly?) But... what should she do? She was most definitely NOT going to try karate or the front rolls. How about... touching her toes? Yes, that was fairly easy. She stood up lazily and moved as if she was on slow motion. She bent down with her arms stretched towards her toes and... "AAAHHhhh!" ... she fell. It was a good thing that she fell on her bed again, and also that there was no one else in the room. Yes, that would've been embarrassing. But even if the kept growing, she knew she could touch her toes and she wasn't going to give up. The girl stood up again and took another deep breath. She bent down, arms stretched... and she touched her toes! HA! Sweet victory. Hehe. |
For anyone who reeeeally wants to RP with me. :] (if such a person exists :( ) Iris was sad. Very, very, very sad. Her time at Hogwarts was actually nearly over for good. There was only a day or two left in the wonderful castle, before she had to leave it FOR EVER... and then that would be it. Never coming back. That is, unless she went into teaching... but that's very unlikely. She wanted to own Florean's one day way too much to ever let teaching get in the way. The Head Girl walked into the dorm, all mopey and miserable. She didn't even bother to look around the room and greet anyone that was inside, like how she usually would. Iris simple sat down on her bed and threw herself backwards, so she was lay across her bed sideways: her legs draped across one side and her head hanging off the other, with her hair falling down and touching the floor. She rested her hands on her tummy and simply stared at the ceiling for a while. ... Maybe she could leave her name in the Dorm somewhere. A note, with a permanent sticking charm... something to make sure that no one ever forgot her name. But no... that was silly. Kind of... |

Dragging her feet slowly into the dormitory, she doesn't even care to check her food supply in her bag. Instead, she throws herself onto her bed with face buried into the pillow. She lets a groan of anger. She knows that she has one assignment left before the term ends, Borr's so-called-Defence Against the Dark Arts assignment. More like training for combat! Aiden rises up and pushes the hair covering her face backwards. She looks around the dormitory and sees there are few students here. Suddenly, her attention catches Iris, the Head Girl, looking quite down. Deciding to talk to her in case if she needs someone to talk to, Aiden moves closer to the edge of the bed and lets her legs hanging down the high bed. "Umm... H-Hello, ...Iris? Are you feeling alright?" |
Iris lifted her head up when she heard someone say something to her. Seeing that it was one of the first years, the Head Girl tried to hide the slight disappointment. She was hoping that it was going to be Fallon. "Hullo Aiden." She said, laying back down across the width of her bed. She sighed, and nodded. "I'm fine... I guess." Iris paused for a moment. "I'm not ready to graduate yet. I don't want to leave Hogwarts." |
