The smile on Noah's face was gone in a millisecond. He looked slightly... distraught.

"That seems... fair," he nodded, biting his lip. Could he manage that? Noah wasn't sure. "I've not always been clumsy... just recently. My big brother probably put a Confundus charm on me. Or my cousin."

PFFT. She was an evil girl.

"By the way... I apologise in advance for if you meet either of them. My cousin especially. Delilah... I think she's a Slytherin."

Walking in and waiting his turn mikey reaches into his bag and pulls out the green box

"Alright..." She said shaking her head. "Thank you."

Hecate saw Micheal pulling out a green box. Merlin... "White if that's another gift from your father, you may as well keep it in your bag." She said quickly. "My boyfriend would not appreciate my receiving gifts."

Giving a slight grin " No Professor Is sort of from my mom"setting down the box and pulling out a photo.
In the photo you see a young Lefay hitting a bluddger at a Ravenclaw Seeker stopping him from catching the snitch
" I was going through a bunch of my moms old photo's and on the back of this one it had Lucy at it again,But I am 99% shure that is you in the photo" opening the box so she could see

" you just tap the photo with your wand then the frame ,It has a flesh memory charm on it so only you can see certain ones" reaching in to his bag he pulls out his Camera " would it be ok if I got one of you ,I all most got all of the staff so far " adding in quickly so she didnt think he was just wanting a photo of her.

She looked over at the picture....

Yeah... that was her. She hated that Claw!!! and ... wait... THAT was Michael White's mother? The photographer? Oh right... the pictures.

"Thank you. But do NOT take pictures of me. And I've actually ha some complains in the Slytherin common room..." She said "Please stop taking pictures of the snakes..."

Looking a bit baffled at the comment of the complaints " Yes proffessor I will ask befor I take a photo. "looking back at the photo " so who is Lucy I only see you and the Ravenclaw boy.There were some outher shots of the match if you want them" pulling out the outher hand full of photos

"Other photos of the match?" There may have been pictures of the Slytherin Captain... she smiled to herself... "If you are willing to part with them... sure. And I have no idea who Lucy is..." She said shrugging.

Setting the outher photo's on her desk " Proffessor I also am going to need some help ...I want to learn how to make the potion to develop the photo's ....I can do the regular ones's but because I am still learning.I am going through the potion like mad. " biteing his lower lip. Trying not to stare at his potion mistress as she looked at the photo's.

"You will get your wish soon enough Master White, just don't miss any of my classes." She said with a nod. "If that is all, Master White..." she said motioning to the door.

Zipping up his bag and slinging it over his shoulder " Thanks proffessor,See getting a gift can end in somthing not getting melted or yelling" giving her a smile and a wave he heads for the door

"Good bye Master White..." She said sternly.

She looked over to the Hufflepuff child. "Well? Was that all?"

Um. Okay. Other boy gave Noah time to kind of take in his surroundings a little more.

The boy gazed around him, staring from the doooooor to the ceeeeeiliiiiiing to the desssssk to the floooooor and then straight back at the lady just as she addressed him. "Yeah, that's all, ma'am. Just..." Was he going to get killed for asking this? He hadn't seen, like... signs or anything with the information on it so... yeah... no danger of death. "What's your name, Professor? You never said it after I introduced myself is all..."

Then he'd leave. Sure. It was cold down here.

She blinked. "Hecate Lafay. Professor Hecate Lafay."

Riley approached the benches that stood outside the Potion Mistresses office where students were expected to sit and wait for her to allow them entrance but he was not about to wait and allow the dungeons to burn down. The Gryffindor reached for the door's handle and swung it open, entering the office at a striding pace.

"Professor Lafay!!" he said not looking to see if she had any company, he really didn't care actually. "Someone has set your storeroom on fire." He really wanted to see someone get in trouble but saving her potion ingrediants would be nice too.

Hearing her name and seeing her door open she talked over his words, not hearing why he was in there. "Master Sinclair! I do not care why you are bursting in here, there is a que in the corridor I suggest you join it! Do not ever burst in here again or points will be deducted!"

Wait...

Did he say... fire?

Riley's face turned from distressed supressed excitement to a sour frown as Lafay began to threaten points loss. Why was it Professors always targeted him for things when he was just trying to do the right thing: warn someone about a raging fire, paint a mural on the wall to class up the place...

"Professor...sorry." he said raising his hands in confusion. "But your Potions storeroom is on fire. I don't know what happened but there are a bunch of kids in there!" he said nodding.

"WHAT?!" She screamed. "Out both of you," she said as she ran out of her office.

Riley watched in amazement as Professor Lafay shot out of her office as quick as if Apparating. The Gryffindor stared at her un-attended office for a moment and the other kid in there.

Thinking it were better to not mess with anything while she was away Riley turned towards the door and hurried along excitedly after the Potions Mistress.

Entering the office she waited for the students to funnel in.

Knock. Knock.

Jonathan knocked Professor Lafay's door twice. Coming to her office took him such a long time to decide. Not that he is shy or anything, it's just that Professor Lafay just literally scares the hell out of Jonathan.

"hmm... maybe it's such a bad idea to come too soon?" he whispered to himself. Probably the professor is busy doing something especially after the fire incident in her potions storeroom.

Jonathan slowly opened the Professor's door and crept inside. Oh for Merlin sake, is he a burglar? He stood near the door and looked at the office. It's quite full and kind of messy. Then he turned his attention to the Professor "Good day professor" he greeted.

Should he smile?

Simon walked in and looked at the Professor and then without waiting for her to say or do anything he quickly hugged her, she could take a million points of him if she wanted to but he didn't care, he was just glad that she was okay and that the fire hadn't got her. "Professor I want to say that I am sorry about all the damage that was done in your potion room." Simon said seriously and even though he had hugged her for nation hug a Slytherin day he wanted her to know he did like her lessons even if she was crazy sometimes.

Simon smiled as he released the Professor and then went and stood next too the Slytherin well if Professor Lafay was going to shout at least he had a few people to hide behind, though surely the Professor wouldn't be so mean.

Sierra pushed herself off the wall she'd been leaning against and regarded all the students standing around, taking note that she was likely the last one to arrive and probably should be the last to enter.

...should be. That didn't mean she had to be. She edged her way past the others who'd been waiting long before she had been and entered the office. There was only one seat available, but Sierra loathed that chair. It looked...painful to sit in. One of the Hufflepuffs could have it.

"So," she began, pausing right afterwards. She slowly turned her head to the right and eyed the extra door in the office, the one that didn't lead back out to the corridor. A few seconds passed and then she turned away from it. "I actually just came by to say hello." She peered behind her and looked at the long line of others also waiting to see Lafay. She wouldn't keep her long...

...and she'd probably get kicked out of the office soon anyway. After all, she was here just to say hello. She turned back to Lafay. "...and that's all I came for really." Her voice trailed off. Had that Hufflepuff really just hugged her?

"Stop trying to butter me up, you" she said.

"Get. Off of. ME~!" She said angrily

"Oh..." weird... "Hello!"

Jonathan was shrieking inside when he heard the professor speak up. He wasn't intending to disturb her in any other way. He approached her carefully and tried to stay calm before he touches or worse, destroy anything.

For a Slytherin, Jonathan's acting quite odd.

In his hand was a brown package that was sent to him by his mother the other day. He lifted it and put it on the Professor's table slowly. Oh, he almost forgot. He took the pice of paper stuck into it. It's the letter from his mother.

"Professor I'd like to give these to you" he said while looking at the brown package still. "My mother bought me potions that i don't need." it's true. Her mother did buy stuffs that he didn't need so to Jonathan having these potions in his room is quite difficult. What would a 14 year old kid do with those anyway? So Jonathan thought that by giving these to Professor Lafay would be the safest thing to do.

Simon looked at Professor Lafay, he didn't care if she was angry he was just glad she was safe, even though he knew she was after being there at the fire with her. "I want to thank you for putting that fire out in your storeroom, I tried but I couldn't do anything to stop the fire." Simon sighed, he was really upset about that, sure he had hugged her for National Hug a Slytherin Day but he didn't care about that now. "Professor what was that spell you used to put out the fire, I don't think I have heard it before." Simon wasn't sure though.
