Simon smiled, he was sure with him being a fourth year and her a first year she wouldn't be able to drag him. "If he won't come go and get any Professor that can fly." Simon added as an after thought.

There was too much confusion for Isobel to pay attention to everything that was going on. First, she heard Vindictus say that there were no protective charms and, yes, it was dangerous. She sighed and slowly mounted her broom. Isobel flew up a few feet and hovered, then she shot up in to the air. She didn't want to run in to people, that was mean. She didn't care if she failed her final, she didn't want to be mean.

And...Maybelle was plummeting to her doom. Why? Isobel shot down and grabbed on to the girl's hand. But Maybelle was too heavy for her to hold, and she dragged her down. Luckily it slowed down the girl's fall, so if Isobel dropped her it wouldn't hurt as much.

Isobel's hand got sweaty and Maybelle's arm fell out of her grip, and Isobel dropped down after her. She gabbed on to her again, this time the momentum caused her to fall, so they were both plummeting to the ground. Luckily, it was only, like, ten feet.

"Oomph," Isobel said when they hit the ground. It had knocked the air out of her, but she felt okay now. "Maybelle? You alright?"

Letting go of his sleeve, the first year rolled her eyes. Soaring to the ground, she hopped off her broom and left it on the ground vibrating. Scanning the area, she called out 'Professor?' Thea frowned. Where had he gone? 'anyone?..' She called out, hoping atleast an older student would here her..

So, there she was, dangling in the air and her fingers slipping. Kurumi looked down and saw that the pitch was a loooooong way down....

He saw nothing that had happened before he heard his name being screamed from not too far away, and the single sight of whatever had been going on with the Ravenclaw simply terrified him.

Treyen looked down, they were rather high, and Vindictus couldn't care less that one of his students was almost falling into the grounds, like he didn't mind that one could get eaten by a Snargaluff, right? He wanted to be right next to her right now, but this broomstick was no good. The boy closed his eyes and seriously wished that this would work, before she started to fall, that is. IF that happened, then he may be on time to cast a Cushioning Charm for her, no? Yet, the amount of worry was probably not going to let that charm work properly.

He zoomed as fast as he could and decided not to steer the broom until he had gained a closer distance. Sadly, he could only get as close enough as to grab one of her arms, he felt the broom slowly losing its ability to linger a little longer on the same space, "Kurumi, you either come with me or get back on your broom," he said, in a tone so low that could only be heard by her.

Thomas had had about enough of that flying mess. Coming down he skidded to a stop and hopped off the ruined broom leaving it behind as he rushed to Barnabus's side. "Cap'n.... the treasure... thar she be. THAR SHE BE!" he said excitedly as he pointed toward Sherman and Charlotte. FInally... they had found her.

Glick pulled back on his broom and stalled in mid-air. He tilted his good ear (which was really still in terrible condition) toward the captain. "What'd he say?" he yelled out to the First Mate. The air carried his voice, though, and all that could be seen from the ground and likely the air, too, was his big, wide mouth opening and closing.

Maybelle was still falling. She could see the ground come closer and closer. She knew for sure she was going to die, then a hand grabbed her, looking up she saw Isobel. Sighing with relief she knew she wasn't going to die...then, without warning, both Isobel and Maybelle began to fall, but it was only a few feet. "Oomph." Maybelle hit the ground, getting all of her air knocked out of her. "Yeah, I'm fine, thanks." She told Isobel after catching her breath. She sat for a while, not caring anymore...this was too dangerous.

SPIES! She knew it! She watched as the one approaching lost her disguise. "Ha!" she scoffed, hearing the woman's question. Charlotte would NOT be bullied. "The treasure you seek is but a myth," she laughed.

Sherman had been about to answer the captain as the older man responded to his yell when Charlotte spoke to him. The woman speaking of the man in question as if the sailor didn't know the information already.

"Aye...I know," he agreed looking back at her, sighing as the woman pulled away. But he let her go, meerly watching his charge and the threatening woman both at once. As the captain's beauty rushed through the crowd towards Barnabus, Sherman opted to follow a short distance away, still keeping himself between both women and any students and jack of cups' crew that might try to cause any trouble though his wand was now lowered. Harm would likely befall his head if harm come to Charlotte and he could stop it.

"Gang way ye landlubbers!"

Glick happened to look over right at that time, and he took in the appearance of the blonde at Charlotte's ear. Mad Jasper Glick, and they called him Mad for a reason, dropped his wand to his side and began skipping like a lunatic around the blonde-headed woman. "Who's afraid of the big bad wolf, the big bad wolf, the big bad wolf," he sang. "EEE HEE HEE!" He cackled loudly like the mad man he was.

Talon knew that there was something up when the weirdos dissapeared. Talon heard that there was weird stuff going on in the exam place, so he hurried there as quickly as he could. And then... what the??? Chaos was everywhere. He would have to get to the bottom of this.

Rose heard all the commotion. She turned around, fearfully, and watched as the HoH and several students act like pirates. She walked up to Simon, the Gryffindor Captain, and asked, 'What's going on?' She knew he wouldn't answer... And if he did, she wouldn't be able to understand him, anyway!

It was faint over the noise of the crowd, but it was heard.

Barnabus stopped in his tracks.

She was here.

"Charlotte!" he cried out. He took his hat off his head and waved it in the air. It was a natural reaction - he always did this when his ship came into port so that she could see him before he disembarked.

He plunked the hat back onto his head and started walking again, but this time he was walking towards the area where he heard her voice.

Placing a hand on her hip, Thea scowled. Sorry.. she had gotten the impression that this was a exam.. not a mother's meeting! She wouldn't of minded if students' weren't being completely ignored! Looking aorund her, Thea noticed more and more of them had landed to see what was going on. She was surrounded by a sea of curious faces. Ha! thought Thea, they'd tell them all soon enough..

'What do you think's happening?' Rose asked, fearfully. 'Do you think they're gonna attack each other? And since when was Vindictus called Baranbus and Donovan called Charlotte?' Rose asked, curiously. This was SO weird.

Glick's name wasn't Charlotte, of course, but the man still spun around toward the captain when he heard him call out for the woman. "Now hold on just a minute, ye scallywag!" Now Barnabus glared at Glick. "Get out o' me way!"

We will try and hold off these bilge rats so ye can get to the treasure, sir." If Thomas wasn't so old and... pretty much heartless he might find their reuniting to be rather touching... but in reality all he wanted was fer his captain to be happy once more. Seeing as he was LOYAL to Barnabus and none other.

Glick snarled, not liking that the captain was laughing in his face. "Me Jack o' Cups! Do ye hear that?" he called out, yelling even louder than usual so the First Mate could hear him from far up in the air. He positioned the palm of his hands over his eyes to shield himself from the sun. He waited to see what the First Mate would do. Attack? He hoped so, and so he had his wand back out and ready to cast if need be.

He was distracted long enough for Thomas to send a pile o' ropes his way. He darted to the side, and the ropes closed in around his left foot. "Arrr!" he called out, enraged at the attack. Still on the ground with the ropes around his foot, he raised a wand to Thomas. "Expelliarmus!" he called out. As he waited for the spell to hit Thomas, he pointed his wand at the ropes. "Diffindo!" he said, releasing himself from the hold.

Simon was still stuck 400ft in the air, his broom was still playing up and truth be told Simon was getting quite lonely now that Thea had gone for some help, so he was hoping someone would be back soon, why they were trying to knock people off their brooms anyway he didn't quite understand and it could damage brooms well it had damaged his, he then decided that if no one came soon, he would try and find an open window in the school castle and fly into it and if he got into trouble then he could blame Professor Vindictus, he could say he was scared he would be up in the sky for ages, well he would first give Thea a chance to get someone.
