"Oops...I'm Sorry Preston" Ronnie whispered in the dark. she wasn't sure how much noise they had just made. "I'm fine..are you okay?" Ronnie asked getting up to feet in the dark. She was trying to find her flashlight.

"Damn...I lost my torch." She added smiling, she had never used that word before, it just sounded cool. "Do you think we woke the house elves?" She hoped not..those things gave her the creeps.

When Elliot took a sip of her white hot chocolate Fee could totally see the way his eyes sparkled.Hah, she knew he would like it.Who wouldnt?!"Of course its still chocolate",the blonde nodded,"even though i dont like white chocolate in its usual from but thiis is amazing."Okay maybe the Slytherin was a little weird.Hehe.[/B],she asked raising her eyebrow.He so dddiiiiiid,come on Elliot.

It was sooo cute how the guy really was afraid of the little creatures.And he actually admitted it, what made it like only cuter."Soo you actually crept from your home?",she asked him,"that would be horrible for me."You were supposed to feel comfy at home actually.Ohh the lovely houselves back home."Sure we have some",the girl nodded,"i used to play woth them when i was little."Hehe,yeeeeees little brave girl.

Hugo made his way into the kitchen looking for Kurumi, but instead there was wannabe Kurumi Katie. "Hello, there," Hugo said to her pretending to get a bowl to make his own stuff in. Not that he had any experience in baking. "Did you already come out for baking or are you still using the bakery alibi?" he asked curiously. He took a load of sugar, milk, eggs and flour and put them into the bowl. That's what went into a... Baking thing right?

"You don't like it in it's usual form? Why?" he asked. Elliot couldn't understand at this. Are there any different when its in usual form and in the hot chocolate form? Argh. This made his head hurt. He definitely couldn't think so much. Stupid brain! He was attempted to roll his eyes when he saw Fee expression after he drank her hot chocolate it's like the expression that she was right at something. Okay she was right at something. "It tastes great." there he said it. Well, it tasted great so he didn't lie.

He mentally kicked himself because he couldn't keep his stupid mouth to shut up about his little secret more like disgrace to him. "Yeah. Well, kinda" he chuckled. Well, the 'cookie' was out so why he hide it any more. "Especially when my parents went out and they just left me there with the care of house elves." It was the worst weeks of his childhood life. "You used to play with them?" he choked at his sandwiches. "Wow. You're brave." he said. Why he had to afraid to that little creatures when he was little? because they are creepy? Oh yeah right. But still it's still leave a very not good impression with the girls if they asked what are you afraid of when you're a little? Great! Now I'm talking to myself.

Kay watched the girl who had just walked in. 'cheese ball?' that could be good. "Umm Hi, I'm Kay. What to join me?" She said pointing to the other sit.

"I-I-I'm f-f-fine." he whispered back as he crawled around the floor and felt around hoping he'd come across his black and yellow Muggle flashlight he had charmed to use at Hogwarts. He really hoped it wasn't broken.

"I-I-I c-c-can't f-f-find m-my f-f-flash-flashlight." Preston sighed as he continued to crawl around in search for his beloved flashlight.

He wasn't leaving that kitchen without his flashlight.

Yeah sure she said with a smile.You i'm English and i speak like i'm form the us.its quite funny,Do want some she said with a british accent.

"Okay hang on...'Lumos'" She added pointed her wand in the air, she like using muggle flashlights better than her wand, she felt like they gave her more light, but since both of their flashlights were missing....

"Ummm......Preston....it's umm...underneath....the stove.." She added showing Preston how far back it had gone.."Do you know how to use 'accio?' She added hoping he did. Becuase she certianly didn't...not yet...

Cass entered the kitchen and looked around, there were already a few students here..she knew Chisato was closely behind so she didn't bother looking behind her.

"So, this is the kitchen..." She said as her eyes glanced around the room

"Well it tastes different",Fee explained,"i dont know why but it does.I like dark chocolate more in its usual form."But not as hot chocolate.Maybe she was alittle complicated the blonde thought to herself.The girl giggled when she saw the expression on his face.The rambeling about hot chocolate probably got his brain on fire.Hehe."Haaaahh i knew it.I am the queen",she laughed kidding.Finally someone to share her addiction with.Sweeeet.

"Awww Elliot thats soon cute",the second year smiled widely.Really, out of all fears the fear about houselves was the cutest she had ever heard of."Ohhh have you been alone often?",she asked wrinkling her forehead.That had had to be really scary for him.Poor baby Elliot.She giggled when he called her brave."Well if i was the brave one i would have been sorted into Gryffindor.",Fee chuckled.The Slytherin just hadnt been afraid of them so no bravery needed.The girl would have probably hit in her room under a blanekt if she had been afraid of houselves.

"Yeah it does taste different" Elliot agreed with her. After tasted the white chocolate he could tell they have different taste. All he could tell that the white one felt more like milk than a chocolate should be. "I see" he still didn't understand Fee choices but he will leave it. Sometime people couldn't explain why they like something, he completely understand that feeling because he always had that all the time. "Yes, you are the queen." he chuckled.

Cute? Did he heard her right? Did she just call that cute? "Arrrgghh..That's not cute at all." In fact that was really embarrassing. It was bad enough he slipped his little secret about his childhood fear and now she thought that was cute? Girls. "Yeah. In fact I've been alone most of the time." He recalled that his parents always gone for days. "But sometime my godfather come to check if I still alive." he laughed. "Oh yeah I forget that bravery was the lion trait not us." he chuckled.

"Ah...arigato for bringing me here." Chisato said as she looked around the room, suprised there were mny students in there already. She wasn't aware they were allowed. The one thing was she didn't see was the house elves.
"Where are they? The elves."

YAY for birthdays! Dallin was now officially fourteen years of age! But no one here knew that, so he hadn't gotten one single Happy Birthday. Sure, he'd gotten letters from his family, but none of them came with a single sweet. So he was going to take measures into his own hands.

He had come to the kitchen for a cupcake.

First, the idea had been to get a big birthday cake. But with no one to share it with, that was pointless. Yes, Dallin was a boy, but no, he could not eat a whole cake by himself. So a cupcake would do. Or maybe two. Or three.

He smiled as he entered the kitchen and took a deep breath. "Can I have a few cupcakes?" He asked the first house elf that he saw. "It doesn't matter what kind, but I like chocolate. And it's my birthday." Just saying.

Ellie decided that it was high time for a visit down to her little elf friends....

SNORT.

Not that she didn't think they were cute with the way they were SO eager to bring you food. But they weren't the most physically attractive creatures. And they did get a bit annoying occasionally.

She'd gotten the fruity portrait to open in time to hear 'birthday'. Was it someone's birthday?! That's so exciting!

She looked around for a male presence that that voice would most likely belong to and saw the guy she'd met at Sugarplums.

Heh.

Ellie'd momentarily forgotten about her chocolaty craving, and perched herself up atop of one of the elf-sized counters. "Fancy seeing you here," she said.

They seemed to have a love for sweets in common.

Dallin jumped slightly when he heard a voice close to him. As the house elf he'd spoken to ran off, Dal raised an eyebrow at the girl. She was the girl that had stepped on his foot and made him hit his head, right? Ellie.

"You wouldn't be here for something sweet, would you?" he asked, hopping onto the counter next to her. It would be sort of funny if she was, since the first time he'd seen her was in Sugarplums, and now in the kitchen...

"By the way," he added, looking away from her to keep a straight face. "Thanks for warning me about the entrance test. It was harder than I thought it would be. But I made it into Ravenclaw."

Ellie shrugged, "I seem to have run out of my stash faster than originally planned." Probably had to do with all the things that had gone on since she'd gotten to Hogwarts. Depressing things. And depression=chocolate consumption.

GRIN. "Oh, yeah, no problem." Another shrug. "Congrats. Ravenclaw welcomes you. How do you like it?" She hadn't seen him in the common room. But, then again, it was impossible to see everyone in your house. Even during those parties Vindictus throws.

"Did I hear something about a birthday?" Ellie eyed him. Was a song in order? Or a couple punches? Or a pinch? Or the triple crown of birthdayness?

This was strange. This girl was talking to herself. "Well, It seems as though it is." said Anna. She was leaning on a counter behind the girl.

She gave a laugh when he jumped up in the air out of surprise when he saw her standing next to him. "I don't know," she said, pretending to think about it. "What reason do I have to keep your secret about your fascination of tickling portraits?" She smirked.

Evangeline watched Braeden rushed inside the kitchen eagerly. She walked after him inside the kitchen and glanced around, quickly. "Y'know, Brae." She said. "Doesn't it occur to you that I've hardly been in Hogwarts long at all, I'm from a completely different school in a completely different country, yet I know Hogwarts better than you do." She was just pointing it out.

Braeden turned to Evangeline and raised his eyebrows at her question, the slightest hint of a smirk beginning to curve a corner of his lips. "Gee, I don't know, Hollywood... Maybe because I'm keeping your secret too?" he asked, wiggling his eyebrows like: . "Y'know, so you don't have a mob chasing you up and down the castle trying to take your picture and get your autograph?"

Then his brows furrowed.
"Or that you're a secret agent sent from America... I can't seem to remember which one was the real secret," he muttered the last bit more to himself than to Evangeline, his expression growing thoughtful for a second there before he was distracted by one of the little house-elves coming up to him. Beaming, Braeden made an order of grapes, bagels, cream cheese, apple pie, and lemonade.

Braeden was just walking over to a white table on which a basket filled with some french bread stood, when Evangeline spoke once more, pointing out that she knew more about Hogwarts even though she had just transferred to the school. "What? No you don't!" said an offended Braeden. "I bet you don't know about that secret passage by the dungeons!" he pointed out childishly before realizing - oh crap. If she didn't know then... he just told her. Guh. Fail.

"I like it," Dallin said in response to the question about Ravenclaw. "I guess I have nothing to compare it to, but Ravenclaw seems cool." He nodded, looking down and swinging his feet. He liked all the blue in the common room, and the view was nice, too. Not to mention, there were quite a few pretty girls in Ravenclaw...

He looked at her, then jumped, startled by her eyeing him. Whaat? He smiled sheepishly. "Yeh, It's my birthday today." He said with a nod. "That house elf over there is making me some cupcakes." Smirk. "Do you want one? When they're finished, I mean."

Ellie nodded and stared off across the kitchen. "It is. You know, I once heard that Ravenclaw had the prettiest girls so... You're lucky there. Got the lot of them right outside your bedroom," she joked. Yeah, she wouldn't forget his remark. Though she seriously, SERIOUSLY never thought about it directed to her. Nahh, she was much too preoccupied in that area to think that anyone would find her attractive.

Except for those few who had outright complimented her. She knew she had a nice smile, for example. As well as a good nose and pretty hair. But she had pretty much shrugged those off. All but for the smile comment. That one she'd actually taken seriously.

"Your birthday?! Today?!" Well that had answered her question for certain. "Happy birthday!" She exclaimed and squeezed him in a hug. She LOVED birthdays. They were SO exciting and fun!

And how nice of him to offer her a cupcake.....A cupcake? "A cupcake? No, but it's your birthday! Wouldn't you rather have something grand like..." her head shook as she tried to think of something more traditional...oh, duh, "like a full cake? One with piped frosting announcing to the world that it's yours? And with a candle for each year you've been alive? Plus one?" For good luck, you know.

Dallin nodded a few times, smirking. "Yes, I've heard that too. And I'm starting to think that it's true." Yes, he'd seen pretty girls wearing other house colors, but he thought Satine was right when she said attractive was a trait for Ravenclaw. And, of course, he was in the house, so there was more proof...

His eyes widened when she suddenly hugged him. He looked down at her red hair blankly for a second before giving her a hug back. He sure hadn't expected that reaction. "My birthday," he said, cracking a smile. "Today."

"I would," he answered slowly, with a small nod. "But I don't want to go through all that trouble. And no one's here to enjoy it with me. And, just in case you're wondering, I cannot eat a full cake by myself." He looked at her with no expression for a second before realizing what he had said.

"I mean, unless you want to have some? I bet the house elves wouldn't mind making me a cake..."

"Oh, of course. I really wouldn't want everyone to know about that, so I'll keep your secret." She agreed, all seriousness. She didn't say anything, and kept herself from laughing when he muttered to himself that he wasn't sure if her secret was that she was a famous actress, or that she was a secret agent sent from America. Hehe. When a house elf came over she also made an order for a few various sweets and treats.

She sat down at the white table and grabbed a piece of french bread, looking at Braeden getting offended. "You mean the secret passage right near my own common room?" She asked, with a chuckle. "And even if I didn't know about it, you just told me." She said.

"Met any girls you fancy, yet?" Cuz apparently boys had a way of liking girls fairly quickly. Especially those who've made comments suggesting such in the past.

His birthday. She got it. "So how old are you?" Ellie asked.

"What are you talking about?" she asked, standing from the counter and turning to face Dallin. "We can have a right proper birthday party right here." She opened her arms out WIIIIIIDE to show the empty kitchen. "I've still got a few of these," Ellie pulled out some deflated balloons, "from Charms class."

She walked back over to him, stretching one of them out. It makes it LOADS easier to blow up that way.

So, yes, she WOULD like some cake. "The house elves love baking." Totally true. They probably wouldn't be there otherwise. Some of them, at least.

And they can share the fruits of their labor. A birthday party with house elves and two humans. Woot, woot.
