So, Jenny had witches and wizards in her family. Lucky. "Your mother's a witch? That must be awesome." Because you don't have to explain everything to her, Louisa thought. "I don't have anyone in my family that is... magical." She says slowly sparing the fact that her wizard-father was never in her life.

"No. That's not it." She replied to Jenny, "It's just... I used to be really close to them and now I'm.. different. And away." So yeah, it was why Louisa was sad and also too stubborn to admit it.

The little girl sighed and smiled up at Jenny trying to lighten the mood up a little, "Did they teach you anything cool before you came here?" She asked curiously, "I mean your mother and brother."

"Oh, yeah, it is awesome, but it's weird being half-and-half."Jenny paused; she wondered if she has said too much. Must be hard having an all-Muggle family. "Don't worry, my father got pretty jealous of my brother and my mom for a while because they can perform magic, but he eventually got over it...a little." Jenny wondered if she should keep on going; the conversation is getting very personal. "So when I told him that I'm going to Hogwarts, he made me promise that I had to explain to him how to use magic when I get back home." Jenny sighed; oh, she was DEFINITELY eager to see her father's desperate face again...

"My mother taught me a few basic charms on how to sew clothes with magic. That's all she had me doing and then she read me a few books on Hogwarts and the wizarding world in general." Jenny wanted to come up with something funny to keep Louisa happy, but she couldn't, so she came up with the best thing about her brother she could come up with.

"My brother keeps telling me stupid stories about Hogwarts...such as the statues dancing the congo in the Room of Requirement every night. Pretty ridiculous, right?" Jenny smiled.

Louisa listened to Jenny amused by how a half magical family would sound like. "It must be really hard for your father to live among wizards. I know the feeling.." She said smiling slightly, "Just other way around. I mean I'm a witch and living among muggles. I think it's harder for my case, you see, you have to explain everything or they'll think you're a freak." She ended with a sigh.

She chuckled when her friend mentioned the things her brother said. "I've read a lot about Room of Requirement I never managed to enter it or even see it. Have you?" It must be a really impressing enchanted room. She liked the idea of going there soon.

"Have you wrote to them? Your family." Louisa asked her, she didn't send a letter to her mother yet. Sending them by owls might not be a very good idea. They were shocked when her envelope arrived from Hogwarts, she could try to write one later when she's in the common room.

Jenny's mouth gave a little "o" as Louisa continued talking about her family. Oh...so she's the one different from the rest in her family! And the only witch surrounded by Muggles too! "Well, if you want," Jenny replied slowly. "I can ask my dad to talk to you sometime and he'll help explain to your family about living with wizards and witches." Doesn't seem practical nor convenient, but hey, it was the best idea she can come up with right now.

Jenny smiled when Louisa asked if she went to the Room of Requirement before. "No, I haven't gone yet, actually. I would love to go actually, but my brother wouldn't give the secret on how to enter it." She sighed.

Oh no! She forgot about writing to her family! So much time had passed during her first few days at Hogwarts that she didn't even bother writing a letter yet. Quickly making a mental note to herself, Jenny said to Louisa, "Ah...no. I forgot. I'll have to do it later after dinner I guess. I wrote a letter to my brother but he hasn't replied in a while; he must be very busy this month."

Good god. Were Slytherin the only house who could hold onto their points? Not that they were even holdin onto points, since they didn't have any in the first place. It was ridiculous. Rose rolled her eyes - if she was going to be a Ravenclaw, they wouuld HAVE to get a few more points, to at least get back up to zero. Stopping for a second, she considered how it was that she was even a Ravenclaw in the first place; when the rest of her family had been Slytherins, every single one.

Speaking of family, where was Selena? And her little brat sister, Serena? She wanted to know someone in this castle. As she stood, she reached into her little bag and pulled out a bag of candy, munching on them absentmindedly as she thought.

"He'd do that?" Louisa felt happy all of a sudden, "It'd be really great! I will tell mom about this when I write to her." Now that made Louisa happy again.

"Would you like to go with me when I want to send the letter? I mean to the owlery!" She asked Jenny, "I can introduce you to my friend too! She's coming along."

Uh oh. As if Enya was actually polite to other people. Louisa forced a smile on her face while she remembered Enya's first encounter with her and what that girl would say to Jenny this lovely girl. Well, Louisa would be around and wouldn't let anything bad happen, would she?

Rhea was in a much better mood than previous days. She had confronted Jack about everything that Callie girl told her and found out that Callie had twisted everything. Jack was not in love with her as she had said, even if he had given her his jacket. She could live with that though. She didn't own jack and he could do whatever he wanted with his jacket. She walked until she found herself by the hourglasses which she stopped to look at as rubies flew in and out of it.

Callie walked along, she'd taken Jack's jacket off because it was a little warmer than yesterday and she had a long sleeved tshirt on so she didn't need it. It was in her trunk of course because he's given it her with her promise to let him wear it sooome days. Today was not one of those days. She spotted Rhea and smirked. She'd probably worked out that Callie had lied, wait no she hadn't lied. Jack HAD said he was in love with her just she knew for well he didn't mean it like he knew she hadnt meant it when she said it back, but at the time Rhea hadn't needed to know that. She walked over and stood behind the girl. "Hi!"

Rhea was admiring the pretty colours of the gems used to mark the point when a voice form behind caused her to turn around. She frowned at the person standing there. That girl had done so much to wind her up, that she wanted nothing more than to smack her, but Rhea Bellaire, did not go around smacking people, not even if they deserved it.
"You have some nerve saying hi after you deliberately lied to me." She crossed her arms as she fixed the girl with an angry glare.

Callie rolled her eyes a smirk plastered across her face as she did so. Rhea needed to chillax. She'd hardly even done anything it wasn't her fault Rhea was obsessed with Jack and knew what his jackets looked and smelt like. Psht. She looked at Rhea giving her a BIIIIG Smile and giggling. "Rhea Rhea Rhea. Sweet neive Rhea. Firstly, yes I do have nerve." she began, with a firm nod. "Secondly, I hardly lied. I never said Jack told me he was maddly in love with me he wasn't being sarcastic or joking around or nothing. I said Jack told me he was maddly in love with me. Which technically speaking he did. Just we were messing about, so he was joking like I was when I said it back. You just didn't let me tell you that." she said with a small eyeroll.

Rhea's glare narrowed to the point where it looked like her eyes were closed. Technically Callie had a point. Rhea was acting a bit histerical that day but she liked that and Callie basically used that fact to uberly upset her, and she was mad at her for that. Callie smiled and her glare fell to an annoyed frown. So the girl was mischievous but she wasn't malicious so Rhea didn't need to smack her upside the head or something.
"The point is YOU lead me to believe that Jack was in love with you to tick me off and that was low! It's funny that you neglected to mention that joking bit." Hmph. She ran her fingers through her hair.
"What's going on between the both of you anyways?"

Callie really didn't see the big deal in all of this whole thing really. It was pointless. She'd told Rhea sometihng and missed out a small detail and Rhea was like Majorly upset about it. Meh. Callie didn't see the problem. She looked at Rhea before looking at the pretty hourglasses watching as each ruby flew up and down. She looked to Rhea as she frowned at Callie. Okay, she was apparently seriously mad. Whoopsies.
"I didnt! Dont accuse me of things! I told you that Jack told me he was maddly in love with me which he did. I just didn't tell you he was joking. I dont see what the big fuss is. Its not like you two are going out or anything." She rolled her eyes twisting her hair round her finger.
"Whats going on ? Not much really. We kiss, we talk thats pretty much all there is too it. Whats going on between you too ?" just returning the question.

Ok so apparently everyone here was high on bertie botts or something, because everything was just easy going and easy peasy with everyone except her. Kissing random people was okay, now and apparently so is leaving out details, such as 'he was only joking when he said he loved me'. Did Callie don't understand that people's feelings were on the line?
"Well that's a pretty important detail to leave out ya know.." she kind of smirked at the rest of the girl's statement. Ok so they weren't official official, but they were courting.She rolled her eyes at the kissing part. Hopefully Jack wouldn't be doing much of that with her or Cosette any time soon.
"Between us..." Her smirk was slowly turning to a smile, something she was unaware of. She wasn't a hundred percent on their relationship status but there was something there.
"I donno.." she said truthfully." We hang out and,stuff..."

Callie didn't really care. She'd already apparently lied, but really she'd told the truth with missing details and stole Jack's jacket and kissed him so yeah it was all over with and Rhea really needed to catch up with the times soon before she was in like the stone age or something. Woah. Could that like happen ? Meh. She'd have to test it with Rhea. Cus yeah then she wouldn't moan about irrelevant things.
"Not reeeally. It wasn't like it made a difference whether he's maddly in love with me anywayss..." How could he be in love with her ? they like hardly knew each other.
She rolled her eyes as Rhea smirked like they we're secretly dating. "So basically theres nothing going on between either of us whatso ever and he's totally single but thats just your way of trying to make it sound exciting. right ?" Just to speed things up, yknow dont wanna end up in the stone age.

Running her hands over her robes, Cosette looked around the hall. She hadn't seen anyone she knew. Not that she knew a lot of people. Since she got to Hogwarts, she had mostly been scoping out the people and how they acted. People watching at it's finest. She had herself mostly familiarized at least with the male population. Smirking, she walked to find herself near the hourglasses.

Looking up at the tall glasses, she peered at the coloured rubies that where sitting and falling into the glasses. Noticing the blue glass, she rolled her eyes. Ravenclaw was doing the worse. She would believe that Ravenclaws were supposed to be the house with the smart kids. Obviously some didn't get the memo and were blatantly running amok. Sighing, she ran a hand through her hair with anguish.

"Um...sure." Jenny nodded. Pefect timing, she could write the letter on the way to the owlery. However, at once Jenny saw the tensed on Louisa's face. Is there something wrong with the friend she was supposed to meet? "Is there something wrong?" she asked Louisa, worried.

Quickly Jenny looked at the hourglasses, just for fun. Oh gosh...NEGATIVE FIFTEEN POINTS ALREADY??? Now it will take quadruple as hard to get back to zero. Whoever was making them lose so many points?!

Rhea observed Callie's behaviour, the girl obviously didn't care and arguing with her about it certainly wouldn't change anything. She obviously got a kick out of riling people up and now that Rhea was on to her, she most certainly wouldn't fall victim to any of her shenanigans again. She didn't even really care about all that anymore because her and Jack had worked everything out and now they were kinda sorta an item or something. The thought made her smile, she almost forgot she was upset with Callie, until her next comment that is.
"It actually did make a world of a difference, but I don't expect you to get that, really." The girl was obviously still young and didn't understand emotions past wanting to kiss.
"Wrong." She smirked again. There was a lot going on between her and Jack, she just wasn't one hundred percent on what it was.
" There is something going on between him and me, we just haven't put a title on it or anything." She shrugged.

This conversation was merely pointless. Callie had told Rhea a lie truth with missing details and she was making a huge deal out of it. pft. She rolled her eyes and stood there watching the pretty different colour rubies fly in different hourglasses. They were so pretty and colourful. She was kinda distracted with the hourglasses and pretty colourful rubies then Rhea ruined her distractedness/peacefullness when she spoke. The fourth year turned back to Rhea and shook her head. "No I dont get that. But its probably something to do with the fact that you want Jack to be in love with you." Cus it was obvious Rhea liked him or she wouldn't be making such a fuss over Callie's lie truth with missing details. "Course there is hunny. You just keep telling yourself that." she teased, because it was funny and she guessed Rhea would get annoyed by it.

Rhea rolled her eyes. She didn't expect Jack to be madly in love with her or anything. She had only known him for like a month but she was sure that he liked and cared for her and she for him and that was really all that mattered. If Callie didn't believe that, then that was her problem. Rhea really didn't care.
"I don't WANT Jack to be in love with me, sweet heart, Jck likes me and I like him, not that it's any of your business." She took a step closer to the girl and smirked.
"You're just jealous."

Callie laughed as Rhea got mad. She kinda expected it. Well no she Knew it was going to happen it was just so funny when it didn't. But she did feel a little sorry for Rhea, she was obviously Maddly in love with Jack and he was going off with that Cosette person which Callie had to admitt she didn't like because Cosette was meeannn. "Yes you do, luv. Im not stupid I can tell. And he likes you ? Is that why he's going off with that Cosette girl ?" She didn't exactly know if they were 'going off together' but she seen 'em around together alot.
What was it with people backing her into walls and corners and other things she couldn't get away from ? "Jealous ? Me ? Aha. I dont get jealous. Annnd like I said. I do not. Repeat DO NOT like Jack." she didn't even know what it felt like to like someone.

Once again Rhea rolled her eyes. This girl totally had like a switch to set Rhea's eye rolling off or something. She decided she wasn't going to let her get to her though, she knew that that was exactly what Callie was trying to do and more than likely the girl was also fibbing about something.
"Well I think you just might be a tad stupid because you don't know the difference between love and like and I REALLY DO NOT care about what he used to do with french bimbo, like I said, things are different now." Rhea frowned.
"Well if you're not jealous why the heck do you keep telling me about him and other girls?" She better have a good reason.

Callie looked back at the pretty rubies they were so so pretty and colourful. She sorta forgot Rhea was even there for a few moments but then she spoke, and complained and yelled a little bit but yeah Callie was starting to get used to it now she seemed to yell and complain a lotttt. tehee.
"One. Im not stupid ive been to more schools than you can count. And I Do know the difference between like and love. And you loooooove Jack." she said giggling childishly. "Used to ? Okay. Whatever you saaay." She did like stirring but she did feel sorreh for Rhea.
"Because everytime I do you freak and yell and get all jealous and it makes me giggle." she said with a small smirk.

Rhea frowned. She was having a hard time figuring Callie out. She seemed to be so vindictive...mean...immature. She just couldn't place her. And from the looks of it she was probably suffering from ADD or something like that. She shook her head, it would be wrong to stand here and argue with this little girl.
"Being to lots of different schools normally isn't a good thing. One it either means you failed to fit in, or you're slow and can't keep up or you got kicked out for bad behavior..I'm going along the lines of it being all three."She sighed.
"I like Jack..we're not in love or whatever. What are you not understanding in that?" She rubbed her temples. It was like dealing with a three year old.
Rhea's jaws dropped at her answer. kdfdohdlkgfjdkjfgdhdjfdsfg ???????

She did it because Rhea being upset made her giggle? The girl was even more immature than she thought. Clearly she was wasting her time arguing with her.
"I'm glad you find me so entertaining. Next time I'll smack you so hard, it'll knock the giggle out of you."

Callie shrugged. Rhea was so confusing. One minute she was all cool and calm and then BANG Callie set one foot wrong and she was off moan moan moan moan shout complian. And that was Callie's description. Bwaha. She shook her head at Rhea's comment she didn't not fit in or any of that stuffs. "No no no. My parents moved alot and so did I. I did fit in and I didn't get kicked out." PFT. She rolled her eyes again it was like a constant action the past few days she just couldnt stop doing it. MEH MEH MEH. She didn't like ittt. "Fine. Whatever. I am understanding that just you seeeem a little obsessed with him." she said giggling.
"Oh um yeah not that you being upset makes me giggle just the way your all calm and then you go BANG and yell." she said with a small shrug. She needed some friends around here, her life couldnt just be enemies. And plus she had to be nice to Rhea seen as she seemed close to Jack. Meh. Was she SERIOUSLY gonna do this. "And I suppose if it helps Im....sorry."

So Rhea was clearly approaching the situation with Callie wrong. But she was confusing the hell out of her. One minute she was being an evil little imp, then the next she was giggling and acting like everything was fine. She sighed.
"Ok fine, so you weren't an outcast, you're still hella strange." She inhaled deeply and almost pulled on her own hair but she resisted.
"What's it going to take to get you to believe that I am not obsessed with the boy??" She wasn't yelling but the frustration was evident in her voice. That's it, she came to the conclusion that Callie just wanted to drive her crazy. BUt then she made her laugh..Callie actually made her laugh..O.o
"Because you're driving me crazy,hence my automatic crazy reaction." She ran her hand through her hair, but she was looking a lot less upset. Rhea's lips curled up in a smile. She had to strain to get the last bit of what Callie said but she just wanted to hear it again...more clearly this time
"Whaaaat? I'm sorry I didn't get that." Smirk.
