Selena grinned. "Because I forgot the name of it and the name will probably make me cringe," she smirked. Which was probably not a lie. Wait... "Pause... rewind... play..." she said as she pressed imaginary buttons in the air, "what do you mean by was?" she asked with confusion as she grabbed Maddie's hand and started to tug her towards Hogsmeade. "Tell me when we get there," she added. Off to Hog's Head they went!!

Maddie laughed again and nodded
'Sound like a good enough explanation to me' she said, grinning. It probably would make Sel cringe. Maddie couldn't ever imagine her having lessons with Mrs. Force. Or was it Miss Summers now? Oh well. She grabbed Sel's hand just as Sel grabbed hers and giggled, letting herself be pulled to the village. Oh, right, Sel was confused. 'Sure. I'll tell Emma too then' she said

Mina smiled. "Okay, but do I need to give you any more clues?" she asked. There was probably more that she would tell him and all, but she didn't want to make it obvious who she was going with. Bad blood between the two boys and all. "That's just not a little different, but it's okay. I think it still sounds fun. So do I get to guess a person too?" she asked. It was only fair, right?

She laughed and nodded. "You'll be the first to know, I swear," she smiled. There wasn't many boys that she would want to drop a ceiling on at the moment, but there was always a chance that could change.

"Yeah. I'll need more clues." Carter said. "But only little ones... I don't want it to be too easy." he said.

"And yes. That is only fair. What would you like to guess?" he asked. He wasn't sure if there was anything exciting about his life to guess.

He laughed again. He wondered if it was possible for Mina to get mad enough about something to drop a ceiling on them.

Mina giggled a little and tilted her head in thought. "Well, what small clue could I give you? You know he goes to school here and he likes football," she replied. Those were the two clues that all ever vague enough for her to give. If she told Carter the house, it would be too easy and a fight would probably happen.

"Well, am I guessing a person or something else?" She was still a bit confused about it. Was there a person he had in mind?

Carter laughed. "I think we could use a little practice at this game." he said. It seemed like this could be harder than he thought it would be. "How about we start with... hair color?" he suggested.

"That would depend. Is there anything you want to know about me?" he asked. He couldn't imagine that there was anything she would want to know that she didn't already know. "Now is the perfect time to embarrass me." he added wondering what she would come up with.

Mina nodded. "Practice is good," she smiled. Being her first game and all, she didn't want to make it way to easy. Hair color? Biting her lip slightly, she thought about the boy in question. "Well, he has blond hair." she replied. There were a number of blond boys around the school, wasn't there?

She looked up at the gates again and thought about it. She wasn't sure what else she wanted to know about her best friend that she probably didn't know already. Hearing that it was the perfect time to possible embarrass him, she smirked. "Anything?" she asked as the wheels in her head started to turn.

Carter laughed. "I think that was the dumbest question I could have asked." he said. "I don't know anyone's hair color." he said still laughing. He needed like... a yearbook... or something.

"Anything." he said hoping he wouldn't regret that. There wasn't really anything he'd be too embarrassed to admit.

Mina giggled and smiled innocently. "Well, at least now you know what hair color you have to look out for," she replied. It was a good question and all. "I'm sure that you probably cut the number down to like possible half or so. A boy. Blond hair. That's a good start."

She smiled and clapped her hands in excitement. She had brothers and there were questions she would love to embarrass them with, but they would never let her ask them anything. "Really, you shouldn't never let a silly girl ask you questions." she laughed.

Carter laughed. "I'll keep an eye out." he said. "We'll have to pick up on my half of the game later."

"Yeah... I'm starting to regret that." he said laughing. Seriously, what was the worst she could come up with?

Mina smiled. "Yes, I'll give you some time to gather some picks," she winked. Letting out a silent sigh of relief, she thanked Merlin that Carter wasn't going to made a guess yet.

"Well, as you know I have two brothers and I never get to embarrass them. So you get the brunt of it," she smiled innocently. Oh the silly questions, she could ask. Where was she going to start? "Professors here at Hogwarts.....I want to know which one you think is cute?" she asked. All the girls had crushes on certain professors and she wanted to know if Carter had one as well. It was silly, but she still wanted to know.

Carter laughed. "Seriously. Of everything you could have asked me you choose that?" he said.

Alright. So that definitely wasn't the worst thing he could have been asked. But he did need to think for a moment. "I'd say that Professor Hadley... or Professor Carlton are the cutest."

Which was funny since arithmancy and charms were two subjects that he loved.

Mina shrugged. "I was just wondering. It was one of the first things I could think of." she replied.

"I mean I could have asked you who your first crush was or who was the first girl you kisses or liked like that," she added. "Or what was your most embarrassing thing you've ever done."

Yes, she could have asked anything, but she started out easy.

Carter laughed. "Well... my first crush probably wouldn't mean much to you since it was back before I knew about Hogwarts." His first crush at Hogwarts however would be a different story.

"As for my first kiss... I'm pretty sure you know who that was."

Mina nodded and shrugged. Maybe embarrassing her bestie was going to be harder than she thought. "Well, if your first crush isn't anyone I know, how about first magical girl you liked more than a friend?" she asked. There had to be something that could embarrass him and she was going to keep trying until she got it.

She made a face and shook her head. "Yeah, I'm sure I already know that one. No need to revisit those memories."

Carter chuckled. "You sure you really want to know that?" he asked her. He hoped the laugh would throw her off. Maybe she'd ask a different question if she didn't think it would embarrass him enough.

Mina nodded and smiled. "Of course, silly. I wouldn't have asked silly," she laughed. Yes, a small part of her wanted to know, but she was sure it was embarrassing to have to answer such a question coming from one of his two girl besties. "Come on, what harm is there in telling me?" she asked innocently.

Carter looked down at the ground. "Fine, fine. But you have to promise not to get all weird." he said. He then took a deep breath. It wasn't really embarrassing, it was more like one of those secrets that would cause people to act weird.

"It was you. I started talking with you in the forest because I thought you were cute." he said. Then he shrugged. "I don't blame you though. For not being interested." he said. Plus he met Marilyn just a few days later.

He then laughed. "If I was a girl, I don't think I'd be interested. I'm kinda weird." he said. "But it's all good. We're best friends now." At least, he hoped that confession wouldn't ruin that.

Mina nodded. Why would she get all weird about something like his first magical girl crush? "Okay, I promise. No weird getting from me," she smiled as she crossed her heart. It seriously couldn't be all that bad.

Blinking, she shook her head. Did she just hear Carter right? It was her? Carter thought she was cute. Shaking her head again, she blushed slightly. "Carter, I'm really flattered by that." she smiled. It was kind of strange hearing that now after everything that had happened since they first met. Yes, in first year, she kind of developed a crush on him too and it kind of bloomed, but now it didn't really feel right.

He thought she wasn't interested? Shaking her head slightly, she laughed softly. "Good for you, I like weird and that's why we are best friends, silly," she replied. She was interested back then and even slightly before, but now she was kind of happy to be letting go of her feelings for Carter. They really were better off as best friends, besides Evan was the only boy on her mind like that.

Carter laughed. "You know. I think that was a pleasant rejection. Thanks for putting me down nicely." he said still laughing. He was glad that Mina hadn't taken the news weirdly.

"So do I get to ask you the same question?" he asked.

Mina smile and shook her head slightly. "It really wasn't a rejection, Carter. You have a girlfriend and it wouldn't be right for me to show interest, besides I think someone else likes me right now," she replied. Seriously, if she would have known all this back then, she probably would have told him her feelings a long time ago. But she was with Evan now and she wasn't going to do that to him.

"Well, if you to know, sure." she laughed. Of course, the first magical boy she had a crush on was before she attended Hogwarts.

Carter laughed. "I was just teasing." he said. He then raised his eyebrow. "Oh yeahhhh?" he asked. "And do you like said boy? And will said boy need to beat up at any point? Because I can help you out with that. I know a few people."

She laughed after he asked if he got to ask her who her first magical crush was. "You know what. I don't trust that laugh. I'll save my question for something more embarrassing... as soon as I figure out what to ask..."

Mina batted her lashes innocently. "Yes, I do like said boy," she blushes slight. "I don't think he will need to be roughed up at the moment, but if the need does arise, I will know where to go," she laughed. Of course, if Evan did need to be beat up, she was pretty sure Carter would jump at the opportunity to do it.

She shrugged and smiled. "Well, try your best. I'm sure you probably know all my embarrassing things," she laughed. There really wasn't much she hadn't told him about herself, but maybe he would be able to find out something she failed to mention.

Carter waited for more to be said about said guy... but no such luck. He wasn't going to pry though. She'd tell him... eventually... when she wanted to tell him.

"You're right." he said. "I think I might... which is why I'm excited to see you and Jade over the summer." he said with a smirk. Yup, he'd either get some good tips or some good stories.

Mina smiled and bit her lip slightly. She had a feeling that Carter might have expected more from her about Evan, but she was keeping quiet about it. There didn't need to fight over her choice in boyfriends at the moment.

"Oh, you so know, Jade and you will find something to embarrass me," she laughed. The thought of the two of them together, kind of scared her. Jade knew all about her little crush and all, so it was dangerous. "I'd just die if she pulled out the baby pictures or something."

Carter laughed. "Baby pictures? Really? That sounds like a brilliant idea. Maybe I should write your cousin and tell her to get some ready for me. I bet you were a cute baby."

Ohhh did this summer sound like an AMAZING time.

Mina shook her head and playfully swatted Carter's shoulder. "You will do no such thing, Cater Phillips." she laughed. There was no need for baby pictures to be taken out, Jade probably had them all displayed now that the flat was all painted. "You know, she probably has them all ready to embarrass me," she sighed.

Oh, her cousin was bound to make her summer very interesting.

"Aw, come on. I bet they are adorable pictures. Especially if your cousin has them displayed." Carter teased. "And do you really think you can get too embarrassed in front of me?" he asked.

"Oh I'm sure they are adorable, but she only has mine up and not hers. I don't think that is fair," Mina pouted. Apparently, it was okay to embarrass the younger cousin, but the older one wasn't at risk. Glancing at her bestie, she laughed softly. "You have a point, I've been embarrassed in front of you tons of time, so maybe I really can't get too embarrassed." They had gone through a lot together after all. But there was always the chance that more embarrassing things could pop up, right?

Carter smirked. "Well we could always tease her back." he suggested. "She'll have friends she brings over, right?" he asked. Maybe they could dish some back to her. That would be fun.

Mina smirked back and nodded. "You are right, we could," she smiled. Jade was bound to have someone visit her, she thought. "Well, I've heard she's had at least one person over. I hear it's someone from work or something. She's been spending time with him," she giggled. She had almost forgot at that piece of juicy detail. One of her sisters let it slip over Christmas break and she had been wanting to do some teasing of her own.

"Oh, a boy?" Carter said. "That could warrant some teasing from us." he said. "Have you met this boy before? Or heard anything about him?"

"Yeah, I hear he's a looker too," Mina nodded. Of course she had never seen the guy, but the things you hear sometimes. "Well, I know now that Jade went to the ball with him and he helped her paint our flat." Jade didn't really talk much about people she knew from work, but she was have to get some kind of info from her cousin. "You know I doubt she'll tell me much about him, but I could still tease her, right?"

Carter laughed. "Well, if he's a looker as you say, I would definitely think that warrants some teasing." he said. The more he talked about it, the more he was looking forward to the summer. He didn't have any older siblings and didn't know any family other than his immediate family. He'd just kind of have to adopt Mina's family.

"Oh really. I didn't see your cousin there." he said. Not that he was looking for her. "Oh, and they painted? You excited to see it?"

Mina giggled. "Those were my sister's words, but yeah this could so warrant teasing for sure," she smiled. Oh, she was going to have some fun with Jade over the summer. If her cousin had a boyfriend, then she was so going to tease her about it. She knew her cousin would do the same once she found out about Evan.

"Oh, she was there. I think I saw her on the dance floor with a guy, which reminds me. I need to ask her about that." she nodded. The image of her cousin and the guy on one knee resurfaces and she laughed a bit. Now that was worth some teasing. "Yup, painted most of the place. I'm kind of excited to see what they all did. I just hope they didn't do anything to my room." Oh, how she wouldn't not be happy if they did something crazy to her room.

Carter chuckled. Then Mina began talking about her cousin. Hmm... it sounded like something more than dancing was going on...

"Well, if they did something to your room, we could always paint it back." he said suggested. He did know a thing or two about painting. "And if they did do anything, it can't be too bad."

Mina smiled at the thought. She really could take the mikey out of her cousin with what she saw. Oh, it would be fun to tease her about that.

"That is true," she nodded. "I'm sure whatever they did, we could fix. I hear they wanted it the muggle way, by hand. Could you really see Jade covered in paint?" Oh if that had happened, there really should be pictures of that. "Too bad? Jade can be a bit mischievous at times. I mean she could have plastered my room with random pictures or something, or maybe she painted it Hufflepuff yellow or something." If it was yellow, it so wasn't going to stay that colour!

Carter laughed. "Really?" he asked. "Your cousin did seem a bit more proper than a painter." he said. "This guy must be something if she was willing to get dirty." At last, most girls wouldn't get be putting themselves at risk of being covered in paint for just anyone.

"Oh yeah?" he asked. "Your cousin didn't really seem like the mischievous type." But then again, Mina wasn't all that she seemed either.

Mina nodded and laughed. "Yeah, I know. I mean when I heard she was going to paint, I thought she was going to use magic." she replied. "But all my hand and she was covered in paint from what I'm told. I really must meet this guy. Jade's been trying to get me to owl him, but I keep saying no." Yeah, like she was going to owl a complete stranger. But knowing that he got paint in her cousin's hair and lived to tell about it, kind of made her want to owl him now.

"Yeah, started a campus riot once when she was at Uni in the States." she nodded. "I really think she's more the sneaky mischievous type really. You would never expect it until she's sprung it on you." She was tricky like that.

Looking out of the window of the Ravenclaw Commone Room, Adam had had a perfect, unobscured veiw of the School Grounds. He had been looking out over them and thinking about how this year was nearly over, and about how he was nearly a seventh year, and about how he was nearly nineteen, and about how he and Lori were graduating next when he had spotted her slim figure crossing the grounds.

...and hauling a massive trunk behind her.

Seeing her walking towards the Front Gate, Adam leaped from his chair by the window and sprinted to the door, and from there sprinted all the way to the front gate.

Where he found Lorelai sitting on her trunk, looking rather sad and forlorn.

"Lor, why - are - you - out here - now - with you - trunk and - stu - ff?" he panted, leaning on his knees in an effort to catch his breath.

Sighing again, this time just for her own benefit of making a BIIIIIg dramatic sighing noise, Lori started to whine to herself. In a language not even Einstein could have interpreted, Hello Lorish, most likely about pros and cons and all that other rubbish she liked to do when she was torn between decision. Talk about suckish? You could say it though couldn't you. Like, WHY would Lorelai want to up and leave her practical home, her best friends and quite possibly the most amazing person to be put on the earth apart from herself?

Donnie.

He wasn't here. She wanted him to be, and she missed him too much.

Silly siblings.

Besides, it wasn't as if she was really a legal witch, despite being of age. She hadn't been practicing magic since 1st year, like most students here, like Goldie, Brody, Torin, Sarah, Miranda or Adam. She had only had her wand for 2 and a half years.

Speaking of her wand, she had left that on her bed, accidentally, and figured she could owl Sarah and get her to send it to her, or send it to the Headmaster for him to bin. She didnt want to be a witch anymo- Adaaaaaam!

That was fine, he was FINE with stopping her, and that made it even worse to leeeeave! *sniffle* Pouting as she looked up at him, Lori shrugged. "I'm going home, Ad. And th... there's nothing that can stop me." Except from him.

Carter laughed. "You should do it. You could tell him your cousin's embarrassing stories." he said. That's what people did to their families, right? He knew that he'd tell stories to Anya's boyfriends. (After he made it very clear he would hunt them down if they broke his sister's heart of course.)

He then laughed again. "Should I be worried about meeting your cousin?" he asked. "I haven't done anything to warrant a surprise attack, have I?"

Zane walked out to the gate, the one place he really didn't even want to be. He wanted the first time to be here special, he wanted to be here with Alex, but he had royally screwed that up. He sat down and leaned his head against the fence and started to let unwanted tears fall. All of this over something so stupid, he needed to find Alex, but the pain in his hand combined with is hurt feelings wouldn't allow him to move.

Mina giggled. Oh, she would have so much fun doing that to her cousin. It was payback time. "Oh I could think of a few stories she would hate for people to hear. She thinks I don't remember, but she's be surprised." she smiled. Oh, maybe her new boyfriend would like to hear about the Count that they met a not so long ago.

She shook her head. "I don't think so. I mean, you have met Jade already, so it shouldn't be too bad." she smiled. There wouldn't be must to worry about in her mind. Jade did ask about Carter from time to time, but she was pretty sure her cousin didn't have anything planned.

Alex quickly spotted Zane and walked over to him hesistantly, "Zane." Alex whispered stepping closer. He had hurt her, acccused her and yet here she was being the one to apologize. "I'm sorry that I was such a horrible girlfriend to you." Alex whispered to him she then noticed his hands, "What happened to your hand?" Alex asked worriedly making a move as if to grab it but had decided against it. Right now they both needed personal space.. and to talk and she needed closure, to know this wasn't only her fault even if she knew it was.

"Alex" he whispered. Why had she come to him? She had nothing to really apologize for he was the one that was over-reacting. "You weren't horrible, I was the one that messed up. My hand?" he said looking down at all the blood. "I punched the wall, and I probably left a nice little dent in it. It sure did a number on my ruddy hand. I'm not good for anything anyway." he said, wiping his tears with his one good hand and quickly pocketing her necklace. She had dropped it, she must not want it, and she must not really want him, she just wanted to come be nice and end this face to face, maybe she'd still be his friend afterall, he certainly didn't deserve that much from her after the way he had acted.

She was going home?

"But... Hogwarts is home..." was all Adam could manage as he caught his breath finally. Lorelai wasn't making any sense whatsoever. Why on earth did she want to leave? He couldn't fathom her reasons, and yet she looked so sad.

Sitting down on her trunk next to her, Adam swung his arm around her shoulders. "Who am I beating up, Lor? Who's hurt you?" he managed in a whisper, almost in tears. Why did his Lori want to leave him, leave Hogwarts, leave all of her friends. Friends, and boyfriend, that loved her? Loved her to absolute pieces.

Why couldn't anyone stop her? Adam couldn't believe it. His Lori couldn't leave, he wouldn't let her.

He'd be trying his damn hardest to keep her there with him.

Carter laughed. It was a lot of fun hearing about Mina and her cousin. He was very much looking forward to the summer. "This summer sounds like so much fun." he said. He was genuinely excited about it. He'd do research his family, come back and hang out with Mina, and then he'd hopefully be able to see Marie too!

But he still had school to get through. Which reminded him...

"I should probably get going. I have an article to write for the school paper." he said standing up. "Thanks for the chat. I feel much better." he said. "And it was fun talking with you."

Alex breathed deeply her heart hurt her brain wanted to yell at him.. and her emotions were jumbled.. but she wanted to make it right. "You didn't mess up.. I shouldn't of been so.. rude.. I just felt a little neglected and hearing of Sel's boyfriend made me a little jealous." Alex admitted brushing her black hair back, she probably had tear streaks running down her face but right now that didn't matter. Alex took his injured hand carefully looking it over, it seemed that he broke the skin but the knuckles weren't swollen meaning he didn't break it. Alex smiled at him slightly despite the pain she felt. "Your not good for nothing." Alex told him tearfully, she didn't know why she was crying, for her or for him.. did it matter? She took her wand and carefully healed his hand with one of the few healing spells she knew before replacing her wand, "I.." Alex swallowed heavily her voice had cracked and she honestly felt like bursting into sobs right in front of him, "I love you, and I don't want to lose you. I want to know what you want, if you want us to be over please tell me if not then.. please can we rewind time before this fight and act the day out like you would have if we hadn't?" Alex asked beggingly, she wanted him to say yes to the last one but she really expected the first option to be what Zane picked. She just had to wait for his answer, she knew.

Zane walked over and hugged Alex. "No, we can't rewind time. No we won't have the day back again." he said, but before he could go on, he looked down and began to wipe the tears off of Alex's cheeks and felt his own tears begin to fall.

Alex shoved Zane away, "Why can't we just move on from this? Is Selena bothering you that much or is it that i'm just not good enough for you anymore?" Alex asked her voice wasn't angry the only angry thing was her actions and she knew he knew she was faking anger, because right now he didn't like how much he affected her. "Well Answer me!" Alex demanded crossing her arms.

"We can't rewind time, we can only learn from our mistakes. We can't have the day because this day was ruined, tomorrow always brings a new day. I want you, I always will. I'm sorry that I got jealous about something that I shouldn't have. I'm sorry that I can't be a better boyfriend, you deserve so much better. You shouldn't have even healed my hand, I deserve to hurt for hurting you." he said, looking utterly horrible. He had finally said everything he wanted to say to her, how he was a loser and how she could do better, no how she SHOULD do better.

Alex smiled at him before hugging him tightly, "You're a good boyfriend besides we've both learned something today, I should of been patient instead of complaining to Sel.. speaking of which we need to find her." Alex stated after a moment. "I can't let my boyfriend walk around injured if I could heal him.. besides think of it as a reward for coming back." Alex stated simply, she wanted to find Selena and make Zane apologize.. and have Selena apologize.. seriously she didn't want to lose both of them.

"I don't have much to say to Selena right now. You can go find her if you want to, I'll be either here or the lake. It took all I had to walk away from her. I've already apologized for something that wasn't necessarily my fault, and I don't think I should regret anything that I told her." he said simply. He would knock a hole in the wall next time he saw Selena and she was still being...like she was.

Alex sighed not really wanting to leave but she had to find Selena, she was her female best friend. Alex nodded kissing his cheek, "I love you, I'll see you soon." Alex told him smiling walking off heading for the treehouse first.. seemed like a place Selena might want to go.

"Hey wait! Turn around" he said, reaching into his pocket for her necklace. He wanted her to have his gift, even if she really didn't want it.

Alex turned around quickly, "Yeah sweetie?" Alex asked walking back to him smiling.

"Turn around, at least I'll be sure that you have the necklace on this time." he said, smiling and kissing her cheek.

Alex did as he wanted turning around and lifting her hair out of his way, She couldn't believe she had dropped it.. then again she had, was upset so it wasn't surprising. "I never meant to drop it you know.. I just couldn't stay there not with you and Sel disagreeing." Alex told him angry with herself at that.

"Good, I thought you were trying to tell me that you didn't want to be with me anymore." he said with a small sad smile.

Alex fingered the necklace turning around and pecked his lips blushing slightly, "Never think that, I love you.. besides your the one who tried to dump me." Alex whispered back getting ready to find Selena.

"I never tried to dump you. I'm mad and upset, I never think well anyway." he said simply, going back to lean against the wall.

Alex sighed, "You implied it." Alex stated hesistantly, "Don't you think i'm mad and upset not to mention hurt beyond believe?" Alex asked, because she was.. and she tried to fix everything anyway. "But I came to find you.. and Selena.. talk to you guys and not either one of you came to me.." Alex was hurt from that as well, was she that unimportant to them?

"I was trying to calm down before I came and upset you even more than I already had. You don't think I'm upset? Do you really think I want to get in your face and yell like I did to Selena? I hate myself when I do that, but I'm hotheaded, sorry." he said shaking his head, sliding down the wall. He was ready to just bang his head against the wall until he could stop feeling.

Alex sighed, "Well, we need to talk.. You won't yell at me like Selena because.. you don't want to hurt me. and Zane.. sweetie all three of us are hotheads the difference is I don't let it control me like the two of you do." Alex told him gently not wanting to hurt him anymore She walked directly up to him and hugged him tightly, right now she needed to focus on his pain not hers.

"And that's why you deserve someone better." he said, almost casually. He had been giving this a lot of thought, and today just seemed to solidify his observations. Alex wasn't that happy with him anymore, and this was just becoming apparent to him.

Alex was starting to get angry, "Hardly, do you know how many fights i've had this year? How many people swore revenge on me or hate me in general? not to mention not many people would date someone who loves to read." Aelx told him firmly "Besides you don't mind I know more spells then you do.. and I love you, not anyone else and I never will love anyone else." Alex stated firmly she was so going to stop by the lake later and get a Divination Reading on her messed up future.. because all she saw right now was sorrow.

Zane looked up in disbelief. Even with all of Zane's flaws, she still said she loved him. "I'm sorry, I'm an idiot. I shouldn't be treating you like this. I should be trying to help you with Selena, but I just can't do it right now." he said, looking defeated. He hated feeling useless, but it seemed to be what he was nowadays.

Alex smiled at him, "It would be better if I did it alone anyway, I mean Selena might not be too happy with you right now." Alex told him kissing his cheek, "Your MY idiot anyway and it's fine.. if you treated me any worse I would hex you, you know that." Alex told him happily.

"You're the only one that would say that and be happy." he said with a small smile. The wall still seemed like a good outlet to vent though...hmm...maybe later.

Alex nodded at him, "Well gotta go talk to Selena.. and don't use that wall to vent." Alex added towards him heading for the treehouse.

"Yes ma'am." he said smiling. She never did say he could use the Whomping Willow or another tree to vent with.

Rhea was certainly thrilled to be back. She loved Norse-Laggen but there was certainly no place like Hogwarts and besides she missed her friends and she missed the grounds. She walked her surroundings just wanting to clear her head and get some fresh air when she found herself at the front gate. She had never been there hen the gates were closed before and was for a moment in awe of how massive the gates were.

Savannah walked outside the castle, letting out a happy sigh. Her hair was in it's natural curls and she had her new shoes on. They were sliver pumps, extremely sparkly. Hehhhh.... YAY GLITTER.

Savvy turned her head to see a girl, a girl she had spoken with before. Her name was totally erased from Savvy's brain. Ugh. She was friends with Aiden ? And she like hated Savvy ? Yeah...

It started with an R....

"Your Riley right ?"Savannah asked, looking at the girl. It sounded about right.

Rhea turned at the sound of a voice. It was most certainly a voice she had heard before and wouldn't soon forget either. It was the delightful Savannah. Well this conversation would be errr..pleasant.

Rhea looked at her for a few seconds before replying. Maybe she should pretend to have forgotten her name as well, but hey, pfft, she hadn't forgotten so why pretend and besides it was such a beautiful day, she didn't much feel like fighting.

"No actually it's Rhea..Savannah." There she was being nice and polite to the girl, she thought she should get an E for exceeds expectation.

"Oh."Savannah said, a shrug of her shoulders. He voiced seemed so innocent, teheh. She ran her fingers through her curls while looking at the girl, it was Aiden's friend. The one he was always so fond of .

"Same first letter, close enough."She said with a smirk on her face. Savvy looked down at her silver and green tie and began to loosen it a little bit. "How have you been ?"This whole fake happy to see you thing was working out as good as Savannah had planned. She didn't want to cause a fight, right now was not the time. She also didny want Aiden to walk in on them fighting or anything.

THAT would be rather hard to explain.

Rhea fidgeted slightly. Savannah was being nice and she had no idea why. Her behaviour had Rhea extremely puzzled, but since she was being nice, she figured she should be nice too.

Rhea shrugged, her same starting with R was hardly enough to say it sounded anything at all like Riley but savannah's reasonings had always left her baffled so she didn't think on it.

Once again she eyed the blonde before answering and looked around quickly. Maybe sav had some kind of plan to ambush her or something. There was no way she was being nice to her just because she felt like it.

"I've been pretty good, Savannah, what about you?"

Mina smiled. Oh, this summer was so going to be better than last summer, for sure. She was going to see her friends and she wasn't going to be expected to be someone she wasn't. So it was going to be a more laid-back summer. "Oh, it will be so much fun! I'm going to have like everyone over too!" Yes, she was going to invite everyone over and they would get to see her unlike before. Oh, she so needed to ask Jade still, but she would just worry about that later.

Glancing at her watch, she nodded. "It was a pleasure as always, Mister Phillips," she smiled. "You know me, always here to help and all." Well, that was her role ad a best friend right? "Good luck with that article, can't wait to read it," she added as she waved goodbye. It was always fun to get to talk to her bestie, but she did have to get some things done as well.

Lori sighed once as she shook her head. Hogwarts could never be a home to anyone, everybody had their time to leave, and therefore a home it wasn't. Which was why she was going. She couldn't deal with having to graduate next year, and it coming to her time to leave. Leaving now, meant she was leaving on her terms, on her own accord.

Maybe no one understood that, but it was how she felt, and one day all the people she could see form this point would be gone, they would be gone from Hogwarts, and eventually gone from the world. It was just life.

She was just speeding hers up a bit.

Sighing as her head fitted onto his shoulder, Lori muttered her response. "No one. No ones hurt me." Which was probably the worst thing, sure, she was upset with Brody, and right now she was really angry at her, but she hadn't hurt her, if anything she had just made her see sense which made her even more upset. It was a lose-lose situation.

[b"I'm sorry..."[/b] She whispered as she moved her head away, to look at him.

"Okayish."Savannah replied, another shrug of her shoulders. Eh, it was the truth. A lot of major drama had occurred in her life, drama she didn't want. It was a hassle.

"I'm in a new relationship and I'm not as happy as I was with Aiden, it's kind of bugging me."Savannah said with a tiny twitch. Maybe if she befriended Rhea maybe there was a slightly chance that Aiden and Ella might break up and Aiden might get some brains and go out with her ? Yeah....she hoped. It was a good plan though.

Carter smiled. "Thanks." he said. He waved bye. "Great. It'll be amazing... at least I hope it will be... I haven't written it yet." he said laughing.

He then headed back to the castle feeling much better than he did when he arrived.

Rhea tilted her head and looked at Savannah when she said she was okayish. She wondered what her problem was. Oh well, she suppose even evil snobs had problems too. Hopefully it wasn't about breaking a nail or a strand of hair being out of place or something.

So she was in a new relationship, did that mean that she had given up on Aiden? Apparently not, it seemed the girl was indeed unhappy with her new beau. Had Savannah Conrad turned over and new leaf? Was she actually being decent? Hmm, maybe the girl really was trying.
"Oh you are? Whose the err...lucky..guy and what's buggin you?" See she was being nice to her, Aiden would be proud.

Mina smiled and shook her head. "I'm sure it will be amazing," she replied as she waved bye to her besties. She had faith in Carter and was sure it would be great. Watching her friend head up to the castle, she pulled her notebook. It was time to get some homework done now.

Biting her nails, she shrugged."His name is Travis, Travis Cartwick."Savannah said, with a sigh. She wasn't exactly sure why she was unhappy, she just....wasn't happy. It was better than being single, sure, but it wasn't THAT much better. She was still jealous of Ella and there was no point in lying.

"I don't know why I'm upset..."Sav said with a frustrating shake of her head."It's just...ugh..I'm still not over Aiden and it's just not going away yet. I've tried everything ! EVERYTHINg. I can't stop thinking about him, Ril...Rhea."

Rhea watched the girl bite her nails. Obviously her problem was really bothering her if she was willing to ruin her nails. Not even Rhea would chew on her nails regardless of what problem she was having, but to each his own or well, her own.

She listened as Savannah explained her problem. She could definitely understand and sympathize with the girl after all, but it was just strange that she was telling her, anyways.

"I can definitely understand how you feel, but the worst thing to do now is try to get between him and his girlfriend. Be supportive and nice and he'll come to realize how great you can be and might even begin to miss you."

Wow, now she was switching into advice giving Rhea, oh well, she was glad she could be of some service.

Savannah wasn't exactly sure WHY she was asking Rhea for some sort of help ? Maybe it was because she was Aiden's friend or something which made her trust her answers ? Everyone else she asked advice from didn't really know him so this was a wee bit different.

"It's just...."Savvy took a long pause as she looked out at the gates, out at freedom from this school.

*snort*

"My new boyfriend has no flaws, he is perfect and has money and stuff and it seemed so cool at first but...I dont know."She shook her head,looking in Rhea's direction."I'm just scared he won't miss me, he says he likes me but only as a friend."

*pouty face*

Rhea watched Savannah inspecting her behaviour. The girl really seemed to like Aiden and she was beginning to understand her more. She actually understood her and knew more about her than Aiden's new girlfriend who she had met once before they were dating.

"I totally understand what you're saying. I was once in a situation like that to be honest. I broke up with the guy. I'm not saying you should beak up with your boyfriend though, don't get me wrong."

She wasn't sure whether or not she should comfort her or not, they weren't exactly close. She instead moved closer and tentatively pat her shoulder.

"Once he sees the old Savvy he fell in love with I'm sure he will miss you."

Savannah let out another sigh as she felt another pat on the shoulder,"People keep telling me he never liked me at all though and that he never did love me or have feelings for me."She paused to bit her lip."This was coming from Ella's cousin by the way..."Savvy said while crossing her arms.

Everything was just hard for her right now, everything.It was weird being nice to Rhea but she needed serious advice from someone."I like Travis, I really do he just isn't....him."Savvy said with another sigh. Ugh. Such confusing times.

Rhea frowned. Sure Savannah wasn't always nice or the easiest person to get along with but why would anyone say such a nasty thing to her? Matters of the heart were never to be taken lightly or laughed at, it hurt too much. Rhea knew this first hand.

"Ella's cousin? Who is that?"She asked her eyebrows knitting even closer together. If they were going to be like this, then Rhea wasn't sure she liked them at all.

"Where was Ella when she said this and what did Aiden say?" Aiden was her bestfriend and she knew he wouldn't just get with anyone just for the heck of it.

She nodded at the end of Savvy's last statement.
"Yeah I totally understand."

"Trixie Malfoy."She said with a sigh."She used to be one of my good friends at Beauxbatons, I came here and apparently she had memory loss and Ella told her she never knew me."Savannah said while biting her lip. Now that was cold hearted."Ella hates me and I understand that. I tried to ruin the most perfect couple ever...."Cue the eyeroll,"Only because I really love him and it hurts me to see him with a girl like her, a girl that doesn't like me at all."

Savannah had to think for a moment,"Ella wasn't there and either was Aiden. She told said it over twitter about a week ago after she saw me and my bestie Nekoda talking about her cousin and how we both weren't too keen on them being together."Jeez she was talking a lot.

Rhea's eyes widened slightly. She was sure she had met trixie as well and she seemed to be a really nice person, but if she did have some memory loss issues then it seemed she was brain washed or manipulated by Ella, which was most definitely not cool in Rhea's book. She would have to talk to Aiden.

"What do you mean you tried to ruin them? You didn't do anything mean or cruel did you? Because if you did that's not going to be any sort of incentive for Aiden to even think about coming back to you and it would most certainly explain Ella not liking you."

Ever since they were allowed to have twitter it seemed to be causing quite a few problems around the school, but what could they expect different from muggle magic. She shook her head.

"That's not nice at all. I'm not sure I'm liking those girls very much based on what you're telling me."

Running her fingers through her blonde hair, she felt a bit awkward explaining all this to Rhea, someone who didn't even like her that much."We got in a little fight over her kissing Aiden while she had a boyfriend, she started talking all nasty to me and I lost control."She sighed, blonde hair falling in her eyes. It sounded totally mental.

"I'm just telling you what they did to me, they probably are nice to other people."Savannah said with a shrug of her shoulders. It was probably the truth.

Rhea continued to listen as Savannah explained what happened. Her best friend certainly knew how to get himself in the middle of drama that was for sure. But she couldn't help feeling a little sorry for Savannah, did she have no friends left or something? Maybe she did, who could tell..

"yeah maybe they are I guess. I mean they were pretty nice to me so yeah..." She shifted the position she was standing in then cleared her throat.

"You do have friend right?" Blunt much?

Eh. Blunt and extremely hard question to answer. It felt like some sort of interrogation or something."Well...."Savannah said, biting her lip.

"My bestest friend goes to Beauxbatons, I know people here and they are friendly with me but I wouldn't call them friends."This kept on getting more awkward for her. She now felt like crying which wasn't good.

"I guess the answer is no."

*poutttt*

Rhea's arms crossed over her chest as she listened to Savannah speak. She watched the girl bite her lips and noted how uncomfortable she was beginning to look. Maybe she shouldn't have asked that but she was very curious to the answer.

"Hmm I see, well I think first thing you should do when moving to a new school is to get yourself some friends, good ones who care about you and not about your money or rep, that way when you're feeling low or hurt or love sick you'll have someone to turn to. I'm really glad I have a friend in Aiden and hey, maybe when you figure out how to do the nice thing you can be our friend and work your way back from there."

She smiled at the girl and would have offered her a hug but wasn't sure if claws would come out.

"It's not people's money that I worry about."She snapped, the first time today at Rhea. She was being honest though, money matter to her but she didn't really care about other people's money. "I dated Aiden, he isn't rich. I don't judge people based on their money."She rambled while tapping her shoe on the cobblestone. Was she slightly offended ? Yes. Should she be ? no. It was stupid and Savvy did know this, it didn't stop her from being a bit sour though.

Rhea shook her head and took a step back from savannah. The girl had taken what she said completely the wrong way and here she was thinking she was finally getting through to her. She sighed.

"I think you misunderstood what I said," she said looking at the blonde.

"I mean, some people befriend people for that very reason and I was encouraging you to choose your friends wisely and choose friends who don't really care about that."

"I chose my friends wisely."Savannah said with a flip of her blonde hair."And anyway, I don't really have any good friends so we don't have to worry about me having bad friends now."And with that, she crossed her arms. There was a pout on her face, an innocent one.

Rhea blinked a few times rapidly. This girl was so unpredictable where emotions were concerned. The only emotion that was constant seemed to be her feelings for Aiden and the sadness of not having him. She frowned as Savannah flipped her hair. She hated when girls did that.

"Well look, we didn't get off on a good start but if you'll have me I'll be your friend. I won't always tell you what you want to hear, but I will tell you what you need to know."

She extended her hand to her, hoping that the girl would put aside her attitude and pride and just shake it.
