This guy seemed cool and Savvy was pretty sure Cody hated her so she had nothing to lose. So, the truth came, "I'm like Cody, I'm still hung up over my ex. Aiden, my ex, has just been rejecting me and rejecting me. I needed someone to help me get over him and Cody was there."She said, with a shrug. She sounded like such an awful person."I just wanted attention from a boy I guess. It's hard for me to take constant rejection. It can bruise your ego."Yeah and Savvy had quite a large one.tehehe. She let out another sigh, looking up at the ceiling."I like Cody and stuff I really do, just he isn't Aiden and I can't help but pay attention to Aiden whenever I see him. I do have feelings for Cody, I do. I just have stronger ones for my ex."she said, biting her lip again. She looked at Torin for a moment."I'm sorry for like giving you this big huge tale of drama, I'm sure you don't appreciate it." Guys didn't like drama, nor hearing about it. |

"Well, I left the school after 4th year to persue my career and I finished school in the United States, just actually finished recording another album but my manager is like working me to the point where I can't deal with it, I've got another tour over the summer to promote the new album which will be interesting. Plus I've got a job in the Ministry working on Level 2 in the Department of Magical Education, I swear that I'm going to wear myself out before I'm 20." |

"It's hard but sometimes it's best to wait. I mean even if you like Cody and he likes you, you both know that it's just a rebound. But maybe it's good to wait until you're over your ex and find a guy that you like and want to just be with because they make you truly happy." He shrugged as she said she was sorry about the drama. "It's okay. I know a fair bit about drama and I don't mind listening to people." |

She looked at Torin for a moment, frowning. He had a point, yes. She still didn't want to hear it though. "Look, I know this is going to sound crazy..."she took a pause to think before she spoke. A new habit she planned on making."I just...like, need that attention."She said, another shrug. "And I don't think I'm getting over my ex soon."Savannah said. |

"It doesn't sound crazy. When my girlfriend broke up with me a few Terms ago I was really upset because I still loved her. I had a rebound because it was hard to see her and not be with her. I thought I loved the other girl and she loved me back... but she didn't. And she ended up hurting me soon after." It was still something that he didn't like thinking about because he had been used by someone that he had thought of as a friend. He wanted to forgive Alex, but he couldn't. "But I worked everything out with my ex, and now we are together again and happy." |

Ah but she wouldn't have it any other way. Kayla raised an eyebrow at Amanda. "Wow that is really full on. I don't envy you at all." And then she belatedly realised something that Amanda had just said. "Wait. You've got a job at the Ministry? Why would you want to go and work there?" She had this exciting life as a rock star and she wanted to work at the Ministry? Weird. |

It was just immensely stressful at times and there were days that she wished she was just a normal young woman. |

Mmm bleh. Awful first post *pokes it* The first thing Savannah noticed when approaching the large wooden double doors left open for the many guests, former alumni's that would be attending the ball, was the lights from within followed by the beautiful decorations. Chatter came from every direction and a soft smile formed on the young woman's lips. Hogwarts hadn't changed at all, had it? The only thing that was missing were the friends she'd made throughout those seven years attending school here, but she knew they weren't really missing. Most of them she was sure to see at one point or another tonight, Savannah was confident of that. "This is very nice," Savannah gave her little sister a quick sideways glance, "It feels a little bit strange being back, though." The thought of coming back to Hogwarts had never once crossed her mind; not really, anyway. Here or there, she and Lexi would talk about old memories and possibilities of the future, but never any serious thoughts toward visiting their former school again. Katie nodded ever-so-slightly, being reminded of the lack of bounce to the stray strands near her face as she did so. She wasn't use to having straight hair. Or wearing dresses and wedge heel shoes, for that matter. But this was a ball, it was expected of her and.. she was a GIRL. Not that the - HER - boys often noticed that fact. Staying quiet, the young Hufflepuff let Savannah tug her over toward the pictures, noticing one in particular from their old Quidditch team by the looks of it. Speaking of which, where were the boys? |

It didn't help that he'd been away so long. But being reunited with Tristan was enough to endure his absence. It wasn't as if she was alone while he was gone, anyway, and she always had his letters to look forward to. But it was much better here on his arm, though. Mozzie's face lit up with a bright grin and she fluttered her lashes at her date. "Why thank-you, Tristan. You look quite dashing yourself," she added, biting her lower lip and twisting in place. Then, with a softer smile, she nodded at Tristan. "It's really, really great to be here with you, too," she confessed out loud. "I really missed you. I know you've got a really great reason for returning to your travels but..." Mozzie trailed for a moment, trying to phrase the words properly. She didn't want to sound selfish or bratty but she also wanted him to understand. And it was a difficult balance. Ordinarily, Mozzie would just have blurted out her thoughts, but Tristan made her act different, for the better. "I just hope you enjoy your Quest and remember what's waiting for you back here," she settled with, tucking her lower lip between her teeth again. |

She looked at Torin for a moment,"You are seriously a great help."she said, a nod of her head. She felt much better by talking to him actually. She still had an awful night but it had gotten a tiny bit better."Thanks."she said, with a nod. |

SAVANNAH? She stepped carefully over to the girl, peering at her. It was her, wasn't it? Surely it was. She couldn't have changed that much. And - yeah, that must be her little sister! "Vannah?" she said curiously, tilting her head. She wondered for a moment if Vannah would recognize her...after all, she hadn't spent too many years with her. And Ema must have changed...a bit. Don't go crazy, Ema. You do not need to attack her. Nope. Nuh-uh. This is a ball. You will be calm and composed. OMGOSH!!! Stop it. |
To be honest, if he wasn't with Nancy... Steven wasn't sure he would even have gone to the Ball. Although he COULD dance, that didn't mean he LIKED to. Sigh. However, he assumed with Nancy, and the others (such as Paris and Lyra) coming back, he would more than likely not STOP dancing. Oh well, at least he had comfortable pair of shoes on. Running his hand through his hair and spreading the gel through his newly shortened hair he sighed a little more and then made his way towards the Entrance Hall. He had to go and find his Girl, and he assumed that was where she would be. What, with being a prefect and all. Hmm. He bet she looked good. Then again, she always looked good. She would look stunning and would no doubt render him speechless. Geez, he loved her. It had been amazing over the last few months since they had gotten back together. With a dreamy look over his face, the eighteen year old walked through the halls until he got to the Hall. |

Valentine spun her head around. It sounded as though someone called her name. Where... who... so many people she didn't recognize. Another girl was looking at Valentine in a questionate way. Valentine tried to not look so confused as she tried to figure out who the girl was. She looks famaliar... Valentine thought. The only people she ever really hung around with in her Hogwarts days were guys. Well that and... "Aggie?" |

Shifting a bit on her toes, Katie offered Emalyn a smile and small, silent wave of her hand. She didn't want to interupt the pair. "I'm going to go look for Danny and Orlando," She murmured, dark eyes resting on her sisters' for a moment. "I'll come find you and Alexis in a little bit or something." She had something to ask the older girl later anyway, it was important. Savannah's attention was taken from the alumni pictures as a familiar voice said her name rather questioningly as if not sure it was really her, the young woman spun around to face the younger girl, a soft gasp escaping from her mouth at the sight of an all grown up Emalyn. She had known the little girl wouldn't stay in second year after she and the others had left school but the idea of her growing and changing compared with the real live version were two very different things. "Ema!" Vannah greeted brightly, ocean blue eyes dancing with obvious excitement as she quickly pulled the Hufflepuff into a warm hug. "My goodness," Vannah gushed, stepping back to hold Emalyn at arms length and examine her. "Adorable little Ema isn't so little anymore! You've grown into a beautiful young lady now, just as expected! How have you been?" She smiled encouragingly after Katie until her little sister disappeared into a crowd of people, then focused once more on Ema. She had grown so much! Now only about two inches shorter than her, but still with the same dark hair and pale green eyes. Still the same Ema, surely. |
Err, sort of crappy post...sorry. :/ <3333 Quote:
"Let's get inside." Taking his hand Nancy began Yes, only reason she wanted to go outside...only reason. Cough! |
SPOILER!!: Cutesy Cameron <3 “Yeah well.. one day I'll be on stage.” He said proudly. “Then feigning death will be a regular occurrence.” Greenwood humour? N'aw. “I like to think I get it from my granddad on my mum's side.” He smiled. The Greenwoods didn't really appreciate Oliver's random and often rather offensive humour. At. All. He gave her a look.. but couldn't keep his face straight and it cracked into a smile. Muggle chat up lines.. did he reh-heally have to embarrass himself and explain? Er.. yes. It appeared he did given little performance there from Cameron. Maan, since when did a girl have such power over him? “Fine.” He said, wrinkling his nose and looking at Cam as if she was a cwute ickle kitten. Ahem. “It was just a line. A cheesy muggle chat up line. I though it would make you laugh.” Not result in twenty million questions. He smiled embarrassedly and scratched at his mop of curls. Girls. “I'm NOT lying!” He protested but then he saw her expression and stuck his tongue out. So not funny, Ms Cameron. Heh. “See? Weird.” He smirked. His eyebrows raised incredulously. He would have mock gaped at the girl if her words weren't true. “Pfft. It's not my fault death has it in for me.” He teased. And, no! The squid WASN'T intending on eating them! One day he would prove to Cam that Henry Bartholomew was just being friendlily. He frowned confused wondering what that was supposed to mean. “Suuuu.. if I ask say.. Bunz to dance...” Cue mischevious look. “..You wont get annoyed because you refused to dance with me?” Oh ho ho. Was Cameron a jealous chick? Guess they would find out later tonight with all those request for dances when he was in the Receiving Line. Oh dear. Persuade her? “Whacha want me to do? Beg? Get down on my knees and plead?” Cos he would do it. And who would be the most embarrassed? Not Oliver fo sho. Heh. He was glad she'd never tried out for the Gryffie team. Could make things a little awkward, you know? He smirked. “It's not my fault you have no spacial awareness.” He said nonchalantly before he let out a laugh. “Still, I saved Torin from any more foot injuries, didn't I?” Smirrrrrk. Ok... so now he was being pulled along.. and not towards the dancefloor either. 'Food table here we come. Pffft.' He WOULD get her on that dancefloor if it killed him. |
Sila and Nancy <3 <3 <3 SPOILER!!: Silaaaaa Steven grinned happily as Nancy told him how handsome he looked. He ran his hands over the suit jacket and tilted his head. "Well thank you Ma'am. You look particularly stunning tonight." He paused, kissed her back and shook his head. "But I said that already huh? Oh well, you look amazing so it deserves to be repeated." "Oh, well... Baby I don't think I should steal you away for the whole night." Steven said, with a sarcastic smirk to his voice as he leant down to kiss her lips again. "However, I'm a Slytherin so what I'm meant to do doesn't really matter." He winked at her as he slipped his arm around her waist to give her more stability on her heels. He hadn't seen them, but he knew that they must be high because of the added height she had tonight in comparison to normal. "Besides, if you want to go outside... what right do I; your lowly servant, have to refuse?" He asked the Goddess who was standing with him right now. "If m'Lady wants to go outside, we will go outside." He nodded. As always, Steven would do anything for his Slytherin Princess... a fact he was hoping to seal tonight. So yes, outside was better. |

Ariel bounced in looking absolutely stunning. She turned around to her boyfriend making sure he was behind her. "Teeeeeal! Are you coming?" She said running back and taking his arm. "Isn't it beautiful? The kids did a great job. Oh look! I sold him a wand! Oh Oh Oh and her... and that one." She turned to her boyfriend and smiled up at the handsome older man. |
