unwanted fruit? Baha! Where did that come from? Before she even got a few feet away, Evelyn heard what Destiny said, making her frown. How could she FORGET the slap. Or, slaps, for plural. And there goes the giggle monster again... Shaking her head and rolling her eyes, Evelyn started to walk away again, but not before tripping. WHAT was holding onto her legs? Destiny?! JEEZ! She just wanted to go and write down her observations for this dang assignment. But alas, she was falling...falling... ...falling. And then her face was in fluff. Yes, fluff. Or more specifically, Sly's tummy. And he was batting at her head as if it was some play toy. Her head, was NOT a play toy! Nor was her hair, but noooo, he wanted to chew on that too. Apart from the giggle monster clinging to her legs for dear life, and the chewing fluff ball biting and pawing her head, Evelyn would say this was a very successful assignment and that her potion worked brilliantly. Though she would need to add crazy, mental, and disillusionment to her list of observations for the assignment. "Let go Destiny! We need to go back up to the castle. It's getting late." Plus she was done checking her flitterbloom. And she figured she'd need to plant a few more flowers now. |
4:30am, it's what I come up with XD Snuggling into Evelyn's legs, Destiny hardly noticed Evelyn falling. She was still clinging onto her legs, only now it was a lot less comfortable than before. Probably because her legs were underneath herself in such a strange angle, and the circulation was cutting off. She couldn't feel her legs. Letting go of Evelyn's legs, since there was no way she was leaving her there right now, Destiny sat up and stretched her legs out in front of her. Ahhh. She could wiggle her toes without that annoying tingling sensation. She couldn't help but giggle at what Sly was doing to Evelyn, because he was just SO DARN CUTE! She had picked the CUTEST KITTY EVERRR! But..why wasn't he playing with her like that? He was a kitty traitor, he was! Evelyn wasn't the one who feed him..or played with him..or dragged him out of that little crevice he got himself stuck in! No, no, no! This was all not right. Her giggling stopped as she thought about all this, and then she remembered everything. EVERYTHING! Pointing her finger at Evelyn, Destiny gasped, 'You punched me!' But that was not what was important right now, 'You gave me that potion!' She'd take a punch over that potion any day. |
Finally able to get the cat paws to stop batting at her head, and since Destiny stopped hugging her legs, she sat up and turned around so she could sit. Noticing a few leaves in her hair, she sighed in frustration before picking it out. After a minute or so, she blew out a frustrated breathe and slapped her hands down on the ground. Now she really had to take a shower later. But that would have to wait for later. Right now, she was being accused of something that was TOTALLY true. "So? You slapped me!" Repeatedly. It was a perfectly good excuse to punch someone, and she didn't even punch Destiny that hard. The girl was lucky she didn't break her nose! "Plus I needed a grade for this. I didn't want to have to go track down that dog or anybody at the moment." Because that would require exercise and she didn't feel like doing that. Which, now that she thought about it, a moment ago she was fighting with Destiny, which could be considered as exercise. Huh. Looking over to Sly, who was still tangled up in the leash, Evelyn picked him up and held him. Glancing at Destiny, Evelyn had to do a double take for a moment before she stopped and starred at the girl in front of her. Destiny did not look too happy. Smiling slightly, she decided to make a run for it. Tossing Sly over to Destiny, Evelyn stood up as quickly as possible, maybe slipping once, before she took off. RUN AWAY! "See you at the castle!! And THANKS!" |
Destiny still had her finger pointed at Evelyn. It made her seem fiercer than what she really is..or at least she thought it did. Was she not going to say anything? Or was she just going to sit there and deny the whole thing? Hmm? Hmm? Hmmmm? Just about to ask, Evelyn had spoken. Whaaaat? But.. That was not a good reason at all to be punched. 'It was an accident slap! And it would have never happened if you hadn't BURNED THE SPIDER!' Did Evelyn forget about that? Probably not. It's not something you just forget.. And the reason for giving her the potion was no better. 'I would have taken it if you just asked.' She would have had to ask and maybe make her some food..and do her homework..and bathe Sly..but that would be all! Only a few little things for drinking that potion. What if it was poison, and it had killed her? Would that grade be worth it? Yeah..it probably would. HUMPH. Destiny finally lowered her finger when Evelyn picked up Sly. 'Watch it Sly, she might punch you too.' Sly would scratch her face off if that happened. On second thought..nahhh. No need to see blood. Destiny barely caught the cat when he was viciously thrown at her, but he was big enough now to catch. 'See you at the castle and thanks..' she mocked her as she ran away. Pffft. Standing up, Destiny quickly brushed herself off before untangling Sly from his leash. While he went back to chasing his tail, she slowly walked over to where Evelyn had planted her flitterbloom plant she received last term. She checked to make sure Evelyn was still running, drew back her leg, and with one fast swing, Destiny kicked it. Yeah. She felt better now. Picking up Sly, since she didn't feel like dragging him, Destiny headed back towards the castle.. ..feeling like unwanted fruit. |
Brant walked into the Student Garden, and was shocked he has never been in here before. Sitting down he was waiting for Miranda, they haven't seen each other since the Match and Brant was wondering if she was upset at him.. He was so nervous, he just sat playing with his hands. |
Miranda walked off towards the garden and spotted Brant sitting by himself. She smiled as she approached him. "Heya Brant!" Sitting down next to him, she wondered why he had wanted to meet here. Not that she minded, it was a very beautiful place to meet. "Sooo... What's up?" She asked, flashing him another smile. |
Quote:
Oh, Miranda thought that Brant wanted something to say... erm.... well No, he didn't he just wanted to take some of her time, before they were all too busy with finals and then going away for the summer. "Oh, Nothing I just haven't.... well seen each other for a while. and I thought it would be good to see you before we left for the summer." he said while smiling again at her. |
She waited and was curious to what he wanted to say to her. When he spoke, Miranda listened intently, her small smile still in place. Oh... "Oh yeah, we haven't..." There's been so much going on, what with studying and all the other crap, there just hasn't been time to do anything else it seemed. She leaned back on the bench and took a deep breath. It was a nice day. "So how you been? How's the studying for finals going?" Heh! |

"Yeah, Its good to see you every once in a while" he added while laughing. He joined her and relaxed a bit more. "Oh, My finials are going alright. Done very well on my Muggle studies and Ancient Runes. how about yours?. " he asked her while putting out his hand, maybe she would notice it and then put her hand in his.. He didn't want to make the first move. but Hes giving her a chance to. He suddenly started to get nervous again. |
She joined in on his laughter a little. Yeah, it was nice to see him. Miranda listened and was quite happy everything was going good for him, he deserved all those nice things. "I'm glad to hear that, Brant." She smiled. But she didn't notice his hand, instead, she rested her head against his shoulder, linking her arm around his, and felt quite content there. "Oh, it's going allright, I guess. Don't think I've gotten an Troll on any yet... I hope." She chuckled. The sun was very nice and warming her face. It felt good, specially since everything that had happened this term. It seemed that everything was looking brighter. Quite literally also. "Got any plans for the summer?" Playing Quidditch, no doubt? Well, that's what Miranda was going to do. Ofcourse. |

"Im probley going to get a Troll, On Arthimancy Im so terrible in that class." he chuckled. "Erm, no big plans Besides my Aunt get married thats about it. Just going to relax over the summer holidays, Maybe I can come visit you, or you can come visit me if you want to.. Just send me an owl" he said while getting so relaxed arm in arm with his "Bel". |
Dum dee-dum dum... "Ugh, Arithmancy...no, we don't like that one..." she said, pouting. Seriously, that was like the most difficult lesson the school had. Not to mention the most annoying one too. Snort. "I'm sure you'll do fine... You're a smart guy." "Oh, the wedding, ofcourse. That's...nice." She wasn't sure what they were for, but lots of people did it, so it probably was something those people enjoyed. Heh. Ofcourse she knew what a wedding was and all...but the symbolism was lost on her. Now relaxing, that she could totally get. Aw, she would indeed be missing lots of people from Hogwarts during the summer, so yeah, visiting sounded like a great idea. "Yeah, that sounds fun." She nodded as best she could. "I wonder what next term has instore for us. Hopefully it'll be quieter. " Just not the Quidditch part. "You ready for next Quidditch Season, Captain?" Hehehe. |
Quote:
"Thanks Miranda, thats one person who thinks im smart" he said laughing. "Yeah I think Im going to be visiting alot of people from hogwarts." he said but mostly it was just going to be Miranda. "I'm not sure If I'm going to be made Captain, again I do hope so though." he said.... "Or maybe even Prefect, My mother would be soo happy. She was prefect when she went to the Wizarding school in Canada. She keeps telling me story's, Some times more then once." Laughing. Brant always laughed with Miranda, then a thought popped into his head. "Hey, did you ever finish that chocolate cake I made for you?" Chuckles. |
Nate wandered into the Gardens thinking about final exams, and his homework, and Cadence. He hadn't stopped thinking about her since he saw her lying on the ground, knocked out. And walking into this garden didn't help. Memories of what they used to be flooded back into his mind. He sat down on a bench and replayed every moment of their happiness. He was positive he had made the right decision but it seemed so faulty. He just wanted to make everybody happy. |

She smiled, . The one person who thinks he's smart? Hah, that was probably not true. Aw, visiting people was fun. It would be weird going back home after all this long time together at school. But summer wasn't that long... Miranda wasn't sure if that was a good or bad thing. Heh. He wasn't sure? "Well...did you do a bad job as Captain?" She lifted her head to look at the boy, one arched eyebrow. Though she didn't give him time to respond. "No, I don't think you did." Hehe. "Really? You prefer Prefect over the awesome title of CAPTAIN?" Miranda, jokingly, gasped loudly and put a hand on her chest. But she winked. Aw, his mother was a Prefect? "That's cool. In Canada?" She asked curiously. "Do they have houses in that school?" EEEEEEErrr... Chocolate cake? Oh, she knew what he was talking about, just not sure if she should tell him she saved it for SEVERAL days or be honest and say she hogged it down in a few hours. Well... he wasn't really asking for that. "Yes... I did." Her lips curled into a smile, an embarrassed one too. "It was delicious, thankyou. Sorry I didn't make you anything to eat. But I'm really not a good cook." Hehehe. |

Omg, He almost forgot about the present he made for her in the Ancient Runes Final. He thought and thought about what to say, to give it to ther. "Thats great that you finished, it just let me know when you need a chocolate fix" he said while chuckling. "Theres houses in the wizarding school, In canada but I've never been there, I've started here. My parents and I went looking around for other wizarding school to enroll me in. and we all picked Hogwarts. So much more history here then back at home." he said ... "Maybe I'll owl my mum and dad and ask them about the schools" that sounded like a good idea. Then Miranda said something about not being a good cook "Miranda I could always give you lessons if you want.. its always fun." then in a whisper he added. "I'll do most of the work, and you can take credit for it ahah" Then he looked around to see if any one was watching. "I hope she doesn't think this is cheesey" he thought. "Well, Miranda you know in the Ancient Runes Final, well erm...... I made you something" he said while getting a little red in the face. |

"Yeah, my mom said the local day care can't take her until she is 1. And then they don't accept new babies until August. But then I'll be back here with you. 7th year. Wow. That makes me sound so old." he rambled. He just kept day dreaming of them together. He just wanted to hold her and kiss her. But he couldn't because it would never work out. He couldn't last two days without her neverless a year. |
