The Student Garden Your wonderful Professor Bunbury has been extremely careful and tedious in preserving this garden started by Professor Caraccio. She hasn't moved a single plant around nor made any other changes, with the exception of the puffapods and flutterbies the class planted in Term 21 in the southwestern corner of the garden. Oh, and don't overlook that bright, shiny pink shed in that contains tools, buckets and watering cans for the students to use. A warm pond with giant Victoria amazonica water lilies borders the western edge of the garden and newly painted pink benches have been renovated so hardworking students may take a rest after pulling weeds by the pond. Lining the student gardens are the cherry trees which were grafted in Term 15 and the Northern Planters are occupied by the student hybrids created at the end of Term 16. North-Eastern Planter

What kind of days did Hogwarts have in store for Allison? As of that first day it was chaos. She really couldn't believe things could get crazier than they did the night of the feast, but things just seemed to get more and more complicated. True she had met several new people, but in that load of new people, some of them were out to get Allison. (Or so she saw it that way) Allison needed peace and quiet. She had thought the library would provide that. But even after completing her homework for Astronomy she could still hear the echoes of people talking and remember all the interruptions. So there she was walking into the student garden with nothing but her mother's butterfly accompanying her. She was set to meet Arya there, and that would suit her just fine, after all, Allison had loads of ranting to do. |
Arya walked slowly through the garden admiring all the magical plants. She had takin her shoes off and had them in her hand to feel the ground beneth her. She wished she had brung Perseus with her, but she didn't have the heart to wake the sleeping kitten. Walking through a row of flowers she saw Allison. Walking over to her she wraped her arm around Allison's. "Hey Allie, whatcha thinkin 'bout?" |
Away. He had to get away. That's what he had decided after the whole...episode at the Great Hall. He just needed some peace and quiet. Unfortunately while he had been looking for the library, he had ended up in the Student Garden. Plopping down on the grass, Sabel folded his arms under his head after loosening his tie, and looked up at the stars, starting to count them for no particular reason. He knew he would lose track and have to start again, but at least it kept his mind off of things. |
"What I'm thinking about?" that was the worst question Arya could have asked. At least if she expected a simple answer. "Lots of things! Millions of things! Did you know muggle preach global warming, yet they do nothing about it? We at least use brooms. But them? Uh-uh. I told my best friend back home to use a bike instead of making her mum drive her to school. She thought I was a nut-job. Well I'll tell you what! If I could, if I was Minister of Magic, I'd get rid of it all! And why do we have to hide from the muggle society?!" Yes. Allison was rambling and trying to avoid getting to the point. "I was doing our Astronomy homework, and I found out that there are rumors that we have never actually gone to the moon. I felt so dumb! How could I answer the questions Professor McFarlane asked if I didn't have good information? It's all so dumb!" Stomping towards the cherry trees Allison turned and faced Arya, "I didn't want to come to a school of crazies!" And wa-lah, her real concern was finally shown. |
Of all the thing she thought Allison would talk about, Global Warming was not one of them. She listened quietly as Allison rambled on from one odd topic to another until she reached one that she hoped wouldn't stress Allison out more than she already was. "I know what you mean, it tooks me hours to finish my Astronomy homework. There was so much about the stars I didn't know..."Her speech drifted off as she gazed up at the stars. "The school's not full of crazies Allie its just a few."She was still looking at the stars, thinking about eventful the day had been. "That girl that came to our table was definatly wierd, but I think we out number them. Wasn't flying fun?"Arya looked down just in time to see Sabel gazing up at the stars as well. She headed in his direction with Allison in tow. "Hey Sabel, fancy seeing you here."She gave him a warm smile. |
One hundred fiftyone...one hundred fiftytwo...one hundred fiftythree...one hundred fifty four...one hundred Arya? His eyes snapped over and his head up at the sound of his name. He blinked twice. Arya and Allison. Suddenly, he felt very small. Very very small. Like the stars were. His eyes flicked to Allison, remembering the note that seemed to burn a hole in his pocket at the moment. "Uh...hey guys...Arya...Allison..." Glup. |
Aw boo. Allison didn't want any reminder of the event at the table, and there was Mister Sabel. Laying as if not a care in the world. The idea of pouncing on him occurred to Allison, but quickly she decided against it. How very unlady like tsk tsk. Rolling her eyes she followed Arya and stared at Sabel with boredom. It was too bad that such a beautiful night could not be appreciated by a childish eleven year old in such a foul mood. Pointing her index finger at Sabel she accused him in a mono-tone voice, "You left us to be eaten by a tiger!" Even though her voice sounded bored, one could hear the emotion behind it. |
Sabel blinked at the finger. And then at the accussation. Slowly and very carefuly so as not to further disturb the disgruntled girl, he sat up. "Uhm...if I recall Allison, that tiger wasn't hunting for you." He waved his arms a little, not really caring to hide his frustration at the day's events. He was tired, the day had been a mess and now this. "You weren't about to get auctioned off like some puppy! What would you have had me do? Sit there and take it?! You were getting upset from me just being there." He didn't understand. Just what was going on? |
Arya ploped herself beside Sabel and layed down in a soft patch of grass on her stomach. Looking from Allison to Sabel she didn't know what to say. She understood where both of them were coming from, but didn't want to start an argument so late. She was tired and the last thing she needed was a fight. "Guys can we please talk about something else? I don't wanna talk about this. Flying class was fun wasn't it?" |
ASDFGHJKL! x a billion and one! Didn't he get it she was defending him. She was about to become a tiger herself! Okay, maybe not. She was about to have Robin peck the girl! Okay she wasn't going to either. "Arya...Sabel just screamed at me," Allison looked at Arya to solve the problem. With big puppy eyes she sent Arya a plead: auction Sabel before I want to adopt him as my brother. Too many emotions were running through her head. Sabel was the only guy apart from Damien, but she really didn't know him, who had been nice to Allison. Thus the reason she admired him. However when that other girl had ridiculed her, and had talked about her family company chocolates to Chaucer, and had ignored Allison she had wanted to smack the girl with her shoe. And then some random Slytherin had saved the day and had left Allison with chaos and a massive headache. Has she not screamed at the poor old man portrait that claimed himself a pirate? And all for what? For Sabel to scream at her?! Of course, Allison was exaggerating. |
Arya reached up and gently pulled Allison down beside her, positioning herself between the two in order to keep the peace. "Guys come on, its over and done with. Lets just move on with it." She looked at both of them with a little fustration in her voice. This was not the peacefull evening she had in mind. |
Emily walked into the student garden hoping for some peace and saw, suprise, Arya, Allison and Sabel. "Hey Guys!" |
Sabel blinked again at that, mentally replaying the past thirty seconds in his head on chipmunk-rewind speed. He paused and fastforwarded to present time before letting out a huge sigh. He gave Arya an apologetic glance that said he had to deal with this now before he exploded like an overmicrowaved pizza pop. "Look Allison. I'm sorry. I didn't mean to snap." He hadn't yelled exactly, but his tone had been harsher than he had intended it to be. "I'm just, really tired and today was just downright confusing. I had no idea what was going on. One minute it was us, the next it was these girls. I'm sorry I bailed, I panicked." And then Emily was there. Blinking he looked up and forced a tight smile. "Hey Emily." In truth, he loved being around his friends, but at that moment he wanted to work things out with Allison. He wanted to be back on the same page with her; the page in her good books. |
Allison's jaw drop. Had she just been scolded?! The last person who had scolded her had been her mother, and it was because she had changed her brother's online gaming password and refused to tell him the new one. With a small voice she answered Arya's question, "Flying was amazing." HA! Try getting something more out of me Arya! And there she went again, Allison and her self-monologue. And before she could go on being sarcastic Sabel said sorry and the broke Allison's little tough front. Being the cry-baby that she could be Allison's water-works broke loose. "That's not faaaaair! You said sorry! Not fair. No." Crawling towards Sabel she petted him as if he were her pet, "Ish ok. I'ves fohgiven joo." Looking up from Sabel's petting Allison looked at Emily and have a hiccup of a hello. She wasn't the one who could deal with emotions and when times got too rough, the only thing Allison knew how to do was cry. Giving a watery smile to Arya while still latched onto Sabel she said, "Professor Vindictus is a much better teacher than my cousin Bianca." |
A look from Sabel told Arya that this wasn't gonna end just yet. She sighed an understanding sigh and let Sabel speak his mind. Truth was she wasn't to happy about what happened at the table either, but she wasn't angry at Sabel for leaving. She remembered the look he gave her when they were at the table that said he had no idea what was going on. Looking up she smiled at Emily, "Hey Em." before looking to Allison. "You know you can't blame Sabel for what happened. He was just as confused as we were. None of us knew that the girl was crazy."She hated going against Allison but she had to side with Sabel on this one. |
Dropping Sabel's head Allison looked at Arya with astonishment. She had nothing to say back, perhaps because Arya was 100% right, or perhaps because Arya was going against her. We shall never know, but one thing was for sure, at that very moment, on that school night...Allison Scott was speechless. Wiping at her tears she sat as so to hug her knees, and when she did she did the only thing logical in her head, she stuck her tongue out at Arya. "Fine whatevs. I swear I won't try to help Sabel anymore." Looking at Sabel the corner of her lips tilted upward, "I mean, Sabel is a big boy. I'm sure he can save himself." |
Originally, he had opened his mouth to ask why in the world apologizing was not fair. Then he was going to give Arya a small, apprecative smile for her understanding. The way he saw it, the frustration and anger between all of them shouldn't be happening; things got crazy, everyone did something silly and here they were. Simple as that. At least he thought it was simple until Allison latched onto him and started crying. And petting him. Why was she petting him? The only word that came to mind was a small cry of help in that he had no idea how to react. He wasn't good with girls, not when it came to crying and clinging and well...what had happened at the table. So, he did what his mind perhaps thought reasonable and patted her back. And then she was gone again. He blinked over at her with her words and was right dumbfounded. He thought he had tried taking care of himself by leaving. He could only stare at the other girl. Unfortunately he couldn't remove the bewildered bug-eyed look from his face. He wished someone would explain what was going on exactly. |
Arya felt the tears weld up in her eyes but she refused to let them fall. She went over and hugged Allison in hopes to comfort her. Looking at Sabel she shot him a 'help me' look. Hoping he would know what to say, or atleast say someting. It seemed he was too lost for words. |
Patting Arya's arm Allison grinned at the three crazies next to her. She had already assimilated that she was insane as well, so in her words 'whatevs.' Standing up she looked at her friends, "So who here was being a tough dude, and was talking back to my Head of House." Allison bit her bottom lip and looked at Sabel. She didn't understand why he looked so uncomfortable. Everything was okay now. Yes. He had cheated and said sorry, and that had solved things. After such a long emotional roller coaster, Allison fetched her bunny pack and retrieved a chocolate. Stuffing it in her mouth--for energy, she plopped down on the grass and stretched her arm out for her mother's butterfly who had wandered off during the little emotional scene. "Little." |
And then she had to bring up that. Sabel redenned a little out of embarrasment at the reminder of the flying lesson but somehow managed to keep his chin up. He wasn't ashamed of what he had done nor was he sorry for it. Instead he gave a one shouldered shrug and folded his legs under him. "I was just expressing my opinion." He picked at the grass. He didn't like to see it as 'talking back' persay, but he supposed that was how it was defined. "I don't see what was so wrong about going down to help, or try to help, Keeley. I wasn't trying to be tough or talk back." So, were they okay now? He spared a glance at Arya and noticed she looked rather upset too. He was soo confused. |
Arya blinked her tears away, confusion on her face. What had just happened? In a matter of minutes Allison up and talking about flying class ,eating chocolate like nothing had happened. She remembered vagily what Allison was talking about, but wasn't able to bounce back like Allison. She listened to Sabel talking and wondered if there little argument about breakfast was over. Giving up she sighed and lade down in the grass looking up at the stars. "Was Keeley okay?" It couldn't hurt for her to play along, even if she was still confused. |
Glancing over at Arya he let out a heavy breath. He figured he was about as frustrated and confused as she was. Why was she close to crying? Shaking his head he proceeded to nod, the combination becoming a bit of a dizzying head movement. "I think so. Just a few bumps and brusises." He glanced back at Allison. They couldn't just burry it. Fine. He let out a huff of air. Since he wasn't one for keeping his mouth shut usually he figured now should not be an exception. "So, what exactly is going on here between all of us? What happened at the table and what is going on now? Why are you two close to crying?" |
Allison mimicked what Sabel had been doing earlier and lay on the ground. She didn't recognize one constellation. Well that's why she was going to take Divination. At least she hoped they taught that there. "Well that was brave and all but scary too. Out of all the classes, I think I liked flying best." Turning to look at her friends Allison frowned, "I dunno about Muggle Studies. I was wrong about going there. I thought I'd learn something I didn't know. Seems I already know enough about muggles to worry about the subject. Oh and sorry Arya. Really. I mean kicking you in the stomach with a ball. Ah-ha, oops?" Allison had the gift of energy--and the gift of getting that energy mostly from chocolates. So while her inner turmoil was lost because it no longer contained relevance in Allison's head, Allison was all over the place. The crying had helped her so much that she felt as good as new. However because she was back to her usual self she also managed to skip Sabel and Arya's confusion. And baam inner turmoil wins and is back. "Going on?" Allison looked from Arya to Sabel. Going on? Who was going where? And on what? |
Arya took a deep breath before letting out a long sigh. He's just not gonna let this go. Can't he tell I was glad to be done with it? Now he wants to bring it back up...great. Wiping away they tears she thought was gone, she looked over to Sabel. "I think were all just freaked out by having such a crazy first day...that's all. but were fine now, and I..."She trailed off not knowing what to say cause truth was she didn't know what she was feeling. It was more like a mixture of emotions that all most made her cry. She looked away from Sabel to Allison glad for the change in subject. "Muggle studies was fun, you should go back Allison. It won't be the same without you." She smiled remembering the class. No, it wouldn't be as entertaining without Allie there. |
He glanced between the two girls and his frown deepend. First they were furious with him. Then they were crying. Then they were as happy as the first day he had met them. Then back to nearly crying. Now happy again. He put a hand to his head and flopped onto his back. It was starting to give him a headache; all the circles. But they were back to talking about classes. Classes that didn't involve the Great Hall conversation. He let out a heavy breath. He had trouble letting things go, especially when there was opinion to be had, but Allison had accepted his apology and Arya...well Arya just seemed to want to forget. He supposed it wasn't that much to ask to let it go. So he did and let his eyes return to the stars. That only reminded him he had Astronomy homework to do. Joys. |
"Fun?" Allison gasped, "Fun? You must be kidding. Arya I, Allison icky Scott, smacked you with an old soccer ball. Or football, whatevs!" Crawling towards Sabel once more she cushioned her head with his stomach and sighed. He was so warm and his tummy screamed of cuddles, so moving slightly as to be perpendicular to him Allison shifted her head on his stomach. "That class was awful. I'm sure Professor Lawson knows what he is talking about, but I was so bored. I dun care sasquatch about soccer," Allison delivered the word with disgust. "So were you Arya, don't lie! I saw you. If it hadn't been for my gum you would have fallen asleep!" |
Staring back up to the stars she stole a glance to Sabel when he fell back and watched Allison rest her head on his stomach.Arya laughed at Allison feeling slightly better, and glad Sabel had stoped with his questioning. "I was fun when we started to play soccer, but talking about the history was boring. And I wasn't about to fall alseep...I was just gonna give my eyelids a break." She hoped the next class was just as fun and active as this class was. |
Just when he had decided to relax, to turn his attention back to the stars and settle with listening to his friends chat about classes he felt something on his stomach. At first he thought perhaps it was doing loops from the memories of flying, or that he was hungry as he had barely eaten anything that day. It was definetly one or the other. He moved his hand to pat his stomach and instead patted...HAIR?! His first instinct; jump. Jump high and far and try not to scream. His second, as he knew the jumping and running would probably result in him tumbling into a knotted pile instead, was to go rigid still. And so he did. As if he was being confronted with a Tyranasoraus-rex he froze. They couldn't see you if you didn't move and he hoped that somehow the same concept applied to this situation, though he was fairly certain that the logic didn't. Though he did decide it would be best to cautiously remove his hand from the path of danger and returned it slowly and carefully to his side while he chanced a glance down at who had invaded his bubble. ALLISON?! Of course it was Allison, she had just petted him not five minutes ago. It was a smigen more comfortable to know that it was her and not...well he wasn't too sure who he thought it was at the time but currently there were a few names running through his head. Just a smigen. But that didn't mean his tatics would change. Nope. He lay there. Dead still. |
Last post til a few hours. I must wake up early tomorrow! Dx "Sorry Arya, but you are on your own. I've got a long list of classes I'm planning on taking this term. And Muggle Studies isn't working for me," Allison said as a matter-of-factly. Humming she thought of a way for her to see Arya more often. As it was, with all the classes starting she had barely caught a glimpse of Anastasia. Her mother's butterfly was as alluring to Allison as were the night stars. Shining and glowing, with an inescapable sense of both stars and butterfly having a sort of soul. To her, each star was a person who had passed, and her mother's magic was for Allison a proof of an existence. Both appealed to her greatly. "I love the stars. But you know what, I can't wait for Charms! My mum is-" "Gah!" Sabel's hand had landed on Allison's perfect Chaucer hair-do. Not knowing whether to be bothered because Chaucer's masterpiece would be ruined or because her chatting was interrupted Allison opted to continue her sentence, "My mum is excellent with charms. When her butterfly disappeared I was quite worried." But what was this? Her pillow had suddenly gone rock solid, and the only way to make it all work out in her head...was logically poking it. Poking Sabel's stomach Allison growled. Why should her pillow be uncomfortable? Heck no, loosen up Sabel! |
"Well atleast well still have other classes together. Are ya'll taking Care of Magical Creatures?"Arya stoped looking at the stars and closed her eyes yawning. The little...whatever they just had took what little energy she had left. The thought of sleeping in the garden was sounding really good to her right about now. She spoke to Allison in a sleepy tone. "I can't wait for Charms either, I know a few but not much." She heard Allison make a weird noise but ignored it as she was just to comfortable to move her head or open her eyes. OCC: Goodnight Guys! See ya in the mornin! |
He tried to focus on what they were talking about. He really did. Something about Charms and then something else about Charms and a butterfly. He was about to open his mouth and ask what exactly Allison had meant by that and was going to say he was definetly taking Care of Magical creatures. However, it may have gone over much better if a certain finger hadn't been jabbed into a certain stomach. A surprised squeak expelled itself from his lungs in place of the sentence he had been prepared to deliever, and with the vocalization his body curled inwards a bit so as to try to press his back, and thus his stomach, away from the prodding finger. And then like an elastic band having been snapped, he collpased flat back against the earth, staring at the stars. He could feel his stomach quivering in anticipation of the next attack and he was seriously debating running. However Allison didn't seem, at the current moment, to be of any threat but poking him again or somehow hindering from said-sid escape plan. So, out of many options, he lay there. OOC: Alright guys. It's been a lot of fun and a hoot but I should turn in for the night. I'll definetly post here tomorrow if you guys are still RPing at this site :) Have good one. :glomp: |
Still dragging Lucy with him, Tyler walked into the student garden. He did like plants, and girls usually gave him roses on Valentines Day back home. Though he usually felt awkward to recieve so many that were anonymous. But maybe this time he would give out anonymous flowers to a certain someone. Three guesses who. Tyler let go of Lucy and wandered around the flowers, avoiding the dangerous ones of course. "Have you ever been here?" |

Allison had woken up startled. It was late out and they were suppose to be sleeping in nice warm beds! Not on grass and on a pillow that shifted once in a while! It had seemed that her method of sleeping had done nothing to Sabel, but Arya and Emily seemed to have dozed off. Freaking out more than necessary Allison slapped her hands in front of each of her friend's faces. "Uh-uh! If you are going to sleep, it won't be here!" Kneeling and sitting on her feet Allison groaned, "Come on yall! Wakey wakey! We got a long day tomorrow. Divination and DADA start. Must be ready for that." |
Avery Isabella Grace walked over to the Student Gardens. She walked over to a flower that looked like a white lily and a tiger lily hybrid. Avery caressed the petals with her pale fingers. She murmered a song to it, not caring if she looked like an idiot. Not many people would be able to hear her voice. Her skin was ivory and her eyes were hazel. She wore smokey eye shadow and her lips were ruby red. In her mouth she wore fake vampire fangs that you stuck to your canines. She didn't know why she wore them, she just liked to. Avery's hair was pitch black with a few extentions. She had a petite and elegant frame and she was around 5 feet tall. A bit short for a sixteen year old girl. She wished she knew a few people that was her age. This place was full of little first years and second years. And they were ALL acting as if they were in love. They didn't even know what the meaning of the word is. Avery found it funny. She didn't have her first boyfrind until she was 14 and even then she wasn't obsessed enough with him to say she was in love with him. Poor little kids. |

From where she was making her racket Allison could only see a girl standing among flowers with now a beautiful white glowing butterfly roaming around her head. The image was something that would register in her mind forever. Sometimes Allison thought the place more than just magical, she saw Hogwarts as tragically haunted. She herself sometimes didn't understand what things she picked up, but one thing was true. Hogwarts had a long history. Nudging Sabel with her foot Allison kept staring at the figure. And finally saying a final "WAKE UP!" Allison rolled her eyes and walked over to the girl. "Allison Scott. And that roaming around your head is mine," upon looking at the girl Allison was in between two options, running away terrified at the fake fangs and dark apparel of the girl, or laughing her head off that she had been so scared at first at something so ridiculously fake and make-believe. She hadn't met a single vampire who wouldn't dress like that for fun. What she did notice however with her big chocolate brown eyes, was that the girl although just a few inches taller than Allison's '4"8, was much older than Allison. She wasn't Sabel older, she was I'm a teenager and much older than you older. Tilting her head, Allison's brown silky loose curls tilted; Chaucer's hand magic on her hair was still working its magic and shined beautiful over the star lite sky. |

Blinking he looked around catching sight of Arya and Emily to one side and Allison...oh there she was; walking towards a girl he thought he recognized from the seventh floor. Reaching up he rubbed his eyes, stiffling a yawn. He had fallen asleep? Out here? He looked around again as he rubbed his side where he had apparently been poked and prodded throughout the night. He had fallen asleep. Fancy that. And, besides the brusing he was sure to have on his ribs, he had earned a good sleep. He was about to lie back down in the grass when he heard Allison addressing said-seventh-floor-girl, and his head swivelled over to watch them. |
Avery Sabel & Allison Arya woke up and glared at Allison. She wasn't one to take to being woken forcibly. But before she could say anything she noticed that Allison was talking to someone she couldn't see. Stratching she looked over to Sabel who was too just waking up and smiled before turning to see who or what Allison was staring at. At first she couldn't tell who it was but after rubbing the sleep out of her eyes she noticed it was Avery. She smiled a yawn to the girl. "Hey Avery." |
Quote:
"Nice to meet you my name is Avery Isabella Grace.", she introduced herself. Avery didn't dress dark because she wanted to be a vampire, she dressed dark because it was the clothes that made her feel good about herself. She wore the fangs just because she thought they were cool. "I'm a sixth year Hufflepuff" Avery looked at Arya and said, "Hey Arya, what have you been up too?" |
Quote:
Deciding it was best not to be rude, Sabel gave Avery a wave. "Goodmorning." He pointed at himself before having to use his hand to cover up a yawn that contained 'Sabel Dakest' mummbled in it ending with a 'sorry'. No, he definetly wasn't a morning person. |
Sitting up and crossing her legs she stretched her arms out, still a little sleepy. Looking back to Avery she lazily watched the butterfly that was flying around her head. "Nothin much..*yawn*..just naping with some friends." She smirked at Allison and Sabel, taking note that Emily was still asleep. |
Allison sent Sabel a smirk, "It's still dark out Sabel. No more short naps for you while I'm around." She dotted that down in her head as well; for Allison although with energy, knew for a fact that the minute she truly went to sleep she'd wake up with a massive headache and grand disorientation. It made sense that Arya knew the girl they were both Hufflepuffs after all. Then again Allison had no idea who the other people around the garden were. And she was sure the boy was a Ravenclaw. Nevertheless Allison gave Avery a smile and asked what had been bugging her in her mind, "Why the fangs?" The eleven year old had no tact as to ask things, but she was really curious. She wasn't a vampire, why the fangs? Halloween season was still to come. Unless, the girl thought them overly awesome and wanted to have something similar to them. Wait, do vampires have fangs? Something to look over in the library. For sure. |

"I guess we are," She whispered back, giving him a smile. |
Sabel dropped his hand as he looked around and blinked. Was it really still dark out? He blinked again. It was. It felt like morning. Maybe it was just really early. Scrubbing a hand over his face he glanced at Arya. "Do you know what time it is?" |

Well she guessed vampire fangs were cool. But not her thing. Shrugging Allison was about to ask why she wore make-up as well when Sabel asked the time. Allison opened her mouth to give a smart-butt answer when she realized she didn't have one at all. Ignoring the lot of them, Allison turned to face the sky. What time was it? Not knowing and partially not caring she shrugged. "Dunno. I don't. But I guess it would be best to set off. I don't want to be caught outside at whatever this time it is." She had a long day the following morning...or in a few minutes or whenever. Transfiguration, DADA, Divination...the list was long. Allison picked up her bags and was about to head off when she remembered something. Walking back towards Arya she whispered in her ear, "It's up to you to wake up Emily." Giggling she waved Avery and Arya goodbye and approached Sabel next. "I'm glad we we fixed all that mess. Really it had meh going coo-coo." Twirling her finger by her ear Allison gave Sabel a grin. Sighing she raised herself to her tip-toes and kissed Sabel on the cheek, "Good nighty or morning Sabel. Dun let the excited crazy girls bite. Oh and be careful with getting caught on your way to your room." Nodding to herself, and not wondering whether she had just made poor Sabel completely uncomfortable, Allison skipped off, humming to herself the popular muggle tune at the time. |

It was like the spell the White Witch from Narnia cast over those she didn't like; he felt frozen rock solid. He could only blink as Allison furthered the moment by implanting rather disturbing thoughts and scenarios to run through the film screen that was his mind. And he was left like that, watching her walk away with little motor function or logic to put that function in gear. After a moment he gathered enough wits to say goodbye to the two girls and start off for...his dormitory he supposed. He still didn't know what time it was. |

"Finally," She said with a chuckle, hoping he realized that she was just joking. It had taken him a while, but they got there in the end. And it was like the perfect ending to their story. Except there were bumps that they had to go over now--Traingirl, and Kat. Oh, poor Kat. What would she think? As she thought this, Lucy spoke up. "I wonder what Kat will think of this...and TrainGirl," She said, getting off his shoulder and looking at him with a worried look. She really hoped Kat wouldn't be mad at her. |
group She watched as Allison got up and left, waving goodbye. "See ya in class Allie!"She turned to Sabel about to tell him the time but he was already gotten up to leave as well. "I think its around 10pm Sabel, goodnight!"She turned to Avery and waved goodbye before getting up and heading off to her dormitory. |

"I really hope she understands," She said as she stopped walking and faced Tyler again. And then there was TrainGirl. It was funny because even though Lucy knew her name now, she still kind of liked calling her TrainGirl--it just had a better ring to it. "Let's not worry about her," She said with a smile. |

"Are you serious?! Wow..." She said in response. TrainGirl ticked her off now; it's as if she didn't care about the people she was hurting, and was going through boys as if they were flowers: 'Oh, I don't like this one, I'll throw it away.' Now Lucy shook her head as she thought about her and willed herself to forget about it. It really wasn't her problem. "Yeah, I don't think she'll care much now that she's with Nate," She scoffed, leaning into Tyler again. |

Avery walked out to the gardens and over to a flower bed. "Orchideous", she murmered, swooping her wand in a large circle. A few black roses sprouted from the dirt. "Papilo" A few white butterflies shot out of her wand and circled the roses. |
Transfiguration Lesson #1 Introduction Sidney makes her way to the student garden. She figures it would be the perfect place to let some butterflies free. After all butterflies love flowers. Sidney walks into the garden and the first thing she sees is a map and atlas for the Student Garden. Quote:

transfiguration homework 1 Evelyn had walked all the way from Having never been to the student garden though, she decided to check it out. There were a few people here and there, including someone that looked like they were practicing the spells as well. Aaaand, there were no good quiet spots... Sighing, and without taking her time to look at the beauty of the garden, she went off the trail, ducking under a few branches of trees and making sure to not step on any flowers for fear of Bunz appearing out of nowhere and throwing her to the Devil's Snare. Finally finding a spot where she could sit behind a few bushes and be unnoticed, Evelyn sat down and placed her bag next to her, taking out her wand. Conjuring flowers and butterflies...Weird assignment. Though with a wave of her wand, and a confident "Papilio", a few different butterflies appeared from the end of her wand, including the green and silver, and 'Bunz' butterflies. Watching them fly around for a few moments, leaning against the green bush, she closed her eyes, feeling suddenly tired. Too many sleepless nights and the stuffed dragon that Josh had given her didn't help her fall asleep anymore which slightly frustrated her. Taking a deep breathe and laying down, using her bag as a pillow, she decided to try the flower spell again. At least then she could say that she practiced both...Thinking of roses again, by the time she did the spell, she couldn't decide which color rose she wanted. "Orchideous" she mumbled while swooping her wand in a circle. What came out was not what she was expecting. "A white and red rose? Is that even possible?" She'd never seen such a rose before, and of course, she had to sit up and examine it even more. Well, nothing was NOT possible...Though it wasn't as pretty as a regular red rose, in her opinion of course. |
Nate held Cad's hand as they ran/skipped to the garden. Nate had heard it was romantic at sunset so after dinner he hurried her here. "I hope its as cool as they say" he said sitting down with Cad on his lap. |

And then she ran into a dead end.... She turned around and saw Nate running toward her. So, she had two choices: she could either stand and wait or run toward him. She chose the latter and ran toward him, and said, "You better catch me!" She figured it was best to give him some warning. Then she jumped on him, wrapping her arms and legs around him, still giggling. "Sorry about the water..." she said, smiling, and gave him a kiss. |
Chris Potter walked into the Student Gardens with a little bounce to his step. He had been having so much fun this term with all his new fellow Prefects, meeting the new Professors, and having fun lessons so far. One of his favorites so far was definately Transfiguration with Mrs. Pilliwickle. The Gryffindor Prefect headed over to the main planters of all the plants. And began to just walk down the aisles. Professor Bunbury did such a great job keeping them healthy and nice looking. He decided to do a little bit to help. He pulled out his wand and figured this would be a good place to do his Transfiguration assignment and be helpful to the plants. Butterflies helped to pollinate. As he walked he concentrated as hard as he could on PINK butterflies. He knew that was absolutley, positively Professor Bunbury's favorite color. So every so often he would break his concentration of the pink butterflies, swish his wand around like Professor Pilliwickle had shown them, and say the incantation. "Papilio." a small burst of them would shoot out and begin to lazily float over the flowers. "Papilio." A few more steps. "Papilio." He took some more and then with one more swish. He had conjured enough. "Professor Bunbury will love you guys!" he said as he watched the tiny, PINK butterflies foating around the garden. |

Kat walked into the student garden looking for some new victims. It's been a while since Kat has dungbombed someone. Or shall we say someones. She walked in and noticed Nate with that girl. What was her name? Candance? Cadence? What ever it really didn't matter to Kat. She was on a mission. She positioned herself behing a huge plant knowing no one would be able to see her. She took out 1 dungbomb and launched it at them. Not really caring who it hit. She peeked over a plant and saw it hit the chick. She ran out of the garden before anyone saw her. |

"AHHHHH!" Cadence screamed as she jumped up and whipped out her wand, turning around to see who had done it. She saw a mass of big hair disappearing out of the garden. Cadence pointed her wand at the mass of hair and said, "Stupefy!" Cadence Ballard was one girl you didn't want angry with you. She was something fierce when she was mad. The hair had disappeared, but Cadence didn't know if it was because the person had fallen or if the spell had missed, but Cadence marched toward where she had shot the curse, wand still out, her hand gripping it tightly. If whoever had done that was still there, this was not going to be good. Her face was set, and she had forgotten her promise to herself that she would never let Nate see her this angry. Hopefully he wouldn't be scared of her... |
Nate wasn't quite sure what was going on because one second he was about to be kissed then the next he was on the ground surronded by foul smelling stuff and Cadence was angry with her wand out. "Uhh...Cadence? What's wrong? Why does it smell?" he said standing up pulling his wand out. |
Quote:
When she got to the place where her curse had been fired, there was nothing there. The Hair must have disappeared. Her first instinct would have been to blow something up, so she wheeled around and saw Nate still behind her, and something softened inside of her. She pocketed her wand and waited for him to catch up. |

Whistling, Tyler walked into the garden, trying to see what other flowers he could conjure for Lucy or Kat for her birthday. Maybe some flowers to match her hair would be nice. Hands in his pockets, and looking around, he spotted Nate and Cadence. ... It was too late to turn back since they might've seen him already. He waved at them and smiled. It seemed that Nate was looking for something behind a plant. A bug? A person? Whatever it was, Tyler arched an eyebrow and decided to walk to them. "Sup guys? What are you looking for?" he asked as Nate looked behind a plant. |

"So all you saw was someone that was having a bad hair day...?" Tyler questioned and looked at her. That could almost be anyone in the school. Including himself. |

Anyoneeeeeeee Siiiigh. What a borrrrrring dayyy! And what makes it even boring is that he can't find any of his friends! Anyone! So to kill his time - which Blake is fond of, he embarked on a journey. A journey to explore Hogwarts. With a pencil and notebook clutched in one hand, Blake roamed around Hogwarts, looking for a nice spot. He was in a mood for doodling and what better place than here! A garden. Garden?! Hogwarts had a student garden and he never stumbled here? Strange. Whistling, he slowly strolled around, admiring the pretty flower in his head as he sniffed them. He found some tacky pink benches and plopped down on the one under a tree. Since he was feeling pretty lazy today, he lounged on the bench and pouted. Borrrrrrrring Day! |

With his long arm dangling down from the bench as he tugged at the grass, Blake sighed. Superrrrrrr bored. He didn't feel like doodling either so he tucked his pencil behind his ear and just when he was about to chuck the notebook, a loud shriek caught him off guard. Whoa! Shifting his lazy gaze to source of the sound, Blake first couldn't make out who it was. Squinting his eyes as the person got nearer and nearer and until he realized that who the girl was, she attacked him. She then pushed him over and sat down. He nonchalantly placed his legs on her lap and frowned. "I'm good...bored to death.." He muttered, still focusing her face. She looked familiar, very familiar. Scratching his head, he frowned yet again. Pretty girl indeed! B..buttt...WHAT!?!?!?! Is she...."Lucy? Is that you? Oh my...you've changed!" He spat out, sitting up abruptly. She can't be Lucy! Where are the gorgoeus blonde hair? Wibble. |

"Oh ok!" he said tucking his wand back in his coat. He stopped short in front of her. He loved her in all but she sure did stink. Nate sort of smiled but backed a few feet up. |
