The snickering stopped, when Professor McFiestypants gave Marie points and then took them away. What an Indian giver! or whatever it was called..something about Indians. All because she had like supersonic hearing? Pffft, Destiny should take points away from the Professor for eavesdropping. Mentally, Destiny took away five points. Now Professor McFiestyPants had negative points. HA!

Kay would pay for those loss of points..yes she would. Using a little too much force while putting the sprinkles on her paper plate, Destiny heard it. Not only was it Kay's annoying voice, but that annoying voice was mixed with the sound of annoying crying?

Destiny's jaw dropped. It would have landed in the can of frosting if she hadn't put the lid on it. Kay was faking!

Well, that was just great. Sniffling a few times, Destiny put the finishing touches on her solar system. By the time she was finished, tears had welled up in her eyes, and by blinking a few times, the tears were flowing. 'Professssssor! Kay stole my candy!'

Two can play that game, buddy.

Maidee turned around when yet another girl started crying. Sighing, she walked over to the table. The first girl she had ignored because she had every reason to be upset, but this one was over CANDY? Had she known that this was the maturity level of the class, she wouldn't have had the candy out. After you finish your solar system and turn it in, leave ALL the candy on the tables. No one is taking it out now. I won't have stealing of the candy, or false accusations of it, stemming from the removal of the candy from this room. I had thought that Hogwarts students were a mature bunch, able to handle the candy and taking it back to your rooms. I have been proven wrong.

Leave the candy where it is. Turn in your assignments. There is no promise of getting your solar system back." She gave Destiny another look and moved on. "Time is almost up, stop talking and finish your assignments, boys and girls."

Her hazel eyes widened when she looked up to the Professor, not believing her ears. 5 points?! That was so unfair! "But...Professor. She was only messing around!" Please, for the love of Merlin, Destiny better agree and wipe away the tears. They couldn't lose points. They were already hanging by a thread in third place! Glancing at Destiny, she nodded her head towards the Professor, hoping that the Slytherin would go ahead and agree with her. But really, it was still a hilarious attempt.

She would have to give her friend a thumbs up when Mrs. McPhyfy, or whatever her name was, wasn't around. Those tears were brilliant. And they better not run into Kay. HER tears were unnecessary! There was NO way she was upset or that hurt. Shows how much of a Huffie she really was though. "And here I thought this was going to be a fun class." Whatever. She had to finish the project thing...

As soon as Destiny heard the Professor speak to her, the tears stopped and her mouth hung open. Five points!? That was totally unfair, and Kay was crying too! Why didn't she have points taken off of her!? Not fair, not fair, not fair! 'But Professor!' There was no way she was going to get those points back..so she just stopped saying what she was about to say.

And now they couldn't have the candy either! This Professor was mean, and now her class was definitely on the bottom of Destiny's 'favorite' list. It was bad when someone is underneath Professor Man Lawson.

Wiping away her tears, Destiny glanced at Kay before returning the look to the Professor, 'I was only kidddddding!' How did the Professor know she was lying anyway? Kay could have charmed the candy back on the desk real fast, she was a witch and all.

Pushing the paper plate solar system away from her, Destiny crossed her arms and sat back in her chair. Planets were stupid..and so was this class.

She took points. The Professor took points because, well, why did she take points? She wasn't lying! Unless it was because she was sticking up for a friend? And who was this girl defending them?! She couldn't see what house she was in, and even though Evelyn appreciated the gesture of trying to help, agreeing like that always made the teacher more angry.

Laughing slightly and shaking her head, she stuffed her notebook back into her bag and stood up. "But then, if you did say that, that would mean you were lying too. Which would defeat the purpose, or lesson, you are trying to teach at the moment, which would also totally be unfair since you don't have a house to have points taken away. Professor, you are extremely confusing me. Really. And lying sometimes is funny, if you didn't know. Take April Fool's day for example. Unless we can't enjoy that day either for fear of having points taken away."

Ohhhh how she was having a VERY hard time keeping her mouth shut. But she finally did. Snapping it shut, she picked up her solar system and went to the front desk, flopping it down on the table, and leaving without another word. Wow. Who would've thought? There was another professor in the school that could get as much under her skin and irritate her as Lawsguini did! Unbelievable!

Professor Pillipickle took even more points from Slytherin, that is so not fair. She already took points from Destiny and now she takes more just because she was honest and said she was only kidding. Hmph, so much for honesty keeping you out of trouble. And Evelyn lost points too, this was just not right.

Looking at Destiny and Evelyn she whispered in a voice that only they could hear, "Kay is so going to get it later, she better not be caught anywhere alone."

Taking the candy out of her bag that she had put in there earlier she throws it on the table. 'Stupid professor probably poisoned it anyway' she thought as she grabbed her solar system and went and dropped it on the professors desk.

Back at her table she throws her things in her bag and leaves the room without saying anything to that nasty professor. She had some revenge to plan and she was not going to waste time doing it.
