BECAUSE SHE HAD BEEN ABANDONED! That's what Daphne wanted to shout. Instead, she contented herself by immediately plopping her elbows on the now clean table. Sweet and thoughtful Phoebus had cleaned it up for her. For this, Daphne graced him with her best grin. "I guess everyone's busy," she murmured. "You know, Celly likes to spend time with Copernicus so they're probably around doing something fun." Whatever it was that Copernicus Kettleburn ever did for fun. Daphne had no idea. "And Plymouth is somewhere with Willow Kovac," she remarked a bit haughtily this time and gazed at Phoebus through her lashes, chin on her hand. Poofy Haired, Phoebus. Despite it all, that nervous little smile was kinda cute. "He said they were on a date because someone needed to be nice to Willow. Apparently, Plymouth declared himself the Female Protector of Hogwarts." HMM. Again, she found herself distracted by his hair. Tentatively, she reached out and patted it down. Poofy. |

He made a politely interested face as she told him the whereabouts of Plymouth. Inside though, Phoebus was doing that fist in the air and pumping about thing as he realized Plymouth was off with (of all girls ) Willow Kovac and not with Daphne. " What a swell guy," he said, and then he laughed again. " Really? I guess I'll just declare myself your personal Protector then. Since Plymouth is busy with the, umm entire female population of Hogwarts." He said, trying not to turn red as she reached out and patted his famously poofy hair down. " Yeah, it does what it likes." He said, looking up as she patted. Then he shot her a slightly nervous grin again before looking around at the Three Broomsticks and then back at her. " You know, we could hang out. More. Today, or another day, just...more, you know. " he said to her, taking a drink of his butterbeer as he waited for her to say something...anything, really. |

At the mention of homework, Daphne heaved a sigh and sort of slumped in her chair--how very unlady like of her. But she was tired of work. TIRED. "More? Oohhh," said Daphne letting out a little noise of enlightenment. Phoebus wanted to be friends with her? Get to know her? Bask in her importance? Hehe. Daphne couldn't blame him. "Do you want to spend the day with me?" she asked, once more resting her chin on her hand. "I don't have any plans or anything and I don't want to be alone today." Just for extra effect, Daphne pouted. Phoebus couldn't possibly leave her alone, could he? |

When she made an odd but appealing little noise, Phoebus gazed at her with a rather surprised but expectant expression on his face until she spoke. At her words, he smiled quickly again, the nervous nature back again. Then she pouted, making him grin goofy like for a moment. He was beginning to realize how that pout held an inordinate amount of power over him, but he was sort of hard pressed to really mind." Definitely." He said immediately and then he flushed slighlty. " I mean, I've got nothing to do either and you're really fun to be around so...I would definitely like to spend the day with you." He wanted to tell her about how her being so pretty factored in too, but he didn't know how that would go over so he refrained from saying it...for the time being anyway. |

"okie, um...so will we be waiting for Vicky or we will proceed and ask her to join us?" Bella asked "hey, and do you think Vicky doesnt have fashion sense?" Bella asked as she saw Jason laughing. she always thought Vicky has great artistic and fashion sense. |

Rhea pulled up a chair and sat after she had ordered her butterbeer. Oh yes, nothing better than a butterbeer on a chilly fall afternoon. She reached into her bag and pulled out the latest copy of weekly quidditch and began skimming through. Oh yes, quidditch players are definitely God's gifts to witches. She grinned. Taking another sip of her butterbeer, she looked around the room, not many people today at all and she hadn't seen Aries anywhere. She frowned. |

"So you see, I have no problem with girls that are older," Edem took a deep breath and shrugged, "Sorry for the interruption--part of it's my fault." he pursed his lips, taking another deep breath; the smell of the pub was very nice to breathe on. He could even smell caramel and honey--he wondered what drink it might be. Eagerly leaning forwards, he asked, "Were you going to say something earlier?" |
Sorry it's short -_- a bit distracted. Quote:

no worries :) Quote:
Edem didn't realize since when the drumming had stopped. Pursing his lips again, he glanced at the bag of sweets with dreamy eyes. Then he reached for it and peeked inside--it was so full. Wow, Rhea must've spent Galleons on these. Drawing a random candy, he asked Evan, "You wanna try some?" |
Fallon walked into the Three Broomsticks. She noticed Evan talking to someone she sort of recognized from classes. She wasn't going to intiate a conversation, but if Evan came and talked to her, she would listen. She went and sat at an empty table, her back towards their's, and ordered herself a butterbeer. |

He sat in front of her, and looked at her. He realised he had nothing to say. Awkward moment. Then, smiling, he said "How are you?" He'd probably regret it, but he first had to learn how she was. Then he'd build up his strategy. |
Mina walked into The Three Broomstick and looked around for any familiar faces. A butterbeer was just what she need right now. Finding a table, she sat down and ordered a butterbeer. She had a feeling she would enjoy these Hogsmeade trips. 'I wonder if grand-mere would send me my christmas present early, so I could hit up Gladrags Wizardwear again,' she thought to herself as she people watched. |

How am I? That's the first thing he asks me?! Hey, at least he's talking to you. This is true. Fallon thought about her answer for a moment. While she was thinking, she looked at Evan, wondering what was going on inside his brain. "I've been fine." That was the truth. The whole thing with Evan hadn't messed with her as much as what was going on with Iris. "How about you?" She looked at him questioningly. |
Quote:
It was relieving to hear she was fine. She had been fine. She then asked how about him, as usual. The blondie hesitated, should he say he was upset with himself, that he had screwed up? That he'd screw up again, when it came to choose one over the other. "I'm... good too, thank you." Awesome. Now she'd think he was some kind of jerk to break her heart. And he still didn't know what to say. "Are you upset with me?" Duh. She was so obviously upset with him. Why was he stupid today? Why exactly today, that he was talking to Fallon? |
Quote:
Well, I was at first, but now I'm kinda not because Iris's problems are way worse then mine and more worried about her then anything. Tell him that then. Just not the whole Iris thing. She wouldn't like that. Guess that makes sense. Fallon looked at Evan. "I was...at first." She said looking at his face the whole time, which was really hard to do. "I kind of got over it though. Something else took my attention away from it." There. That should be well enough phrased to where he won't pry. |

He sighed. Why was Lyra so different than Fallon? If they were the same, it would be easier to understand, but Fallon was the more sensitive one and she was heartbroken. And Evan had to find a way to gain her back. Keeping her gaze through her words, which was really hard considering that Evan was the kind of quilty one, he waited till the end. He took a deep breath and said "Fallon, I'm sorry to upset you." He wasn't sorry for loving Lyra, she was just as good. He wanted to say more, but nothing came out. Then he was inspired again. "How would you forgive me?" He wanted to hold her hand, but that would be mean. He looked at her hands though, and then looked away. Maybe she would understand..? |

No. I'm not going to be a jerk. That's enough for me. I just want to go back to trying and being friends. "Apology accepted." She said smiling at him. "Maybe for the time being, we should hang out with each other like we used to." It was only a suggestion, but she thought it might work. |

His stress broke into a relieved and happy smile as she accepted. He quickly nodded. That was what he wanted anyway, he didn't want to date this year, or at least while he was 12. Glancing back at Rayedem again, he asked "Have you met my best friend, Rayedem?" |

So she didn't have to work. Ever. Ever. "Oh, fun!" exclaimed Daphne and clapped her hands, quite pleased that he agreed immediately. Heh. Because if he hadn't--well, she would have made her displeasure known. "Do you want to go somewhere else? I think you already enjoyed a butter beer all on your own," remarked the blond with a small smile conjuring the image of his foamy mustache. So cute. Giggle. "It's really nice out, even though it's a bit chilly." |
Quote:
She knew her name, which meant they must have met. "Yeah it is Rhea. Nice to meet you Anya." She said smiling warmly at her. She pulled out a chair. "Take a seat if you wish,"she continued in a warm friendly tone. |
