She looked at the enchanted ceiling " You're right, Hogwarts does feel like home... I wonder if it is some sort of spell..." she shrugged a bit as he teased her back " I don't I have followers, that would be creepy!" and she burst into laughter. As always it felt pretty nice to be with Rafe, she was happy to have found such a friend, they got along well, easily and most of all, she had a tremendous amount of fun around him.

She pushed him away as he growled at her " Shut it kitten!" she told him, swishing one of her arms like a snake. " But Quidditch you said? That does sound freaking amazing! I'll go watch your games of course... " she thought for a second " hmm... that will leave me in an ugly position when it's Gryffindor vs. Slytherin... STALKING?" she exclaimed " No way, you're too ugly!" and she poked him away again teasingly. She was kidding of course, she didn't have an opinion on Rafe's looks, she couldn't see him like that, or anyone to be exact, boys were just not on her list.

She narrowed her eyes at him when he mentioned a girl..." no I haven't....are you blushing?" she asked, getting her eyes nearer his face to look at his slightly reddish cheek.

Reese tilted her head at Jack when he stood up and told her to come sit down. Should she? She really wanted to go sit back with Torin and Xander, but Brody was over there and she didn't want Brody to actually end up punching her like she had threatened to do. So, instead, she would have to sit with Jack.

"Excuse me," she said as she pushed her way through the crowd. When she finally made it to Jack, she sat down on the bench a few inches away him. "Er, hello," she greeted him with a little smile. "Enjoying the feast?"

Zeke plopped down happily at the Gryffindor table. Ahhh, Hogwarts. It felt like it had been forever. He could hardly believe that this was his last year at this school. He smiled at his fellow Gryffies and started dishing up his plate. He was so glad to be back.

"Yeah, you never know!" Jack said with a smile. "Having a badge was pretty much the last thing I ever expected...my parents too," he grumbled. Ahh, well, no matter, they were proud now. He shook his head and took a drink of pumpkin juice.

He blushed again and chuckled. "Yeah--a pretty important one. That's erm...that's my girlfriend," he said with a small smile. Wait, what happened to that confidence thing he had been working on?!?

Ok, something was off. Reese looked...awkward. Did he offend? He casually sniff his armpit as he lifted his arm to scratch the back of his hand. Noooo, all good there. What was going on, then?

"You ok?" he asked, scooting a little closer to her. Why was she so far away from him? "Yeah, the feast is good, I've been meeting a ton of people!" he said with a grin. All these ecstatic Gryffindors--it was AWESOMEEEE!

Chris laughed too. His little joke about Prefecting seemed to calm the girl down a bit. He just wanted her to feel comfortable and at home at Hogwarts.

"I love Quidditch too! That's cool of your parents to do that!" he said. "The Professors? Oh well that's pretty much a myth. All of them ae very nice and helpful. And they are really smart, I would say Hogwarts has definately got an amazingly talented staff. Professor Kazimeriz," He pointed to the oldest member of the staff at the front table," He is the Potions teacher and he can be a bit intimidating. I would stay out of his way, but if you do good in his class and follow school rules he tends not to have a problem with you." he laughed.

Reese traced circles with her finger on the table as she listened to Jack speak. "Actually..." she stopped talking, not really sure what to tell him. That she liked Torin and didn't have anymore feelings for him? That she thought Torin was cutier? "I'm not okay," she answered. "Jack, I don't think - I just...I don't have feelings for you anymore. I like Torin." It was the truth. She liked Torin - or so she thought (love potion) - more than Jack.

Can she run away nooooow?

As he answered her question about the feast, she was sort of half listening to him. She looked back at Torin, who was talking to this guy near the Gryffindor table, and wondered how he could get him and Brody away from each other without getting hurt.

Alexandra followed Chris' finger as he pointed out the Potions Master. She nodded when he said to stay out of his way... hopefully Alexandra wouldn't have to worry, but she did like a bit of mischief.


"Who teaches DADA?" she asked, extremely interested. "I am really interested in the subject, as well as Charms and Transfiguration. My aunt Dora Lovegood used to be an Auror at the US Ministry and I have always dreamed of following in her footsteps." Alexandra explained.

Chris looked up and down the Staff table so he could show Alexandra the DADA Professor. After a few second he found him, "There! That's Professor Lawson. He is pretty cool. He started last term and had some very good lessons thoughout the term." He then heard some of the other classes she liked and decided to point out those Professors for her too. "The Charms professor is Professor Ashby. He is that one right there," he said pointing him. "He is pretty funny. He likes to mess around and play jokes with the Divination Professor Kappor. And lastly Transfiguration, that would be Professor Svesinson (Sp?). I don't really know too much about them. I only attended a few classes."

He listened to her about her aunt. "Your aunt worked in the US Minitry. I've always wanted to go to the US." he said excitedly.

Books that were on the school supply list? LouAnn hadn't thought to read any of them. Maybe she should have at least opened a few and glanced at what she'd be learning. Then again, both her mother and father had attended Hogwarts, and they'd been her home-school teachers, so she assumed she'd been taught correctly. She hoped so, at least. "Well, I had to pack my things in the beginning of the summer, so I'd be ready for when we moved. Then after we moved, I had to unpack and go to Diagon Alley to get my school supplies. That's pretty much all I did this past summer," she said, shrugging since she'd pretty much gotten used to moving by now.

LouAnn turned her attention back to Daphne, noticing right off the bat how distracted the girl seemed to be. Celandine...of course she'd been looking for her best friend. Those two had seemed inseparable when LouAnn had met them at The Leaky Cauldron. She turned to see if she could catch sight of the blonde-head Ravenclaw through the crowd of students, but she had no such luck. There were just too many people at the Ravenclaw table for LouAnn to tell one from the other. "Oh, going to visit sounds like a nice idea. I just might catch up with you later on, 'kay?" she replied. For now, LouAnn wanted to meet a few more of her fellow Gryffindors before everyone headed up to their Common Rooms for the night.

Alexandra watched intently and nodded as Chris pointed out the Professors of her interest,"Thank you so much for the heads up!" she thanked him when he was done. She made a mental note of all the key Professors and smiled to herself.

"Oh yes, my aunt stayed in the US for eight years as an Auror. She just recently returned home and to the English Ministry." Alexandra loved talking about her aunt, but she was so excited about school she abruptly stopped.

"Is it true there is a Poltergeist named Peeves that likes to play pranks on the students?" Alexandra asked a huge smile spreading across her face. She was so excited to be learning more about the school that she was practically bouncing in her seat.

Alex sighed as she looked around, the headmaster's speech had been pretty much what she expected it to be. Short, sweet and all about werewolves.. Merlin will that subject never end.. For or against? Who the heck cared really.. She didn't, that was for sure, and she would be staying out of every conversation about it.. She was.. werewolf neutral.. Like Switzerland.. Yup Switerzland..

Hmmm Switzerland was so pretty too.. so of course she was like that..

She shook her head and looked around more, hoping maybe to spot Kel or anyone else to talk too.. But she didn't see him.. She frowned a bit, marring her pretty features.. It was at this point that she really missed Ava..

"Not for now, but I've seen how you boys act for a pretty face, you're totally a bunch of suckers for them!" she pouted a little, she had watched boys serenade under her sisters window... but she wasn't like them, she didn't have those Trazzi grey eyes, her eyes were like her father's, warm brown.

She pouted more at his little game, she didn't like to loose at all, at anything really " Zero you say? When you least expect it, I'll turn the table on you mister!" she frowned and looked ahead, her hair was all up with electricity. She glanced to who he was talking to, an older boy with a badge. She eyed it curiously. A captain badge! "That's your captain?" she asked Rafe, not really paying attention to him, seeing just how girl seemed to float around that other boy " Dude,he's a magnet !" she exclaimed.

Catherine walked into the Great Hall, her eyes wide as she looked around the expanse of the room. The tall ceiling just ended, opening up to the sky. "How do they keep the rain out?" she wondered aloud. Not to mention keep the thousands of candles that hung above her lit. Millions of questions filled her mind, and she frowned slightly that no friends were there to ask- at least as far as she saw. With a sigh, she took a seat at the table and began to gather some food, which smelled absolutely wonderful.

He was about to reply to Asher and tell him that he would stay with him when he suddenly heard Jack. And he sounded mad. something bad happened to him.

"What's wrong, Jack? You okay?" he called out, concerned. Then he turned towards him and saw Reese.

Oh, crap.

"Oh," said Daphne as a hand went up to tuck a strand of golden hair behind her ear. That had been interesting. LouAnn just rejected her off. Her lashes fluttered quickly for a brief moment as the blond sniffed the air. "Well, you know where to find me?" Standing up, she gave LouAnn one last questioning look before making her way towards the Ravenclaw table.

"Yeah right " she said, not getting convinced by what Rafe was saying. She knew boys, her sisters happened to have great minds as well, but they would receive flowers and chocolates from the boys in town when they went to the grocery store " You just watch me turning it!" she threw back at him with a smirk.

Ariana rolled her eyes at all his idol talk, she looked around a bit more, looking at the boys. She frowned. There was no way she would ever want to be with a specimen of that race. " I'll go to my table now... be good, try not to sweep anyone from their feet, oh so charming, athletic boy" she said to him, kissing the top of his head and leaving.

Reese jumped a little bit when Jack snapped his fingers in her face. She turned back to look at him and, oh boy, he looked realllllly mad. She moved down on the bench further away from him and closer to Zeke, who had appeared moments earlier.

"Jack, I'm sorry. I..." She didn't know what to say, honestly. She didn't like seeing Jack mad, but she really DID like Torin and was she just suppose to go on in life pretending to still like Jack? "I should get going. I'm not hungry, Torin gave me this birthday cake on the train and I'm full and....yeah," she added. She was about to get up from the bench until...

Torin? Oh, what a great time for him to show up. Instead of leaving, she just stayed where she was and mentally crossed her fingers that this wouldn't get bad.

Jack had never felt this angry before. He felt like that big green dude in those Muggle comic books...and he didn't like it at all. But Reese had just completely turned around on him and suddenly figured out she liked TORIN better than him. Talk about dropping a BOMBSHELL! He wasn't even listening to her anymore. If she wanted to leave then fine, he didn't care. He was too angry to care right now.

That was when he heard HIM.

The dude who had obviously brainwashed his girlfriend. That was the best explaination, right? TORIN HAD BRAINWASHED HER! That HAD to have been it. It must have been after he got off the train, when they were seperated...sneaky. VERY sneaky. He had to give Torin props for that.

Still, he had just taken his girlfriend away from him...he hadn't even gotten to kiss her yet! The one girl he REALLY liked was now obsessed with a guy who was either a. in love with Bunbury or b. in love with Bunbury AND Reese!

Jack grabbed a bread roll and chucked it at Torin's shoulder. "What did you do to my girlfriend?!?" he demanded. His voice wasn't at yelling level YETTTT, but it would be soon, he was certain. Unless Torin started explaining right. this. second.

Uh oh.

He moved to the side and avoided the roll. Calm down, Jack. It was an accident. I can explain it all to you and fix it. She really does like you. In a few days she will forget all about me!"

He had never seen Jack this angry. And he felt really guilty. He couldn't imagine how he was feeling.

Reese placed her head on the table in front of her as Jack and Torin talked things over. She was thinking that maybe she could just sneak off like she did when she was at the Hufflepuff table. Would she be able to get away without them knowing? She glanced back up at the two boys just in time to see Jack throw a roll at Torin. Um, okay? Maybe she should stay here just in case things got a little out of hand.

Then, Torin said that she really did like Jack. "What?" That was the only word that left her lips. She liked Torin! TorinTorinTorin. Why would he say that she really liked Jack?
