by the reading's of marie's thoughts, Bella felt almost agreable to her, but the ceiling was a little interesting, but she couldn't explane it. Bella then began to wonder when there lesson was, when it would begin, or was starring at the ceiling benifisial? She wondered if she sould say something. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Carter watched Ella enter the class. There was an empty seat next to him and he hoped Ella would come join him. He hated sitting alone. And he hadn't seen Ella in awhile. And she was one of the few people in the class that he knew.

"Oh hello carter," said Bella after seeing his face. Strange, he was sitting alone?

Walking in to Charms class Kay saw everyone looking at the ceiling. She keep walking until she found a set. Kay stopped looking at the ceil to look around the classroom. Kay saw some people she knew and was glad of it. She hoped that Kita would come to class as well.

"Hey Carter!" she waved, taking a seat next to him. I can read minds. Hehe.

Well, faces, really.

"Excited for this class?" she asked politely.

Bella smiled a bit from her thoughs, well bella could really read minds.

Looking around Marie noticed Kay walk into class. Wow, what were the odds, Marie had been in 6 classes so far and Kay had been in all of them with her. "Hi Kay, want to sit over here?" Marie asked her. Even though they weren't in the same house Marie liked talking to Kay, she seemed to have an interesting back ground that Marie wanted to get to know more about.

Ella saw a girl smiling from the corner of her eye; she was gazing at her in a sort of strange way.

"Er, can I help you?" she asked, smiling. A bit confused, though.

She laughed. "Just kidding. What's your name? Me is Ella." She held out a hand.

"Oh," said Bella comming back to reality.
"I'm Bella Chloee Lovegood," she said shaking Ella's hand. Should she tell Ella that she can read minds so Ella wouldn't be confused?

Emily knew that this was by far the strangest proffesor she had ever met, but it was okay she liked eccentric people. Looking down she noticed her desk was disgusingly dirty "scourgify" she said claning the desk to an emmaculate shine. But when she looked up her knee hit the desk and knocked it over completely and it cracked. "woops! sorry proffesor, dont worry ill get it..." "reparo!" emily said and she picked the desk up into a standing position and picked up her fallen things. "scourgify" emily said again, since it was covered in dust from the fall. looking down to the floor a ways away she saw none other then her diary on the floor next to a slytherin, one that looked rather mean. "Accio diary!" emily said and the diary moved a little towards her, oh well it was her first try "accio diary!" emily said again and this time it came flying into her hand. As always she had frogotten the key and she sifted through her charms book and found a spell to unlock things "alohomora emily practiced, but the lock only half turned. "alohomora" she said again... only another half turn. Emily was getting a little frustrated "alohomora!" she said again and her diary opened, with her pheonix feather quill she began to write in it with the glitter ink she had in her bag.

kay looked up to see Marie. she pick her backpack up and walked over. "Hi, Marie. I would like to sit with you. Now do you think this class will be like?" Kay asked. She wasn't sure of Marie, but knew something about her was friendly. Kay knew Marie wanted some answers but didn't know if she should tell her.

"I think this class is going to be a fun one, I am really excited to get started" Marie said. After all how could it not be fun with professor Ashby teaching it.

"Well we'll see." Kay said looking back at the ceiling. "What are we suppost to be looking for?" She asked Marie.

"Oh hello emily," said Bella looking behind her seeing the fimiliar face.

BELLA! hey how have you been i havent seen you since the feast!" emily said "opbviously im still clumsy" she said pinting to her desk "i dont know if this ring ari gave me works at all haha" emily said fiddling with the silver elven made ring.

Seeing that nearly every other student in the room was staring at the ceiling, LouAnn glanced upward, as well. She saw nothing out of the ordinary, but she continued to stare, nonetheless. Her eyes and face matched in that both were fairly expressionless. The usually positive fifteen-year-old had been rather quiet lately---speaking only when she was spoken to and often times walking the castle as if she were in a daze. Staring blankly at a ceiling shouldn't be anything out of the ordinary for her. Almost as if it'd become second nature, LouAnn felt her pocket for the drawstring bag she'd been carrying around, and upon finding it safe and sound right where it belonged, she carried on trying to find meaning in an otherwise normal ceiling.

"Not really sure what's suppose to be up there. The professor was staring so everyone else started staring too. Looks like a regular old ceiling to me but I'm sure there is something magical about it, after all this is charms class."

"haha, I'm fine," said Bella.
"Have you been to honeydukes yet?" Bella asked.
"Oh and what what ring?" she asked hoping she wasn't asking too many questions.

Rafe stared at the ceiling, that seemed to be what the professor was doing. Hmm... not really interesting whatsoever. "Ooh! A spider!" he exclaimed as scanned the corner. That seemed to be the only thing interesting going on at the moment.

He took out his wand and began doing spinning tricks with it and flipped in the air. Just to himself, trying not to draw attention to himself. He was really looking forward to charms, he actually knew a few charms himself, well he thought he did. He was really excited, but slightly impatient that nothing was happening.

Rafe took notice of a familiar face and decided to join her, with all this waiting he might as well chat a bit. "'Ello Purple! See anything interesting?" Rafe asked as he pointed to the ceiling. "So what have you been up to these days?" He spoke in a low tone, not trying to risk getting in trouble. "What is charms about exactly? It sounds like a cereal."

"Yes, I guess we'll see. " kay said as she started to get her things out for class. "Is your friend, mmm, Arianna taking this class?"

"thats great!" emily said "no i haven't! i want to though i heard they have the best candy" emily said licking her lips at the thought.... acid pops, blood suckers, chocolate frogs, bertie botts beans (she had survived one that had a horid taste that smelled like skunk but still loved them) "oh this ring emily said at the question showing bella the silver ring of the dragon biting its tail with sapphires for eyes. "my gryffindor friend arakhora made it for me, ses half elf.... actually im quite scared of her father ..... anyway i thought you met her at the feast but you must not have, i should introduce you sometime" emily said

Evelyn nearly jumped out of her seat when she heard someone say there was a spider, but instead, bang her knees rather hard on the desk and cracked her neck when she turned her head too quickly to see who yelled the hideous word. Rubbing her neck and bruised knees, ow, she glared around, trying to find whoever said it, but then looked up at the ceiling, trying to find if the thing they were talking about was anywhere near her.

"We only said hello I think," said Bella admiring her ring. "very uniqu." "So what do you think of the ceeling?"

Fallon walked into the Charms classroom, slightly out of breath because she thought that she was late. When she entered though, Professor Ashby was only staring at the ceiling. Yay! Class hasn't started yet. "Hello Professor Ashby. How are you?" Fallon asked as she walked past him.

She then went to go find a seat. She quickly hurried past Evan, not even looking at him, and threw a glare at Lyra. She sat down next to Iris and patientally waited for Professor Ashby to decide when he felt like teaching.

Nathaniel was excited about Charms. He never really did well in this class but none the less he was excited. He needed a good lesson to distract him for a while
