The window seat? Quote:
Gaze slowly turned to Willow Kovac who happened to be occupying said window seat.. and introducing him? Eh? "Thank you, but no thank you.. I'll be fine just here," Woodson commented lightly, perching himself on the very edge of the seat farthest away from Miss Kovac. He'd left his handkerchief in the previous compartment.. he was going to have to risk the welfare of his trousers thanks to that blunder. "And it's a pleasure Daphne Hopton," the young Whitcomb turned his gaze back to the blonde girl. "Thank you for allowing me -- Quote:
Sebastian. Here came his brother. Always had to make an entrance, didn't he? Heaving an impatient sigh at his twin's clear rudeness, Woodson's jaw clenched in irritation. Willow Kovac was a pain in the backside, yes but - "These girls graciously allowed me to join them, brother." Goodness. |
SPOILER!!: Kristin's post Setting his trunk down with a soft thump and stretching his hand out, William allowed a small brief smile to cross his face as he gt a better look at the girl. She was definitely older than he was but for the life of him he couldn't comprehend if they had met during his previous terms. No probably not he thought looking at her again before his eyes traveled to the pygmy puffs in which he grinned a bit. Such fascinating creatures he mused watching them for a moment before his light blue eyes traveled back up to her, nodding as she introduced herself. "William Cullack, third year Ravenclaw." he replied with a short nod of his head. Lifting his trunk again he hefted it up onto the rack - secretly glad he had known better than to add his rock collection this time - William set out making sure his wand was in its holster before sitting down Zima fluttering his wings a bit as he got himself settled. "Don't worry about Zima, he's used to any creatures. He hasn't tried to eat my tarantula yet." he replied easily, patting the small plastic cage in his pocket, unsure if he should put it beside him on the seat. He didn't want his first conversation of the term to go horribly wrong just by having a brown and black full grown tarantula scaring her. That would be bad. His mind was still on that flier he had dropped in the corridor outside, his brain still trying to comprehend how anyone would do that. As if it wouldn't he hard enough for those who had been involved, now they had that to deal with too. Wasn't it bad enough they they had to teach hundreds of students each term, now they had to deal with this too. He knew people could be filled with anger and frustration but that, that was something that nearly boggled his mind. Like how he was suddenly so good at Potions, hopefully that hadn't been a fluke he mused. Besides he wanted to forget the whole werewolf thing; it didn't matter to him either way. One of the professors could be a brain eating alien like he had seen on TV once and he'd still respect them. But that was thought for another day. Now the only thing on his mind was food. Well that and anything else really. "So..." he paused thinking. What was there to talk about, besides the fliers in the hall? "Did you hear about what happened in Diagon Alley?" He asked, his voice oddly soft. It was a start he thought. |

Tyler was rather nervous about finding a seat on the train. He walked all the way to the back of the train, praying that an empty seat was available and that he did not have to walk back and forth like someone who had no idea how to sit down. He was nearing the final compartment when he glanced and saw a compartment with one other person in it. He cautiously walked in and said "Hi, my name is Tyler. Do you mind if I sit with you. I'm a first year so haven't really met anyone I know yet. If you don't want to to stay, just let me know and I'll let you be". Tyler wasn't sure why, but he honestly didn't mean to say the last part. He noticed that the girl was absolutely gorgeous, and he was starting to get shy around her. Quote:

Angieee Amaaa Carlaaaa Gemmaaaa aaaaah Cela had managed to find someone to see to her trunk, even though it had a featherlight charm on it, it was quite unwieldy after all. She realized once she had gotten on the train and started walking up one of the corridors in order to find one of her friends. It wasn’t like she had a shortage? Surely she’d find one soon right? She tugged on the hem of her dress with one hand and braced herself against the wall a little to offset the movement of the train as it lurched forward and set her off balance in her heels. One thing she didn’t have problems with were student collisions, people tended to move out of the way if they weren’t colliding with her intentionally, not that Cel was quite aware of that. Her eyes widened happily as she spotted Daphne AND Willow with NEWWWWW people in one of the compartments and Celandine slid inside, unintentionally posing in the doorway as she grasped it for balance. Where to sit? “Daphne! Willow!” Fellow debutantes! Fashionable friends! |

All sorts of things and people that Daphne Hopton wanted to know herself. "It was as pleasant as spending summers at home are," announced the hazel eyed young lady with a secretive smile. It was safe to assume everyone enjoyed Hogwarts more than they did their homes. Before Daphne could properly greet and converse with Mister Whitcomb someone else had entered the compartment. Quote:
"Pleasant day, isn't it?" she inquired with a little smile which could be mistaken for a smirk. However, Daphne Hopton did not smirk. Ever. Quote:
Bad Blood, perhaps? Hmph. Quote:
"Celly!" exclaimed the blond, feeling extremely happy to see her friend despite having spent nearly the entire summer together. "You look precious!" As usual, thought the blond with a firm nod and patted the seat beside her. "Please sit with me! Please. Please." Before that horrible boy did. |
Ama, Gemma, Carla and Tegz. .... UGH. Of course, figures that after Woodson Whitcomb decides to grace them all with his presence, Sebastian would waltz in as if he OWNED the place. Which he didn't, he didn't own anything, and clearly, did not know how to differ a good purse from a cheap and regular one. Clearly. However, as much as the presence of The Devil made her blood boil, and not only that, but also made her feel like beating him down with the first thing that could harm him and that she could get hold on (like her shoe), Willow was not about to let that Being (inferior and unimportant one at that) know how much he annoyed her. And the only way to accomplish this was to imagining herself smashing her show against his perfectly straight nose. Mmhmm. Now THAT was a funny picture. And it worked, thankfully, for the only acknowledgement the seventh year gave the blond was an amused and superior glance. Because Whitcomb was laughable. And Daphne 'Pants Girl' Hopton, clearly, agreed - of course. ANYONE in their right mind would agree with her on that. Aftering offering the Hopton girl a smile that could have be interpreted as conspiration, the green eyed girl focused her attention on the blonde and younger girl by the door. "Celandine Toussaint," Greeted the brunette with a polite nod and an equally small, albeit polite, smile to match. |
SPOILER!!: Mega postage! Mariel gave Daisy a warm smile as she sat down and offered her a Lemondrop from the box she had again pulled from her pocket. Time for the nearly 15 year old to have another one as well and she helped herself to her favorite sweet. The Ravenclaw looked curiously back at Sarah as she then explained her previous, and unheard to Mariel, words. Oh, she had one of those posters that Mariel had seen earlier. Shaking her head sadly, she told both girls as they discussed the incident, "It may have been an accident, but that's too much of a risk to take. It's really dangerous to have werewolves around. I mean, I think that's pretty obvious now, seeing what happened last term." She looked over at Daisy when she said she hadn't been there. "I was there," she said softly. "It was really scary. And if Professor Bontecou hadn't stepped in..." she shuddered at the thought. "Professor Lupa had been dangerously close to attacking a group of first years. What if she had bitten one of them? Or one of us?" Mariel knew most of her friends had been in attendance. "I heard Professor Bontecou barely survived. Someone younger might have been killed." Mariel suddenly stopped as she noticed Sarah's eyes continually darting out the window. She stared at her for a moment, then turned her head in the same direction to try to see what was so interesting. "Sarah, what are you--" she started, then Sarah excused herself and left. Staring after her for a moment, she looked at Daisy and shrugged. Maybe she saw her boyfriend. Which strangely reminded her of the canary creams stowed in her trunk that she had bought earlier that summer. Screwing up her face slightly as she wondered why that particular thought came into her mind, she shook her head slightly and pulled out her pink lip gloss. She had just started to apply it to her lips in the small mirror she had pulled from her other pocket, when she heard the door open again. Quickly shoving both items in her pocket, she looked up fully expecting to see Sarah and Ryder - not that she knew what Ryder looked like. At first a little surprised as the newcomers entered - since when did Sarah and Nathaniel get along well enough to invite one over to the other's compartment? - Mariel resumed her cheerful smile as she greeted them. "Hi Nathaniel... and Sammi. Hello," she smiled back at the younger girl as she sat down next to her. So this was Nathaniel's little sister. "I hear you want to be in Ravenclaw... Good choice," she added with a grin. Who wouldn't want to be a Ravenclaw? |
Quote:
Nathaniel was grinning at Mariel. What was Sammi doing sitting next to her? He stayed standing up "How are you Mariel?" he asked her. He still thought that Sarah was up to something. He wasn't quite sure what it was but he figured something was up. At the mention of Sammi wanting to be in Ravenclaw he looked at Mariel with a teasing grin "Oh, yea, GREAT choice" he rolled his eyes. Although he'd rather if Sammi was in Gryffindor with him if she did end up in Ravenclaw he could use that to his advantage. He patted his bag reassuring himself that the presents he had for Mariel were in there... just in case. Chewing on his bottom lip he felt awkward as all get out. "Did you have fun in Diagon Alley?" |
Mystic was getting tired and bored with no one to talk to. She is also getting hungry so she decided to go to the food trolley. |

Besides, Woodson was polite enough for both of them. "Allowed you? Do they own this, or something?" He asked with yet another roll of his eyes. If they owned the compartment, Sebastian and Woodson needed to make sure to get their dibs on some compartment as well. HMPF! "Her bag still is cheap looking." He added in a rather stubborn tone. Quote:
This compartment was getting far too full for his liking. And only with girls, nevertheless! Quote:
But, of course, that was all wishful thinking. "No, not really..." He dryly replied, sparing the girl one brief glance before looking back at his brother. Oh, Woodson would not approve of that. "..Miss." He added, much to please Woodson. That had been polite, right? Quote:
But this was Sebastian. He had no problem ignoring the people he didn't know and, sometimes, even the people he liked. So ignoring that ... girl he disliked so, was the easiest thing to do. Haha. |

He was about to try to device a way to get her back when someone ripped open the compartment door. Why was it that he could seemingly not even find peace in the last compartment on the train? Turning his head to look out the window he decided that it would be better not to look at whoever disturbed his solitude since he'd likely end up blowing up at them. He wasn't nice when feeling either depressed or angry, normally though he would mask those emotions quite well. This was not one of those days. The lurch of the train was somewhat sudden and unexpected and so Reid wasn't totally surprised when a girls body ended up sprawled in front of him. He'd reached out slowly to catch the person but his reaction times were slower than normal and he just couldn't seem to care about anything. Nevertheless he did offer the girl a hand to get up should she so chose to use it. Turning at the sound of the voice Reid's eyes softened almost imperceptibly. He should have known it would be his clumsy Rachel. Although technically she wasn't his Rachel any more. Taking in her appearance his eyes widened slightly in shock at what he was seeing. This wasn't the Rachel he remembered! What did he do to her? "It's fine, I mean I'm probably the last person you want to see on this planet at the moment so I don't think you did it on purpose." his voice was a whisper as he didn't want her to hear just how hoarse it was. It wasn't very manly to have to admit to crying your eyes out after all. He added a slight smile to his words but it was self derivative and his eyes spoke of how much else he wanted to say to her. Wanted to say but didn't have the right to any more. |
Mystic returned back to the back of the train from the food trolley with some snacks. She came back to her empty compartment sat down and started to eat her cauldron cake. |

Maybe Sebastian was right..? Girls just seemed to flock around him. Wherever Woodson went, the girls followed. At least, that was what it was beginning to feel like anyway. A little unsure, Woodson simpy sent the girl a small, polite smile Quote:
Had Sebastian just made himself another foe? It seemed so. Woodson offered the girl an apologetic glance.. that was an often occurence. He doubted his brother appreciated him apologising on his behalf, but Woodson just couldn't help it. "I think it's a pleasant day, Miss." Heh. Quote:
He'd once found her curious.. intriguing. Now? Now he just found her downright irritating. Blue eyes burned in her direction before glancing out of the window. Trust him to walk into THIS compartment. Hmph. Quote:

For Lisa, Jenn, and Stan lenveski! :D Chris laughed as Jenn oohed and ahhed when he tolds the story of the battle against the Merpeople. "Yes, those grindylows are nasty little pests. You were almost drowned by one?!" he asked suprised. "Man that would be scary! I was lucky I guess there wasn't that much water on that floor of the castle at the time." He shook his head. When she asked her next question he answered, "Yes the Merpeople, usually ruled by a brother and a sister, went crazy after the brother locked up his sister and had the rest of them flood the school so they could come in and attack. Luckily though we beat them." he nodded happily. Chris then watched as Jeen excitedly greated someone else in the compartment who must have just came in. He turned around to see a familiar guy. "Oh hey Chris! Good summer?" Quote:

Angie & everyone else who is with her :3 RELIEF. The sinking feeling in her stomach was GONE. Finally, she had found Willow. Flinging the door to the rather crowded compartment open, Evolette heaved a "oh, pity me." sigh, before taking her RIGHTFUL place beside her best friend. Tugging at the girl's arm, Evolette pouted. "Oh Willow. It's awful." She sniffed, "Simply awful." Willow of course, would know what she was talking about. Maybe. But everyone else would probably think her to be mental. OOOOHCUTEBOYS! |
Gemma, Carla, Ama, Tegz and Nicolle. Lalalala The seventeen year old, after greeting Celandine Toussaint, had tuned out the people in her compartment and had started to busy herself with a magazine, and thus missed the obnoxious look The Devil gave her, and the glares Woodson Whitcomb was shooting at her. Pfft. Like they mattered. Woodson Whitcomb was just being ungrateful - not everyone got to escort her. And Sebastian was just ... infuriating and many other words father would not approve of. Hmph. "Oh!" Gasped the brunette, as she felt someone's hands tugging at her arm. "Whatever do you mean, Evolette?" Oh, the Prefects' Compartment and ... the other one. "I'm sure I've had it worst." Of course she did. |
Gemma, Angie, Carla, Tegan, Colley and whoever else eventually pops in there maybe Standing up, she hugged Celandine and pulled her away from the door by tugging on her hand gently just before Evolette McKenna entered the compartment. Pulling her best friend along, Daphne took a seat opposite Woodson, Willow, and Evolette, sitting Cela in the process. Ignoring the rude boy's entirely, Daphne smiled pleasantly at Woodson. "You are welcome to sit with us, even though we don't own the compartment." Although, they could, with their powers combined: Willow Kovac, Daphne Hopton, Celandine Toussaint and now Evolette McKenna. Yes, they very well could own the entire Hogwarts Express if they tried hard enough. "Then again, no one is obligated to be here if they don't want to." Not looking at that horrible boy. Not. |
Constant DISORDER. (WHSCameraGal: OAF RHYMES WITH LOAF, AND BAKED POTATOES RHYME WITH Quote:
Elios, the kitty, sniffed the Neazel back and then bit it on the nose. When the other cat reacted, he pounced around to the rear of the other feline and latched it's mini body to the puff on it's tail..... then purred loadly and misgeviously. |
Celandine laughed cheerfully as she sat down, crossing one leg over the other and tucking her foot behind her leg. Twisty. "I'm Celandine, I don't know either of you so, I guess that means you are new because I know everyone." She beamed and extended her hand in greeting, hovering it between the two brothers and floating it in one direction then the other. Aaaand then she got distracted by her hand being all floaty. Teehee. |

Elios stared, with saucer blue eyes, at the giant fluff on the other feline's tail. He began to mew softly and slap at it. "Mrew... Mrew...Merrrrrrrrrrrrrrew," and then he pounced violently at the puff that was just slightly larger than him, and wrestled it. |
