I have 3 pets, one is Duchesse my 3 1/2 year old cat who is here at Hogwarts with me, my owl Snowy who is sent to me each term from my papa, and my penguin Waddles who is obviously at home. We also have many gnomes in our garden at home.

I am from Paris France. My mum was a Hufflepuff, she died in my first year at Hogwarts, she was excellent at Charms. Her great grandmother was Hermione Granger/Weasley. My papa was in Gryffindor, and was excellent in Potions. He is related to Helga Hufflepuff, a cousin thrice removed. He now is an auror, in the French Ministry. I also have an auntie who works at the English Ministry in the Department of Mysteries

I am 5'6'', and approximately 53 kg. I am a metamorphmagus. If I am sick, my hair becomes really light, almost transparent. When happy my hair is bubblegum pink, and when angry it turns tomato red. I am easy going, and a lot of fun to be with. My cousins here at Hogwarts are Rian, Melinda and Jason!

Personality: Elizabeth is friendly, and sticks with her friends. She accepts people for who they are, but has a good sense of right and wrong. If she thinks you did something out of line, it takes a while to get back on her good side. She is intelligent, but not always entirely comfortable showing it. Except in school. She has a wry sense of humor, that could lean toward sarcasm occasionally. She also has a fondness for Muggle musicals, which led to her cat's name.

Background: Elizabeth was born in America, the eldest daughter of an Army sergeant. So she has lived in various locales. However, all of them were in America. Currently, and for the last few years, her home is in California. Her first time out of the country was two terms ago, when she first came to Hogwarts. Prior to coming to England, much of her time was spent with her head in one book or another, leading her to have an extensive collection of random knowledge in her mind. Like most older siblings, she both adores and is annoyed with her younger siblings.

Her older brother, who is married and recently became a father, plays on a professional Quidditch team based in California, as a chaser. And, like her cousin before her, Elizabeth joined the Ravenclaw team, as a beater. (Her cousin played as a chaser) She really likes writing, and would like to become an author after she gets out of school.

Last term, Elizabeth was one of the Ravenclaw prefects, but gave the responsibility up in order to feel like she could be more of a normal teenager, having fun with her friends. Especially since last term, she felt like she hardly got to see them.

She's nice to practically everyone, as long as they are the same to her. She makes friends easily, and she loves to do it. She's very intelligent, but doesn't show off.

She has a great sense of humor, and can be really sarcastic. But she never means to hurt feelings, she always means well.

More About My Character: She was born in Toulous, France, and lived there until she was nine. However, she doesn't speak much French. She can speak Spanish though, kind of. She moved to Carlisle, England, when she was nine years old and lives there now.

Her dad is a proffessional muggle painter, and he travels for his work- he's hardly ever home when Rian is. Her mother works at St. Mungo's, and Rian hopes to follow in her footsteps.

After certain events in his first year he spent most of his time in the library at Hogwarts either reading or studying which is why he doesn't know many people. After an argument with his father this past summer he's determined to enjoy his last few years at Hogwarts rather then doing what is expected of him.

Personality: Jenn is what people would call a very bubbley person. She is not very shy unless embarressed. She love's so talk and tease and be very sarcastic. More about Jenn: Jenn was born in Paris, France until she was 4. Her family still sometimes speak in French so she can speak it fairly well. When Jenn was 4 and a half they moved back to London, England, and are now living in the countryside. Though Jenn has a big family, the only people she feels close with is her brother's and their house-elf, Winka. Before she came to Hogwarts she had only one friend outside of their family, and it was a boy named Derec. I guess you could say she has been with boys her whole life. The reason for the distance between the rest of her family, is that her parents and sisters expect Jenn to be a proper lady, which is what Jenn would hate to become. Also, there parents where hopeing she would become a Slytherin, which as you can see, did not happen, much to their displeasure.

-Personality: Rachel has changed quite a bit from the shy, scared first year she used to be. She's much more confident and allows herself to do stupid things for the fun of it without thinking about it too much. She is a very broad minded person and does not tolerate stereotypes, even thought she sometimes does it herself. As a typical Ravenclaw, she tends to over analyze unimportant things in her head; but when it comes to important things she regularly blurts out what she thinks are stupid comments/answers. She's very talkative as opposed to what she used to be, and has many great friends that would be able to live without.

-Background: Rachel's history is not an easy one, and she spent almost the whole of last year crying because of it. Back when Rachel's biological mother was pregnant with her, the family found out that her brother (Rachel's uncle) was a wizard (he was always weird - did bizarre things). Rachel's grandparents were so shocked and disappointed that they abandoned him with a limited amount of money and kicked him out of the house. He has never talked to them since. A few years after Rachel was born, she started behaving oddly too and when she got her letter her parents feared what her grandparents would say and just lied and told them that she was going off to an accelerated school. No one had ever told her about her uncle (she didn't even know she had one) and she found out only during her third year that she wasn't the only magical person in her family. Her uncle Jake had contacted her and after a few complications, they met and he told her everything.
She was really angry with her parents after the secret was revealed and following a lot of crying, misery and debates with herself; she decided to move in with Jake (this was her idea, not Jake's) and emancipate herself from her parents for good. She still misses them sometimes; but not nearly enough for her to go back.

Background: Lasca was born in Transylvania. When she was 2 her mother was killed due to some special talents of hers. Her father then moved her to the Carpathian mountains after the funeral. They still return every three or four months but her father cannot stand to live there anymore, too many memories. Her father works as a photographer both for the Magical and Muggle world. Therefore Lasca is no stranger to travel. She speaks fluent Romanian and can understand many other languages. Her father comes from a long line of mimic's (term for metamorphmagus in Transylvania), that combined with her mothers gifts gave Lasca an interesting mix of talents as well.

Personality: Lasca is a friendly 11 year old girl. She is independent and headstrong but values respect and honor about all else. She is loyal to a fault and believes in honesty in all things. Like a true Ravenclaw, she is ever in the pursuit of knowledge, and her curiosity knows no limits. She can seem quite shy at first meeting but it doesn't take long to get her going. In previous terms, Ludo met new friends and stressed over O.W.L.s. Upon completion, he attempts to make the best of his remaining years at school. He is very clever and has a great smile, which he is more than happy to share with others. He can be a bit jealous at times and percieve things in ways they weren't meant to be. Though overall a nice guy, Ludo knows his way around a duel...a word to the wise.

Other information: As stated above, Karma's mother is part Veela. Personality: Valentine is an artistically quiet girl. She often keeps to herself as is very shy. Most people take that as stubbornness. Alot of people thinks she believes she is aboves others- which is not true. Valentine is a very kind and generous person- but she isn't into random acts of kindness. This part of her usually only shows if you are close to her. Although she is quiet and shy, once you get to know her she can break out of her shell and be loud. But don't think she won't give you trouble. She does have a bad side.

History: Her mother was a pure blood witch, and her father was a muggle. She doesn't know much about her father. All that her parent's relationship was an on and off going. When Valentine was 2 her mother became pregnant with twins from Valentine's father. It was then that her mother came out about being a witch- believing he would love her enough to accept that.

Nicolas left for the last time when he found that out- leaving Carrigan with a two year old and still pregnant with twins. Once the twins were born her mother was in a depressive state because of her father. There would be periods of neglect- and many times they had all be near to death because of it.

When she was six- her mother had been basically bed-ridden. One day a fire broke out in their house. Valentine's four year old brother and sister died in the fire. She managed to escape. Muggle firefighters managed to save her mother. From there her mother was hospitalized in Mungo's permant ward.

Valentine lived with her grandmother until she died just before Valentine's 14th birthday. From there she decided she would go to Hogwarts come the next term. She now lives with her friend.

When she was six years old, her parents John and Marie (both Muggles) died in a car accident. A year later Edie and her aunt moved to London. Her aunt passed away when Edie was 13 and so Edie has been living by herself since.

Pet: Helios-A sleek, rather small, orange and white cat, that looked almost like a cheetah (and acts like it too). He has a very fiery temper, and can "attack" anyone who tries to harm Amelia.

Artemis-Used to be Jaquline's owl, but she gave her to Amelia for while she was at Hogwarts. A large, tawny owl, she is smart (for an owl) and can go wherever sent.

Physical Description: Small, but strong. Long blonde hair that does whatever it wants. Her eyes are a deep green, with gold/orange around the middle (her favorite feature about herself). She could possibly be good at quiddich (she enjoys flying) but doesnt play.


Family: Amelia's mother and father died when she was 5. She now lives with her older sister Jaquline in her flat in London. Jaquline is 19, and works for the ministry. She is logical, but has a broad mind due to Amelia. She loves her little sister alot. They have no other relatives besides a crazy great-aunt who lives in a little cottage somewhere in Scotland and talks to next to no one but her great-nieces and best friend. Her name is Kirra. Kirra dotes on her great-nieces.


Personality: Amelia is like her sister, in the way that she is eccentric. She does things the way most people wouldnt even think of, and she thinks the way most people don't get. She sees a whole other side of the world most people can't get a glimpse of.

Amelia also absolutly loves music. She plays the guitar, the clarenet, and the saxaphone, but her favorite instrument is the piano. She is normally humming to herself, and when she isn't studying or doing homework she is proabably composing something. She is normally seen with a book, paper and a quill (just in case) and a few pages of blank sheet music.

Amelia loves reading, and is very, very smart. It wasn't a surprise she was in Ravenclaw. She always wanted to be in that house, even though Jaquline was a Gryffindor. Amelia isnt very brave.

Amelia is rather intro-verted, not very outgoing. She'll stop and talk if you ask her, but she'd rather read or write music then come over and just talk.

Friends: Amelia's best friend in the whole world is Amanda Alice Lloyd. The two have gotten along extremly well ever since they first met. They hit it off and have been best friends since they were 4. Amanda balances her out. They work great together. Family: Amanda lives with her mum, older brother Max, 20, older sister Lauren, 20, and younger sister Jennifer, 7. Her older sister recently applied and got a job at the Ministry in International Magical Cooperation, her brother is searching for jobs, and her mother owns a bake shop near their home. Her father left the family two years after the birth of her youngest sister. They haven't heard from him since, and don't really care to talk about him.

Friends: Amanda's best friend, both at school and home is Amelia Whitewater. They have known each other since they were 4 and have been friends ever since. They are quite different, but that is what makes them such great friends. Every summer, Amanda spends a week at Amelia's house with her family. Amelia's Aunt Kirra is like an aunt to her.

Personality: Amanda is a very forgetful person. She is somewhat brave and quite outgoing. Despite this, she is also quite insecure. She and Amelia have often been told that they balance each other out well, in personality. She procrastinates like crazy, but always manages to get things done. Amanda is a very selfless person as well. She is rather smart, not brilliant, but not stupid, either. She enjoys reading and listening to music.

There are not many things that she does not like. The main thing is people who tell her they are sorry her father left them. He and her mum are better off without each other. She was sad when he left, of course, but that was 5 years ago. She and her family have gotten along just fine without him, and she never looks for sympathy from people. Her mother does not consider it a mistake, just a worthwhile adventure. Another pet peeve of hers is people that are mean to the ones she loves. She is selfless, so she sticks up for her friends and family members when she feels it is necessary.

Amanda is also athletic. She enjoys running and plays Quidditch in the backyard with her brother, his friends, and Amelia.

Leah is four foot three inches tall, and rather on the thin side. She's only eleven years old, so that can be excused. She has a head of curly auburn hair that hangs to her shoulders. She keeps her hair heavily layered to keep the curls from looking too busy. As far as how she carries herself goes, Leah is a terribly nervous being. She walks around with her arms wrapped around herself most of the time, and is one of those people that is reluctant to make eye contact.

History: Leah was born and raised in a little town called Astoria, Oregon. Her mother is a muggle born, and her father is a pure blood. Leah has a younger brother named Seth who is already better with magic than Leah is. He's already blown up several things, and is learning to control it. He's seven years old. While growing up, everyone thought that Leah was going to be a squib. She never showed any sign of magical talent...but is really good with potion making. She's always helped her mother and uncle (Blake Robinson--my ministry character), with potions. Leah doesn't want to be at Hogwarts. Magic freaks her out, and all she really wants is to go back to Astoria and live with her grandma.

Personality: For the most part Leah is really quiet. She doesn't speak unless spoken to, she doesn't talk to strangers. The only time she really gets loud is when she's annoyed or offended. Leah has a really bad temper, one that;s only now starting to manifest. At eleven years old her hormones are starting to kick in, and no one is much liking it. Deep down she's a know it all, and can be really bossy. But at this point she's trying to suppress that side of herself.

{History}

Willow is the daughter of Goran Kovac, a pureblood wizard from Croatia, and Siobhan Ethelbert Kovac, a pureblood Irish witch. She was born on September 7 of 2051 in the City of Canterbury located on Kent, England.

She was brought up in a very strict Pureblood family, but does not share those believes or whatsoever. In fact, she's rather fond of Muggle Artifacts, even if those things possess the ability to confuse her.

After the dead of her mother when she was only eight years old, Willow, her three older siblings, and her little brother, were left under the care of her father and a couple of house elves. Her father, in his desperate attempt to make her happy, develop a relationship with her (him and Willow were never close, due to the fact that he spends most of his time working) and somehow fill the emptiness that her mother had left, started to give the girl whatever she wanted, thus spoiling her.

Willow currently lives on the City of Canterbury with her father and three siblings (Branimir, Paul, Noah and Nikola), in a rather large house located in the outsides of the town Whitstable, far away from the Muggle Population of that place.

{Personality}

Demanding, controlling, impulsive, a drama queen sometimes, and surprisingly naive, Willow carries herself with determined steps, looking as though she owns the place and knows everything.

A know-it-all with a temper that is easily disturbed, Willow has absolutely no problem with speaking her mind and sounding rude in the process. Mess with her, and you will deeply regret it.

Not exactly the typical fifteen year old young lady --in other words, teenager-- Willow is not interested on having any kind of relationship that could potentially be considered more than friendship with the opposite sex. For her, boys are these weird, complicated, with an occasional funny smell, and absolutely confusing creatures with the ability on getting on her nerves very easily.

With a huge dislike for crowds, loud and pointless noise, messy people, dirt, animals, and plants, Willow, unlike most of all the Hogwarts population, prefers to spend her day in the comfortable and clean insides of the castle, instead of getting her robes dirty and run around the grounds.

As you can see, the young Ravenclaw finds many things annoying.

Willow is the typical studious Ravenclaw, worried about her grades and studies. But unlike most of her fellow Ravenclaws, the young girl is not very fond of books; In fact, most of the times, she only reads because her homework demands her to do so. You'd say that she grew quiet bored of books, bookshelves, and libraries, considering that her family owns a chain of bookstores all across the United Kingdom.

Allergies: The young Ravenclaw claims to be allergic to cats, which is completely not true. She just finds them annoying, as does as the rest of the animals.

Physical Description: Maura has elbow-length, glossy, wavy, milk chocolate colored hair with copper and dark chocolate colored streaks and sparkling violet eyes ringed with dark brown eyeliner. She always wears silver hoop earrings. Maura has semi-pale skin and she is about five foot six. Maura is slender. Her birthday is September 2. She enjoys dancing, singing, and swimming, and has an outgoing but dreamy personality. Maura keeps her wand in a special little wand-shaped brown leather purse that she wears buckled to her hip like a sword-sheath.
