Morgan walks by the Broomshed, a book about broom care tucked under his arm. He tried peeking into the windows but couldnt see clearly. Opening the door quietly, he creeps into the shed and approaches the school brooms. He loved to fly, and felt a little bad that first years werent allowed to have their own brooms yet. He took a broom and examined it, flipping open his book for some guidance. |
Riley decided to go into the broomshed because isn't that what guys did. They liked to play with their toys. Stepping inside he wrinkled his nose a little...ugh stinks of polish. He was startled to find that he was not the only one in here. "Hey dude what's up?" oh for the love of Merlin that just sounded stupid. |

With her jaw and her nose transfigured to look much more masculine- or at least as masculine as an eleven year old boy was likely to look- and her hair short and spiked- so short and spiked in fact that she felt like a hedgehog, Celandine opened the door to the broomshed and entered, immediately noticing she wasn't alone. She headed to where the brooms were kept and unerringly reached for her brothers broom- the modified racing broom he used to be so proud of. |

thinking for a second she realised these were just students; she could lie to them, in the way she wouldn't with a Professor or a Prefect. Being extra careful not to slide around, she sauntered to a seat and began to polish the broom lovingly. |

Cela-as-boy spoke without looking up. "Riley and Morgan are girly names." she/he continued to polish the racing broom; smirking slightly as she/he remembered the last time she had been allowed to fly it. "What makes you think it isn't mine?" Cela-as-boy practically spluttered; actually quite enjoying this. |

Cela thought for a second before deciding to just go for it. Using the stone around her neck to push the semi-lie to make it more believable, Cela answered, "Its Andy," she managed it in a tone that said they should know that, " Haven't seen either of you around; in classes or anything." Holding up the broom, 'Andy' continued, "And I can prove its mine since it has an anti-theft charm on it and only the owner," and his little sister, "can ride it. If you don't believe me go ahead and try flying it yourself." 'Andy' offered, knowing the broom would throw them off instantly. |

He looked down at the broom then back at the blond boy's face "Well for one thing, you're a little young to have a broom that good. Besides I dont see your name on it." Nevemind the fact that he hasnt given his name. Quote:

Riley rolled his eyes. "Yeah and that's not girly at all" he continued to polish the broomstick wondering who the hell it belong to because they were now going to have a really nice shiny broom. "Must not have been looking to hard then, I've been around" he muttered. "Why would I want to fly your broom when I have one of my own" which is not here but in my dorm. He eyed the younger boy warily hoping he wasn't going to dare him to fly this broom. Quote:

Snorting inelegantly and completely ungirl like 'Andy' glared at the other two. "I'm a second year." 'Andy' said, playing up the angry Nico/Robert card. "And I don't need to put my name on it; like I said it won't work for anyone else." Celandine was actually completely glad at that point that Nico would never mark his things- believing it would make them worth less. Quote:
inside, Cela cringed; unused to being so mean and surprised at how realistic it sounded. |

Riley's eyebrows shot up again. "Are you trying to challenge me to ride that broom?" please say no, I beg of you. Kayla was starting to wonder if this had been a good idea, she was seriously way in over her head here. |

"I'm not trying to do anything; I already know that you can't, so whats the point?" Andy spoke disdainfully before standing up and placing the broom on the floor. He stepped forward and stood on the broom, jumping skateboard style and it lifted into the air under his feet. Internally Celandine sighed with pleasure; the broom was so perfectly balanced it was easy for her to do this- although she did have to balance on her heels so that she wouldn't slip off with her glisseo'd shoesies. Idly she wondered if anyone would be amused to know that Cela does tricks. "Make yourself felt?" 'Andy' asked with his arms folded; still balancing in the air. "Whatever, kid." Andy jumped off the broom and caught it with his right hand- being ultra careful not to reveal the tell-tale scar on his/her left. With that he sat down, ready to continue polishing the broom. |

He scowled as he cocked his towards Andy "You take that charm off to make it safe for flying and I'll show you that the only girl around this place is currently holding that broom." Quote:

Flip-flop flip-flop The sound of his sandals preceded his entrance to the broomshed. The door was opend with one hand, before the boy entered with a confident stride. Flip- He wasn't expecting to see anybody else here. Was this the new hang out for the cool kids and he wasn't informed? Why didn't anyone inform him of these things. Flop Helios' cloudy blue eyes looked about as his hands gently grasped the undone tie around his neck. Flip-flop The boy prince took another step inside, trying to remember where he stashed his broom. |

The temper flared very quickly as it always did when she was being pushed and her hand brushed her wand ever so slightly. Taking a deep breath and composing herself again. Watching the kid balance on the broom, Riley merely grunted. "No point at all" he agreed amicably. Seems your little Scorpion is starting show through Kayla thought grimly. Quote:

She continued polishing the broom, slightly annoyed that Nico hadn't been taking care of it at all- the thing was taking alot of elbow grease. Quote:
"Hi." 'Andy' said eventually- acknowledging the new boy; before busying himself with broomcare. |

Vindictus was in a foul mood after spending the past two weeks in a heated debate with various members of the IQC and the Ministry. Plus he ran into his least favorite person on earth. Not a pleasant two weeks at all. The door to the shed creaked open and the cross Quidditch instructor grumbled at the sound of students chatting away happily in his shed. "So who brought the tea and cookies and why wasn't I invited?" he asked. It was clear to everyone from the sound of his voice that he was irritated. |

Cela grinned- with Andy's face sure- but it was definitely Cela's grin. Quote:

"Sorry, sir." she said; still with the transfiguration in effect; 'Andy''s face. Her eyes were her own though; so similar to her brother- Nicholai's. Celandine wondered if the flying professor had actually seen her brother with his broom; if so she might as well confess. screwing up her face she pointed her wand at herself; casting finite. "Just doing transfiguration homework, sir." she smiled nervously, "And polishing this broom." |
Quote:
Oh crap Kayla thought this just keeps getting better. "Sorry about that Professor" Riley replied in his somewhat fake deep voice. "Just making sure my brooms well groomed" er...was that even the right thing to say. |
