"You're a sharp one, Nico," Vindictus grinned and then the amusement on his face quickly vanished. A girl entered his shed and decided to show off. Strike that. A Ravenclaw girl. Not good. Not good at all.

"Twenty points from both Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw for disrupting my lesson! This is a boys only lesson and no one, I repeat, NO ONE is to talk to girls who simply can't read notices on my bulletin board! And you helped her while I WATCHED!" shouted Vindictus who couldn't even begin to fathom that a Ravenclaw, to say the least, would do anything to anger their Head of House. "Young lady, I'm reporting you to Professor Rae-Branxton and Professor Lainey if you interrupt another professor's lesson this term. If the dungeons were open, I'd toss you in there and hand you an ice pack for your ankle." He was seething as the girl limped out. "I'm checking with Nurse Numel and I don't care if I cross the boundary between schools. If she hasn't reported to the healer....." The last few sentences were more like a growl coming from the flying instructor.

"Five points from Gryffindor for performing an unauthorized healing spell," Vindictus said with irritation. "Only the school staff and Healers who have proper medical training have permission to perform even the smallest healing spell."

EEP! He had a feeling Professor Vindictus wouldn't of been happy, and throughout his little show of taking off numerous points, Clifford remained admiring his newly polished broomstick.

He was afraid to say anything. Or move. Or do anything.

Bleh.

"Uhm - What should we do once we've put that WWW stuff on the handles, Sir?" He asked timidly, setting the broomsticks he'd cared for back onto their racks.

He was supposed to have left a girl with an ankle that seemed broken stay that way? It was probably the first time Shel was not going to apologize for a loss of house points, simply because he did not believe he had done anything wrong.

So being human's a crime now. I see.

"Place your finished brooms on the broom rack by the door," Vindictus said and was trying his best to calm down. "When you finish, you can leave. I don't think I can take another disruption of class by anyone."



OOC: I hate posting OOC since it clutters things up, but I need to make something very clear to everyone - Vindictus NEVER left the shed so everything that was RP'd happened directly in front of him.

Jason finishes cleaning his broom..

That was it? They could go now? Okaaaay. Poor Professor Vindictus wasn't in the bestest of moods. "Thanks for the lesson Professor, Sir." Clifford said, offering the teacher a nervous smile as he began gathering up his cleaning equipment, ready to leave.

Would it be wrong to ask about the brownies and cookies now?

Eh. Probably.

"Yes sir," Shel said, breathing deeply. Calm down. Yeah, he certainly needed it. A serious calming down, that is.

Two broomsticks over his shoulders, Shel walked over to the broom rack and carefully positioned them. He returned twice more, until he had placed all five of his brooms there. "I'm done, Professor," he said quietly.

Vindictus pulled out his wand and pointed it at several names on his list of class attendees. As he did this, points were added to the House Hourglasses that registered points earned and lost for both schools. Tucking his wand away, he looked at Clifford who seemed to be crestfallen.

With a deep sigh, he walked into the back of the shed and returned with a plate piled high with rich fudge brownies and chunky chocolate chip cookies. He sat it down on the table. "I'm sure we all could use some chocolate," he said in a tired voice. "Let me go get some cold milk and clean goblets." Vindictus disappeared once more and returned with several large pitchers and cups. These he sat down on the table, too.

Reaching for a brownie, he closed his eyes and sighed. "Since this lesson is over, I think I can handle the presence of girls . . . especially if they are Quidditch captains." He walked over to a chair and sat down while enjoying his snack.

Time for a stroll back into the broomshed, as it seemed the boys were leaving which could only mean one thing: their lesson was finally over! And that also meant one more thing; Vindictus hadn't left yet - the one person who she had been looking for the all last Hogsmeade weekend. Oh how distraught he would be to hear what they were learning or not at the Girl's school. Then what Kayla told her... ugh!

Opening the shed door cautiously, a smile spread across her face as her green eyes gazed upon one of her most revered professors. The fact that he was sitting down put her even more at ease, so the seventh year moved closer to him. "Hello Professor," she smiled down at him. trying hard to contain her excitement.

Desdemonda strutted into the broomshed, heading towards the back to store her broom. She smiled at the professor. "Hello, Professor Vindictus," she said politely before continuing on and storing her broom with an anti-pest charm on it... the last thing she needed was to have bundimuns or some other magical pest chewing it up.

GASP! Had Professor Vindictus read his mind? Or had it been written all over his face that he had been after chocolate brownies? Knowing Clifford, probably the latter. His face cracked into the biggest of grins when the Professor disappeared and returned with brownies and milk.

YUMMY!

"Thank you, Sir." Clifford beamed, reaching for one of the brownies and gulping down some milk and noticing the Captains entering, quickly strolled out.

Unaware of his nice, white, milky moustache.

Mmmm.... milk and coookies. Cooooooookies! And brownies too, which Will secretly thought should be renamed Nutty Chocolate Heaven. Will gratefully took some treats and noshed. "Fank you, Profeffor Mindictuff..." he said, his words muffled by a mouthful of Nutty Chocolate Heaven ...er, brownie.

Melinda entered the broomshed. She felt quite embarrassed she had not tried out for the team, though she knew the best would be there. She had her broom with her. She found the polish and with a rag she had at her bag, she began to polish it.

Chris went into the Broomshed. In one hand he had his broom. His left arm was in a cast. He saw Melinda. "Hey." he said walking up to her.

"Hey..." Melinda said. Then, she saw Chris, with a cast in his arm. "Oh...oh...what happened?" She asked, really worried. She had never seen Chris with a cast before in her life.

His spirits immediately lifted when he saw two of the captains walk in. "Amelia and Desdemonda! Help yourself to the treats and have a seat," Vindictus said enthusiastically and pulled a bench close to his chair. He wanted to know what was going on....

Wondering if the girls were aloud to go into the broomshed yet Alexis noticed Mia walk in. MIA! Just the person she wanted to annoy. Following the Huffie Alexis walked into the broomshed. "MIA!" Alexis yelled in the 7th years ear. Looking around she noticed more people in the shed; with Professor V. Uh oh. "Hi Professor Vindictus!" Lex said with a wave, hoping they were aloud to be in here.

"Umm well Jason, Shel, Cale, and I were just playing around. And Shel was trying to cast Accio, to get something. But it didn't work he pointed at a pillow and it started to grawl. We tried to stop it. I went flying through the air landed on my arm that I hurt last term. And now I am in a cast". he said to her. Then he started to trim the end of his broom.

Melinda just gasped at the whole story. "Wow...last term...you got injured, and now you fell on it...I can quite...see you and Jason...walking into the infarmary..." She said, smiling. "Though, can I sign your cast, though?" She asked him, smiling.

"I took Chris to the infirmary and I hope you can play Quidditch one handed Chris" Jason told him. "Actually , Melinda he is afraid of us veterans" Jason teased Chris. Jason had some milk and cookies.

Amelia looked around at the Professor's mention of another name who she didn't entirely recognize. Desda- who?! Oh that must be the mysterious Slytherin captain. Smiling politely at her idoled flying professor, she nodded and took a seat across from Vindictus, looking around at the other company they had...

Clifford: Mr-I-eat-anything... and Will: that crazy-hyper-new-prefect... two boys that seemed to be absolutely indulged in brownies and other goodies that were far above her calorie intake. The treats did look tempting though, especially since she hadn't been eating a whole lot lately.

Wrinkling her nose, she shook her head. "Thanks but no thanks," she replied to him, debating on how to start the conversation.

Not that it took her long to figure out, as she heard an awful screeching sound in her EAR! One that could only belong to one person. "LEXI!" she turned her head and yelled back at her. Then in a quieter voice, "No need to be so loud... I think all of Belle's and Cooper's could hear you clearly."

"Yeah it must have been funny to see us walking into the infarmary. he said laughing. Sure you can sign it." He said.

"I think the only way I am play is if I heal in two days." he told him.

Smiling, Melinda took her favorite pen out and signed: Get better soon, and watch out...!!! "So, did you get on the team...or not?" She asked him.

"See, told you he was scared of the veterans Melinda" Jason laughed. See I wrote here on Chris cast- "To my best friend Chris- Get well" Jason" Jason tells Melinda

"I didn't tryout yet, and I don't really think I can. That is with out hurting my other arm." he said smiling.
