Smothering a giggle, Shayna glanced at her parchment, 'Pfft. Shows exactly how competent Slytherins are, doesn't it?' Her jibe was uttered low, almost as though not intended for an audience, but her smirk gave away that it'd been intended wholly for the very Slytherin next to her. "I know you are. Just don't say I didn't warn you," he snickered, building up a plan in the back of his mind already. He loved her tone, full of fake-confidence. She obviously didn't know the depths Slytherins were willing to go to to settle a score. It wasn't the house points that mattered, it was the fact that she had got one over on him. It was his turn to return the...favour.
Lex features almost formed into a scowl. Some Slytherins could be absolute idiots, it was only their blood type that got them into the house. He re-set his features to neutral after stealing a glance at the screen which the Slytherin was behind. He didn't associate himself with Slytherins like that, in fact, he didn't associate with many other Slytherins at all. It was just him and himself, the proper Slytherin way.
"Well I'm not exactly like 'other Slytherins'" he muttered to himself more than Shayna. Other Slytherins wouldn't walk around without a back-up group of Slytherin thugs. Other Slytherins wouldn't spend so much time with one Gryffindor student out of free will. And Other Slytherin students would never get lost in the eyes of the enemy.

It was then she realised that she'd hardly, never in fact, seen him surrounded by any other menacing Slytherins. Not to say he wasn't intimidating himself on his own, but it was a well known thing for Slytherins to travel in packs, and for Lex to be on his own, was a little odd.

I'd bet you'd be really good friends, if he went here." she said, thinking of her cousin and his constant obsession with the game.

Emma blushed and looked at her feet. She hadn't even noticed had side-tracked she had gotten! "Sorry Professor," she said, clearing her throat and tossing her hair over her shoulder slightly, almost as if she was trying to shake the embarrassing situation out of her memory for good. She picked up her wand, determined to show Pierce that Gryffindor's were not slackers (she seemed to be rather upset at another Gryffindor at the moment) but quickly glanced at the back of the room at Anna. She gave her friend a "sorry-for-losing-our-house-points" look before returning to her work.
"Portanis," she muttered, envisioning her only pair of dress robes--purple, with gold stitching around the sleeves and near the bottom hem. She tapped her wand and closed her eyes, hoping it would work. She opened them and was thrilled to see herself dressed head to toe in violet robes.

Amelia had been busy twirling her quill between her palm fingers for the last few minutes, given she had figured out the spell that she hardly noticed all the chatting going on. However, the minute that the Professor announced 5 points from Hufflepuff, the prefect awoke from her daydream and snapped around to see who she was pointing at. Jack Langley!? Captain!? Her mouth dropped open slightly in shock. She would be needing a talk with him later.
In the meantime, she closed her mouth, pressing her lips together and wondering how much longer there would be in the lesson. Or if there was anything else left to do; but she didn't dare speak.

Rhiannon widened her eyes as Professor Pierce took more points away from students. Although she was interested in the fact that the Quidditch people were two of them, and the Slytherin and Gryffindor from over by Willow were the others. Hmm. So far, only Ravenclaw hasn't lost any points this class. Works for me, she thought, keeping her outward expression perfectly neutral. She wasn't going to do anything to lose points. She was just going to sit calmly and wait for class to continue, or be excused.

He groaned inwardly, concentrating hard on not letting the teacher or Shayna see his fustration. But just because he wasn't allowed to 'chat' didn't mean that he didn't hear what she had said.
She had just admitted that she thought he wasn't like other students. In what ways? Lex had most of the Slytherin qualities in his personality, but in other senses, he just wasn't the same. It was like a puzzle, he was the missing piece but he just didn't fit in. He had never tried to fit in really, friends that weren't willing to accept him in the first place weren't friends at all.
Well now that he wasn't allowed to talk, he would simply spend the rest of the lesson planning his revenge. He opened his textbook, pretending to look at it when really he wasn't taking in one single word. The only word in his mind was revenge.

Emma nodded as the Professor explained what they were to do next. She looked down at her dress robes and sighed, "I kind of liked being dressed up for once," she giggled. Then, she tapped her head, her right shoulder, and then her left shoulder, picturing her normal Gryffindor robes in her head. "Haniros," she said. She opened her eyes and looked down. She gave a little squeal of delight as she realized that she was in her uniform again. "I did it!" she said happily. That was the first time she had gotten any spell right on the first try.

Aw. She liked being in her Quidditch robes....
Oh well. Gwen picked up her wand. Head...right shoulder...left shoulder.
Gwen looked down and found herself in her pajamas. The ones with Snitches all over them.
Whoops.
She tried the spell again; she was now back in her boring old uniform. Still, boring old uniform was better than Snitch pajamas any day.
Maybe I'll wear a ball gown sometime.

Jack groaned and sunk down in his chair as the Professor took points from Hufflepuff for him talking. He saw people looking at him, and Mia giving him a look and scowled like a spoilt child.
When given more instructions he sat up quickly and did as he was told. Head, right, left. 'Haniros'. He looked down to find himself in his normal robes with his Captain's badge pinned back onto his chest.

As Professor Pierce gave them the counterspell, Rhiannon sighed. She wished she could have stayed in her comfy sweater and jeans. But she couldn't, and like probably most other students, she didn't want the spell to wear off in the least appropriate place.
Tapping her wand to her head, followed by the right shoulder and then the left, she says, "Haniros", while thinking about her school uniform. After a few seconds, she looks down at herself and finds her school robes are back in place. Well, at least I know I still rock at wandwork, she thinks idly.

Cora smiled at Jack. "Don't worry. I think pretty much every house just lost points." She said, her eyes twinkling brightly. She picked up her wand and cleared her throat.
Head, right shoulder..."Haniros." She stated clearly. Or not... She frowned. "Miss, I keep ending up in a tutu!" She mumbled, staring down at the frilly pink outfit. Yuck, it clashed horribly with her hair. "Haniros!" Cora repeated again, this time thinknig of nothing but her warm, snuggly robes. Opening her eyes, she sighed in relief at the sight of emerald green. "Did it!"

Amelia nodded as the professor answered her question, although she wasn't that happy with the answer. Pierce seemed to think that because she was a teacher, she was better than them. Of course she will be better than a first year, but compared to herself - nearing graduation, it wasn't very fair.
The sixth year sat quietly, waiting for the next set of instructions or for class to be dismissed.
