The Forbidden Forest
 

Jason potter flies around the forbidden forest which is home since he was forced out of la Quidditch by Death Eaters and Lord Voldermitis. " I see some animals he tells Professor Pierce. " I hope I am not interfering and do not want to lose points or put in detention, I just figured I wound find students here, since we couldn't find any at the lake" Jason tells her. " I see a Red Fox, Black Cat and a Panda Bear." Jason tells her.

Hitachi found his way to the Forbidden forest hesitantly. He noticed Professor Pierce out and about, searching for students. He approached her and said, "Professor Pierce, I've that students were allowed to search for students with the guide of a professor. I believe that's you professor Pierce?" Hitachi surveyed the large forest, somehow blindly hoping he'd find a wondering student whom needed to be found.

Sana was flying down carefully not hitting any trees as her robes flies behind her. She was in the search group and just came back from the Broomshed after heard Professors instructions. She saw another Professor was there and monitoring everyone. She got near to her and asked, 'Hi professor, is there any tips for us?" But her eyes were searching around the place curiously.

Delilah walked into the Forbidden Forest, marveling at its beauty.

"I'm great" Delilah replied giving her friend a small hug. "And you?"

Emily shivered as she entered the Forbidden Forest. Where the heck had the rest of the search party got to? Gah! She never expected to be in the forest…. alone. But for some reason she didn’t turn back, she just kept on walking. Hopefully the rumours she had heard about this place were nothing than just that… stories.

She got a little further in and spotted someone else not to far away. It was that Hufflepuff she’d met at the lake when she’d been with Ellie. 'Oh well.' Any company in this place was better than none. She shrugged and wandered over to the girl. What was her name again? Parker… no…. Packman… no? Parkie! That was it! “Hello Parkie. You lost too?” she asked the girl. Two was better than one.

She jumped as she heard another student. Where had she come from? She raised an eyebrow before giving her a small smile. "Hi." she said quietly to the Ravenclaw. Three was, indeed, better than two when you were lost in the Forbidden Forest.

Delilah turned hearing another voice from behind her she turned to see Ellie's friend Emily. "Hello Emily, no I'm not lost. Are you?" Delilah asked, ignoring the name she was called.

Emily breathed a sigh of relief. It seemed that Ems was the only person around here with a rubbish sense of direction. “You weren’t with the search party?” she asked. “What are you doing here then?” she asked raising that eyebrow again. Students shouldn't just wander into the Forbidden Forest willy nilly.

"Thats good."

"I'm pretty good. THis place is kinda creepy. I mean, it's beautiful, but at the same time, I'm a little scared." she admitted. "Know what I mean?"

"Search Party? Oh right, of course I'm with the search party. I was just meeting here with Sahrina so we could search together. Right Sahrina?" Delilah said realizing if she told the truth she and Sahrina both would be in trouble. Delilah looked at Sahrina for support, hoping she would understand that they now had to join the search party. "And yea it is kinda creepy"

“Hmm…” Was this girl lying to Ems? The cheek of it! She narrowed her eyes as she looked at her. “Any sign of anyone… or anything?” She asked both the girls. Maybe this was a good thing. The three girls would have a head-start searching the forest for any of the missing students.

"No actually." Delilah said shaking her head mournfully. "How about you Sahrina?"

Delilah moved slowly away from Emily to whisper into Sahrina's ear, "Sahrina, what do you think about joining the search. I really am worried about the missing students." Delilah then looked to Sahrina hoping she would be alright with what she was about to do. "Emily do you want to search with us? Maybe with three heads we can work better and faster."

Emily looked from one girl to the other as they whispered to each other. This was all very suspicious indeed. She folded her arms, “Alright. What were you two really doing here?” she asked, narrowing her eyes slightly. ...As if it was actually any of Emily's business. but she didn't like when people whispered like that... it was just plain rude!

She nodded as Parkie asked if Ems wanted to join them, grateful that she wouldn't be left all alone in the forest. "Thanks, Parkie." she said with a small smile.

Delilah gave Sahrina a grateful galnce then opened her mouth to explain to Emily. "I came in to explore and Sahrina" here she took a glance at Sahrina "Sahrina why did you come into the forest?" Delilah asked then looked at Emily "I really would like to help find the missing students." Delilah said hoping Emily saw the sincerity in her eyes.

"Well, I really came to exlaore too. But I reallly care about the missing students." Sahrina told her. She hoped the girl would see she wasnt lieing.

Delilah looked at the girl on the broomstick then looked at Emily and Sahrina and said "We're in the search party looking for the missing students." With these words Delilah shot a small smile in Emily's direction.

Emily eyed the Ravenclaw. 'Her?' Who the hell was her? "My name is Emily." she told the girl with a small fake smile, "I didn't catch your name..."

“Exploring the Forbidden Forest on your own is not a good idea.” Emily told the first year. “Have you even heard about what lurks in here?” This girl must be muggleborn… nobody in their right mind would just wander into the forest just to explore it.

She nodded, noting the girls sincerity in wanting to find the missing students. “Alright.” She replied. “The students were looking for will all be in animal form… you do know that don’t you?” Emily thought she better check these girls knew the full story about what had happened.


“Oh merlin..” Just what they needed - interfering prefects... and of the hufflepuff variety. Emily smiled sweetly at the older girl. “We were with the search party but got kinda… lost…?” Well.. that was the truth... for Ems anyway.

"I do now" Delilah said giving Emily a smile. "Do we know the type of animal they are?" She asked wanting to all the information she could.

Delilah hearing a girl cry out in frustration looked at Emily then walked over to the trees and started to walk out towards the sound. But before doing so she turned to Emily and asked "are you coming?" then turned and walked towards the girls voice. Finally reaching her destination, Delilah saw Ellie. "Hello Ellie, are you here to help look for the missing students."

Amelia looked from one girl to the next. Somehow she had a sense that the first girl wasn't telling the whole truth. Besides, it was just confirmed a moment later when the other girl - Emily - mentioned about exploring the forest on their own.

"Uh search party... right," she started, thinking over the situation. She was involved now and as an older student and prefect, she should really take charge. But she was flying and they were... walking. Did it matter? As long as she were to supervise them.

"Alright, here's the deal. I'm also part of the search party, but with the er - 'flying' side, obviously," the sixth year began. "But as you three look rather young, you shouldn't be wondering here by yourself. So I'm going to stay here with you and supervise you. We'll all search together, sound good?"

She then realized that she didn't know any of their names. Well, not really anyway. And she doubted they knew her, other than hearsay. "Oh right, and to get us off on the right foot. My name is Amelia. Amelia Rose. I'm the Hufflepuff Prefect."

Delilah nodded and said "Ok to tell you the truth I'll feel better knowing theres another and older student with us." Delilah smiled gratefully at the older girl then looked back at Ellie hoping she wouldn't cause trouble for this older student. Delilah reached out to shake Amelia's hand, "I'm Delilah Parkingston, first year Hufflepuff."

“Erm… I know for a fact that one of them’s a squirrel… and there’s a cat.” That was it. Emily didn’t have a clue what the other students had become.

Emily sighed inwardly. ‘Just brilliant.’ They’d probably be safer wandering about on their own than have the huffie on a broom attracting unwanted attention to them. But as she was a prefect, it seemed Emily had no choice in the matter… not if she wanted to keep her clean record anyway. She gave the girl another smile. “Alright.” she answered. “Yes, I know who you are.” she said. “I’m Emily. Emily Greenwood.”

Emily’s attention was taken away from the Hufflepuff on the broom… (two things which she disliked) to someone yelling not too far away. Ellie! What the heck was she doing here? “Oi! Bluebell!” She said and gave her a smile. “You alright?” She asked with a grin. “What, in merlin's undies are you doing here?”

Delilah smiled at Emily. "Thanks that helps. Do you know can they talk?"

Amelia smiled at the first year. Her speculations were correct; the girl was very young indeed and too be wondering off in here alone. It was good she arrived here when she did.

She saw the girl reach up to shake her hand. Still hovering on her broomstick, she returned the gestured and reached down to shake Delilah's hand. "Nice to meet you. Ah yes, I've seen you around the common room a few times, but now I'll be able to bug you to do that homework," she said, with a wink and small nod.


It didn't take a genius to figure out that this girl wasn't happy with her presence. "Of course," she said, your prefect has probably told you lies about me too, "Nice to meet you Emily." she added, making sure to keep a polite demeanor.

Delilah laughed at the girls comment, then stared in awe at the broom. Her older sister had one but Delilah never was allowed to fly on it.

“No. They can’t talk. They don’t even know who they used to be…” Emily shook her head and sighed sadly. The poor kids.


Emily nodded. “Yeah, you too.” she said, trying her best not to sound sarcastic. “Where were you heading?” Emily asked. They weren’t going to find anyone standing about exchanging pleasantries all day...

"Shouldn't we start looking for the kids?" Delilah asked senseing Emily was getting impatient to start moving and looking. But on the other hand Delilah was also.

While Ellie was crossing her arms, she heard someone calling her name, she turned her eyes to the girl.
“Oh, Hello young huffie” she said to the girl. “Yes, I am.”
Then she looked at the girl and raised an eyebrow. “I know that I’m not much older than you but.. what are you doing in here? You are a firstie.”


Then Ellie heard another voice, this time a most nice and familiar one. She grinned at the Slytherin girl.
“Rosier!” Ellie blinked at her own words. “Don’t even ask why I call you that.. because I don’t know.”
She told to the girl.
“Rosier!?”
Ellie really needed to rest her head.
She shook her head while she smiled back at Emily. “Well, I’m here making my good action of the day.” She told her with a small laugh. “Helping in the search of the missing students. ”
She looked around.
Creepy place.
Her eyes found a teacher and a prefect close to them.

"Well we can all look together, unless Ellie you have a problem being in my presence." Delilah said raising a eyebrow and sending a glance in the direction of the prefect.

Emily’s mouth fell open at being called Rosier. What the heck!? Nobody had ever called her that in her entire life. It may have be her middle name, but it was almost like an insult “Bluebell.” she said a little coldly. “Please don’t call me that.” She looked at her feet, feeling a little awkward. Had Ems even told Ellie her middle name? Oh dear.

She looked back up at the mention of the missing kids. “Great.” She said a little more cheerfully before glancing at the prefect. “Amelia here is leading the party.... now.” Excellent fun… not.

Delilah noticed that Emily did not being called, umm, that must have been her middle name. Note to self never call Emily by her middle name

Ellie turned her brown eyes to the girl, then rolled the with a half-smile. “Oh please. Don’t blame me for what I may say. You started today!”
The Slytherin girl was in a great mood, that was the reason why she didn’t answer worst to the girl.

Ellie blinked again, then started to count with her finger. “So, let me see… No Greenwood and no Rosier.”
She looked at Emily, the girl really loved her name, she didn’t like to be called by anything else.
“Ok.Ok. I’m sorry. I don’t even know why I called you that.”
She noticed Emily turning her eyes to her feet.
Oh geee.

Ellie blinked at the hufflepuffs prefect name.
“Amelia..” she repeated. Hum.. wasn’t that the Hufflepuff seeker?
She turned her eyes to the Hufflepuff girl and tried to see her face.
Yes, she was.
She raised an eyebrow with a half-smile at Emily. “Party? ”

"You're right, I apoligize I started it this time" Delilah said eyeing Ellie noticing she was in a good mood.

Emily rolled her eyes. “Greenwood is a lot better than… than, you know.” She replied. Her own middle name and she couldn’t bring herself to say it. Why the heck her mum and dad decided to name her after him was a complete mystery. “It’s alright.” Emily nodded. Ellie didn’t know she hated the name… or why.

"Yes, the search party... to find the missing students." Wasn't that why Ellie came out here? She'd obviously forgotten that brain of hers in the rush.

“So. How are you Bluebell?” she asked with a smile and changing the subject rather.

Her eyes flickered from Parkie to Ellie and back again. 'Just great,' This had better not end in an argument. They were here to find the poor missing students, NOT to bicker.

Delilah saw Emily roll her eyes and decided to try and get along for Emily, she seemed to be under a lot of pressure.

Ellie nodded. “Great young Hufflepuff. Great.” She told her. “But there is no need to apologize.”

Ellie raised an slight eyebrow at Emily.
That was weird, very weird. She really needed to have that chat with Emily in the dorms.
Change of subject.
“I’m great.” She told her with a grin then looked around. “Well, I could be much better, since I’m in the forbidden forest, less that.. I’m great.”
She turned her eyes to Emily with a smile.
“How about you?”

Ellie almost laughed when she noticed Emily looking at her and to Delilah. "I'm here to make good actions." she told her. "Not to argue with Huffies, besides, I'm in a good mood."

"I agree with Ellie, we're here to help the missing students not argue. So are we ready? Oh, and hey didn't one of the students turn into a panda?" Delilah asked thinking she had heard something of that sort.

"Well, I was just going to fly overhead and see if I can spot anything that way," Amelia said, green eyes flickering around the forest. It was strange being on a broom while everyone else wasn't.


Her head turned at the sound of her name, in which her green eyes found the face of that ... Slytherin seeker! She gasped. Well, that girl knew her name now, but she still didn't really know hers. Unless... she heard someone say Bluebell? Strange first name; must be her last. Those slytherins like calling people by last names.

"Yes?" she said, raising an eyebrow at the small girl.


It took a bit but she listened to the bickering that was going on. That was one thing she didn't understand; what was it with people not getting along with Huffies? Bluebell and Emily weren't the first, that was for certain.

"Alright, enough with the bickering. We are all students here and the houses really don't matter, ok?" she told them, in a rather serious tone. "We're here because we want to find these missing students. If you don't want to help, then I advise you to head back to the castle now. But if you do want to help, then there will be no arguing ... wands at the ready at all times. No funny business. Understood?"

"Understood" Delilah said smiling at Amelie but then quickly stopping so Emily and Ellie wouldn't think she was sucking up. Delilah turned to Ellie and held out her hand "truce" she asked, then with her glinting with mischeif she added "for now".

Josh walked into the forest as He heard a familiar voice as he walked towards all the kids. " Badgering students again?" he asked mia as he saw Ellie and Ems."What are you two doing in here?!" he complained as sighed. " You two are always getting into trouble." he muttered under his breath. he walked over to mia as he asked." you need some help?"

"Ahem. What did you call me?" she asked, even though she wasn't really sure that the girl was talking to her. "Oh right, I guess we never formally introduced ourselves, have we? Amelia Rose," she told the girl her name, sticking her hand out for a handshake to be polite.



"Always," Amelia replied to the familiar joke that could only have belonged to Josh. She was thankful that another older student had decided to join the search party in the forest, even if it was Josh Moonson. She listened as he approached the two girls from his own house and it sounded as though he was complaining! Not helping herself, she let out a soft giggle and waited for him to come back over to her.

As he walked back over to her, she smiled. "Well, I don't need help, Josh. But it may be appreciated," she told him slyly.

Josh was glad to hear that ellie was going back." Ems You are going with her. Move it now." he told her as he was her big brother. it wasnt safe for her to be here..she was just a first year." Follow ellie back back. its safer if you go in pairs." he told them as he made sure she went.

He looked to see her still on her broom. he sighed as she would probably stay on there forever." Your welcome. you just had to ask." he told her as he then looked around." i was sure i saw professor pierce in here. Did you see her? i wanted to talk to her..." he said looking at mia.

"No I haven't seen her," Amelia responded, somewhat absentmindedly. She could hear a tiny voice in the back of mind that just rang a bell, Don't go into the forest without Fabian or I... without Fabian or I... The sixth year let out a loud gasp suddenly. "We have to leave the forest. All of us. Now."

Without even thinking, she grabbed hold of Josh's arm. "Hold on tight," she said, as she zoomed back out toward the lake.

Delilah watched the two zoom away and suddenly became very scared. "Which way do I go" she asked herself frantically. "Oh wait I remeber I just need to calm down." And with that she headed towards the castle.

Vindictus knew there were more students and was keeping a mental note of how many from each House ventured into the forest without permission. "Stay by me," he said curtly. "If the others are smart, they'll join us before the Centaurs attack with their arrows." He wasn't joking.

Josh jumped off the broom as he looked at max. Oh boy..they were in trouble. He stood next to mia as he looked at the professor. It was then he said to stay by him. Centaurs...with arrows..oh come on. Was that what he was worried about? He could of thought of more dangerous creatures. josh moved to pull out his wand as he then held his hand out for mia to take. he wasnt going to let anything happen to her.

The trees moved. "Shhh," Vindictus whispered and nodded toward the forest. "Stay close to me."

Amelia swallowed hard as Max spoke to those who returned, which was, three... four? She knew though from her experiences at home that it was better to come clean rather than dawdle or lie. Centaurs attack? He wouldn't let them though, would he? But it did seem serious.

She looked next to her as Josh stood there, looking scared. There was no denying it; Josh was petrified. Her green eyes darted to his hand as he held it out, assuming for her. Tempted to take it, she paused as she thought of Lyra. But Lyra wasn't there; it was just them. Friends. Without another thought, she grabbed his hand quickly, holding it much tighter than she should have been.

Josh heard the professor telling them to be quite as he pulled mia closer and looked around for anything. That would be bad... if they were attacked.

he heard her sneeze the first time and quickly used a spell to silence the next. Silencio! he thought as he then pointed his wand at her. they had to be quite.

Ellie looked around when she heard her name being called.
She looked at the Hufflepuff prefect and walked slowly and calmly to her.
"Hi." she whispered to the Hufflepuff girl. "You don't know my first name do you?"
Well, they had never been introduced.
And that wasn't the most perfect time for them to be.

Ellie turned her eyes immediately to Josh when he pointed his wand at her. She blinked at couple of times at him.

"Stay right here," Vindictus whispered and walked over to the edge of the trees, almost one hundred feet away. He stood there and listened. The rustling sound appeared to be moving deeper into the forest. He returned to the students a few minutes later.

"Everyone - look for tracks, either human or animal that lead to the forest. Don't get closer than 50 feet of the forest and speak no louder than a whisper." He looked at them and nodded his head.

But he had to get a signal to Fabian. Lifting his wand, he shot red sparks into the sky.

Sana followed the other search members as per by the Professor's instruction. Ofcourse with silence. Usually she was not afraid of the forest and creatures. "Okay" she nodded and getting ready to find either the missing persons or any clues. She was so positive.

Amelia looked back at the Slytherin seeker. She shook her head; no she did not know the girl's first name but she really did not care at that moment. Her heart felt as though it must have been going 200 beats per minute. She whispered back, "No... but uh, Bluebell is your name then?"

The voice of Max caused her to turn her attention back to the flying professor. She could feel the tension release in her as she listened to his words, and slowly loosened her grip on Josh's hand. They weren't in trouble. She nodded at his instructions and looked to Josh as if waiting for him to lead the way in searching for tracks.

he heard the professor say that it seemed safe. It was a forest...and he kept his wand out. He looked over at mia as he felt her hand loosen against his. Now he could at least feel his hand. " come on ellie. Stay close." he whispered to her." lets look over here.." he said to them in a whisper. he then started to move in the direction that he had pointed out. this looked like a good place to look.

Juno gave the Huffie-puff Prefect a look that red Shhh! before turning around and wandering off in the opposite direction of Professor Vindictus. There was nothing in the snow that was unusual. Twigs, some owl feathers, bunny tracks going in circles before bouncing off into the trees.

Bunny Tracks! Juno nearly screamed out loud. It would have been one of those super high-pitched girly ones too. He hopped around on his feet prancing back and forth in place. If there was one thing he hated and feared the most in the world - it was bunnies. Specifically Fluffy Pink Bunnies.

"Pro-," he squeaked slightly. "Pro-Pro- Professor!" he whispered loudly gripping his broom tighter around the handle. Oh Merlin's curly toenails...why the bloody hell did I come into the forest?

Josh just pointed his wand at her, and she didn't felt like it was a big privilege.
Not at all.
Ellie turned her eyes from Josh to the Professor and heard him talking.
Trouble. That was the inly word that was inside Ellies head.
That wasn't good.

Calmly, the slytheirn girl turned her head to the older Hufflepuff.
"Ellie Bluebell." she whispered back with a nod. "And you are Amelia Rose right?"
Ellie was almost sure of it, she heard somewhere, that was the name of the Hufflepuff quidditch team.
"Not the best time or place to say it but, nice to meet you." she whispered while she looked around.

Ellie didn't say a word, she really didn't know what to say, so she just continued to walk next to Amelia and Josh with her right hand closed to her wand.

Josh looked over at the boy...wasnt that the prefect? Good greif.. he needed to get back on his game." hey bunny boy..Come over here." he said in a whisper.

Vindictus heard someone whispering his name loudly and he hurried over to the voice. "Juno! What is it?" he whispered and wondered what made his prefect turn deathly pale.

Vindictus appeared behind him and Juno tossed his broom to his other hand as he pointed down at the bunny tracks with his apple-wood wand. "Bunny tracks - looks like a big one..." he didn't say much more. He hoped Vindictus would keep his prefect's phobia under wraps. He'd gotten enough of prodding after the Interhouse Challenge in his forth year when he'd had to fight off a boggart. His had turned into a fluffy pink bunny.

"Who you calling Bunny boy you lop-sided noodle." Juno whispered back harshly. He really needed to work on his insults. They were getting pretty lame. Lucky for Josh, Vindictus was around or Juno simply would have tossed an exploding pellet at the back of boy's head.

Amelia nodded towards Josh, but because they were still in the outskirts of the forest, she kept hold of his hand 'just in case'. Her green eyes darted around the scene, checking for any signs of movement or that perhaps somewhere... there was indeed a missing student to be found.


Although it didn't take Amelia long to spot the unfriendly 'shhh' from the Ravie Prefect, Juno. She gave him this look that clearly read, what? I haven't said anything.

Normally she would have gone back to investigating the tracks, but for some strange reason, she could not take her eyes of Juno. Perhaps it was his dual-colored eyes or the fact that he was prancing... or the fact that he just called for the Professor! Either way, she kept her eye on him for as long as possible to try and figure out what was up.


Amelia turned back to the Slytherin seeker and smiled, grateful that they could finally meet. "Right. Nice to meet you too, Ellie," she whispered back. "Ah yes, that is correct. I'm Amelia."

She then turned her attention back to Juno and Max to try and figure out what the issue was at hand.

he mouthed lop-sided noodle....wow. That was something he would of never thought of. Of course one had to be a loony to come up with that one. Seemed like the boy should of been placed in mia's house. He shrugged at him as he wasnt going to bother saving him. The professor seemed to be doing a good enough job.

he looked over at mia and ellie," do you guys happen to see any cat prints?" he asked in a whisper.

Ignoring the insults, Vindictus examined the bunny tracks. "Two sets - one larger than the other," he said after a few minutes. "But they're not fresh - see? It looks like . . . a large feline."

Juno had no intention of looking. "Right ok - just tell me it's not around." He looked up into the sky, tilting his head back. The bottom of his broom made a small arch in the snow as his stomach did flips.

Ellie rolled her eyes with a smile.
“This is certainly not the best way to meet someone.” She whispered to the Hufflepuff girl while she observed the professor and a Ravenclaw student ,that she could swear that it was the Ravenclaw Prefect.

Curt finally caught up with the others, and was weezing into his scarf as he looked up to the Ravenclaw prefect and the flying instuctor Vindictus. Curt had never been inside the Forbidden Forest before, and the place really was very sinister and gloomy. He spotted Savannah, and as he walked by her he gave her a gentle pat on the back, giving her a slight nod as he spotted the hat in her hand, which was obviously one of the students.

He saw that Juno and Professor Vindictus were inspecting animal footprints, one of which appearring to be a large feline, how very peculiar indeed. Curt had remembered hearing Dresden roaring a few times before being close doors. He walked softly up to Vindictus and whispered carefully, "You think these are big enough to be lion tracks? I could've sworn Professor Dresden was roaring at one time or another." Curt said, stifling his sneeze as he didn't want to disturb any dangerous creatures around.

Josh walked over to mia and the professor as he then said," Yes a house cat, a panther..." he said looking at the tracks. "maybe a panther." he said looking up at the professor." Professor...one of my friends..i think she turned into a cat of some sort. she had whiskers and really sharp teeth." he told him.

Lyra saw the red flares shot in the sky and headed towards the forest knowing that Josh was in there. She followed the Ravenclaw Prefect inside and noticed everyone standing around looking at something, wands were extended. There she spotted Josh and quickly ran over to him. But before she said a word, she looked to where Prof. Vindictus was pointing towards...tracks in the dirt.

Lyra's eyes shifted towards Mia and then to Josh. She lowly cleared her throat she sighed and watched Mia walk over to another Huffie. Somebody's in trouble she thought to herself as a sly grin came to her face. She reached down and took hold of Josh's hand, slightly trembling.

Sana was hopefull as she had seen the searching team. Everyone seemed determined to find the missing ones. Well..she had one person in her mind particularly. Finn! She missed him terribly. But she knew that he could have been anywhere near the lake since the penguins prefer the water and cool areas. She looked around and after sometime she spotted something glittering near the bottom of the Large tree.

She landed near the place and bent down to take the thing. It was a necklace..Yes! Might be belongs to one of those missing student. She wipped off the dirt to get the clear view.

Josh turned to see curt coughing. maybe he should of stayed behind.. he really wasnt starting to sound that good." Hey man." he said nodding at him.

Josh looked over at mia as he saw from his corner of his eye that she was coming back to him, but stopped. he turned his head to watch her move towards curt, but turned back to the tracks. guess she preferred huffle protection... really snakes were better then badgers.

"Hey." he said not looking at her. He still wasnt so excited about the whole broomshed stuff. It was all a bit crazy.

Josh looked at her as his smiled faded as she told him she was worried for him. no one ever worried about him...he had teary eyes as ari was always looking our for him. the the mother he never had the chance to have. he then moved to hug her as he apologized again." im sorry..." he sniffled just a little. of course he made sure no one could tell, but ari was okay.

josh leaned against her as she embraced him and kissed his head.josh moved to sniffle even more. he had missed his own mother so much...every since he met ari they had gotten along so well. It was like they were already friends.. and now this. she was was better then he could of ever asked for. he moved to quickly wipe away anything that could of revealed he had a weakness and gave her one last hug." im sorry ari..." he told her again as he looked at her. he then nodded." i will..."

Josh grinned at her as she smiled at him. hehe he felt like he could take on whatever centaurs came at him. " what are we suppose to be doing now?" he asked as he moved to look around and then back at her direction. the boy would follow her to the ends of the earth. Of course they would go into circles.. and it wouldnt go without complaining, but he would do it if she asked it of him.

When Sana took off all the dirt she could see some emblem attached to the chain. The forest was bit dark. She had lighten up her wand, and saw a figure in silver attached with the necklace. Hippogriff!! Well..surely it could be one of those missing students, she confirmed.

But jumped slightly at the sudden voice near her. It was Anna's. "Oh!" she gasped, "You scared me a bit.." she giggled before listening her. She glanced both Anna's chain and the newly found one. They were identical. "I see, so it's Lexi's" she whispered back at her. "Well..what to do next?" she asked in doubt.

She looked up at the new stuff. A hat!! Well..well..she smiled, "Awesome! Come let's search more" she said as she put the necklace into the inside pocket of her robes. She was more confident this time after got the clue.

Lyra's gaze shifted over to Josh as he barely even acknowledged her presences. From the broomshed to here, clearly he was pushing her away but what for? She huffed to herself as she stood with her arms folded across her chest, taking glances at Mia every once in a while. Jealous? She was.
