Luna twitched slightly. "What does it matter?" she asked nervously. "I've still been accused of the same thing, It doesn't change my experience" she said. Her voice was shaky and her arm was flailing, she couldn't stop shaking.

Noelle shrugged,rubbing her temples furiously."I don't know...when I got up this morning,it was gone." She flopped down on her bed,throwing an arm over her eyes,sheilding her tears.Thankfully,she kept her voice level.
"I really need to find it before the next full moon." she mumbled,mostly to herself.

Rachel looked at Luna in disbelief,"Nanikude!? 'What does it matter?' It means the world. If you didn't murder him and you're being accused of it, then you're innocent! Don't tell me you actually want to go to jail for something you didn't do! If you didn't, it's one thing. But if you didn't then stand up for yourself! Don't let them charge you! Now, did you or didn't you murder him?"

Rachel frowned, "Were you wearing it the night before? Did you set it down before you slept? Not to be intrusive or anything, but are you a werewolf?"

Noelle kept her arm over her eyes and didn't even flinch as she heard the word werewolf.If only if it was that easy...she thought.A sad smile played on her lips. "No,don't worry,I'm not a werewolf.It's just...the ring is extremely important to me." she said. She doesn't need to know the details yet.she thought.
"I never take it off,so I dont know how it could have dissapeared.This is actually the first time I've been without it." she said.Her head was pounding and she was begining to feel sick...Ugh,her head was out of control.
...Gabriel...Tears streamed down her face as she ran out of the dorm."Im sorry you guys,I have to go."

"Um, bye..." Rachel said. "Yup. She's a werewolf alright. Skoom! This going to be an interesting year." Rachel turned back to Luna, thinking.'I'm fine with the whole werewolf thing and I hope that she trusts me enough to tell me by the time the full moon comes around. I wonder if I could become an Animangus for her by the end of the year like Padfoot, Prongs, and Wormtail. Skoom!'

Luna did nothing for a minute. "I dont want to lie..." she said slowly. "...but i'm innocent." she said more confidently. She was always more confident in situations like this but it caused her stomach to go haywire.

Nicnevin got down on the floor beside Noelle, and started to shake out her belongings. Perhaps the rings was stuck inbetween two sweaters or something.
"Yeah, I thought so. You went to Hogwarts 3 years ago right? You have been going since you were 11?" Nicnevin asked. She was certain that she knew Noelle before her late parents decided to take her on an extra long holiday.

When Noelle ran out of the dorm, Nic had to stop herself from going after her. She clearly wants to be alone.

Hayley slowly walked up the staircase into the girls dorm.She had just been to her first Astronamy lesson, In which she really enjoyed. She put her bag and books in her trunk and grabbed some parchement and a quill.She walked out quickly, heading for the Owlery.

Rachel breathed a sigh of relief. Though she would have stood up for Luna if she was a murderer, she still was relieved to hear she was innocent. "That's good news. Now it just comes down to your defense case. I know Law pretty well since I used to want to be a law-witch and I read law books and cases like it was noboy's business. Now to put together evidence, a court date, etc." Rachel was going on and on, and she was determined to prove Luna innocent.

"But the damage has already been done! How can I reclaim a whole year of my life? and the rest of my life also. I won't be the same." she said shaking her head. "Why bother with leagal stuff when the memories can't leave?"

Sarah walked into the dormitory and ran over to her bed and started to cry she was upset cause of a letter that her father had sent her

Luna saw Sarah run into the girls dorm and begin to cry. She stood up and quickly said "I better go see Sarah" to Rachel before walking over to Sarah's bed.
"Sarah." she whispered. "Are you okay?"

Sarah looked up and said to Luna "No i am not" Sarah gulped and pulled the letter that she had just received and showed it to Luna "Please do not tell anybody about this i have enough in my mind at the moment without this problem becoming public"

Nicnevin had secretly been listening to the conversations going on around her. She really didn't like to eavesdrop, but sometimes, it just happened.
She had heard a great deal about this Luna girl, and she appeared to be quite upset.
Nic rumaged in her trunk, and found a chocolate frog. It has been proven that the minerals in chocolate actual improve girls moods.
She walked up to Luna, smiled then said,
"Hi, I'm Nicnevin. You seem pretty upset, want a chocolate frog?"
Nic was certain it sounded dorky, but she was pretty darn alone, and this girl could obviously use some chocolate and cheering up.

PAuline was furrious. She stormed into her dorm room and went straight for her trunk. She opened it with force as the top hit the back of her bed. She rumaged threw her stuff. "Ahh where is it," she muttered throing everything out of her trunk and not seeing it. "Uhh" She said throwing everything back in her trunk in a big mess, not organised at all. She went to her night stand near her bed and rummegded through that as well. "Dang it it's not here," she said her accent really standing out.

Noelle slowly sat up in bed,rubbing her eyes and groggily looked around.Everyone was up already.She sat up,pulling her hair back into a ponytail."Hey guys,everyone all right?" she mumbled,still trying to wake up.Her head was still aching and she felt sick.

Rachel stared at her blankly for a moment."You can't get back years, you can't get your father back, but you can get your good name back and your family's honor back. The legal stuff will show that you're not letting it drop. That you're innocent and they'd better have something good to object to that. You're young, you have many years ahead of you. It's going to take a long time for you to heal from the experience, but you'll be better off later. Time heals all wounds, but time doesn't matter if you don't use the time you have to put things right. It's up to you, I'll be in the courtyard if you need me."
Rachel turned to her,"You okay? Do you need to go the the Hospital Wing or something? Did you ever find your necklace?"

Luna nodded, "You can trust me. I trusted you." she said quickly reading the letter Sarah gave her.

Luna started blankly about what Rachel said. It made sense but Luna just couldn't go through with it all. Her family name would one day be all over the papers, she didn't care about her father.
"Thank you for the offer but there is only me and my sister left in my family and my family has never been honourable and all that." she said slowly.

Noelle stood up,glaring at Rachel before she turned to pick up her brush from her nightstand."No,I don't need to go to the Hospital Wing.And it wasn't a necklace I lost,it was my ring." she said coldly.How quaint that I see her first thing...she thought mockingly. She sighed and turned to Nic.

Noelle nodded."Yeah,I did come to Hogwarts in first and part of second year,but then I transfered to Beauxbatons.This is my first term back...like I said,Im a fifth year now." she smiled."Not to be forward,but have we met before?I keep picturing your face,but I just can't remember." she said,thinking.

Amy walked into the dorm and swa all her belongings at the end of her bed, she saw her friend Hayley sitting on her bed, "Hiya Hayley!" Amy said.

Hayley was sitting on her bed, Reading the same boring sentence in her Care of magical creatues book. She was about to fall asleep, when she heard her name call.
She looked up and noticed her friend Amy beaming at her.
"Amy!! I thought you hadn't arrived!" She said giving her a big hug.
"I mean, I've already been to my first Astronamy lesson, and we've got CoMC today" She said poiting at her textbook, which had fallen on the floor.

Nic smiled, "I was at Hogwarts from first to third year, then left to travel with my parents... but that didn't turn out so well and now I'm back," Nic said as she stared out of the window. There was a strang clenching feeling in her chest that she didn't recognize, but she ignored it.
"I think we have. Me being a year older, we probably knew each other for the 2 years you were here," Nic answered as she studied Noelle's face. She definately knew her.

Rachel mentally and physically slapped herself.How could she possibly mix that up? She felt stupid and she was mad at herself for mixing it up. Hopfully it wouldn't damage her friendship with Noelle. "Oh, sorry. So you're still looking for it? I'll go look for it in the common room because I know you go through the common room to come here." After a bit of silence. She got up and made to walk out of the dormitory as quickly as possible."See you later. I'll tell you if I find you're ring." With a smile hesitant wave, Rachel dashed out of the dormitory, embarrassed about angering Noelle.

Noelle glared at Rachel's back as she left before turning back to Nic. "You really do seem familiar,and it bothers me that I can't figure it out."She sat down on the edge of her bed,thinking,before she looked up at the clock."I can't think of anything...I know you,at least,my concious does...but.."she hesitated.She held her head,all this thinking was giving her a migraine.She looked up,smiling softly."Nic,do you mind if we meet later?I really have to go." She coughed.Im...not really...feeling my best." she sighed heavily as she quickly stubled down the stairs into the common room.Fresh air is all I need...then,I should be fine...
No!What you need is Gabriel's ring,can't you here him calling? the other voice in her head mocked. He weeps for you bella...calling...wondering if you've finally abandoned him.

A figure sat in the shadows of the room. Nobody could see her, and that's the way she liked it. Her name was Cora, her eyes were darting around as though they wanted to get out of their sockets, and tears were falling thick and fast.
