Kayla opened her eyes and blinked against the light. Her head seemed to be resting on something she focused again and realised it was Helios' knee. God she felt sick to her stomach. What happened, why was she on the floor and then she remembered. "Camira" she groaned. "Is Camira alright? she said turning her head.
She tried to sit up but the room began to spin again she held her head in her hands. "Somebody answer me, is she alright?"

She was angry at herself fainitng in front of all these people, she had never had a problem with seeing blood before but then she had never been the cause of someone bleeding before either.

Astral looked sideways at Kayla. Maybe she would be alright, but Camira wasn't, and it was her charm that had the Slytherin floating in mid air.
"Well, I'll take her then," she said and pointing her wand she tried to direct the unconscious form of Camira towards the door.

Astral manouvered the Slytherin out the door amazed at her own self confidence. She didn't even think what the professor might say, she just moved.

Will, who had been sitting in a cornor of the class, taking down notes and thinking through all this exciting information; had not noticed the drama going on between the Firsties and such.
Will leant back in his seat, eyeing the instructions on the board. He sucked his Sugar Quill thoughtfully, blowing his turquoise hair out of his eyes. He dyed it every day--and today it was to be turquoise.
Will tried to spot a possible partner to practise with, and spotted his best friend, Ari. Will smiled and silently got up, moving towards her quietly. When he'd reached her desk, he placed his hands over her eyes, and whispered; "Guess who?"

Jackie hummed to herself quietly, slowly writing down all the spells that were written on the board.

The bag didn't seem tio be affected, but when Jackie tried to put her hand in her bag she discovered it was now impossible!
Smiling to herself, she put a satisfying tick on her parchment.
"Now I feel like a Ravenclaw..." she muttered.

Excelsior was playing around with all the different spells idly, he had already put the muffliato charm on an iPod that he found in the room, to his great amusement. He laughed as the small machine buzzed and played distorted music that no one could understand. This class might be pretty fun after all, he thought.

Jen pulled out a peice of paper and began writing down the spells. She was actually really excited about being back at school and learning once again. It was exciting to be able to pick up your wand, point it at something, and make the object do something.
She finished writing them all down and looked around. This seemed to be a pretty good class, from what Jen could see. She smiled over at some of the people she knew and then looked down at her wand, which was sticking out of her bag. She was so excited to be able to use it soon. | |

Rae-Branxton looked as if she didn't know whether to be amused or angry. Her class had been completely disrupted by a bit of drama queen action, but she really could expect no less from first years caught up in the excitement of casting for the first time. She'd be sure to owl Ariana to let her know that a couple of girls who needed a splash of cold water and a kick in the bum were on their way.
"I suppose that's the end of our class," Cassandra waved her hand, and all the muffliato charms in the room came to an abrupt end. "I'd like you to continue practicing these charms in the Dueling Arena, and I have an assignment for you. You may leave after you copy it from the board." With a flick of the wand, the assignment appeared.
