Welcome to the Ravenclaw Locker room. Along the wall you see lockers to store your school robes during matches. You see loads of magical pictures displaying past Ravenclaw players. There is one of Roger Davies on his broom flying high over the Quidditch Stadium. Another one show Bradley dodging a bludger. Cho Chang is shown holding a snitch she caught to seal a Ravenclaw victory. Ron Potter is shown smacking a Bludger at the opposition during a championship game. You can see the triple-threat of Kayleen Harrison, Kali Hillcroft, and Sarah confusing defenders with their swift moves on the way to score for Ravenclaw.

A picture of Chloe Agoobwah, is displayed with all the other Ravenclaw captains from the past years. Ravenclaw colors of blue and bronze are everywhere. Quidditch equipment and robes are here for the new team to wear and use. There is a entrance to the pitch too.

Come in, take a seat, and tune up your broom before heading out to practice or a game.

The locker room and practice pitch is the place where your Ravenclaw Captain, Tagren Sevens, will hold practices and post announcements. It is not a place for you to RP, unless your captain says that it's okay to RP getting ready for a game or when a game is over.

OOC-only comments are not allowed in this thread. If you have a question/comment, please send the person a PM.

Only those who are on the Ravenclaw Quidditch Team roster are permitted to post in this thread. The only exception to this rule are substitutes approved by the Quidditch Official. House prefects and school staff may also post in this thread when needed.

Touy and Jezz pass back and forth in sequence all the way down the pitch, with the older girl tossing the quaffle through the hoop. (I was going for 'transfigures temporarily into a huge canary' but that's close enough)

Touy snaps that quaffle up like a lightning flash, and before the team knows it, she's scored again!

Tag pulled up on his broom. "We've been at it for four hours! I think that should suffice," he said, although he knew six hours would be better. However, the darkness descending upon the pitch was becoming a problem. He'd nearly smacked right into Jezzabell, thinking she was a goalpost. "Let's reconvene in the morning for strategy planning! I'll meeting you in the locker rooms after class." Dismounting, Tag caught the quaffle and strapped it into place in the equipment trunk.

Tag bustled into the locker room bright and early, laden with the equipment trunk and his own uniform stuffed up his shirt. He gave the bench a quick glance, noting a long package with a magazine tied to it. Someone's got a new broom. I wonder who? That's awfully last minute, right before the game. Soon his mind was occupied by thoughts of strategy and tactics, tinged with worry. Evan Cassels was invading his dreams. They wouldn't be facing Hufflepuff today, but it would happen sooner or later. And Evan was a powerful player. He wondered vaguely how many hours Evan was drilling his team. Maybe I should have held another practice yesterday. . . we didn't really need to do Divination homework. . . useless subject, really. . . Blaylock wouldn't mind, she likes Quidditch. . .

Still musing, Tag held up his playbook and copied the diagram onto the magicked board.

Touy ran into the locker room and stopped dead. The only person in here was dangerous Tag. "Hi captain how goes it? Thanks for keeping me on the team, I know you are working on rebuilding. Its been weird having 4 different captains in 4 years. I think I will like playing chaser I always played keeper before. As a chaser I get to fly around a lot more." Sitting down and kicking off her shoes. "So are you going to give me those stinky socks to wear. If they are your lucky socks maybe you should wear them." Pulling on her robes. " Are you having a team meeting or should I go out and warm up?"

"Oh! Right," Tag looked down at his cleats. He stepped on each heel and flicked the shoe off, kicking it into the locker. Standing first on one foot, then the other, Tag peeled both socks slowly. They made a slight sucking down, having been on his feet for about a week. The material was practically glued to his skin with sweat. "Here you go!," he said brightly, tossing them at Touy's head. "Guaranteed luck! And don't go anywhere, we're going to have a pre-game huddle." Tag flicked one of the fuzzballs that was sticking to his toe. "I'm glad you don't mind that I changed your position. We needed to mix things up. But don't get too comfortable, in case I need to switch you back! We'll be the versatile team, you know. . . able to play multiple positions with no trouble." He sat down on the bench. "Do you know who this package is for?"

"Hey Tag I just love to play and I don't care where. I've never been beater but I think I have the mussels for it. As for the package I think it has a tag on it. If you like it the firsties did it and if you don't like it pretend you do." Touy had imprevioused her feet and inside her shoes so the stink wouldn't stay with her. "Your socks are going to be big on me." she said as she pulled them on with a grimmous "They are ripe now, open your package."

Antwone shuffled into the locker room with his Quidditch blue sweater and Quidditch pants. As he entered he noticed that Touy and Tag were already there. Before saying his greeting, Antwone's eyes darted around to see where Tag's new broom had been but he could not see it. Touy and Tag were sitting at bench looking at something though.

"Morning captain!" Antwone greeted as he opened his locker, wondering what was taking the broom so long to come. He took out his blue robe which read "reserve" on the back and slipped it on. Then he began putting on his pads. "So how you all feeling?" Antwone asked as he took of his glasses and put on his father's old goggles. They were kind of murky.

"Scourgify!" Antwone said, immediately wiping the murk away. Antwone had become expert with the cleaning spell eversince after the food fight during the opening feast.

Jezz walked into the locker room shaking. She was excited and extremely nervous. She pulled on her blue robes and tried not to focus on thoughts of her messing up terribly in front of everyone, or missing an easy shot. She saw Tag, Touy, and Antwone all doing their own thing so she sat down and closed her eyes, trying to calm her nerves.

"What do you mean, 'open your package'. . ." Tag asked, giving Touy a quizzical look. "What have the firsties done?" He picked up the long parcel and looked at the tag. The names of nearly the entire team were listed above the features of a Nimbus 2002. His eyes scanned the note, a feeling of shock coming over him. This is a new broom. This is a new broom with my name on it. "What the-- what is this. . . this is . . . for me?" He turned to the others, who had just come in. "Antwone? Jezz?"

Kai walked into the Ravenclaw Locker Room with butterflies in his tummy. This was his first really big quidditch game ever. This made playing against his 20-year-old cousins back in Japan when he was 8 look like picking daisies. He kind of wanted to run away because he was afraid of disappointing his teammates but seeing as he had already walked into the locker room that wasn't an option.

Kai thought of his most recent Owl from his mum. It had said something about even if he doesn't save a single thing in this match he will still be her favourite little quidditch player. That's reassuring, he thought sarcastically, At least my mum won't outcast me from the family only my house will. He sighed, Well at least Sho won't care he doesn’t like sports anyway.

Kai looked around and saw some of his teammates and decided it was time to start thinking positive. If he doesn't think positive then how could he even hope to play well?

"The glass is half full," Kai muttered aloud before he could stop himself. He looked up slightly embarrassed hoping no one had heard him trying to be a motivational speaker to himself.

"Hi everyone, How goes it on this fine day?" He said quickly as he went to go change into his uniform. He turned to see that Tag was looking at his package from the team and giggled to himself about it and thought to himself, If he likes it, I was totally in on it but if he doesn't Antwone forced me into it even if thats a total lie and I thought it was a Brilliant idea.

Daphne walked into the locker room. She saw some other players, clearly as nervous as she was. This made her feel slightly better, at least she wasn't being silly. She walked over to a bench and put her broom down.

She slowly put her Quidditch robes on, nervously smiling at the other teammates in the room. Her new leather gloves lay on top of her school robes. They were a very recent gift from her parents, who were very proud of her accomplishments. She was glad she heard from them before the match, it made her feel better.

She pulled on her gloves. They felt like they cost a fair amount of gold. She picked up the letter that came with them and read it again. A single tear fell, which Daphne quickly wiped away. You'll be fine, she told herself. Just fine.
