Adam, once he had located the proper key, opened the door to the Potions Classroom. A large titanium cauldron much like the one in his office was in the middle of the room near a table which was located in front of a blackboard. He walked in, followed by his small black kitten Kasabian, who promptly jumped up on the table, curled around and went to sleep. Adam set his notes on the table and sat on it, waiting for the students to arrive. While he waited he magically lit all the candles in the room, which made up for the lack of natural lighting in the dungeons, and also warmed the room.
OOC: Class will start once a suitable number of students have arrived. Once I start class, don't post yourself arriving or you will be docked points, just act like you've been there all along. | |

Curt laughed at the mentioning of Daisy, pretty funny he thought. He got up from his seat and joined everyone around the massive cauldron. This lesson is gonna be so awesome he thought to himself.

A demonstrations, time for a little mix-mix. Hayden was enjoying this class more and more. He quickly gathered around the cauldron to get a good spot, although he knew that his height would evently lead him to the back. Somedays he hated being so tall.

Vince made no reactions as the professor got detention while he was in school, writing on the actual textbooks. He closed his eyes, as he scratched his head, wondering if this was a professor he would like. Hearing that they were going to make a potion, he smiled, immediately knowing he will like this kind of professor. He walked straight to the cauldron, seeing other people gather around.

Torie stiffled another giggle behind her hand as she heard the Professor once again called the boy Daisy. She left her open text on her desk and moved to the front of the classroom where she quickly found a spot around the large cauldron sitting there. Bouncing up and down on the spot, she crossed her arms across her chest and waited to see what would happen next. Her eyes tracked Professor Sunshine as he moved.

Adam took off his outer robe, which he wore only because he had to, and stepped up to the cauldron wearing a t-shirt and jeans. To the girls in the class he said "I hope you've all got your hair tied back ladies, this could get a bit messy" and with a flick of his wand he started a small fire underneath the cauldron and filled the cauldron half full with water, waiting for it to boil.
"First question - why do we make potions over fires - why do they need heating for them to work?".

Taylor glanced up at him adn then at MJ, and then back to the cauldron. She sighed and quickly walked back to where seh was sitting, grabbed a ribbon from her bag, and tied ehr hair up before returning to where they were around the cauldron. She thought about the question, and felt rather silly. Though she knew you had to, she had never really thought about the reason, and had tot hink about it.

" Heat makes things fuse together. It's like plastic on plastic. When you apply heat they become one piece of plastic. Same with potions, the heat allows the different ingredients to come together for a lack of better words. " Jake said, he wasn't sure if he was to raise his hand or not. But this teacher seemed laid back so he didn't hoping he didn't make a mistake.
