candace sat and raised her hand "i think its a lily"

Ellen4Potter 05-30-2006 12:12 AM

Ellen looks at Candace and says:
" yeah, Im agree with you , its a lily"

griffin_girl 05-30-2006 03:27 AM

g_g sat down taking down notes. she also drew the plants that the professor had shown them. it was drawn quite well.

fr2nc1z 05-30-2006 04:12 AM

Professor Virohsa nodded at Caitlin. "4 pts. Now, what type of lily?", she asked the class.

Crystal Ball 05-30-2006 04:20 AM

Crystal was never very good a Herbology, but she gave it a try anyway. Her hand raised, she asked " Um, Professor, are they Stargazer Lilies?" She looked up at Professor Virohsa hopefully.

fr2nc1z 05-30-2006 04:53 AM

Professor Virohsa shook her head. "No, it is not a Stargazer Lily.. Any other ideas?", she asked the class

griffin_girl 05-30-2006 04:55 AM

g_g raised her hand "Is it a Martagon Lily?"

fr2nc1z 05-30-2006 04:56 AM

Professor Virohsa shook her head. Deciding to give a hint she stated, "It has 4 different common names and usually grows on July." She waited to see if the students, perhaps through the constant flipping of pages, would be able to find the answer.

griffin_girl 05-30-2006 05:03 AM

g_g raised her hand once more "Are they Asiatic Lilies?" she was thinking of every Lily her mother hand grown in their greenhouse. she flipped through the pages of her book hoping to find which lily it was.

lavoni 05-30-2006 08:32 AM

Phoebe raised her hand."Proffesor is it a Fox glove?" She asked having some similiar in her garden back home. While she was waiting for the reply she began taking notes down about each of the other flowers.

daniel_radcliffe_fan_4eva 05-30-2006 08:54 AM

lizzy flipped through the pages of her book. "got it". lizzy riased her hand. "professor they are Asiatic lillies" she remembered that Asiatic lillies only grew in june and july. lizzy waited patiently for the professor to continue.

mandibear30 05-30-2006 12:47 PM

Mandi thought for a minute and decided to ask "Professor is it a Easter Lily?" Though she knew it was the probably the wrong answer.

the.time.is.now 05-30-2006 01:35 PM

"Are they Easter Lilies?" Caitlin asked.

fr2nc1z 05-30-2006 11:29 PM

Professor Virohsa closed her arms. "No.... it is neither!", she replied as she narrowed her eyes. She waited to see if anyone else knew the answer.

ErinElizabeth 05-30-2006 11:31 PM

Erin glanced around, confused. Surely someone knows the answer, she thought. She flipped through her textbook, trying to find and identify the mysterious plant.

Lady Marmalade 05-30-2006 11:54 PM

Ebony rasied her hand. "Is it a Miami Oriental Lily." She wasn't sure if it was right, but it was worth a try.

ErinElizabeth 05-31-2006 01:27 AM

Erin, feeling frusterated with herself that she couldn't find the flower's name in her textbook, just started guessing flowers that looked remotely like the one on the board. Raising her hand, she said, "Freesia, Hyacinth, or how 'bout the Stargazer Lily?" She didn't think any of these would be correct, but she thought guessing was worth a try, due to the fact that she'd flipped through her book 5 times and hadn't found anything extremely useful.

fr2nc1z 05-31-2006 01:49 AM

Professor Virohsa shook her head. "A hint would be that they are usually found in Japan and China", she explained. "It is also a plant that requires no care", she added. She then waited to see if anyone else knew the answer.

Lady Marmalade 05-31-2006 02:25 AM

Ebony raised her hand again. "Is it a Tiger Lily."

fr2nc1z 05-31-2006 03:17 AM

Professor Virohsa shook her head once more. "It is a surprise lily, also known as magic lily or resurrection lily", she explained.

Seeing how unprepared her class was, she decided to end the lesson. "For your homework, please visit the bulletin outside the door", she added. "Class is dismissed".

lavoni 06-02-2006 01:28 AM

"Thankyou Proffesor." Phoebe said as she gathered up her stuff and began to leave.

the.time.is.now 06-02-2006 02:00 AM

Caitlin sighed. She didn't mean to be unprepared; in fact, she'd done better this time than in the last lesson. She gathered up her belongings and left ot see what the homework was.

Ellen4Potter 06-02-2006 11:26 PM

Thanks professor. but I confused about something, why lily is a playful plant?
