"Yes, hopefully," she said, as they reached the lifts. "Let's get back down to the office. I need to get back to work." As much as she didn't want to, she knew she had to, she also wanted to be able to get home a little earlier today than normal.

There was a grin on the mans face that showed the world how happy he was. . . Not that everybody would know the reason for it, but the blonde bombshell that was walking next to him certainly knew; especially since she was the reason for all of his happiness.

Two days ago, they had gotten married. And Iain Hunter was still blissfully happy. He didn't actually think it was possibly to be more happy... And they were at work, at 7am on a Monday morning, two days after they got married instead of being on their Honeymoon. Yet, nothing could dampen his spirit.

Nothing.

Liliana Hay Hunter was finding it extremely hard not to skip through the Atrium. But after all, she was SUPPOSED to be proffesional. She looked over at her now husband and the smile that had never been far away all weekend found its way back to her face. It was hard to believe that she was married, but she was, and only for 2 days now.

As they made their way to the fith floor together she smiled at him and squeezed his hand gently as they headed for the lifts.

Iain laughed out loud, at the obsurity of it all. Here they were, perfectly professional people... Normally. He looked at her, and kissed the side of her head gently as they walekd through the gently filling Atrium. He sighed happily and knew, that although he would be totally commited to work once he reached his office, that his brain would be constantly thinking about his wonderfully brilliant and gorgeous new wife.

And that thought just made him grin like a raving lunatic. Silently, he wondered when the doctors from St Mungo's would appear to cart him away in a white jacket like he had seen so many times in the muggle movies his sister made him watch with her. He pressed the button on the wall to gain the attention of the lift.

Walking around almost looking lost, Becca stopped walking in the middle of the atrium and then looked up. Mmm, it looks different for some reason... Better. She shook her head to clear her thoughts and then looked around interestedly as she stayed silent.

It was just now after midnight and Chris stepped off the nearest lift to look for intruders when he beheld one of his fellow collegues. "Becca"he said, "what are you doing up here I sense you have many thoughts that need to be made known". Chris looked up to see ripples in the ceilling and wondered what those were. Chris then went to the nearest window and stood looking out.

"Chris?" Becca turned to the voice "I basically live here, Chris. That's what being a division head to five divisions does to you." she sighed "I just want to be at home, Brian's gonna kill me tomorrow..." she trailed off and kept looking up at the ceiling almost annoyedly "He got you working nights?" she looked down at him as he looked out of the nearest window.

"Becca i do hope Brian goes easy on you" Chris said "Everyone wants to be home when ever they can but we work for an organization that wants us to keep the peace and that is what we should intend to do". "As for me i don't have a set assignment yet I hope it will be done quite soon". Chris continues to look out the window into the distance and sees a light beginning to shine. "hmmm i wonder what that is" Chris said.

"Well.. He likes it when I actually go home and sleep. He's not too happy about me constantly working, and neither am I to be honest." Becca sighed and then listened to Chris' dilemma "Mhmm, I'll get Brian to get right on it" she smiled "but you're doing a fantastic job right now" she nodded. Glancing at the window as Chris looked out of it and spoke about the shining light, Becca smiled "The windows are enchanted, don't worry about what you see outside them. It's all an illusion" she nodded.

"You know i feel like having a midnight snack" said Chris turning to Becca "shall we go to the cafe and continue our discussion there"." It is getting rather cold for that matter in this room". Chris turned and walked towards the entrance to the atrium licking his lips in anticipation.

"Sounds good" Becca nodded "Well, it is a big room" she smiled "Brian's probably going to say thanks to you.." she grinned and strated to walk towards the cafeteria.

Alessia entered the ministry. Her dark blonde hair was pulled back into a braid and tied with a black ribbon. She was dressed very professionally in a black suit with a silk white blose on underneath... if one didn't know better, one would think she was coming for an interview... that wasn't exactly right... she was there indeed to talk to someone, but about the job she currently had, not a new one. She waited patiently in the atrium for her godfather to join her.

Professor Valon Kazimeriz arrived in the atrium, looking dapper in his formal businesswear robes and sporting a cravat and a bowler hat. He clenched his trusty obsidian and silver cane in one gnarled and arthritic hand and shuffled over to Alessia. "You look very nice today, Alessia." he said, approving her demure clothing choice. "Very professional. How are you feeling today?"

"Better than yesterday... worse than tomorrow." She said faining a smile. "Thank you for... coming with me today, Papa Valon." She said going on her tippy toes and giving him a light butterfly kiss on the cheek. "I appreciate the support."

Kazimeriz smiled affectionately at the girl. "Shall we? We have much to discuss and not much time to do it." He offered her his arm, waiting for her.

She nodded, took his arm and let him lead her to her meeting.

Merlin's.. Everything, she was tired. But.. Some of that could have something to do with the fact that it was half six in the morning. God only knew what she was doing awake at this ungodly hour. Leaning against one of the tall walls that supported the room, she tipped her head back and allowed her badly tied up hair to fall out all over her shoulders. It always felt odd when there was hardly anyone about and all she could smell was the coffee coming from the cup that was clutched in her right hand.

It gave her an odd feeling of... Ugh. Loneliness. See, it was when she was being all depressed and having her emo-weepalooza that she was so glad that hardly anyone else got up at this time. She wouldn't run into anyone she knew.. Hopefully.

Holding Dylan in her arms she yawned.Little Brothers.Cute and Annoying.Seriously.She could just have dropped on the floor to sleep right now but of corse she wouldn't.Trust Dylan to wake her up so early forcing her to go to work at the early hours when the sun was barely in the sky.Sighing she rolled her eyes as she spotted a girl she'd met a few weeks back in the street.Ahh the Shoe loving girl what was her name ummm Alyss! That was it,walking over she smiled.Mornin.I see your tired aswell ? she giggled and put Dylan on the floor so he was sitting inbetween her legs.

Now just to hope he didn't crawl off.

Hearing another person enter the Atrium, Alyss didn't bother to look down from the ceiling. If they knew her, then they could come over, it wasn't as if they were going to get her first smile of the day. That was usually saved for someone like... Someone. Just a random someone. Suddenly, as a voice intruded through her thoughts, she dropped her eyes from the roof, and looked at the woman who'd just walked up to her. Oh.. Merlin.. Names.. Names... She knew exactly who the woman was... But couldn't place her name. "Very. God only knows what I'm doing up." She said with a faint whisper of a smile.

"Did he get you up?" She asked, indicating to the kid with her coffee cup. Man, she was used to that by now. What with Winter's baby/toddler/whatever.

Wiping her eyes with her hands she yawned again.Looking around the empty room,They were obviously the only nutters stupid enough to be at work at this time.Looking down at Dylan as she seemed to had got his crayons out of her bag and was WHAT?! Drawing on her new shoes.Bending down she took the crayons out of his hands and moved her now sort of yellow-ish purple-ish blue, shoes away from him.Dylan.Never do that to my shoes again. sighing she got back up and sort of gave a little smile at Alyss.

Then she asked if Dylan had got her up.Merlin she hoped he had else she really needed to go see a doctor about getting up so earlier.Yup,Or atleast I think so Its too early to remember,But I have a problem if not so lets just go with He did wake me up.

Wow. This girl was preettyy calm. If Leah had done that to any pair of her shoes, Alyss would of made sure that she didn't leave her little cot/mini bed for at least three hours. In the day. And if it had been out in public when she couldn't of got another pair.. The baby would of been history. Just in case anyone hadn't noticed yet, she's not a kid person. Never would be either. Leah was the closest she'd ever get to having her own, and she certainly didn't like that.

Snorting slightly at her comment, Alyss raised the cup to her lips, took a sip, and licked the excess drips off of her lips slowly, "My uncle occasionally goes for runs at this time in the morning, but then gets back, and sleeps in past his normal alarm. Seriously. He's a nightmare to live with." The fact that Winter always put his alarm on high beep at least half an hour before she needed to get up was bad enough, but the fact that it went on and on before Leah (who had worked out how to turn it off) did so.

Energy drink thats just what she needed right now,Too bad she'd spent over £85.00 on her shoes and it was 6:30 Am So none of the shops were Freakin Open! For her to take them back.Trying her hardest not to go dump Dylan somewhere In becca's office and leave him there without a ice cream in her break she sighed.Gaaah.Your Uncle,Whos that then ? He work here ? She smiled.Atleast he doesnt make you go for a run with him. How people could wake up and go running,Gaah,The only place anyone would Catch Alicia running to was a store esspecially at this time in the morning.

Pacing towards the lifts, Edi glanced at his wrist watch occasionally for no reason. It was quite early in the morning, even the atrium was deserted but he had to be at work exactly on time, couldn't be lazy now. Rubbing his eyes, he wished he was still in the warm covers, sleeping or having a tea in bed. This was one of the big disadvantages of leaving the shared flat with Trace. He was good at waking up early since he had to meditate & exercise and would always make tea for both of them before heading out for the day.

But today for the first time, Edi had to make the tea on his own, make toasts..basically he had to prepare a complete breakfast after a long time. Even though he enjoyed cooking a lot but irks a little to cook in the morning. Sighing,He stretched his hands as wide as he could, grrr he was so sleepy, moving in is so tiring.

He kept on walking towards the lift but his legs came to a halt when he thought he say Miss. Glass. Why was she here so early? And there was someone else too with a baby. He so wanted to just stand here and watch her drink her coffee. Ahh she's beautiful even so early in the morning. Edi mind zapped back and he quickly checked himself out in the shiny walls of the atrium, 'Tolerable' He thought as he smoothed his tie and almost dragged himself towards the ladies, dragging because his brain was strongly opposing this idea but when did he ever listen to his brain, anyway.

"Good Morning, Miss Glass & morning to you Miss.." Edi smiled and looked at the other woman, not wanting to meet Alyss's eyes. The little kid was so cute, God Edi loves kids so much, "And who is this cute little gentleman?" He said, smiling at the boy.

Then a man approached them.He seemed to know Alyss.Looking up from her ruined shoes she smiled.Alicia,Alicia Jones and please don't call me miss.It makes me feel ummm to "formal".Ick.Then he asked about Dylan,Looking down at him she glared and shook her head.He's The little terror I have to call my brother,And He just wrecked me new freakin shoes! she said half shouting the last part looking distraughtly down at her new shoes and giving a little sniffle.

Edi stuck his hand out to her and smiled, "Alright, Alicia." Edi himself didn't like to be formal but since he was working in the ministry for the first time, he had to be a little decent, "I am Edilson Mills, currently working in the Department Of Mysteries." He said and looked at the little boy, "Oh I am sorry that he tried to spoil your shoes, he do look a little mischievous what's his name?" He glanced at Alyss and smiled, "So do you know each other?" He asked, pointing at Alyss and Alicia.
