She looked at the map, examining the area behind the locker rooms. But something was wrong. "There are no Maintenance teams in the area of the locker rooms." she said, trying to sound very calm. |

Max was gone again...Lets see what to draw now...Oohh a monkey. Wait he should be paying attention. And max started nodding like he was listening. Then he looked around at the layout To see what Isabella was talking, well at least there was security there. Fans were like hounds. Not that he knew, but maybe he could tie one of them down and get an autograph. Wait...'FOCUS' |

Meeting over folks! Quote:
"OK then, that's fine," she smiled warmly, hoping to get back in his good books. "I'll just do one for everybody else." Picking up her own notes and draining what was left of the water in her glass, Olivia beamed at the people present. "Well I think that concludes our meeting! If you still have any questions please do catch me at any point and I'll be happy to answer them.Now....you all deserve a nice coffee for paying attention this long," she laughed, "off to the break room with you, unless you already have work to do in which case after you've finished, please." Pulling her work robes around her, Olivia nodded her head to everyone, made sure the notes were well stuck to the wall, and made her way out of the conference room. She needed to check in with Brian. |

"Sure. I needed to go down there anyways, I need an owl. Can't run off to a post owl every time something comes up." Max gathered the rest of his notes and stood by the door waiting for Isabella. |

Okay, she was meant to meet someone, but there was gonna be a meeting in here. So gatecrashing felt suckish. So Callie stayed outside the door and waited. Her hair wasn't even down today, it was pulled back in a messy ponytail, and she had on a pinkish dress with her yellow heels. NICE. |
DH arrived at the conference room of level 8 and he was not struck. The design and arrangements are much like of the one they have in the 9th floor. But he didn't enter completely for he saw a note saying that there would be a meeting in there. He looked around and approached a girl in a pink dress. He cleared his throat and said, "Hello Miss Fairweather. I am Daniel Henry Smith of the Planet Room." he said introducing himself to the Maintenance employee and extending his hand to shake hers. "I am very sorry for my tardiness. I am handling two divisions at the moment and have to arrange the itineraries of both before I can leave them." he said with a bit of a smile in his face. "I saw that there will be a meeting on this conference room. Would you mind if we take our meeting to the level 9 conference room?" he asked. He then wondered where is his employee that he summoned before. |
Callie smiled softly and shook his hand, "Call me Callie," She chuckled softly, turned slightly and nodded at the sign on the door. Meeting in there, so they would HAVE to go somewhere else. Smiling quickly Callie nodded. "It's fine. I was early anyways, nothing much to do before work." She chuckled softly and proceeded to listen to what he was saying. "Of course, yeah. Sure we can." |

Rosalie ran quickly immediately after pulling on her Ministry robes to Level 8,Conference Room. She ran into the lifts with a sigh and pummelled the button for level eight. She mumbled a hasty apology to the fellow workers who stared at her and as soon as the lift arrived at level 8,Rose burst out and stumbled on her cloak. She managed not to fall by grasping a nearby flower vase.Rose didn't want to miss the oppportunity presented to her by DH... She ran with her full might or as much as possible wearing her stilettos and was out of breath as she arrived at Level 8 conference room and was relieved to see DH standing at the door talking to a lady whom Rose didn't know...Probably another employee...she thought. She gasped for breath as she arrived in front of DH.She smiled and said "Hi DH,am I late..?" to her head of the department and said "Hi, I am Rosalie,an employee of the Planet Room" to the other woman. She looked at DH for further instructions.. |

Another meeting. Exclusive security Meeting. Looking squeaky clean and calm as usual, Brian was the first person who walked into the Conference room with essential papers in hand. Putting the papers on the table infront of his chair, he took a glance of the clean place. Smiling to himself satisfiedly Brian was waiting for his employees to assemble as his hands tucked inside his trouser pockets, as usual. |
numble walked in right behind Mr.lee.seeing it was still clean from when he cleaned it Mr.Lee is there anything you need me to do sir? |

As one of the newest members of the Department (and an ex-army man) Jaxton had more than one reason for not being late to his first department meeting. He wasn't sure which egged him on more, but either way here he was. He was here. With a quick look around the room, Jaxton decided that it was safe to let his guard down a little... but only slightly... He was, after all, still an ex-military and ex-auror. That training didn't go away over night. Or over a decade. Smirking a little, he sipped at his coffee as he slipped into a chair with the easiest escape route. Not that he would need it... |
