First you must answer the question posed by the poster above you as complete as possible and in your own words. Then, you ask a new question for the next person to answer!

Newbies are only allowed to have snitchseeker provided avatars. You go into the site settings to apply them in your profile.

How many characters are members allowed to have in their signature?

Can I post a direct link?

A link may be given if requested, or for reference purposes, but if it is deemed advertising or solicitation by site staff a warning or infraction will be issued.

Nope, they aren't. To quote the rules: "Please note that SnitchSeeker.com will no longer be allowing the use of special characters or symbols in usernames (such as hearts, stars, Chinese characters, etc.)."

For the sake of roleplay, is it allowed to disrespect and harress other characters according to their heritage? In the books Hermione was harressed lots of times.

Hmm, there shouldn't be disrespect / harassment out of character, and there needs to be clear communication between mun's, not far away assuming in the distance, as each character has their personal struggles. Scaring your roleplay partner, as characters can relate closely to one on a personal level, is harassment. Sexual advances / harassment, would be overall, not allowed at all, in that definition.

Yes, Hermione is harassed for being a Muggle by Draco and others, and it shows how she strives to fight through prejudice, while still being kind and clever and loves reading and being with her friends. Draco is also suffering from being a Malfoy / his father being a Death Eater / only known as evil.
