So... There are now... 5/6 days left... And I've got no homeroom teacher.. uh oh... *runs away*

A sharp poke in my shoulder brought me back to earth. I turned my head to see James sitting in the desk next to me.

"What?" I asked him, slightly annoyed. He opend his mouth to speak when Lily sat down in front of me.

"Where's the teacher? He should be here by now," Lily said, glaring at James.

James opened his mouth to speak again as a loud voice filled the room.

"Your teacher has fallen ill, and he will be gone for all of January and quite possibly some of February as well. I am Professor Kavanagh and I will be your new professor for the time being."

My jaw dropped and I swear my heart stopped.. and everything around me. Most of the class swievled their heads to face me, making me turn a brilliant red. I turned to James. "Why didn't you say anything!?!"

"I did!" he replied frantically. "You weren't listening to me. It's your father Ke. What are you going to do?"

I whimpered momentairily. James stood up and turned to the professor. "Um. Caoimhe isn't feeling very well. Could I please take her to the hospital wing?"

By now, all the colour in my face had left. My father nodded his head curtly, then wandered to the front of the room. I quickly gathered up my stuff, James did the same, and walked out of the classroom as quickly as my legs could carry me without breaking into a run.

That's it.. I'm so going to into my mini-little story thing-a-ma-bobber. Ok, my friend Kelly used to go to my school or whatever. But she switched but she doesn't really matter in meh story
Kelly's brother, Taylor, is two years ahead of me. So (this is so going to get confusing) He was at school in grade 9 and his dad taught at BGHS. Then they practically switched places! Mr. Lutt went to BOB, so we got Mr. C then Taylor went to BGHS. Yup yup!! If that made any sense at all
Stupid HS discisions. BGHS or BCHS... *hits head on counter*

I wandered down the hallway and towards the Gryffindor common room. I could barely hear James' footsteps from behind me. I dropped my bag down on the floor and then sunk down onto the couch.

I could feel James' gaze lingering on me and I looked up at him. His hazel eyes were focused on me but I doubt he was actually seeing me. I stood up slowly and placed my hand on his shoulder. "James?" I whispered softly.

He sighed and took my hand off his shoulder. "Why is he here? Wouldn't-"

"What are we supposed to do about it, James? I doubt he knows. I doubt anyone knows."

James shook his head, his hair hanging in his eyes for the first time ever. I couldn't help but smile. He opened his mouth just as the bell rang for the end of the day.

"That was fast," I said, turning away from James before he could say anything.

Remus, Sirius, James, myself, and, reluctantly, Lily were gathering together in the boys dorm.

The boys were sitting on their own beds, while Lily was settled on Peter's trunk. I was leaning against Remus, where I wasn't paying any attention what so ever to what they were discussing. Suddenly I heard my name and I looked up at Lily.

"What?" I asked, frowning slightly.

"What's the big deal about you're father teaching here?" Sirius asked, staring at me.

"Er.. He's my father. No person sane would want their parent teaching at their school," I replied, not looking at him.

"But everybody likes him! He seems really nice. What do you have against him?" I heard Lily ask.

I looked over at James, who was staring, seemed more like a glare to me, at Lily. I stood up and walked over to the door. Placing my hand on the knob, I turned to look at Lily. "You have no idea."

She stood up and gave me a confused look. "He seems really nice though! What do you have against him?"

I shook my head and repeated," Lily. Just.. Stop.. You don't have any idea." And then I turned and left the room.

Ok, that's it for now. And, seriously, You have no idea Now, I'm off to.. sleep. Or do my homework.. School is horrid... Oh, I can't wait for HS now *rolls eyes*

I've seen IT...the first time was when I was 5 i think...I was terrified of clowns...but then when I got older I watched it again...then I liked it....anyway...*looks at Lily* I don't know either. *yells on top of lungs* I want Remus AND James!!!!!...Nice post btw.

Clowns are Evil.. *shudders* I plan not to watch IT thank you very much.. And Remus and Sirius are yours, take them.. James, however, is mine.. And only mine.. So is Alfie, but that's a different story..

"What are you going to do? Ditch Defence for a couple of months?" James asked, looking at me as he fiddled with his hair.

"Maybe. I'll just get the homework from Remus," I turned to look at him and had to resist laughing. I reached over and took his hand. "stop playing with your hair. It will not change. Messy is one of characteristics. One of your characteristics. Better then annoying and arrogant and whatever else Lily calls you."

"I'm not playing with my hair!" he retorted, sitting up and shaking off my hand.

I rolled my eyes and smiled. "Whatever helps you sleep at night, James," I replied, winking at him.

He scowled, making me laugh. "I'm going to get you, Kavanagh."

"Oooh. You're sooo intimidating."

"Why not go to Dumbledore?" he asked, changing the subject.

"Go to Dumbledore because you're intimidating? That was sarcastic you know."

"I know! I was talking about your father," he replied, hitting me in the head.

"Watch it, Potter. I'll think up an embarrassing name for you and tell Lily, so she can go around calling you that. And, what would going to Dumbledore do? He doesn't know. I don't want anyone to know, James." I hugged my knees to my chest and rested my chin on top. I stared at James as he took off his glasses.

"You'll have to tell someone. That, or suffer through Defence class," he said, cleaning his glasses as if his was avoiding looking me in the eye.

I blinked in confusion then frowned. "You've told, haven't you?" I whispered.

James raised his head and put back on his glasses. "Ke.. You know that isn't true.. I never.."

I slid of the bed, and stood up. "If you told anyone Potter, you're a dead man."

James turned red.

"You told!!" I shouted, running over to hit him.

James raised his arms in defence and rolled off his bed. "I only told Dumbledore! I swear! I asked him not to do anything if you didn't go to him!"

Tears filled my eyes as I glared at him. "I asked you not to tell anyone, and you promised you wouldn't You went back on your word."

"I'm sorry," he muttered. "Someone had to know. But as long as Dumbledore doesn't go back on his word, no one else will know. I still think you should go talk to Dumbledore."

I wandered out of the room and towards the owlery, planning out what I was going to say.

The last bit has nothing to do with the story in any way, so don't ask who she's sending something to. I just wanted her to get out of there Hope you liked it

Forgive him? Ha!!! *mutters under her breath* Right now, I wouldn't make her forgive him, but then the story wouldn't go the way I want it to.. So I have to get Ke to forgive him...

I paced my room impatiently, waitig for Lily to arrive. My door suddenly opened and I turned around to see Lily standing in the doorway. "Lily!" There you are!! I was waiting for you!!"

Lily smiled. "Sorry. My sister was being.. her usual self and so my parents wouldn't let me leave for some odd strange reason." Lily frowned and then laughed. "So, where's our dresses?"

I shrugged. "Remus should've dropped them.. Oh! That was my job." I hit my head and wandered out of the room and into the spare one. I picked up the five hangers and made my way to Remus's room first.

I opened the door without knocking and lifted my head, holding out three of the hangers. I instantly turned red.

"I'm so sorry!!!" I said apolegeticly, turning towards Remus. I shoved three of the coat hangers into his arms and ran out, hearing laughter from behind me.

I shut my door behind me as I entered my room.

"What happened to you?" Lily asked, as she reached out and took her dress.

"Just.. Saw.. James.. Sirius.." I stopped and looked up at Lily.

"Uh... You saw James and Sirius.. in what exactly?" Lily asked, eying me.

I dropped to the floor and started giggling. After a few minutes, I composed myself and opened the cover to get out and my dress... To see it was a tux.

"Noooooooooooooo way.. You have got to be kidding me." I stood up and left my room, heading back to Remus's room. Just before on knocked on the door, it opened, revealing James holding my dress.

"I'm not wearing this," he said, holding back laughter. I scowled and took my dress from him, shoving his tux into his arms.
