Once again this is a continued role-play created by hazydazy012, kept ever so strong and alive by it's loyal RPers. As the title says, this is version (3) three, the first two threads have reached their post limits. From the original thread: Quote:

One year at Hogwarts a mysterious spell was cast that not even the professors can undo. You wouldn't be able to see a difference at Hogwarts, just looking at the school, but it actually made magic impossible! Not a single person or creature could cast a spell while in the school. How are the students supposed to learn when they can't try out the new spells? Sure, most were devestated, (Especially the 7th years! How are they supposed to finish their last year?!) but of course, some were estatic too! Who doesn't want to have a longer summer vacation? So, most students go home in high spirits TWO months before Hogwarts was officially supposed to be let out for summer break. Only one week into their luxuriously long holiday, every student recieves this letter:
"It is mandatory for any students who want to complete their year to attend "La Bacchetta Magica", a summer learning camp for wizards located in a small getaway near Tuscany. You will be finishing up the studies that were unfinished at Hogwarts. Please bring your wand and other necessary items for regular classes."
Fantastic. Some are angry, but most are excited! I mean, it's called "The Magic Wand" in Italian, for goodness sakes. It's gotta be fun. And guess what?! It is! Everyone is having a great time with the mix of school and just plain summer camp fun! How will the Divinations in the morning and campfires at night affect the students? You decide!
Please join! There will need to be a few professors/camp counselors! Even number of boys and girls, please. Post a bio with a picture, thanks!
(P.S. I looked up "La Bacchetta Magica" and it told me "The Magic Wand" but it was only an online translator. If I'm wrong, then whoops! Heehee)

Vianna turned to Ferris as he spoke and laughed lightly. "Yeah, I know. It's a shame, that'd be the type of job I'd really enjoy... full of action and adventure and mystery..." Her blue eyes practically sparkled at the idea of it. But she was snapped out of this as Ferris spoke again, asking her what her parents wanted her to do. Vianna made a bit of a face. "Well, Dad wants me to go do something at the resort... he pretty much wants the whole family to just work there, but I don't want to. And since I'm not the oldest male of the family I can get away with not doing it," she said; her parents were rather old fashioned and liked to follow tradition, which was why Victor was doomed. "And then Mum wants me to be like her before she was married... she used to be a musician. She has us all take music lessons and it's great and all, but I hate playing the harp! It hurts my fingers and I'm always getting cut," she said, brows furrowing at this as she remembered all the many injuries her fingers have received in the past.

| Blonde&Proud Sirius Sense of humor Ferris listened attentively as Vianna explained that her father wanted all three of them involved in the hotel, but she didn't necessarily have to, and her mother wanted her to be a musician. His eyebrows rose at this, unaware that his girlfriend had musical talent, and a smile fell onto his face as she mentioned her fingers' many injuries while playing the harp. As though the injuries were still in play, he picked up her hand and gently placed a kiss to her fingertips with a smile, "You play the harp?"

Vianna chuckled softly as Ferris's lips met her fingertips before he then asked her if she played the harp. "Well, yeah... Mum's had us all taking lessons since we were kids," she replied, though she obviously didn't seem to care much for it. Vianna didn't really have much interest in music or anything very artistic (except Ferris's drawings). "I think she had Victor learn the violin, and Vince the piano... oh, but Vince is a complete disaster, he had dozens of instructors quit because they couldn't deal with him," she said with a chuckle. Her gaze seemed far away, though, like she was looking at something that wasn't really there as she remembered life back at home, which was always pretty busy from all the activities Mr. and Mrs. Vincenzi had their kids do, but it was always fun and something the girl had come to miss in the time she'd been away from home.

| Blonde&Proud Sirius Sense of humor Ferris smiled with amusement as Vianna explained that her mother had had them all playing various instruments since they were children, amused by her story of Vince's incompetance on the piano. He remained silent for a moment, his brown eyes simply scanning the girl's expression as she seemed to fade off for a moment. "Well, since Indiana Jones isn't a career choice. What kind of job do you think you're going to aim for?" he asked curiously.

Vianna snapped out of thoughts as Ferris spoke again, asking her what kind of job she wanted to aim for. The young girl sighed. "I honestly don't know, Professor," she told him. "I do well in my classes - I'm not like you, but I've never done badly in a class, and I've got a few that I really like, but nothing I'm really... passionate about, you know?" she replied, now being reminded of Hogwarts as she spoke. She really missed the castle and the teachers who she had come to admire in the last five years. She paused for a moment, her gaze leaving the fire it had been staring at and turning to Ferris instead. "How did you choose what you wanted to do?" she asked him, looking for some sort of guidance in this.

| Blonde&Proud Sirius Sense of humor Ferris listened as Vianna told him honestly that she wasn't sure what she wanted to do as she wasn't passionate about anything, asking how he chose what he wanted to do. The boy let out a soft scoff, his brown eyes falling to the couch cushions below them, "Well I didn't get much of a choice, Vi..." he started, trying to find the words. "I have a few things I'm passionate about but that doesn't mean I get to do them. The ministry saw my grades and snapped me up with a job that pays just enough to keep me interested and comfortable but not enough to keep me exactly thrilled with the work I'm doing. And they stuck me at a desk job. Granted, it's working behind some great professionals, but...I don't really want to go." Ferris let out a weak chuckle, "I just...I don't know, I took it because I was offered it, and it's a good enough job to start out with, but...still."

Vianna's forehead creased slightly at the boy's response, not necessarily consoled by it, but she understood his reasoning. She was quiet for a few moments, merely looking up at the ceiling with thoughtful eyes before returning her gaze to the boy beside her. "If you could do what you want, what would it be?" she asked him curiously.

| Blonde&Proud Sirius Sense of humor Ferris's brown eyes returned to Vianna's curious blue ones as she asked what he would do if he could do what he wanted, remaining silent for a moment before smiling slightly. "I'd like to open a book store," he told the girl honestly, his expression a little apprehensive. "I know it's not really a profession or anything, but it's...it's kind of always been something I've wanted to do. I guess it's more of an idea for when I have a little more money under my belt and can afford to make my own bookstore....Until then, well, until then I'd really like to teach. As weird as that sounds." He flashed her a weak smile before looking away.

"Oh yeaah..." Vianna muttered thoughtfully as Ferris replied, remembering how they had talked about this before. She chuckled softly, rather amused by this since it was such a Ferris thing to do. "Would you mind if I opened a pet shop next to your bookstore? We could share customers," she told him with another chuckle, blue eyes amused.

| Blonde&Proud Sirius Sense of humor Ferris smiled slightly as Vianna asked if he minded her opening a pet shop right next door, "No, that sounds perfect," he told her with a warm smile and a soft chuckle, his sheepish brown eyes finding the couch once more. "I don't know, it's gonna be a long way off...But maybe one day we'll get there. That'd be nice." The boy looked back to her with a weak smile, one dimple just barely showing on his right cheek.

"It'd be great!" Vianna agreed with a grin, a large smile permanently sitting on her face. She turned quiet again, merely watching the boy for a moment before looking away distractedly. "Hmm..." She glanced at the clock on the wall. "There's no room service at this inn, Professor," she said, turning back to him. "Which would mean... we actually have to move on our lazy day if we want to be fed."

| Blonde&Proud Sirius Sense of humor Ferris let out a sigh at Vianna's observation of no room service, "I was beginning to realize this too," he said with a small nod, though he didn't seem to have any intention of getting up in his seat. "How embarrassed would you be to have a pajama-clad Professor hanging onto your arm in town?" the boy asked, amusement in his brown eyes as he leaned his forehead against her own.

Vianna's eyebrows rose at Ferris's question and she couldn't help but laugh before giving him her reply, "Embarrassed? I think I'd be too busy being amused to feel any embarrassment, to be honest," she said, laughing again at the thought of Ferris walking the busy city streets in pajamas. Unless, of course, he was referring to the tiny ghost town, in which case Vianna doubted anyone beside herself would really see him.

| Blonde&Proud Sirius Sense of humor "Okay good, then let's go," the boy said, flashing her a grin before pecking her lips with his own and sitting up on the couch, eventually getting to his feet just a couple moments later. He helped Vianna up as well after he had stretched his arms up towards the ceiling, letting out a yawn. "So where did you want to get food, Vi?" he asked the girl at his side, turning to look at her with expectant brown eyes.
OOC: Sorry Dee I'm off for the night! I'll be on tomorrow though, for sure...

ooc: It's okay, I was just about to go too! Byeee, Ruthers!
Vianna watched as Ferris got up to his feet and asked her where she wanted to go get food. She shrugged her shoulders, sitting up. "Anywhere," she replied. A second later, she was up on her feet as well and heading over to the kitchen to check on her squirrels' food. It seemed they still had enough left to get them through the next couple days. "We'll see what we find on the way," she said, heading over to the front door and turning to Ferris expectantly.

| Blonde&Proud Sirius Sense of humor Ferris gave a brief nod as Vianna told him they'd just see what they found as they went, turning to look at him with those blue eyes of hers. He was momentarily stuck there, staring at her for a half second, smiling like an idiot as he admired her for a moment. He snapped out of it a moment later, shaking his head slightly as he let out a sheepish chuckle, "Yeah, let's go," he agreed, starting to walk over to her. He wrapped an arm around her once he got to her side, pulling her close to him and smiling down at her before he leaned down and placed his lips on her own.

Vianna's gaze turned puzzled as Ferris merely stared at her smiling before he seemed to snap out of his daze. She laughed lightly at this with amusement and welcome the boy to her side with a cheery smile, then returning the kiss he placed on her lips. "So you were serious about going out there in your pajamas, huh?" she said as she pulled away and opened the door, heading out with an amused chuckle.

| Blonde&Proud Sirius Sense of humor "Of course I was serious!" the boy said with a playful grin as Vianna asked, taking her hand into his own as they made their way down the hallway. "Ferris Montgomery never goes back on a promise! And that, my dear, was most definitely a promise." He let out a soft chuckle, starting down the stairs with her. They were really quite the sight, Vianna dressed normally and fairly attractively and Ferris was clad in blue and green pajama pants, a soft white v-neck tshirt, his hair a mess; completely unattractive to anyone passing by except for maybe Vianna who for some reason seemed to enjoy his curls and brown eyes, the only good thing really going for him at the moment.

Vianna raised her eyebrows slightly at Ferris and laughed, completely amused by the idea of having a boy in pajamas walking at her side. "I should probably summon my broom and get us to the city," she said teasingly, waving to the old man at the front desk as they passed him by. She then walked out to the empty streets of the tiny ghost town and took a deep breath, as if breathing air for the first time. "Alright, well... we haven't really got many options," she muttered, since there were only like three or four (if you counted the bakery) places to eat in the whole town. And then her eyebrows rose. "I just remembered I never finished my cookie pizza!" she said, feeling rather guilty about wasting food away like that. She glanced around the empty streets as they walked and then turned to the boy beside her, "You wanna go visit the old lady, then?"

| Blonde&Proud Sirius Sense of humor Ferris stuck his tongue out playfully as Vianna joked with him, following her out into the fresh air of the small town. He smiled slightly at the deserted streets that had come to be so familiar to him over the past few days, turning to look at Vianna as she mentioned their options. It was then that she suddenly spoke about her cookie pizza and how she didn't finish it, something that made the boy chuckle. "Don't worry, we'll feed it to Vince," he said with a shrug, speaking about her older brother as though he was the family dog or the family garbage disposal. Ferris flashed her a teasing grin before he thought about the option of going to visit the old lady. "We could do that," he agreed with a brief nod, but there was obviously some calculations happening behind his brown eyes. "But I did promise you a picnic yesterday and you didn't really get one. Just ice cream. And...considering the fact that I keep all my promises, I say we grab some food from the old lady, then take it out to the fields and have a picnic." He grinned at his own idea, "And we can still be lazy, lounging around in the grass."

Vianna glanced around the streets as she listened to the boy at her side speak, then turning to him with widened eyes as he suggested they feed the old pizza to her brother. Her jaw dropped at this. "Professor!" she gasped, though there was an amused smile on her face. She laughed lightly for a moment before listening as he went on, suggesting they get some food from the old lady and have a picnic out in the fields. The young girl beamed at this suggestion, completely thrilled by the idea of it. "Let's go!" she said, tightening her grip around the boy's hand as she pretty much sprinted down the empty streets and over to the old lady's restaurant with excitement in every step she took.

| Blonde&Proud Sirius Sense of humor Ferris gave her a smile as she reprimanded him for the ideas of feeding the pizza to her brother, letting out a soft chuckle before she had taken his hand and started practically sprinting down the road. "Vi, pajama pants aren't running pants!" the boy reminded her, staring down at his feet as he tried to be careful not to trip on the long legs of them. But he couldn't help but grin, obviously happy about Vianna's excitement for this idea of a picnic, it was starting to sound really good to him too. When they entered the old restaurant, it was pretty much deserted as always and instead of getting seated, Ferris asked the old lady if they could have a bunch of food to go, listing off various foods that they'd like for their picnic.

"Sorry!" said Vianna with a giggle as Ferris reminded her that pajama pants weren't made for running, however she didn't slow down, far too excited to force her feet to move slower. The old lady inside the restaurant blinked at them - they just randomly burst into the restaurant running, the boy was wearing pajamas, and they were now giving her a long list of different food they wanted. It was definitely not something she had witnessed in all her years at the restaurant. But, as slowly paced as the old woman usually was, she was quick to scribble down their orders and, giving them a nod, disappeared to the back of the restaurant. Vianna turned to the boy beside her and gave him a smile, but before she could say anything, the old lady had already returned with all their food. The young girl's jaw dropped - why was the service faster when they ordered ten times what they usually did? The old woman merely gave them a friendly and rather endearing smile.

| Blonde&Proud Sirius Sense of humor Ferris seemed just as surprised to see the woman back just seconds later with all their food, disbelief in his brown eyes. That was just weird, they never got this fast of service here! But he gave the woman a polite smile, paying for all of their food in galleons and sickles before taking the bag into his free hand and Vianna's hand in his other. "Alright, let's go find a good spot out there," he said with a warm smile to the girl at his side, starting out of the restaurant and towards the outskirts of the tiny town where cobblestone turned into tall green grass.

Vianna waved the old woman farewell as they walked out of the restaurant and toward the outskirts of town. "That was weird... though I suppose I should be used to it by now," she muttered absentmindedly; each time they went to that restaurant it was always like something from the Twilight Zone. But Vianna snapped out of thoughts as the green grass came to sight, and she beamed. "Oh, but we don't have something to lay the food on!" she said suddenly, turning to the boy beside her.
