Ooooo ominous I know. But we all know there's a few characters in this RPG who'd like to wring each others necks. OK, perhaps that's an understatement; practically every character wants to kill, or at least hurt, someone, for something they've done to them or others.

Confused? You should be!

Here's a brief explanation of the main events (note I said BRIEF):

Marcella, the daughter of the infamous Voldemort, God-daughter to Albus Dumbledore was constantly shifted around. Her life was lived mainly in hiding from her father. She struck up an unlikely relationship with the formidable Professor Snape who was her guardian.

He had a daughter called Kristi, by a woman called Faith Potter. For plainly obvious reasons, Voldemort wanted her dead. Duty bound by her mothers death, Snape looked after her unwilling but debatably in the end, her learnt to love her. Voldemort made him kill his own daughter with his bare hands. Thereby, ridding himself of one of the Potters.

Kristi, who resented Marcella's relationship with her father, struck up an unlikely relationship with Nick Lestrange - the resident womaniser at Hogwarts - the lovechild of Bellatrix and Voldemort (yes I'm well aware of the irony.) He too died by the hands of Snape who never approved with their relationship. Nick was a shady character who gave Kristi to Voldemort but did attempt to save her, though it was a hopeless effort.

Snape was jailed twice for a murder he did not commit. (Irony, eh? Caught for murders he didn't do, unpunished by the law for murders he did commit). He appealed the first time and was released but went back in to Azkaban for the murder of Darrin. During the course of his imprisonment, Marcella discovered she was pregnant.

While he was away she, with Nick and Kristi, who were under the protection of the Order; Tonks, Sunny, Remus and Sirius. First at the house in Norway (which belonged to Snape) and then at Hogwarts.

Sunny turned out to be a DE and betrayed Marcella, leading her to her father. Tonks, who had become his lover, was torn when Sirius started firing accusations. Eventually Sunny was redeemed when he grudgingly returned to the Riddle House to rescue the captives of Voldemort. While there, Voldemort killed the baby, Maurice (an order member), Kristi and Nick.

Sirius also had an attachment to Faith Potter (although he seemed to become attracted to other people as well - well JK did say he was a ladies man!) and was thus distraught at Kristi's death and blames Snape. Marcella blames Snape for the death of the baby and hates the fact that he admitted that he never really wanted the child. Snape is bitter and twisted (what's new?) about the whole train of events.

The main theme of this RPG? The wounded lick their scars and become broody, bitter, melancholy and vengeful.

Will Snape become so embittered that he returns to the dark side, the light having given him no hope?

Will Marcella become so embittered that she crawls back to her father?

Will Sirius kill Snape with his bare paws?

Will Sunny and Tonks ever manage to be in a room alone and stayed clothed?

All will be answered, I suppose.

As Voldemort is still on the prowl, I feel he'd want Harry where he can keep an eye on him. The main characters have been out of school for a year and are now 20ish. (In their first year out of school they will have been 19). Ron is playing Quidditch for the Chudley Cannons. And Hermione's working in the Department for the Health & Welfare of House-Elves (a department in the ministry which she invented and runs with the help of, yeah you guessed it, house-elves). So, we need:

If anyone has any suggestions please put them forward. Please let me know which subject your character wants, or whether you want one at all. The RPG will be centered at Hogwarts.

In case you're wondering, McGonagall's retired and Hagrid's on a honeymoon with Madame Maxime.

"I thought for sure you'd let me go sit with that hot little Herbology broad," Sunny said with a smirk. The herbology professor was probably twice as old as Sunny and at least three times as wide. He laughed quietly at her and showed her to an end that had fewer professors at it. "Can you smell firewhiskey on me?" he asked in a low voice, trying to get a whiff of his own breath. "Can't be caught drinking on the job."

Bella laughed, her pretense gone. Looking up, she let her hood fall back. 'I will talk about that mongrel if I choose.' She smirked. 'Blood after all is the thickest of ties.' She looked him over, drawing out his wand as she did and twirling it through her fingers. 'No no Harry. You definately look worse for your recent trauma.' She smiled again. 'You should have yourself a nice break.' Smirking up again she continued. 'Maybe Simone would enjoy a holiday.'

'Yes,' she grinned, taking her seat with a sniff. 'But it won't be the first time, nor the last, so I wouldn't worry.' She grinned, sticking her tongue out, crossing her eyes, and moving a hand to touch her nose. 'joo dish,' she said, 'anj iv ju ken,' she pulled her tongue back in, 'you're sober enough.'

Harry stared at her with a deadened expression. Perhaps this was the reason Dumbledore wanted him to stay at Hogwarts, and he'd really blown that whole plan. Nice of Tonks and Sunny to leave and let him get killed as well. "You should leave Simone out of this. She's made her choice, and it isn't with me. A good girl like that should be rewarded with a long life." He didn't want to sound bitter considering how much he thought he'd loved her, but in the end, he blamed her for not loving him back.

'Aww, love sick are we Harry,' she smirked, the wand ceasing to twirl suddenly. 'You should pick more loyal lovers in the future. 'Perhaps we will leave the girl alone. She's not much use now.' Bella shrugged. He was no sport this one. No fight left in him. She wouldn't be surprised if she could kill him now, right here. But that wasn't the orders. 'Touching as this has all been,' she rolled her eyes. 'There's a few messages for you to pass on.' Her smile grew. 'First,' she snapped his wand in two, throwing it at his feet. 'Tell Dumbledore that it'll take more that holing you up in Hogwart's to protect you. Or any of the others for that matter.' She moved her head, her back twinging suddenly. 'Second.' Her voice was slightly less forceful, her neck twinging now. She needed fresh potion. 'Tell Sunny that I havn't forgotten our unfinished business.

Sunny laughed and sat back. "The worst he could... is fire me. But seeing as I don't really have a job... I just don't think I'm too concerned." Sunny looked nervously around. "You don't think he'll do introductions do you?" If he was.. Sunny was going to get back to drinking. He'd need it.

Harry burned a bit inside at her condescension. "I'm not your errand boy or your message runner, Lestrange. You're so powerful and fantastic. You got the great Harry Potter unarmed... walk up to the castle and deliver your own messages." He kicked dirt over his broken wand and turned his back on her to trudge to the castle. She was a brainless minion and couldn't touch him without her Master's permission.

'Oh yes,' Tonks' eyes glinted. 'You'll have to stand and bow and smile.' She laughed. 'And all the students will be looking up at you, wondering who you are, examining every inch of you.' She looked him over. 'Can't say I blame them though,' she leaned in, poking him in his side. 'Relax, I'm sure you'll do fine.'

She withdrew her wand as he turned away, catching him quickly. Her spell whiped him around, pinning him against the wall. 'You little brat,' she spat. 'I do you the favour of letting you walk away unharmed, and you throw it back in my face.' She moved closer so their faces almost touched, her eyes flashing. 'There are plans for you Potter, otherwise I would take great pleasure in making your death particlarly slow and painful.' She moved back, increasing the pressure of the spell. She could actually see his body being crushed in under the pressure. 'As it is, lets see what we can do about the pain part. You'll make a nice parcel for Dumbledore yet.'

Harry stared impassively at her, although the pain was overwhelming. There was a frown line between his eyes, but it certainly wasn't the worst pain he'd ever had to bear. "You can take a message back to your 'Lord' for me," he shifted uncomfortably within his increasing confines before continuing. "Tell him that he should get no joy out of killing me, because there is nothing worthwhile in my life. You tell him that. Tell him he'd be doing me a favor."

'I will be delivering no messages for you Potter.' He wasn't yelling, but she could see she was having some effect. 'But I must really be on my way now.' She gave him a sickly smile, more to hide the fact that her back was worse by the minute. 'But I'd hate to leave without a gift,' she kept him pinned as she lifted his wand, slipping it into his pocket. Grinning, she slammed her foot hard against his leg, her grin broadening as she heard the crunch. The first leg hung at an odd angle as she moved to the next before letting him fall down on them. 'That should stop you flying for a while. Even more misery for you to wallow in.'

"Oh... sad. You kept the retired Quidditch player from playing the sport he no longer plays. What a naughty witch." Harry's eyes were watering and he wanted to cry out from the pain, but she was still standing here. He'd collapse later. For now, he just had to wait for her to leave and hope someone would come by and find him. Or maybe he could just die out here. He wished he was still drunk.

'Yes,' Bella purred again, 'don't go kill yourself now. There'd be no fun in that.' With that she levitated his body up, sending it to land with a crash on a school carriage moving past the village. It would carry him back to Dumbledore, and the message should be amply clear. Satisfied, she turned, disapearing from the spot.

Harry held onto the carriage with scrabbling fingers, the pain causing him to near unconsciousness several times. He knew, however, that if he fell off on the way to the castle, he could get run over by a carriage or lost in the underbrush. Neither was appealing, and Harry held on for dear life. Once the carriages came to a stop, Harry felt the darkness fall on him. He toppled from the top of the carriage into a heap, scaring a first year witless.

Sunny wasn't so sure that he would be alright if he had to stand up in front of a sea of children. He used his wand to conjure up a large butterbeer. "To introductions," he said raising up his beer to her, and turned it up.

'To introductions,' Tonks nodded, meeting his glass with her more sedate water. By the sound coming from the doors, teh first carriages were arriving, the wheels making their usual racket in the gravel. There were voices also, young and high pitched. 'Here goes,' she straightened her robes, preparing. A few more firewhiskeys wouldn't have gone amiss. She let her hand fall on the table, her fork going flying back to clatter against the wall behind them.

Sunny gave the small wizard closest to them a reproachful look, hoping to put Tonks fork fiasco off on him. But, he couldn't hold the snicker in for long. "You're clumsiness is such a turn on, darling." Sunny was actually glad for the distraction. The students... had arrived. All peace and quiet were slowly getting farther from his grasp.

Tonks was about to respond, but an odd sight caught her attention. 'What - is - that?' She squinted down the hall, her head slightly to one side. A group of students were carrying something between them. Some big trunk or - she couldn't see, they kept abscuring it with their bodies.

Kurt's legs were buckling and his arms squeeled in protest. He gave his place to another student, and they inched forward. Rubbing his arms he looked at the staff. They wern't moving. He waved his arms to get their attention.

Dumble smiled as the students filed in but suddenly leaned toward Snape. "Severus, I believe you could be of assistance. Some of the students will be carrying a burden."

"Yes, Headmaster." As soon as he had acknowledged the request, he noticed a student waving at the back. Snape rose and made for a group of studentswho were carrying what looked like a body. The other students made a path for the Potions Master. "Well, well, if it isn't Mr. Potter. A teacher now and yet you still can't resist a grand entrance," he sneered.

Sirius finally makes his way to the Great Hall. He thought he knew this castle like the back of his hand, but he had managed to get lost three times before he got here. Part of him wanted to at least please Dumbledore and be at the Great Feast, and the other part of him is dreading seeing Snivellus and Marcella again. Things had gone badly outside of Hagrid's hut. There were things he wanted to say to her. How sorry he was about the baby. How much he had missed her being around, but as usual Sirius had only succeeded at making things worse. He heads into to the entrance hall when he notices the students are already arriving. The Head of Gryffindor House is gathering the first years together and preparing them for the sorting ceremony. Sirius slips by the students and tries to go into the Great Hall as silently as he can. Then a problem arises. He comes face to face with Snape. Instinctively he grabs his wand out of his pocket. Sirius is looking for any excuse to hex the ******* students or no students. Then Sirius hears a snide remark about Harry. He's about to answer it back with his wand when Sirius notices Harry being carried in by several students. Sirius performs a mobulicorporus spell on him. "Welcome back to Hogwarts, Harry. Sorry I haven't checked in with you before now, but under the circumstances I figured we both needed some time to ourselves. What happened? Have a run in with an overly excited first year?" Sirius gave Snape a dirty look. "It's alright, Snivellus. I have everything under control. Why don't you run back to the head table. I know you want to be there to greet the new Slytherin personally."

Snape's suddenly uplifted spirits were dashed when he got closer and saw that Potter was unconscious. And things only got worse when Black appeared. "Yes, I'm sure you have," Snape silkily replied. "However, the Headmaster asked me to take care of this situation and therefore, I must ask you to leave me to it. You mustn't be late for your introduction, after all."

Glad that Dumbledore had been robbed of the opportunity of making them speak, she sighed in relief. Concern etched on her face as whispers reached the front of the hall. "Harry Potter? Hurt? How?" they mumbled behind upheld hands. "Do you suppose the Dark Lord's got to him?" She shuddered involuntarily at the thought.

Watching, gazing with the students at what was happening at the end of the hall, she grimaced as Sirius appeared and promptly lifted his wand at Severus. In front of the students. She was beginning to doubt whether Sirius had any sense of location at all. Snape seemed to be sneering down on the pair of them; she distinctly heard him ask Black to leave. Like heck he would.

Wanting the Feast to start with as little drama as was possible, she nodded to Dumbledore and arose from her seat, casually walking down the aisles earning herself more looks from the students who seemed to be enthralled at the goings on. Taking Sirius by the upper arm, she pulled on him gently, her eyes dodging Snape. "Come on. You're not helping matters by being like this. Harry'll be okay." she added, hastily taking a look at him to check if what she said was correct. "He's not a boy anymore. He's a grown man, he can deal with things himself. He doesn't need you tailing him. Come." she finished, a little more forcefully, her grasp on him firm.

"Yes, I've seen you handle delicate situations in the past. Forgive me if I don't trust you with my godson's well being." Sirius really wasn't in the mood for either Snape or teacher's introductions. Students or no students, he was about to hex Snivellus when Marcella walked over and grabbed him by the arm. "It's okay. I'm going to behave myself. I thought I wait till the first day of class to show the students Snuffles anyway." Dumbledore stares over his half rimmed glasses at Sirius. He figures he'd better make nice with Snape at least for the time being, so Sirius allows Marcella to lead him to the head table. "Good evening, Professor Dumbledore," Sirius then takes a seat in the chair next to Marcella. "You can let go of my arm now. I've already promised I'd be good for the students' sake. It wouldn't due for them to see their professors dueling at the opening feast."

At the mention of Snuffles she lightens up a little however she looks sternly over her shoulder in disapproval before moving away from Snape and the scene with Sirius and back toward the table. She hastily lets go of him and sits back in her chair. "It's a shame you didn't realise that before drawing your wand," she added pointedly before resuming her quiet reverie, her eyes drifting back to where Severus and Potter were, subconsciously.

"I'm sorry. That was instinct. I did before I had time to think. I need to work on that in the future." Sirius tries to change the subject. "You look lovely tonight. The children coming seems to have improved your mood."
