THE LIFE OF JAMES POTTER

The oldest son of Harry James Potter. James is also the prankster of the five people in his family. But James also has a couple of secrets too. 1. He’s a shape shifter, 2. He’s in love with his best friend and he just doesn’t know how to tell her how he feels. But when a new generation of Death Eaters starts to plan kill all the Gryffindor’s for what Harry Potter did in the past for killing Lord Voldemort. Too bad that none of the teacher’s will teach any of the students. Thanks to James he’ll help out all of us students to defend ourselves.

"sheesh, I was just joking. I think we can all agree that my dad is a great guy." deciding that the attention needed to be changed from him he smiled slyly. "yeah, any Potter in particular?" he asked the younger girl.

Gwen scowled but then her face softened. shut up about Al, your practically yelling to everyone that you fancy Albus Severus Potter. Ok calm down, relax. "I can't wait for the first quidditch match of the year, no offense but I hope Slytherin beats Gryffindor's butts."

Jinx rolled her eyes at James charming smile, "James you should realize by know we are immune to your charm," she looked at Persephone, "well at least most of us." She laughed and then turned to Gwen shaking her head, "Don't bet on it I am Gryffindor chaser, and I think we could definitely beat Slytherin."

Scorpius made his way onto the platform, eager to get away from his clingy mother. Sadly, his father hadn't been able to accompany him to the Platform, he'd had a rather large assignment at work. But Scorp didn't mind, he knew his father was truly sorry to not come, so therefore Scorpius easily let it slide.

Turning to give his mother a quick hug, the boy once again hurried on, glancing left and right as he went in hopes of a familiar face.

She patted his head and went to go find her Ravenclaw friends...Where was everyone, she stood on the platform and awaited them

Hearing his name called, Scorpius turned a little to the left, before spotting Gwen and giving her a small wave, before once again gathering his things and heading over to her. Smiling brightly, he greeted her. "Hey Gwen! How was your summer?"

She walked over to him and wrapped her arms around him. "How was your summer?" she asked. "I went to Paris with the Potter's." Perse told him. "How are you doing?" she asked him. Persephone looked at her watch. It was two minutes to eleven. "Um guys." she said. "We only have two minutes to board the train and to find a compartment." Persephone told them. Perse started to pick up her trunk and put her backpack on her left shoulder. She picked up her owl cage. "Come on guys." Persephone rushed them. Rose had been asked to help out the Head Girl again. She walked down the train and saw Persephone, Scorpius, and all her cousins. She grinned. "PERSEPHONE! Hey you guys!" she cried, addressing all of them. She ran over to all of them and grabbed a seat next to Persephone. She put her stuff down and gave her best friend a hug. "So how was Paris guys?" she asked them all and gave them all a hug. She turned to Scorpius. "Hey how's your summer been?" she asked and gave him a hug too, before sitting down. She figured that she had covered everyone.

James picked up his things and followed Persephone. "yeah, come on guys, don't want to be left behind."He helped Persephone get her things on board and then got his own things together. When they had found a compartment he quickly sat down next to her. "Hey cousin" he said when Rose came up to them. The eldest Potter made sure his owl was tucked away safely before turning back to Rose. "Paris was great, I especially loved all the wonderful food."

Gwen hurried to get aboard with her friends. "hey, Rose." she said on seeing the young girl. "I'll take the other compartment next to this one." The compartment her friends were in was already crowded with all the friends busy talking to one another.

Turning back to Gwen, Scorp nodded, "did you have fun spending time with them?" Mehh, Scorp himself preferred to stay away from his. His grandmum could be a weee bit clingy at times. "How's your da doing?" Auror WAS a dangerous job, and he certainly hoped nothing tragic had happened to Gwen's. "Mine was fabulous thanks! Toyko with parents, hung out with Rosie and Al. What could be bad?"

Suddenly he was being hugged from behind and Scorp gave a small jump. Whoa! Who- but he recognized the voice as soon as she spoke. Turning and giving Persie a hug back, he smiled widely. "Hey you!" His summer? "It was awesome! Went to Tokyooooo!" And it was FUN! He kinda wanted to even live there someday. "Oooh, so THAT'S why I couldn't get a hold of you or Al." Enter tongue poking out here. "How was it?" Health wise? "I'm doing awesome thanks, stoked for school! I missed Hogwarts! Mum has been smothering me all summer!"

Hearing Persephone, he nodded, following the rest of them, before taking the window seat across from Persie.

Anddd, enter Rose. "ROSIE!" Scorpius grinned hugely as he best friend entered, before giving her a hug when it came to his turn. "Ahh, summer was great. Too bad we only got to hang out once." But that in itself was a stress. His da might not have been so hostile anymore, but he still didn't seem to be a particular fan of Ron. "Da and Mum surprised me with a trip to Tokyo. Rosee, you gotta go with us next time! It's so amazing!"

Buttt enough about him, "How was YOUR summer?"

Gwen nodded, she went to the next compartment and deposited her things then returned to join her friends."My summer was good, stayed at my grandparent's house in the countryside. I took a ton of pictures and they took me to Mexico for two weeks."

"Oh come on," Albus groaned, frustrated at his stupid trunk that had suddenly burst open, spilling out all the stuff he'd piled into it the previous night. Stopping and bending down to gather his things, he let his family move on ahead of him to the train as he threw his clothes and other stuff helter-skelter back into the trunk, doing it quickly so that they wouldn't have to notice he was gone. However, it took a little longer than he expected to get the trunk shut again, and he just noticed that he'd missed a shirt just a few feet away when suddenly he heard the train whistle and knew it was about to leave in a few minutes. Cursing himself under his breath, stopping only when his mum and dad finally found him in the crowd, he grabbed the shirt and, thankfully, didn't need to explain the situation as his dad graciously magicked the lone clothing into the trunk and locked it tightly.

"Thanks, Dad," Albus said, picking up his trunk again, giving his parents a quick hug good-bye, and raced toward the train, jumping on just in time. Trying to catch his breath and breathe a sigh of relief at the same time, he moved on down the train, trying to find out where his friends were sitting.
