••KA: RPotW•• ->Stuck on Hogwarts Express http://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e3...yoftheweek.png Albus, Hugo, Rose, James were all headed to Hogwarts as usual. They say goodbye to their parents ignoring Harrys "now be good!" or Ginnny's "Be CAreful!" Their parents worried too much. The engine of the Hogwarts Express roared as the wheels started moving. Albus' smile widened. He couldnt wait for his first year at Hogwarts. About an hour after they had started going something started happeneing. The lights in the compartemnts flickered on and off. I horrible screech sounded as the train stopped. Students ran in the corridor whispering about what was happeneing. Albus sat still in his compartment. he was scared. Looking out the window he noticed they had stopped and it was nearing night time. A voice suddenly comes over the intercom. "There is no need to panic. I won't hurt you. I just want Albus Potter." Albus' face rose to where the intercom in his compartment was. He knew that voice... Suddenly James ran into Albus' apartment with a few others. He grabs Ablus' hand and motions for him to be quiet. He was goign to find a way out. Extra: Voldermort has risen ocne again. The setting will take place on the train and around it. Whoever is playing James and Voldermort I will PM you with some extra news. HAVE FUN! I just wanted to say that I'll start on the bio and that I might have an idea on how to work out that James' girlfriend problem. It seems that Iheartdan wanted her character to be a close friend of James while the character had feelings for James, while X-HermioneGranger-X wanted her character to be James' girlfriend. And so it could be more like James being in a relation with X-HermioneGranger-X's character while Iheartdan's is James best or one of his closests friend while having a crush on James. A love triangle like this would add something to the RP but this is just a suggestion. |

Being a third year he lies to push over the firsties. He thinks of it as a way of payback. He has only a hand full of friends but has many admireers. Everyone thinks of him as "the other harry potter" he doesnt like this of course be cause he wasnts to be his own person but if he were to be named after anyone he was glad it was his father. He had a heart of gold and is polite but he does have a bit of a a streak of prankster. He likes playing tricks on his sisters and friends. He temper seems to rise when he is put under pressure. The only difference between him and his father is he doesnt have to wear glasses, he has freckles and he doesnt have a scar upon his forhead. Him and his father have striking qualities to each other. She loves being with her friends more than anything, which is definitely the reason she is in Hufflepuff. Her loyalty towards her friends goes far beyond anything she’s ever held true before. She treasures her friends over everything else and would go to any mean to make them happy. Albus is one of her closest friends and cares about his opinion the most out of everyone. Likes: She enjoys spending time with her friends and being outside, especially at nighttime because she loves to just lie down and look at the stars. She also likes a certain good-looking boy by the name of Albus Potter, but isn't brave enough to tell him that she likes him, hence why she isn't in Gryffindor. Dislikes: Aubrey absolutely 100% cannot stand spiders or any other type of bug for that matter. When she is not around Hugo misses her, but his friends are very good at distracting him. Hugo tends to stay out of trouble. It isn't that he is a goody goody that doesn't do risky things, he is just clever enough not to get caught. It helps that he got his intelligence from his mother, Hermione, so most of the professors like him. |

"Whats-.." was all he got out before he was pushed under the compartment seat. "oof!" he let out as James shhut the door and left him in complete darkness. What was going on?? who was that voice? Where was James going?? What was he supposed to do? Albus clenched his wand throughly. His dad had taught him all about magic so he was pretty experienced already and of course he had his dads invisiblity cloak stuffed in his pocket. |
Aubrey heard the voice come over the loud speaker as well. She had been sitting in her own compartment reading. Albus? Immediately, she stood u and left her compartment to go find him. "Albus?" She said softly as she walked down teh corridor until she came to a compartment with teh door shut. "Albus?" She said knocking softly on the door before opening it to find him sitting there by himself. Relieved she sighed and walked in sitting next to him. "What's going on? Are you alright?" |
Lily was laughing and joking then suddenly the lights went out and a voice asked for Albus, why would he want Albus? my big brother that never hurt anyone, she thought to herself and shuddered at the voice. Quietly Lily stepped out in to the corridor and lit the tip of her wand, "Albus? James? Rose? Hugo? is anyone there?" she shouted and walked a bit more up the corridor. |
Alice was sitting on a compartment reading a teenager's magazine when she heard that voice. She oppened the door of the compartment and heard the Potter girl shouting. She called her. "Lily. You know what's wrong?" she asked, clueless and afraid. |
Lily turned to face a voice she heard with fear written all over her face and she sighed in relief when she saw a familliar girl, "Alice, I have no idea. Why does that voice want Albus?" she asked with panic in her voice even though Alice wouldn't know the answer. |
Hugo held Alice close in his arms. He didn't want her to get hurt. "Alice, do you want me to go see if Albus is ok?" |
Though most were panicking when the lights went out and the train stopped, James readied himself to face the worst and when he heard the voice over the intercom calling out that it wanted Albus James hurried over to the compartment his younger brother was in. The only source of light in the compartment was that coming from the tip of James' wand, as soon as he spotted Albus he pushed him under a compartment seat and then rushed off again while saying. "Whatever happens, don't take the cloak off and don't leave the compartment until I get back." James said as he rushed out of the compartment and shut the door behind him. Now what to do, currently he had thought of two options;the first was to move forward in the train and confront the person who was after Albus but there was too much risk of James himself dying only seconds before the man would continue his pursuit of Albus and who would protect Albus then? No the possibility of the man being a much more powerfull and experienced (dark) wizard was too high and so leaving the train and finding a different way of getting to Hogwarts would be a better idea. Now that the train had stopped exiting would be much easier, but if they simply started running in a random direction they would surely get killed sooner or later so traveling by broom was the safest choice. And so he rushed back to his compartment only grabbing his broom and quickly opening the cage of Nimbus as he placed his feathered companion on his shoulder while instructing his friends who were still in the compartment to grab their brooms and follow him. With one hand holding his broom and the other tightly clutching his wand, James entered the compartment where he had left Albus and while heavily breathing from all the running around he had been doing James said. "Kid we have to leave the train, so get out from there."He said while using a spell to break the window and he let Nimbus fly out first. "Those that got a broom, grab it and if you're without one will need to ride along with someone else." |
Alice was scared and she wasn't going to deny it. But she was a gryffindor, and that was important to her. So she answer 'yes' to Hugo. "Lily, I have no idea, but I don't think you should stay alone. Where are the others? James, Rose...?" she asked. |
Hugo didn't want to leave Alice for a second, but he knew it would be safer in the compartment with Lily than wondering around the train. "Alice, Lily, can you two please stay hidden in the compartment until I get back...please?" Hugo doesnt give them much of a chance to answer. He pulls his wand out and heads for the door. As he walks by Alice he gives puts his hand gently under her chin and pulls her head slightly up to meet his. He gives her a short kiss, then heads out the door, shutting it as soon as Lily gets inside. He starts walking down the hall and sees James running to another compartment. Hugo catches up and sees James break a window. James quickly tells Hugo to hurry up and follow him before he jumps out on to his broom. Hugo doesnt waste a second. He runs back to his compartment and hugs his Alice as soon as he is in the door. "We are going to have to make a run for it and follow James Potter." He mimics James and breaks the window with his wand. "Grab only what you need. We have to hurry." Hugo waits for Alice and Lily to get their stuff and ready their broom. |
Alice was about to open her mouth to reply when he kissed her and left. She didn't leave Lily alone and she didn't want to go outside either. She felt relief when hugo came back, but not completly. "Where is Albus?" she asked. She remebered someone else; she would never leave the train without her brother. "Have you seen Ethan? Here's my brother?"She grabbed her coat a put it on her shoulders. "I'm not leaving without Ethan." she said. It wasn't because she was very stubborn, but she was very close from Ethan. They were only one year of difference on their ages and she couldn't imagine life without him. |
Hugo finally stopped to think for a second since the train stopped. He couldn't remember if Ethan was in the room with James and Albus or not.. "Albus is safe with James...I can't remember if I saw Ethan though..I was in such a hurry. If Ethan was in the same compartment as Albus then he is fine and probably outside already. If he wasn't then we better hurry up and find him." Hugo waits for Alice's reply. |
She was trying to think, but the only question that keep coming to her mind was: 'Is that him? The Dark Lord, Who The Name Shall Not Be Pronunciated?' she looked at Hugo, to find an answer to her silent question. "I'm not leaving without Ethan." she repeated. She looked at Lily, that seemed so scared as she was. "Take Lily from here. Now." |
"I am not leaving you, no matter where you go." Hugo looked at Lily. "Lily, if you go out the window now you should be able to see James and the others just a little bit towards the front of the train." Hugo turned back to Alice and took her hands gently in his. "I am not leaving you...ever." He leaned down and gave her a kiss on the cheek. "Now let's go find Ethan." |
Alice hugged him. She was afraid anything could happen to her brother. But she gained courage to open the word and give a step. "Lumos!" she said. She didn't look back but she knew Hugo was right behind her. "Ethan!" she shouted, openning the door of a compartment full of first years. "Ethan!" she called again. |
Rose had a theory on who was that voice, but she decided she still didnt want to know. Rose was in the compartment with Albus already and everything went by so fast, she finally caught back to reality when James smashed a window in the compartment. She grabbed her broom that her dad got her right before she left. She stood by the window in slience wondering what James wanted her to do. |
Hugo stayed as close to Alice as he could without stepping on her heels. he had his wand ready to stop anyone who might try and harm her. She was all that mattered to him right now. She was all that mattered to him almost all the time. Hugo hoped that they could find Ethan soon so she would be happy, and they could get off the train. |
Alice started to hyperventilate slightly. All she wanted was to find her brother, but she couldn' see him anywhere. Her hand looked for Hugo's hand. She was starting to be seriously worried. She kept repeating to herself Ethan should be fine, he was somewhere reading, probably. |
Hugo quickly found Alice's hand. He could hear the worry in her breath, and feel it as she held tightly to his hand. He leaned forward and whispered softly into her ear, trying to sound as reassuring as possibly. "Dont worry, we will find him." He softly kissed her ear as he pulled his head away from hers. All the sudden Hugo got an idea. "Wait, Alice, what is one thing you know he'll be holding or have on him?" |
She knew he was trying to comfort her, but she couldn't help with feeling nervous. She looked at with, a look that showed how confuse she was. "A book, maybe." she said. She had no idea if he was carrying one or not. Probably, she thought. |
"Hmmm...that is not specific enough." He noticed the confused look on her face. She looked so cute when she was confused...she looked so cute all the time. He started to explain to her. "The accio spell...I know we could use that to find him." |
Amanda scrambled her way through the train in the dark, lighting her wand. When she stopped beside a compartment and heard James' voice, she stepped in. "Oh there you are." she said, sounding relieved, and having enough sense to be embarassed by that. |

Lily looked around scared, she was scared of her brothers being hurt or killed. She ignored Hugo like always but today maybe she should have listened. "James?" she asked stepping in to a compartment, "what's happening?" she asked softly and looked at Albus. |
"Uhm..."James mumbled, unsure what to tell his younger sister, since she obviously needed to be comforted he decided to assure her that everything would be fine. "I'm not sure but it seems that Albus has become the latest Potter to attract trouble."James said as he placed his hand on top of Lily's head. "But since all of us will be leaving right now, things will be fine besides it might even be more fun to fly towards Hogwarts." |
Rose was still silent in the compartment. "Lily do you want to ride with me?" Rose finally said when Lily came in the compartment to find James and Albus. |
"James don't lie to me" she said seriously, "I'm not a 5 year old, everything's obviously not alright" she said quickly and turned to Rose, "If we're leaving than yeah I'll go with you" |
Rose turned to lily, they've always been close being the 2 girls in this tight family. "Did you hear the voice, he's coming after albus and will try to get through him from all of us, come on hope on." Rose said to lily |
Lily nodded to Rose, she had so many more questions but right now it was best to get out of here, "Alright" she said and sat on the back of Roses broom, "what about the rest of the students?" |
Krys heard the voice. Her first reaction was to get up and run to find someone- anyone she knew. Sitting inside the compartment alone wasn't the best place to be. The fifth year got up and hoped out of her compartment. Her snow hair drifted in the wind as her hear swirved. She ran through the compartment looking for someone. As she neared someone she knew, she tripped. Right in front of Lily and Rose. "LILY! ROSE!" She was very unlike her mother Luna. She couldn't hold the calm quiet voice that her mother seemed to always had. No it was more like her father she was. "What's going on?" She asked scrambling to her feet. |
Rose saw krys fall right in front of her. She grabbed her arm to help her up to her feet. "Krys were getting off the train, its not safe, do you have a broom with you?" Rose asked her, feeling the leader kick in. |
"My broom?" Krys brushed her robes off and looked back in forth. Her blue eyes wide as she looked around the dark train. "It's off in the luggage. Deep I'm a guessing. I came early into the day, threw my stuff off into the train early I had. I thought it be good to get it all on early in the day- then I went off to do some shopping." She explained to the girls. She pointed over towards the luggage cart. "If I was to grab it I would need some help." |
Scorpius was sitting in his seat avoiding most people. His family liked to keep their heads down these days. He was aware of what his grandparents had did, and his mother and father had taken a different stance on things since then. But they always told Scorpius that most people were going to treat him a certainly because his name was Malfoy. He was reading through one of his textbooks when the train lurched to a stop his book when sliding off his lap and into the floor and then the lights went out. He grabbed his wand when the voice came on. He jumped to his feet and went to the door. Everyone was out in the corridors. "What is wrong?" He asked various people. |
Kim had gone into immediate defensive mode as the train lurched to a stop. Keeping a tight hold on her wand, she looked out the cabin’s window before sliding open the door and looking outside. It seemed like everyone was in a panic. Looking to the side, she noticed Scorpious standing near her. “Don’t know.” She answered, running a hand through her hair. |
Rose looked at Krys and said "No we dont have time to get it, or you could try 'accio'ing it". She was trying to make logic of this whole situation. |
"Oh..." Krys was rather blond wasn't she. Her hands fumbled around in her robes for her wand. This wasn't the time to be so thick headed. Finally she found it. "Accio Nimus 2001." She said clearly, pointing her black wand to the opposite end of the train. She waited there for a few moments. Nothing was coming. Krys let a curse mutter out of her mouth and as she was about to turn away, back to Rose, the broom came zooming towards her- hitting her in the back of the head. "Bloody Hell!" She yelled out getting up for the second time in the matter of ten minutes. "Stupid broom, and it's stupid wood, and it's stupid stick like-" She muttered grabbing hold onto her broom. "Where are we off to?" She asked pinning her blond hair back. |
Nevannah had opened the compartment door when the train had stopped, holding her wand tightly and glancing from side to side. It was so dark on the train coz the light's went out and she hears that voice, "Lumos!" she muttered under her breath. people were dashing at the train corridor, "What's happening," she asked. She didn't stop but went on to find her friends, She found some of the others, coz she saw some of the others we're already leaving the train. |

Hugo couldn't stand Alice being so worried. He had to try something...anything. It seemed ridiculous, but it just might work. He'd heard stories about it working. With as much hope and determination as he could, Hugo held his wand out and confidently said the words. "Accio Ethan Fisher!" Immediately he felt a sort of tug, like his wand was trying to get to Ethan, or it was trying to bring Ethan but he wouldnt move. "I..I..think its working!" Hugo let his wand guide him. |
NEvie saw Hugo use the Accio spell but he's not using it on a thing but to a person. "Hugo! You're trying to use the Accio spell on Ethan?" NEvie asked cluelessly, but she followed Hugo. "C'mon here Alice. Don't worry, we'll find him." ooc:you really loved HUgo..:lol: |
Hugo looked back at Nevie. "Ya...and its working! I heard stories of it before. My uncle Harry told me he did it once, when he was falling from really high. He accio'd Hagrid..the half giant. He said they kinda came together, it saved his life. So I thought I'd try it...couldnt think of much else to do." Hugo soon finds his wand touching a compartment door, trying to go through. He ends the spell and looks to Alice. "I..I think he's in there." ooc: and yes..in the books, Harry really did Accio Hagrid, and it saved his life. |
Nevie nodded as Hugo told them about the story, "Hurry, let's open it, so we can now go." She made her way towards the compartment and was calling out, "Ethan! Ethan!" |
Hugo wanted to open it to hurry, but thought it would be better if Alice opened the compartment with her brother in it. He thought she would like that. He smiled at her. "Go ahead Alice." |
Nevie had let Alice go for the door, "You think he's alone in there?" she asked Hugo. She wanted the door opened too see if Ethan was really there or not. |

Ethan suddenly opened his eyes and lookedn out of the compartment door. Manic, seemed the nicest way to put it. He dashed up desperate to find his ounger sister and hope for her safety. "Alice!" He called. |
As Ethan threw open the compartment door before Alice had the chance, Hugo felt relieved...it really did work. He knew Alice was thrilled to find her older brother, and they could finally get off the train. |
She threw herself in his arms. "We have to get out of here." she told Ethan. She looked at Hugo and Nevie, she had forgot about them. She mouthed a 'thanks' at Hugo. |
Hugo was just so glad to see Alice smiling again. Hugo walked into the otherwise empty compartment. He pointed his wand at the window and broke it open. He used his wand to pull any left over glass out of the frame. "Does everyone have a broom?" |

Alice accio her broom. She kept her wand really close to her body. "James found everybody?" she asked. By everybody, she meant all Hugo's relatives that were on the train. Although she didn't get along really well with any of them, they were Hugo's family.[/COLOR] |
Amanda took a deep breath and grabbed her Nimbus from her trunk. "I'm ready." she told James, her voice shaking. |
Rose was shaking also, but she saw James fumbling with his backpack and was thankful that she learned from her mother to keep a purse of her most values with her at all times. It was currently in her robes that she just got changed into. Rose looked up at James and said "Ready" as she waited for James to go with Albus first then she would follow with Lily. Rose felt a little worried about Hugo, but then she saw him in an compartment window climbing out with him broom, and of course his girlfriend alice. |

Kim blinked as Scorpious’s wand neared her face. “Yeah, hey.” She gave a little smirk before looking around. Everything seemed to be going nuts. She weaved her way through the crowd, looking for anyone she recognized. Eventually she managed to find the compartment where James Potter seemed to be organizing an escape. Leaning on the door frame, she listened to him talk. This certainly seemed interesting. |
OOC Voldemort on his way xD Justin said he was going to pm me with some info but never did O.o so I didn't really want to do anything with Voldemort till he came back from his vacation >< Krys looked at James and nodded. "I am ready too." She said looking around at the other students all getting ready to leave the train. She felt as though it would start fire or something if they didn't get off soon. As they were all about the head out the Train shook. "Wot was that?" She said looking around. The train gave another shake. Voldemort stood inside the conductors booth. The conductor laided on the floor below him- dead. The few people that was around disspeared with a pop as he nodded at them. With that he popped out on his own. The dark lord was now on top of the train, no one could see him other than the few people that was with him at the moments. He flicked his wand. The train gave another shook. With another flick the train fell onto it's side. It happened to be the side where James broke the window. It was the side with all the doors. "I want him!" His voiced echoed through the compartments. |
Lily looked around when the train shook and couldn't keep her hold on the broom with it tipped to the side, she fell straight on the the glass bits sticking out from the window. Everything was going black and the last words she heard were 'I want him!' |
Krys felt thr train give a couple more shakes. "What's going on?" She askerd as she looked around the train. With it's final shake the train fell over on its side, flinging thr students all onto each other. I want him. rang in her ears as she tried to get up. The ravenclaw looked around her. To her left there was Lily. She was out. "Lily!" She yelled at the girl as she tried to get up. Her broom had snapped in half, and there was now a wood splint in her leg. She ignored that though. Krys walked over closer to Lily as glass crunched under her feet. "Lily?" She asked shaking the girl slightly. |
Lily felt someone shaking her, she felt something warm coming from her shoulder also. "K..Kry" was all she could manage for now. Her head was spinning but she couldn't open her eyes. |
At least she got some response from the girl. She didn't loose contact with her. She bent down on her knees to get closer to Lily. "Lily what's wrong?" She asked looking around at all the paniking students. Krys grabbed het wand out of her back pocket. Her eyes darted around the train at students crawling out of compartments, sitting out on the walls of the train. |
Lily tried to open her eyes again and she managed to open them a little, enough to see blood pouring from her shoulder, "sho...shoulder" she said softly lifting it slightly. Why was she always the one that hit her head and got hurt? |
"Okay I am going to lift you up Lily." Krys told Lily all her actions. She put Lily's arms gently around her shoulder as she lifted her back up from the ground. Bits and piece of glass had managed to get into her right shoulder. there was on large piece. "Lily, i am going to get this glass out okay." She pointed her wand at the girls back. She kept a good grip on the girl. Krys muttered something quickly, and as she did the glas came out of her back. Blood came quicker out. Krys muttered another spell and the wounded healed up. the blood stopped coming, and the spots were still tender. But it would do. |
Rose was still in shock after the train fliped to its side, once she heard 'I want him' in that same voice, Rose moved to stand in front of Albus near the window. She turned to James and said "what do you want to do, go out the otherside?" She suggested with her voice cracking a little |
"I didn't think we were in this much trouble."James mumbled to himself as he laid down on the ground, next to to the toppled train. It took a kind of magic you don't see often to do such a thing, the only people he could think of that had that kind of magical power to pull that off where his Father Harry, the late Headmaster Dumbledore and the long vanquished Voldemort. Well it was obvious it wasn't Harry who did it, so it probably meant that a whole new dark wizard has crept out of the shadows. "Everyone stay down try to get some cover, and whatever you don't take off on your brooms....Someone capable of toppling the train as easily as that is sure to shoot us down if we attempt to fly away." |
"OK" Rose said trying to fit under the now sideways seat. "Albus put on the invisiblilty cloak" Rose said trying to calm herself down she knew that this was a very powerful and dark wizord who could shake the enitre train so it would fall over. |
